琥珀调经丸
香附（一斤，四制） 艾叶（八两，醋制） 琥珀（五钱，另研） 四物（各二两）

乌骨鸡丸
八珍加沉、木香 香附 砂仁 浓朴 海金砂 柏叶 姜蚕
将鸡去毛、肠、头、足、翅，入药在鸡肚内，酒煮烂去骨，炙用其药，肉捣晒重磨，余汁打糊丸。
乌鸡丸
蛤粉炒阿胶 谷芽 麦芽 苏木 龙衣 艾叶
用艾铺石臼中，一层艾一层药，铺讫用火缓缓烧过存性，以钵盖口，令密勿通风，待冷取出，为末丸服。
鹤顶丹
艾叶（五两，醋煮） 牡蛎（ ） 龙骨（各三两， ） 当归（二两） 附子（一两炮） 赤石脂（三两 研）
醋糊丸，石脂为衣，乌梅汤下五十丸。
四物三补丸

酒糊丸，每服七十丸，温酒淡盐汤任下。
加味柴胡汤
小柴胡汤加红花、牡丹皮
生地黄丸
生地黄（四两，掰碎晒干）、赤芍药（二两）、柴胡、黄芩、秦艽（各一两）。
用炼过的蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的蜜丸，用乌梅汤送服三十丸，每日服用三次。
柏子仁丸
泽兰叶（二两）、柏子仁、牛膝、卷柏（各一两），加入续断（二两）、熟地黄（三两）。
用炼过的蜂蜜制成蜜丸，用温水送服三十丸。
卫生汤
黄芪（三钱，用蜂蜜炙过）、当归、白芍药（各二钱，用酒炒过）、甘草（一钱）。
加水煎煮。

猪牙皂（一钱）、细辛（二分）、麝香（少许）。
研成粉末，吹入鼻中引发喷嚏。

皂荚（一钱）、藜芦（五分）、雄黄（三分）、枯矾（少许，研成粉末）。

苏合香丸
诃黎勒、白术、香附、犀角、朱砂、青木香、白檀香、沉香、丁香、麝香、荜茇（各二两）、安息香（研成粉末，用酒熬成膏状）、龙脑（冰片）、苏合油（各一两，加入安息香膏内）。
研成粉末，将安息香膏与炼蜜混合制成蜜丸，用温酒化开服用，用姜汤服用也可以。
八宝丹
琥珀、没药、当归、赤芍药、细辛（各一两）、朱砂（五钱，单独研磨）、冰片、麝香（各二分）。
用炼过的蜂蜜制成蜜丸，大小如芡实，用石菖蒲汤化开服用一丸。
琥珀调经丸
香附（一斤，经过四种方法炮制）、艾叶（八两，用醋炮制）、琥珀（五钱，单独研磨）、四物汤（各二两）。
用醋糊制成蜜丸，用温水送服七十丸。
乌骨鸡丸
八珍汤加上沉香、木香、香附、砂仁、厚朴、海金砂、侧柏叶、僵蚕。
将乌骨鸡去毛、肠、头、脚、翅膀，把药物放入鸡肚内，用酒煮烂后去掉骨头，炙烤剩下的药物，鸡肉捣碎晒干后重新研磨，剩余的汁液用来打糊制成蜜丸。
乌鸡丸
蛤粉炒阿胶、谷芽、麦芽、苏木、蛇蜕、艾叶。
用艾叶铺在石臼中，一层艾叶一层药物，铺完后用火慢慢烧至存性，用钵盖住口，使其密封不通风，待冷却后取出，研成粉末制成蜜丸服用。
鹤顶丹
艾叶（五两，用醋煮）、牡蛎（未注明剂量）、龙骨（各三两，未注明炮制方法）、当归（二两）、附子（一两，炮制）、赤石脂（三两，研磨）。
用醋糊制成蜜丸，以赤石脂为衣，用乌梅汤送服五十丸。
四物三补丸
四物汤、黄芩、黄连、黄柏、山栀、香附、荆芥穗、龟板（炙过）。
研成粉末，用炼蜜制成蜜丸。
涩少四物汤
四物汤加木香、炮姜。
用甘澜水煎煮，空腹一次性顿服。
固经丸
白芍药、黄柏、黄芩、龟板（醋炙）、香附（醋炒黑）、樗根白皮（酒炒焦）。
用酒糊制成蜜丸。
芩心丸
条芩（优质黄芩）。
用米醋浸泡七天，然后炙干，再浸泡再炙干，重复七次，研成粉末，用醋糊制成蜜丸，空腹时饮酒送服七十丸。
拱辰丹
孙琳的方子，葛丞相夫人在年少时服用此方有效。
鹿茸（用酥油炙过）、山萸肉、当归（各四两）、麝香（三钱）。
用酒糊制成蜜丸，每次服用七十丸，用温酒或淡盐汤随意送服。
Shengdi Huang Wan (Rehmannia Pill)
Shengdi Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, four liang, broken and sun-dried), Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, two liang), Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri), Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae), Qin Jiao (Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae, each one liang).
Make pills with refined honey the size of tung tree seeds. Take thirty pills with sour plum decoction, three times a day.
Baizi Ren Wan (Platycladi Seed Pill)
Zelan Ye (Herba Lycopi), Baizi Ren (Semen Platycladi), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Juanbai (Herba Selaginellae Tamariscinae, each one liang). Add Xuduan (Radix Dipsaci, two liang), Shudi Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, three liang).
Make pills with refined honey. Take thirty pills with warm water.
Weisheng Tang (Health Preservation Decoction)
Huang Qi (Radix Astragali, three qian, honey-fried), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, each two qian, wine-fried), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, one qian).
Decoct in water.
Tongguan San (Passing Through Obstruction Powder)
Zhuya Zao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, one qian), Xixin (Radix Asari), Shexiang (Moschus, a small amount).
Grind into powder, insufflate into the nose to induce sneezing.
Canggong San (Master Cang's Powder)
Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, one qian), Lilu (Rhizoma Veratri Nigris, five fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, three fen), Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum, a small amount, ground into powder).
Insufflate into the nose to induce sneezing.
Baiwei Tang (Baiwei Decoction)
Baiwei (Radix Clematidis), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae).
Bazhen San (Eight Treasures Powder)
Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shengdi Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Recens), Xixin (Radix Asari), Shichangpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Bohe (Herba Menthae).
Suhe Xiang Wan (Styrax Pill)
Helile (Fructus Chebulae), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Xijiao (Cornu Rhinocerotis), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Qingmuxiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum), Baitanxiang (Lignum Santali Alba), Chenxiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Shexiang (Moschus), Bibo (Fructus Piperis Longi, each two liang), Anshixiang (Resina Benzoinis, ground into powder and boiled with wine to make a paste), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum), Suheyóu (Oleum Styracis, each one liang, added to the Anshixiang paste).
Grind into powder. Mix the Anshixiang paste with refined honey to form pills. Dissolve in warm wine to take; ginger decoction may also be used.
Babao Dan (Eight Precious Elixir)
Hupo (Electrum), Moyao (Resina Myrrhae), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Xixin (Radix Asari, each one liang), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, five qian, separately ground), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), Shexiang (Moschus, each two fen).
Make pills with refined honey, the size of Euryale seed. Dissolve one pill in Shichangpu decoction to take.
Hupo Tiaojing Wan (Amber Regulating Menstruation Pill)
Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi, one jin, processed by four methods), Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi, eight liang, vinegar-processed), Hupo (Electrum, five qian, separately ground), Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction, each two liang).
Make pills with vinegar paste. Take seventy pills with warm water.
Wuguji Wan (Black-Bone Chicken Pill)
Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasures Decoction) plus Chenxiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Sharen (Fructus Amomi), Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis), Haijinsha (Spora Lygodii), Baiye (Folium Platycladi), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus).
Remove feathers, intestines, head, feet, and wings from the black-bone chicken. Place the herbs inside the chicken belly. Boil in wine until tender, remove bones, roast the remaining herbs, mince the meat, sun-dry, and regrind. Use the remaining juice to make a paste for forming pills.
Wuji Wan (Chicken Pill)
Efen Chao Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin fried with clam powder), Guya (Fructus Hordei Germinatus), Maiya (Fructus Hordei Germinatus), Sumu (Lignum Sappan), Longyi (Exuvias Bombycis), Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi).
Line a stone mortar with Aiye. Layer Aiye and herbs. Slowly burn over fire until preserved nature remains. Cover with a bowl to seal tightly and prevent air entry. Wait until cool, then remove, grind into powder, and form pills.
Heding Dan (Crane's Crown Elixir)
Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi, five liang, boiled in vinegar), Muli (Concha Ostreae, dosage not specified), Longgu (Os Draconis, each three liang, processing method not specified), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, two liang), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, one liang, processed), Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, three liang, ground).
Make pills with vinegar paste, coat with Chishizhi. Take fifty pills with sour plum decoction.
Siwu Sanbu Wan (Four Substances Three Tonics Pill)
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri), Shanzhi (Fructus Gardeniae), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Jingjie Sui (Spica Schizonepetae), Guiban (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, roasted).
Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey.
Zixue Tang (Nourishing Blood Decoction)
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Huang Qi (Radix Astragali), Shanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae), Fuling (Poria).
Danggui Yin (Angelica Drink)
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Diyu (Herba Siegesbeckiae), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini).
Seshao Siwu Tang (Astringent and Scanty Menstruation Four Substances Decoction)
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Paojiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum).
Decoct in Ganlan Shui (Ganlan Water). Take on an empty stomach in one dose.
Gu Jing Wan (Consolidate Menses Pill)
Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Guiban (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, vinegar-roasted), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi, vinegar-fried until black), Chugen Bapi (Cortex Chinachloae Officinalis, wine-fried until scorched).
Make pills with wine paste.
Qinxin Wan (Scutellaria Heart Pill)
Tiao Huangqin (High-quality Radix Scutellariae).
Soak in rice vinegar for seven days, then roast dry. Repeat soaking and roasting seven times. Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste. Take seventy pills with wine on an empty stomach.
Gongchen Dan (Supporting Heaven Elixir)
Formula by Sun Lin. Effective when taken by Lady Prime Minister Ge in her youth.
Lurong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, roasted with butter), Shanyurou (Fructus Corni), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, each four liang), Shexiang (Moschus, three qian).
Make pills with wine paste. Take seventy pills per dose, with warm wine or light salt water as desired.
