乳根痈，生于两乳之下，乃厥阴阳明经之所司也。因气壅血滞，湿气蕴蓄而生，宜海马崩毒饮，一醉忍冬汤
（二方见前），败毒定痛饮，初觉以艾灸，外用膏药生肌散可愈。敷方与前乳发内吹同。
十二味败毒定痛饮
羌活、独活、防风、白术、荆芥、白芍、升麻、干葛、二花、连翘、黄 、蒲公英。
食远服。
肚腹痈，生于肚脐之侧，乃太阴脾经所司也。因脾有热，心火太盛，初起根脚如盘，寒热发战，宜用艾灸，
可使重变轻也。宜内服外敷后药，后上生肌散，切勿勾割。
二十一味内托流气饮
人参、黄 、白术、木香、川朴、甘草、干葛、柴胡、苏叶、黄连、桔梗、枳壳、肉桂、槟榔、当归、白芍、
白芷、川芎、防风、二花、牛子。
空心服。
七味敷方
龙胆草、乳香、没药、熊胆、黄连、牛膝、二花。
共研细末，用槟榔磨水，好酒调药，敷毒四围，即愈。
肾气游毒，生于大胯之侧，阴头尽处之地，乃足少阴经之所司也。男或由行房而为风热所伤，女由行经而为
风热所搏。初觉宜神仙敷毒失笑饼（方见前），如痛，起用定痛流气饮、槟榔坠毒丸，外用万灵膏，彻尽脓水，
可愈。
十三味定痛流气饮
木香、紫苏、桔根、枳壳、浓朴、连翘、槟榔、香附、木瓜、防风、牛膝、大腹皮、二花。
空心服。
五味槟榔坠毒丸
枳壳（麸炒）一两，大黄（半生半熟）一两半，木瓜一两，防风五钱，槟榔一两。
共为末，炼蜜为丸，如黄豆大每用五、六十丸，长流水送下，服六、七次为度，其毒可尽。
又方
仙人掌、土牛膝。
以酒捶细，敷之。
乳根痈，发生在两侧乳房下方，属于足厥阴肝经和足阳明胃经所主管的病症。由于气机壅滞、血液运行不畅，加上湿气蕴结蓄积而生成，适宜使用海马崩毒饮、一醉忍冬汤（这两个方剂见前文）、败毒定痛饮进行治疗；在初起阶段可以用艾灸疗法，外用膏药和生肌散即可痊愈。外敷方剂与前文提到的“乳发”、“内吹”相同。
十二味败毒定痛饮

饭后服用。
肚腹痈，发生在肚脐侧面，属于足太阴脾经所主管的病症。由于脾脏有热，心火过盛，初起时病灶根部像盘子一样平铺，伴有恶寒发热、战栗发抖的症状，适宜用艾灸治疗，可以使重症转为轻症。适宜内服和外敷后文所列药物，随后使用生肌散，切勿用刀切割排脓。
二十一味内托流气饮
人参、黄芪、白术、木香、厚朴、甘草、干葛、柴胡、苏叶、黄连、桔梗、枳壳、肉桂、槟榔、当归、白芍、白芷、川芎、防风、金银花、牛蒡子。
空腹服用。
七味敷方
龙胆草、乳香、没药、熊胆、黄连、牛膝、金银花。
共同研磨成细末，用槟榔磨成的水调和好酒来调制药粉，敷在毒肿四周，即可痊愈。
肾气游毒，发生在大腿胯部侧面，阴头尽头的部位，属于足少阴肾经所主管的病症。男性可能因行房事导致风热之邪侵袭，女性可能因月经期间风热之邪搏结所致。初觉不适时适宜使用神仙敷毒失笑饼（方剂见前文）；如果疼痛发作，初期使用定痛流气饮、槟榔坠毒丸，外用万灵膏，彻底排出脓液，即可痊愈。
十三味定痛流气饮
木香、紫苏、桔根、枳壳、厚朴、连翘、槟榔、香附、木瓜、防风、牛膝、大腹皮、金银花。
空腹服用。
五味槟榔坠毒丸
枳壳（麸炒）一两，大黄（半生半熟）一两半，木瓜一两，防风五钱，槟榔一两。
共同研为粉末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如黄豆，每次服用五六十丸，用长流水送服，服用六到七次为止，其毒邪可完全清除。
Carbuncle at the Root of the Breast occurs below both breasts, governed by the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian and Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian. It arises from qi stagnation and blood stasis, compounded by dampness accumulation. Treatment is indicated with Seahorse Decoction for Toxin Collapse (Haima Bengdu Yin), One-Intoxication Honeysuckle Decoction (Yizui Rendong Tang) (see previous sections), and Antitoxic and Analgesic Decoction (Baidu Dingtong Yin). At the initial stage, moxibustion should be applied, and external application of plasters and Flesh-Regenerating Powder (Shengji San) can lead to recovery. The external application formula is the same as that for Carbuncle of the Breast (Rufa) and Internal Blowing (Neichui) mentioned previously.
Twelve-Ingredient Antitoxic and Analgesic Decoction (Shierwei Baidu Dingtong Yin)
Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Puerariae Radix (Gange), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Erhua), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Taraxaci Herba (Pugongying).
Take after meals.
Abdominal Carbuncle occurs on the side of the umbilicus, governed by the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian. It results from heat in the Spleen and excessive Heart Fire. Initially, the base of the lesion spreads flat like a plate, accompanied by aversion to cold, fever, and shivering. Moxibustion is indicated, which can transform a severe condition into a mild one. Internal administration and external application of the following medicines are recommended, followed by the use of Flesh-Regenerating Powder (Shengji San). Incision and drainage must be strictly avoided.

Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Astragali Radix (Huangqi), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Chuanpu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Puerariae Radix (Gange), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Perillae Folium (Suye), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui), Arecae Semen (Binglang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Erhua), Arctii Fructus (Niuzi).
Take on an empty stomach.
Seven-Ingredient External Application Formula
Gentianae Radix (Longdancao), Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang), Myrrha Resina (Moyao), Ursi Fel (Xiongdan), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Erhua).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Mix with water prepared from grinding Arecae Semen (Binglang) and good wine to form a paste. Apply around the toxic swelling until healed.
Wandering Toxicity of Kidney Qi occurs on the side of the greater trochanter/crotch area, near the end of the glans penis, governed by the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. In males, it may result from sexual intercourse leading to invasion by Wind-Heat; in females, it may result from Wind-Heat constraining during menstruation. At the initial stage, Divine External Application for Toxicity and Laughing Failure Cake (Shenxian Futu Shixiao Bing) (formula see previous sections) is indicated. If pain occurs, initially use Analgesic Qi-Circulating Decoction (Dingtong Liqi Yin) and Areca Nut Pill for Descending Toxicity (Binglang Zhuidu Wan), externally apply Ten-Thousand Efficacy Plaster (Wanling Gao), and ensure complete drainage of pus for recovery.
Thirteen-Ingredient Analgesic Qi-Circulating Decoction (Shisanwei Dingtong Liqi Yin)
Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Perilla Leaf (Zisu), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jigen - *Note: Text says 桔根, likely referring to root or stem related to Citrus/Platycodon contextually, but literal translation used*), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Nongpu), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Arecae Semen (Binglang), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu), Papaveris Fructus (Mugua - *Note: Text says 木瓜, usually Chaenomeles*), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Betel Nut Stem (Dafupi), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Erhua).

Five-Ingredient Areca Nut Pill for Descending Toxicity (Wuwei Binglang Zhuidu Wan)
Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao) (stir-fried with bran) 1 liang, Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (half raw, half cooked) 1.5 liang, Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua) 1 liang, Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) 5 qian, Arecae Semen (Binglang) 1 liang.
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of soybeans. Take 50-60 pills each time, washed down with running water. Repeat 6-7 times to completely eliminate the toxicity.
Another Prescription
Opuntia Dillenii (Xianrenzhang), Achyranthes bidentata (Tuniuxi).
Pound finely with wine and apply externally.
