治妇人血崩不止，赤白带下。
香附子 赤芍药（各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱。盐一捻，水一盏，煎至七分，温服无时候，日二服。十服见效。
一方∶用香附子去毛，炒焦为细末，用极热酒调下二钱，放温服，不过两服立愈。昏迷
甚者，三钱匕。如山崩不可止者，亦能解之。米饮调亦可。
许学士云∶治下血不止，或成五色崩漏，常服资血调气，是妇人仙药也。（以上并出《
妇人经验方》）
治妇人、室女一切血气、经脉不调，脐腹 痛，面色痿黄，心怔乏力，腹胀胁痛，头晕
恶心，饮食减少，崩漏带下，大肠便血，积聚症瘕，并皆治之。虔心服饵，自见其功尔。（以
上三方，大同小异，出《产宝方》）
香附子不以多少，先擦去毛，用好醋煮出，焙碾为末，醋煮糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服
三十丸，米饮送下，无时候。妇人数堕胎，由气不下降，所以胎气不固，此药尤妙。一方有
艾，同煮亦好。
治血崩方
夏枯草为细末，每服二钱，米饮调下，无时候。
治崩中下血不止，小腹痛。
芍药（一两半，炒黄） 柏叶（六两，微炒）
上水一升，煎取六合，入酒五合，再煎取七合，空心分为二服。一方为细末，酒调二钱
。一方有鹿角胶等分，炒燥为细末，酒调服方寸匕。治白带、脐腹疼痛，面黄瘦悴。（出《千
金》、《圣惠方》）
治崩中下血久不止，或赤或黑，脐下痛。
侧柏（炒） 芍药 龟甲（炙） 桑耳（各六分） 干地黄 黄 续断（各五分） 当

上为末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。每服三十丸。煎黄 汤，空心下。
治崩中昼夜不止，医不能治。

治忽患崩中血不止，结作血片，如鸡肝色，碎烂。
芎 （十二分） 阿胶 青竹茹（各八分） 续断 地榆 小蓟根（各十分） 当归（六
分） 生地黄 伏龙肝（各十二分）
上用水九升，煮取三升，去滓，分作三服。先服此药，后服补药丸子。
治疗妇人血崩不止，以及赤白带下。
香附子、赤芍药（各取等量）
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱。加一撮盐，用水一盏，煎煮至七分满，不拘时候温服，每日两次。服用十次可见效。
另一方法：用香附子去毛，炒焦后研为细末，用极热的酒调服二钱，放温后服用，不超过两服即可立即痊愈。昏迷严重的，服用三钱匕。即使是如山崩般无法止住的血崩，也能解除。用米汤调服也可以。
许学士说：治疗下血不止，或形成五色崩漏，常服此方能滋养血液、调理气机，是妇人的仙药。（以上均出自《妇人经验方》）
治疗妇人、未婚女子一切气血失调、经脉不调，脐腹疼痛，面色萎黄，心悸乏力，腹胀胁痛，头晕恶心，饮食减少，崩漏带下，大肠便血，积聚症瘕，都能治疗。诚心服用，自然能显现功效。（以上三方大同小异，出自《产宝方》）

侧柏（炒）、芍药、龟甲（炙）、桑耳（各六分）、干地黄、黄芪、续断（各五分）、当归（炒）、艾叶、牛角鳃（炮制，各四分）、禹余粮（十分）
研为细末，炼蜜做成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸。煎煮黄芪汤，空腹送服。
治疗崩中昼夜不止，医生不能治愈。
川芎（一两）、生地黄汁（二合）
先用酒五升，煮川芎取一升，去渣；加入地黄汁，再煎两三沸，分为三次服用。体质不耐受者逐渐增加剂量。（《短剧方》无地黄汁。不饮酒者，水煮也可以）
另一方：丁香二两研为细末，用酒三升，煮取一升，空腹顿服。《必效方》用丁香百颗，酒煎服。（《梅师方》相同）
治疗突然患崩中血不止，凝结成血片，如鸡肝颜色，碎烂。
川芎（十二分）、阿胶、青竹茹（各八分）、续断、地榆、小蓟根（各十分）、当归（六分）、生地黄、伏龙肝（各十二分）
用水九升，煮取三升，去渣，分为三次服用。先服此药，后服补药丸子。
Treats women with metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) that does not stop, as well as leukorrhea (vaginal discharge) of red and white colors.
Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu Zi), Paeoniae Rubra Radix (Chishaoyao) (equal parts).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add a pinch of salt and one zhan of water, decoct until 0.7 zhan remains. Take warm at any time, twice daily. Efficacy will be seen after ten doses.
Another method: Use Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu Zi), remove hairs, stir-fry until scorched, grind into a fine powder. Mix with extremely hot wine to take 2 qian. Let cool slightly before taking. It cures immediately within no more than two doses. For severe cases with coma, take 3 qian bi. Even for metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) like a mountain collapse that cannot be stopped, it can resolve it. Mixing with rice drink is also acceptable.
Academician Xu said: To treat continuous lower bleeding or five-color metrorrhagia (metrorrhagia with varied discharge colors), regular use nourishes blood and regulates qi; it is considered an elixir for women. (All above from *Furen Jingyan Fang*)
Treats all conditions of qi and blood disharmony and meridian irregularities in women and unmarried girls, including pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, sallow complexion, palpitations and fatigue, abdominal distension and hypochondriac pain, dizziness and nausea, reduced appetite, metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) and leukorrhea (vaginal discharge), hematochezia (blood in stool), accumulations and masses, all of which are treated. Sincere administration will naturally show its efficacy. (The above three formulas are largely similar, from *Chanbao Fang*).
Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu Zi), quantity unspecified, first rub off hairs, boil in good vinegar, dry and grind into powder. Make pills using vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, send down with rice drink, at any time. Women who frequently miscarry do so because qi fails to descend, thus fetal qi is unstable; this formula is particularly excellent. Another version includes Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), boiled together, which is also good.
Formula for treating metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding):
Prunella Vulgaris Herba (Xiakucao) ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with rice drink, at any time.
Formula for treating metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) with continuous lower bleeding and lower abdominal pain.
Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao) (1.5 liang, stir-fried until yellow), Artemisiae Ramulus (Baiye) (6 liang, lightly stir-fried).
Add one sheng of water, decoct to obtain six he. Add five he of wine, decoct again to obtain seven he. Divide into two doses, take on an empty stomach. Another method: grind into fine powder, mix with wine to take 2 qian. Another method: add equal parts of Cornu Tauri Colla (Lujiaojiao), stir-fry until dry, grind into powder, take one fangcun bi mixed with wine. Treats leukorrhea (vaginal discharge), pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, sallow and emaciated complexion. (From *Qianjin Fang*, *Shenghui Fang*)
Formula for treating metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) with long-standing continuous lower bleeding, either red or black, with pain below the umbilicus.
Platycladi Cacumen (Cebai), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Guijia, roasted), Auricula Judae (Sanger), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Gan Dihuang), Astragali Radix (Huangqi), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan) (each 5 fen), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, stir-fried), Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Aiye), Taurus Cornu (Niujiaosuo, processed) (each 4 fen), Yiyu Liang (Yuyuliang) (10 fen).
Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose. Decoct Astragali Radix (Huangqi) soup, take on an empty stomach.
Formula for treating metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) that continues day and night, unresponsive to medical treatment.
Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiongon) (1 liang), Juice of Rehmanniae Radix Fresh (Shengdihuangzhi) (2 he).
First, use five sheng of wine to decoct Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiongon) to obtain one sheng, discard dregs; add juice of Rehmanniae Radix Fresh (Shengdihuangzhi), decoct for two or three boils, divide into three doses. Those intolerant should gradually increase dosage. (*Duanju Fang* has no juice of Rehmanniae Radix Fresh. Non-drinkers may use water decoction.)
Another method: Zanthoxyli Fructus (Dingxiang) 2 liang ground into fine powder, use three sheng of wine, decoct to obtain one sheng, take in one dose on an empty stomach. *Bixiao Fang* uses 100 grains of Zanthoxyli Fructus (Dingxiang), decocted in wine. (*Meishi Fang* is the same).
Formula for sudden onset of metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) that does not stop, coagulating into blood clots, color like chicken liver, fragmented and rotten.
Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiongon) (12 fen), Eburis Colla (Ejiao), Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam Viridis (Qingzhuru), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu), Cirsii Japonici Radix (Xiaoji Gen), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (6 fen), Rehmanniae Radix Fresh (Shengdihuang), Longan Earth (Fulonggan) (each 12 fen).
Use nine sheng of water, decoct to obtain three sheng, discard dregs, divide into three doses. Take this medicine first, then take tonic pills.
