砂（拣过，明、无石者，别研如粉） 金铃子（去皮核） 天雄（用无灰酒煮五、七
百沸，候软刮去皮） 当归（各净称二两） 巴戟 槟榔 舶茴香（炒） 木香 附子（炮）
沉香（各一两） 阿魏（半两，米醋磨成膏，入诸药） 肉苁蓉（一两）
上为细末，以无灰酒煮白面糊丸如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，空心，日午温酒下。此方
家家有。余家妇人常病蓐中下痢，日久甚困笃，百方不瘥。士人李潜善医，曰∶蓐中痢与他
痢不同，常痢可用苦涩药止之。蓐中痢生于血不足，投涩药则血愈不行，痢当更甚。为余作
砂法，云此药最能治产后痢。先以桂圆小下之，次投 砂丸。日九十丸，利顿减半，次日
遂愈。 砂丸，产后虽无疾，亦宜服之。能养血气，去积滞。

油，减半）
上为细末，面糊丸如绿豆大。每服二丸、三丸，温水下。加减更量虚实。潜，名医也。
云此丸取积最胜，不以久近，皆能消化。
【砂煎丸】治疗各种积滞，行气化食，补益真气。此方对于产后排出败血、补虚具有极佳疗效。
药材：砂（挑选过，明亮且无石质杂质的，单独研磨成粉）二两；金铃子（去除皮核）二两；天雄（用没有灰杂的酒煮五到七百次沸腾，待变软后刮去外皮）二两；当归（各净称二两）；巴戟天；槟榔；舶茴香（炒制）；木香；附子（炮制）；沉香（各一两）；阿魏（半两，用米醋磨成膏状，加入其他药物中）；肉苁蓉（一两）。
将上述药材研成细末，用没有灰杂的酒煮白面制成糊状，丸药大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，空腹时，用温酒送服。这个方子家家户户都有。我家中的妇人在坐月子期间常患痢疾，日久身体非常虚弱困顿，用各种方法都不见效。读书人李潜擅长医术，他说：“坐月子期间的痢疾与其他痢疾不同，普通痢疾可以用苦涩的药物止泻。但坐月子期间的痢疾是由于血气不足引起的，如果投用涩药，血液运行会更加不畅，痢疾反而会加重。”他为我配制了砂煎丸，说这种药最能治疗产后痢疾。先用桂圆方少量服用，接着投用砂煎丸。每天服用九十丸，腹泻立刻减少一半，第二天就痊愈了。砂煎丸，即使产后没有疾病，也适宜服用。能养血气，去除积滞。
【沈内翰方】
砂；桂心；甘遂；丁香；木香；芫花（用砂炒焦，以上药材上等分）；巴豆（去掉心和皮，不去油，用量减半）。
将上述药材研成细末，用面糊制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用二至三丸，温水送服。根据虚实情况加减剂量。李潜是名医，他说此丸药消除积滞效果最好，无论病程长短，都能消化。
【又许仁则秘方】
神曲末（五合，炒制）；枳壳；白术（各六分）；人参（四分）；赤石脂（十分）。
将上述药材研成细末，用米汤调服一方寸匕的量。
[Sha Jian Wan] Treats various types of stagnation, promotes Qi circulation and digestion, and tonifies true Qi. This formula is excellent for expelling lochia (stagnant blood after childbirth) and tonifying deficiency postpartum.
Ingredients: Sha (selected, bright, free from stone impurities, separately ground into powder) 2 liang; Jinlingzi (fruit of *Meliosma rigida*, peeled and pitted) 2 liang; Tianxiong (processed rhizome of *Aconitum kusnezoffii*, boiled in pure wine without ash residue for five to seven hundred boils until soft, then scraped clean) 2 liang; Danggui (radix of *Angelica sinensis*, weighed cleanly) 2 liang; Bajitian (root of *Morinda officinalis*); Binglang (seed of *Areca catechu*); Bo Huixiang (fructus of *Foeniculum vulgare*, stir-fried); Muxiang (radix of *Aucklandia lappa*); Fuzi (processed lateral root of *Aconitum carmichaelii*); Chenxiang (lignum of *Aquilaria sinensis*) (each 1 liang); Awei (resin of *Ferula assa-foetida*, 0.5 liang, ground into paste with rice vinegar, added to other herbs); Rongzong (cactus stem of *Cistanche deserticola*) 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use pure wine without ash residue to boil white flour paste to form pills the size of *Morus alba* seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine. This formula is common in every household. My female relatives often suffered from dysentery during the confinement period (postpartum). The condition persisted for a long time, leading to severe weakness and exhaustion, and did not improve despite numerous treatments. Li Qian, a scholar skilled in medicine, said, "Dysentery occurring during the confinement period differs from ordinary dysentery. Ordinary dysentery can be stopped using astringent drugs. However, confinement-period dysentery arises from blood deficiency; administering astringents will further hinder blood circulation, worsening the dysentery." He prepared Sha Jian Wan for me, stating that this medicine is most effective for treating postpartum dysentery. First, administer a small amount of the Guiyuan formula, followed by Sha Jian Wan. Take 90 pills daily. The diarrhea was halved immediately, and recovery occurred the next day. Even if there are no illnesses postpartum, it is advisable to take Sha Jian Wan. It nourishes blood and Qi, and removes stagnation.
[Shen Neihan Formula]
Sha; Guixin (cortex of *Cinnamomum cassia*); Gansui (radix of *Euphorbia kansui*); Dingxiang (flos of *Syzygium aromaticum*); Muxiang (radix of *Aucklandia lappa*); Yuanhua (flos of *Genkwa japonicus*, stir-fried with Sha until scorched; these ingredients are used in equal superior parts); Badou (seed of *Croton tiglium*, heart and skin removed, oil retained, dosage halved).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills with flour paste, sized like mung beans. Take 2–3 pills per dose, washed down with warm water. Adjust dosages according to deficiency or excess conditions. Li Qian was a renowned physician who stated that this pill is supreme in resolving stagnation, capable of digesting accumulations regardless of their duration.
[Another Secret Formula by Xu Renze]
Shenqu endosperm (fermented mass of *Medicinal Leaven*, 5 he, stir-fried); Zhike (fructus of *Citrus aurantium*); Baizhu (rhizome of *Atractylodes macrocephala*) (each 6 fen); Renshen (radix of *Panax ginseng*) 4 fen; Chishizhi (halloysitum rubrum) 10 fen.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with rice drink and administer one cun bi (a square-inch measure) per dose.
