胶艾四物汤 治妇人赤带。

二钱、人参七分、炙草三分、升麻五分。此方乃补阳气。极虚用知柏为引。用又升降阴阳药也。
元戎六合汤 又名元戎四物汤。治赤白带下。脉沉微腹痛。或阴中痛。

一方 四物加茴香、肉桂。
东垣固真丸 治白带大下不止。脐腹寒痛如冰。阴中亦然。目溜火。齿恶热。
白石脂 柴胡（各一钱） 酒煮龙骨飞（二钱） 酒洗当归（三钱） 干姜（炮四钱） 酒黄柏 白芍（各五分）
糊丸。每三十丸。空心沸汤下。少顷。以粥压之。是不令热药犯胃。忌生冷硬物。
卫生汤 治带下由于热者。

血虚带下方 治带下由于血虚者。

乌金丸 治赤白带下。

共享醋煮烂。捣如泥。再以 熟地 当归（各四两） 白芍 川芎（各二两）

乌艾丸 治同上。

将艾浸醋中十数日。再将香附后一日晒干。共为末。醋糊丸。酒下。
赤淋丸 治赤淋。
茯苓 生地 知母 黄柏 续断 杜仲 丹参 甘草 白芍
白马毛散 治带下赤白。
白马毛（二两） 龟甲（四两） 牡蛎（一两十八铢） 鳖甲（十八铢）
为末。空心酒下。方寸匕。日三。加至匕半。如下白。取白马者。下赤。取赤马者。
小柴胡汤 治肝胆经症寒热往来。晡热潮热。默默不欲饮食。或怒火。口苦耳聋。咳嗽发热。胁下作痛。甚者
不能展侧。两胁闷痞。或泄利。或吐酸食苦水。皆主之。治带下亦间用此加减。

归脾汤 治脾经失血。少寐。发热盗汗。或思虑伤脾。不能摄血。以致妄行。或忧思伤脾。血虚发热。或肢体

龙胆泻肝汤 治肝经湿热。两拗肿痛。或腹中疼痛。或小便涩滞等症。用此加减。治带下。

妙香散 治心气不足。精神恍惚。虚烦少睡盗汗等症。亦用此加减治带下。

每末二钱。温酒下。
四七汤 治七情郁结成痰。或如梅核梗于喉中。或中脘停痰气痞。或痰壅气喘。或痰饮呕逆恶心。亦治带下有
痰者。

导水丸 治赤白带下。随宜酌用。

水丸芡子大。每一丸。温酒磨下。
胃风汤 治风邪传肾带下。黑如 血。
人参 茯苓 川芎 当归 白术 白芍 肉桂（各七分） 粟米（百粒）
三补丸 治赤带。兼服此丸。
黄芩 黄连 黄柏
等分。蜜丸。汤下。
震灵丹 一名紫金丹。治妇人血气不足。崩漏虚损。带下虚冷。胎脏无子。
乳香（另研） 五灵脂（另研） 没药（另研并去砂石各二两） 朱砂（飞一两） 禹余粮石（醋淬捻得碎为度） 代
赭石（同粮石制） 紫石英 赤石脂
以上四味。并作小块。入锅内。盐泥固济。候干。用炭十斤 通红。火尽为度。埋地二宿。出火毒。糯米粉打糊。
丸如芡子大。每丸空心醋汤送下。如有孕。不可服。
苦楝丸 治赤白带。
苦楝碎酒浸 茴香炒 当归
等分。酒糊丸。每三五十丸。空心酒下。腰腿疼。四物四两。加羌活、防风各一两。煎汤送下。
酒煮当归丸 治癫痫白带下注。香港脚。腰以下冷等症。
当归（一两） 茴香（五钱） 炮附子 良姜（各七钱）
上四味。锉如麻豆大。酒一升半。至酒尽为度。焙干。研细末。入炒黄盐 丁香（各五钱） 全蝎（三钱） 柴胡

大圣万安散 治寒湿带下。

每末二钱。临卧姜汤下。少顷。再饮姜汤数口催之。平明可行三五次。取下恶物。以粥补之。服此药。忌食晕酒晚
饭。
延胡苦楝汤 治大寒带下。
延胡索 苦楝子（各二分） 黄柏（一分） 附子 肉桂（各三分） 炙草（五分） 熟地（一钱）
白蔹丸 治室女带下。
鹿茸（二两） 白蔹 狗脊（制去毛各一两）
醋艾煎汁。打糊丸。
内金鹿茸丸 治劳伤带浊。
鹿茸 黄 五味 鸡内金 肉苁蓉 远志 牡蛎 桑螵蛸 龙骨 附子
等分。蜜丸。
金锁正元丹 治真气不足。呼吸短气。四肢倦怠。脚膝酸软。目暗耳鸣。盗汗遗精。及妇人白浊白淫等症。
肉苁蓉 巴戟 葫芦巴（各一斤） 补骨脂（十两） 五倍子（八两） 茯苓（六两） 朱砂（三两） 龙骨（二
两另研）
酒丸。每二十丸。盐汤下。
桂附汤：治疗白带腥臭，伴有悲伤不乐、大寒症状。
肉桂（一钱）、附子（二钱）、黄柏、知母（各五分）。
如果食少常饱，有时感觉腹胀，加白芍五分；不思饮食，加五味子二十粒；烦恼且面部麻木如虫行，这是胃中元气极度虚弱，加黄芪二钱、人参七分、炙甘草三分、升麻五分。此方是补阳气的方法，极度虚弱时用知母、黄柏作为引经药，因为它们也是调节阴阳升降的药物。
元戎六合汤：又名元戎四物汤。治疗赤白带下，脉象沉微，腹痛，或阴中疼痛。
四物汤（各一钱）加入肉桂、附子（各五分）。
另一配方：四物汤加入小茴香、肉桂。
东垣固真丸：治疗白带大量流出不止，脐腹寒冷疼痛如冰，阴部亦然，眼睛流泪如火，牙齿怕热。
白石脂、柴胡（各一钱）、酒煮龙骨（二钱）、酒洗当归（三钱）、干姜（炮制四钱）、酒黄柏、白芍（各五分）。
制成糊丸。每次三十丸，空腹用沸水送服。过一会儿，喝粥压住药力，这是为了防止热药伤害胃气。忌食生冷硬物。
卫生汤：治疗因热引起的带下。
白芍、当归、黄芪（三钱）、甘草（一钱）。
二黄三白汤：治疗因热引起的带下。
酒炒侧柏叶、川黄连、黄柏（各五钱）、醋香附、白石脂、白术、白芍（各一两）、椿白皮（二两）。
白芷散：治疗赤白带下。
白芷（一两）、海螵蛸（三钱）、胎发（一钱）。
研为末。每次二钱，用酒送服。
补骨脂丸：治疗老年人久患带下。
补骨脂、杜仲、醋煅牡蛎、五味子（各三两）、车前子（二两）、艾叶（一两）。
老年白带方：治疗同上。
黄柏、五味子、杜仲（各四钱）、山茱萸（五钱）、补骨脂、牡蛎（各三钱）、醋香附（八钱）、砂仁、川椒、川芎、茯苓、车前子（各二钱）、醋炒艾叶（一钱）、醋化阿胶（五钱）、白芍（六钱）。
制成鹿角胶丸。用盐汤送服。
血虚带下方：治疗因血虚引起的带下。
四君子汤与四物汤合方，加入陈皮、杜仲、黄芪、香附、砂仁、黄柏、知母。
制成蜜丸。
乌金丸：治疗赤白带下。
乌头、乌附子、莪术、艾叶。
共同用醋煮烂，捣成泥状。再加入熟地黄、当归（各四两）、白芍、川芎（各二两），研为细末，与前药混合，制成泥丸。用淡醋汤送服。
乌艾丸：治疗同上。
乌药（二两半）、艾叶（六两）、香附（四两）。
将艾叶浸泡在醋中十几天，再将香附晒一天后晒干，共同研为细末，用醋糊制成丸剂。用酒送服。
赤淋丸：治疗赤淋。
茯苓、生地黄、知母、黄柏、续断、杜仲、丹参、甘草、白芍。
白马毛散：治疗带下赤白。
白马毛（二两）、龟甲（四两）、牡蛎（一两十八铢）、鳖甲（十八铢）。
研为细末。空腹用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次，剂量可增加至半匕。如果白带多，取白马毛；如果赤带多，取赤马毛。
小柴胡汤：治疗肝胆经病症，寒热往来，傍晚潮热，沉默不想饮食，或怒火攻心，口苦耳聋，咳嗽发热，胁下疼痛，严重到不能翻身侧卧，两胁闷胀痞塞，或泄泻痢疾，或呕吐酸苦水，均适用此方。治疗带下时也偶尔加减使用此方。
柴胡（二钱）、黄芩（一钱）、人参、半夏（各七分）、甘草（五分）。
归脾汤：治疗脾经失血，睡眠少，发热盗汗，或因思虑伤脾，不能统摄血液，导致妄行出血；或因忧思伤脾，血虚发热，或肢体疼痛，大便不调，或月经不准，带下，傍晚内热。
人参、白术、黄芪、茯苓、当归、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、远志（各一钱）、木香、甘草（各五分）、生姜、大枣。
龙胆泻肝汤：治疗肝经湿热，睾丸肿痛，或腹中疼痛，或小便涩滞等症状。用此方加减。治疗带下。
龙胆草、泽泻（各一钱）、酒生地、车前子、木通、酒当归、山栀、黄芩、甘草（各五分）。
妙香散：治疗心气不足，精神恍惚，虚烦少睡盗汗等症状。也用于加减治疗带下。
人参、甘草（炒）、桔梗（各五钱）、姜汁炒山药、茯苓、远志、茯神、黄芪（各一两）、朱砂（另研，三钱）、麝香（另研二钱）、煨木香（二钱半）。
每次二钱，温酒送服。
四七汤：治疗七情郁结形成痰饮，或感觉喉中有梅核梗阻，或中脘停痰气痞，或痰壅气喘，或痰饮呕逆恶心。也治疗有痰的带下。
半夏（钱半）、苏叶、厚朴、茯苓（各一钱）。
导水丸：治疗赤白带下。酌情使用。
大黄、黄芩（各二两）、黑牵牛头末、滑石（各四两）。
用水泛丸。临睡前用水送服。
禹功散：治疗同上。
黑牵牛头末（四两）、炒小茴香（一两），或加木香（一两）。
每次一二钱，临睡前用姜汁送服。
芩柏樗皮丸：治疗瘦人多热，导致带下。
黄芩、樗白皮、黄柏、川芎、滑石、海浮石、青黛、当归、白芍。

琥珀、木香、当归、没药（各四钱）、乳香（一钱）、麝香、朱砂（各二分半）。
制成水丸，大小如芡实。每一丸，用温酒磨化送服。
胃风汤：治疗风邪传入肾经导致的带下，色黑如瘀血。
人参、茯苓、川芎、当归、白术、白芍、肉桂（各七分）、粟米（百粒）。
三补丸：治疗赤带。兼服此丸。
黄芩、黄连、黄柏。
等分。制成蜜丸。用汤水送服。

以上四味药，都切成小块，放入锅内，用盐泥密封加固，待干后，用炭十斤烧至通红，火尽为止，埋在地里两天，取出火毒。用糯米粉打糊，制成如芡实大小的丸剂。每次空腹用醋汤送服。如果有孕，不可服用。
苦楝丸：治疗赤白带。
苦楝子碎后用酒浸，茴香炒，当归。
等分。用酒糊制成丸剂。每次三五十丸，空腹用酒送服。如果腰腿疼，用四物汤四两，加羌活、防风各一两，煎汤送服。
酒煮当归丸：治疗癫痫白带下注，脚气，腰部以下寒冷等症状。
当归（一两）、茴香（五钱）、炮附子、良姜（各七钱）。
以上四味药，锉如麻豆大，用酒一升半，煮至酒尽为止，焙干，研成细末。加入炒黄盐、丁香（各五钱）、全蝎（三钱）、柴胡（二钱）、升麻根、木香（各一钱）、苦楝子、炙甘草（各五分）、延胡索酒炒（四钱）。
用酒煮，面糊制成丸剂。每次二十丸，空腹宿食消化完后，用淡醋汤送服。忌油腻、酒、面食、生冷。
解带散：治疗湿热痰郁引起的白带。
酒当归、醋香附（各钱半）、酒白芍、白术（各钱二分）、茯苓、苍术、陈皮、丹皮（各一钱）、川芎、延胡索（各八分）、炙甘草（四分）、加生姜（二片）。
空腹服用。
侧柏樗皮丸：治疗七情所伤引起的白带。
椿根皮（二两）、醋香附、白芍、白术（各一两）、侧柏叶、川黄连、黄柏（炒各五钱）、白芷灰（三钱）。
用粥制成丸剂。
大圣万安散：治疗寒湿带下。
白术、木香、胡椒（各二钱半）、陈皮、黄芪、桑皮、木通（各五钱）、白牵牛（炒取头末二两）。
每次二钱，临睡前用姜汤送服。过一会儿，再喝几口姜汤催吐。天亮后可排便三五次，排出恶物后，用粥补养身体。服用此药，忌食晕酒晚饭。
延胡苦楝汤：治疗大寒带下。
延胡索、苦楝子（各二分）、黄柏（一分）、附子、肉桂（各三分）、炙甘草（五分）、熟地黄（一钱）。
白蔹丸：治疗未婚女子带下。
鹿茸（二两）、白蔹、狗脊（制去毛各一两）。
用醋艾叶煎汁，打糊制成丸剂。
内金鹿茸丸：治疗劳伤带浊。
鹿茸、黄芪、五味子、鸡内金、肉苁蓉、远志、牡蛎、桑螵蛸、龙骨、附子。
等分。制成蜜丸。

Jiao'ai Siwu Decoction (Cinnamon Twig, Mucilage and Four Substances Decoction): Treats red leukorrhea in women.
Composed of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) and Aye (Mugwort Leaf).
Guifu Tang (Cinnamon Twig and Aconite Decoction): Treats white leukorrhea with a fishy odor, accompanied by sadness and unhappiness, and severe cold.
Rougui (Cinnamon Twig, 1 qian), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, 2 qian), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome, each 5 fen).
If there is poor appetite with frequent fullness or occasional abdominal distension, add Baishao (White Peony Root, 5 fen); if there is loss of appetite, add Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry, 20 grains); if there is irritability and facial numbness like insects crawling, this indicates extreme deficiency of Yuanqi (Primal Qi) in the Stomach. Add Huangqi (Astragalus Root, 2 qian), Renshen (Ginseng Root, 7 fen), Zhigancao (Honey-fried Licorice Root, 3 fen), and Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome, 5 fen). This formula tonifies Yang Qi. In cases of extreme deficiency, Zhi Mu and Huang Bai are used as guiding herbs because they also regulate the ascending and descending of Yin and Yang.
Yuanrong Liuhe Tang (Yuanrong Six Harmonies Decoction): Also known as Yuanrong Siwu Tang. Treats red and white leukorrhea, with a deep and faint pulse, abdominal pain, or pain in the vagina.
Siwu Tang (each ingredient 1 qian) added with Rougui (Cinnamon Twig) and Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root, each 5 fen).
Another prescription: Siwu Tang added with Huixiang (Fennel Fruit) and Rougui (Cinnamon Twig).
Dongyuan Guzhen Wan (Dongyuan Solidify the True Pill): Treats profuse leukorrhea that does not stop, cold pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions feeling like ice, similarly in the vagina, eyes tearing up as if from fire, and teeth fearing heat.
Baishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, 1 qian), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 1 qian), Jiuzhu Longgu (Alcohol-boiled Fossilized Bones, 2 qian), Jiuxi Danggui (Alcohol-washed Angelica Sinensis Root, 3 qian), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed 4 qian), Jiu Huangbai (Alcohol-processed Phellodendron Bark, 5 fen), Baishao (White Peony Root, 5 fen).
Made into pills with paste. Take 30 pills at one time, swallowed with boiling water on an empty stomach. After a short while, eat porridge to suppress the medicine, so as not to let the hot medicine damage the Stomach. Avoid raw, cold, and hard foods.
Weisheng Tang (Health Preservation Decoction): Treats leukorrhea caused by Heat.
Baishao (White Peony Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, 3 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root, 1 qian).
Erhuang Sanbai Tang (Two Yellows and Three Whites Decoction): Treats leukorrhea caused by Heat.
Jiu Bianbo (Alcohol-processed Biota Tops, 5 qian), Chuanlian (Coptis Rhizome), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, each 5 qian), Cu Xiangfu (Vinegar-processed Cyperus Rhizome, 1 liang), Baishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, 1 liang), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 1 liang), Baishao (White Peony Root, 1 liang), Chunbapi (Celastrus Bark, 2 liang).
Baizhi San (Angelica Dahurica Powder): Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root, 1 liang), Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone, 3 qian), Taifa (Fetal Hair, 1 qian).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian at one time, swallowed with wine.
Buguzhi Wan (Psoralea Pill): Treats chronic leukorrhea in the elderly.
Buguzhi (Psoralea Fruit), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark), Cu Muli (Vinegar-processed Oyster Shell), Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry, each 3 liang), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed, 2 liang), Aye (Mugwort Leaf, 1 liang).
Laonian Baidai Fang (Elderly White Leukorrhea Prescription): Treats the same condition as above.
Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Wuwei (Schisandra), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark, each 4 qian), Yurou (Cornus Fruit, 5 qian), Buguzhi (Psoralea Fruit), Muli (Oyster Shell, each 3 qian), Cu Xiangfu (Vinegar-processed Cyperus Rhizome, 8 qian), Sharen (Amomum Fruit), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Fuling (Poria, Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed, each 2 qian), Cu Chao Aye (Vinegar-fried Mugwort Leaf, 1 qian), Cu Hua Ejiao (Vinegar-melted Donkey-hide Gelatin, 5 qian), Baishao (White Peony Root, 6 qian).
Made into Lujiiao Wan (Deer Antler Glue Pills). Swallowed with salt water.
Xuexue Daixia Fang (Blood Deficiency Leukorrhea Prescription): Treats leukorrhea caused by Blood deficiency.
Sijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction) combined with Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), added with Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome), Sharen (Amomum Fruit), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome).
Made into honey pills.
Wujin Wan (Black Gold Pill): Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Wutou (Aconite Lateral Root), Wufu (Prepared Aconite Root), Ezhu (Curcuma Rhizome), Aye (Mugwort Leaf).
Boil together with vinegar until soft, pound into a paste. Then add Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, each 4 liang), Baishao (White Peony Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome, each 2 liang), grind into fine powder, mix with the previous medicine, form into pill mud. Swallow with light vinegar water.
Wuai Wan (Wormwood and Cyperus Pill): Treats the same as above.
Wuyao (Litsea Root, 2.5 liang), Aye (Mugwort Leaf, 6 liang), Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome, 4 liang).
Soak Aye (Mugwort Leaf) in vinegar for more than ten days, then dry Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome) for one day after soaking. Grind together into powder, make pills with vinegar paste. Swallow with wine.
Chilin Wan (Red Strangury Pill): Treats red strangury.
Fuling (Poria), Shengdi (Rehmannia Root), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Xuduan (Dipsacus Root), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark), Danshen (Salvia Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), Baishao (White Peony Root).
Baimao Mao San (White Horse Hair Powder): Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Baimao Mao (White Horse Hair, 2 liang), Guijia (Turtle Shell, 4 liang), Muli (Oyster Shell, 1 liang 18 zhu), Biejia (Softshell Turtle Shell, 18 zhu).
Grind into powder. Swallow on an empty stomach with wine, one fangcun bi (square inch spoonful) at a time, three times a day. Increase dosage to half a bi if necessary. If white discharge predominates, use white horse hair; if red discharge predominates, use red horse hair.
Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction): Treats Shaoyang syndrome characterized by alternating chills and fever, afternoon tidal fever, silence and lack of appetite, or anger, bitter taste in the mouth, deafness, cough with fever, hypochondriac pain, severe cases unable to turn over, oppression and fullness in both hypochondria, or diarrhea/dysentery, or vomiting of sour and bitter fluids. It is applicable to all these conditions. It is also occasionally used with modifications for treating leukorrhea.
Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 2 qian), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, 1 qian), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, each 7 fen), Gancao (Licorice Root, 5 fen).
Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction): Treats blood loss due to Spleen channel dysfunction, insomnia, fever with night sweats, or Spleen injury due to overthinking leading to failure to control blood causing hemorrhage; or Spleen injury due to worry and thinking leading to Blood deficiency fever, limb pain, irregular bowel movements, irregular menstruation, leukorrhea, and afternoon/internal fever.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Fuling (Poria), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Longyan (Longan Aril), Zaoren (Sour Jujube Seed), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, each 1 qian), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, each 5 fen), Jiang (Ginger), Zao (Jujube).
Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction): Treats Damp-Heat in the Liver channel, such as swelling and pain of the genitals, abdominal pain, or difficult urination. Use this formula with modifications. For treating leukorrhea.
Longdancao (Gentiana Root), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, each 1 qian), Jiushengdi (Alcohol-processed Rehmannia Root), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Jiudanggui (Alcohol-processed Angelica Sinensis Root), Shanzhi (Gardenia Fruit), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, each 5 fen).
Miaoxin San (Wonderful Spirit Powder): Treats Heart Qi deficiency, mental agitation, emptiness, scant sleep, and night sweats. It is also used with modifications to treat leukorrhea.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, stir-fried), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, each 5 qian), Jiangzhi Chao Shanyao (Ginger-juice stir-fried Chinese Yam), Fuling (Poria), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, each 1 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar, separately ground, 3 qian), Shexiang (Musk, separately ground, 2 qian), Weimuxiang (Roasted Aucklandia Root, 2.5 qian).
Take 2 qian of powder at one time, swallowed with warm wine.
Siqi Tang (Four Seven Decoction): Treats phlegm formed by emotional stagnation, sensation of a plum pit stuck in the throat, phlegm retention and Qi obstruction in the middle jiao, phlegm congestion with asthma, or phlegm-fluid retching and nausea. It also treats leukorrhea with phlegm.
Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, 1.5 qian), Ziye (Perilla Leaf), Houpo (Magnolia Bark), Fuling (Poria, each 1 qian).
Daoshui Wan (Water-Guiding Pill): Treats red and white leukorrhea. Use as appropriate.
Dahuang (Rhubarb Rhizome), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, each 2 liang), Heiqianniu Toumo (Head powder of Black Morning Glory Seed, 4 liang), Huashi (Talcum, 4 liang).
Make pills with water. Swallow before bedtime with water.
Yugong San (Work-Effort Powder): Treats the same as above.
Heiqianniu Toumo (Head powder of Black Morning Glory Seed, 4 liang), Chao Huixiang (Stir-fried Fennel Fruit, 1 liang), or add Muxiang (Aucklandia Root, 1 liang).

Qinbai Chupi Wan (Scutellaria, Phellodendron and Celastrus Bark Pill): Treats thin individuals with excess Heat leading to leukorrhea.

Hupo Zhusha Wan (Amber and Cinnabar Pill): Treats leukorrhea in unmarried women.
Hupo (Amber), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Moyao (Myrrh, each 4 qian), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 1 qian), Shexiang (Musk), Zhusha (Cinnabar, each 2.5 fen).
Make water pills the size of a芡实 (Euryale Seed). Take one pill at a time, dissolve in warm wine and swallow.
Weifeng Tang (Stomach Wind Decoction): Treats leukorrhea caused by Wind pathogen transmitting to the Kidney channel, black like blood stasis.

Sanbu Wan (Three Tonifying Pills): Treats red leukorrhea. Take concurrently with this pill.

Equal parts. Make honey pills. Swallow with decoction.
Zhenling Dan (Shaking Spirit Elixir): Also known as Zijin Dan (Purple Gold Elixir). Treats insufficient Qi and Blood in women, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, deficiency and exhaustion, cold leukorrhea, and barren uterus.
Ruxiang (Frankincense, separately ground), Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung, separately ground), Moyao (Myrrh, separately ground and free of sand/stone, 2 liang each), Zhusha (Cinnabar, refined, 1 liang), Yuyuliangshi (Hematitum, quenched in vinegar and crushed), Daizheshi (Haematitum, processed same as Yuyuliangshi), Zishiyjing (Purple Quartz), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite).

Swallow one pill on an empty stomach with vinegar water. If pregnant, do not take.
Kelian Wan (Melia Pill): Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Kelian (Melia Seeds) broken and soaked in wine, Huixiang (Fennel Fruit) stir-fried, Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root).
Equal parts. Make pills with wine paste. Take 30-50 pills at one time, swallow on an empty stomach with wine. If waist and leg pain occur, take Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) 4 liang, add Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, 1 liang each), decoct and swallow.
Jiuzhu Danggui Wan (Alcohol-Boiled Angelica Pill): Treats epilepsy with leukorrhea flowing down, podagra (gout), and cold below the waist.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 1 liang), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit, 5 qian), Pao Fuzi (Processed Prepared Aconite Root), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome, each 7 qian).
The above four ingredients are chopped like hemp seeds, boiled in 1.5 sheng of wine until the wine is consumed, dried, and ground into fine powder. Add Chao Huangyan (Stir-fried Yellow Salt), Dingxiang (Clove, each 5 qian), Quanxie (Scorpion, 3 qian), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 2 qian), Shengmaggen (Cimicifuga Root), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root, each 1 qian), Kelianzi (Melia Seed), Zhigancao (Honey-fried Licorice Root, each 5 fen), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizome, wine-stir-fried, 4 qian).
Boil in wine, make pills with dough paste. Take 20 pills at one time, after empty stomach and digestion of old food, swallow with light vinegar water. Avoid greasy food, alcohol, noodles, and raw/cold foods.
Jiedai San (Leukorrhea-Resolving Powder): Treats white leukorrhea caused by Damp-Heat, Phlegm, and stagnation.
Jiu Danggui (Alcohol-processed Angelica Sinensis Root), Cu Xiangfu (Vinegar-processed Cyperus Rhizome, each 1.5 qian), Jiu Baishao (Alcohol-processed White Peony Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, each 1.2 qian), Fuling (Poria), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, each 1 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizome, each 8 fen), Zhigancao (Honey-fried Licorice Root, 4 fen), add Jiang (Ginger, 2 slices).

Make pills with congee.
Dasheng Wan'an San (Great Sage Ten-Thousand-Safety Powder): Treats cold-damp leukorrhea.
Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Hujiao (Pepper, each 2.5 qian), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Sangpi (Mulberry Bark), Mutong (Akebia Stem, each 5 qian), Bai Qianniu (White Morning Glory Seed, stir-fried head powder, 2 liang).
Take 2 qian of powder at one time, swallow before bedtime with ginger soup. After a short while, drink a few mouthfuls of ginger soup to induce evacuation. By dawn, defecate 3-5 times to expel evil substances, then replenish with porridge. When taking this medicine, avoid eating heavy meals, alcohol, and dinner.
Yanhukuilian Tang (Corydalis and Melia Decoction): Treats severe cold leukorrhea.

Roushouyu (Cistanche Stem), Bajitian (Morinda Root), Huluba (Trigonella Foenum-graecum Seed, each 1 jin), Buguzhi (Psoralea Fruit, 10 liang), Wubeizi (Chinese Gall, 8 liang), Fuling (Poria, 6 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 3 liang), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 2 liang, separately ground).
