胃为水谷之海。胃主受盛，脾司运化，人身赖之以生，将养乖宜，致有呕吐之患。呕吐之症，非止一端，各从症治。或为寒气内蓄；或为暑气所干；咚为饮食所伤；或构结而气逆。须辨明是何症呕吐，寒则温暖之；暑则清凉之；停食当
从消化；痰积必须顺桌。有未周之儿，或乳母夏月当风取凉；或冬月触冒风寒，此乳乳儿，亦令呕吐，随其冷热而治之。
凡小儿乳不可过饱，若满则溢，亦令呕吐。胃之纳乳，如器之盛物，杯卷之小，不可容巨HT 之物，雨骤则沼溢，酒
暴则卮翻，理必然也。
青金丹 专治吐逆。
水银（八钱） 硫黄（一钱）
入铫内，慢火化开，将柳条拨炒，或有烟焰，以醋洒之，结成砂子，碾细，糊丸，麻子大。每二十丸，生姜、陈皮
汤
下。
定吐紫金核 治冒寒呕吐，及胃气不和。
白茯苓（一两） 藿香叶 枇杷叶（姜汁炙去毛。各六钱） 砂仁（二钱） 官桂（二钱） 木香（二钱） 干姜
（三钱） 白术（五钱） 丁香（一钱五分）
枣肉为丸，朱砂三钱为衣。每服一丸，姜汤下。
烧针丸 治吐泻。
黄丹（二两） 生矾（一两） 朱砂（三钱）
枣肉为丸，桐子大。每用二三丸，针签灯上烧存性，米泔化下。
香胃九仙丹 治小儿一切呕吐，及男妇反胃噎塞。
人参 甘草 南星 木香（各二钱） 半夏（五钱，制） 枳壳（一两，麸炒） 枯矾（一钱） 豆豉（一两） 浓
朴（五钱，姜制）
为末，候晴夜露一宿，人参、浓朴煎汤作糊，作饼子，慢火焙干。每服一饼，姜汤下。
辰砂五苓散 治受暑毒，心烦呕吐，小便不通，大便频泄无度。
赤茯苓（二钱） 猪苓 泽泻（各一钱） 白术（一钱五分） 官桂（三分）
水煎，和朱砂末五分服。气虚加生脉散∶人参（五分） 麦冬（一钱） 五味（十粒）
益胃散 止呕吐，进饮食，益脾胃，宽胸。
茯苓 陈皮 藿香（各五钱） 白豆蔻 砂仁 木香（各三钱） 丁香 甘草（各二钱）
为末，每服一钱，姜汤下。
清膈饮 治伏暑呕逆。
香薷（二钱） 茯苓（一钱） 人参 半夏 甘草 檀香（各五分）
淡竹叶二十片、粳米百粒，水煎。
人参藿香散 治脾胃不和，呕逆不止。
人参 白术 藿香 枇杷叶（各一钱） 丁香 良姜 甘草（各一分） 木瓜（五分）
生姜三片，水煎。
白豆蔻散 治脾胃不和，腹痛呕吐，饮食不进。
枇杷叶（姜炙去毛） 白豆蔻 陈皮 川芎 甘草 人参 木瓜 黄 （各一钱）
生姜三片，枣一枚。
定吐良方 治吐逆，诸药不效，此方立验。
半夏（二两） 生姜（二两，锉碎） 官桂（五钱）
生姜、半夏顺手同炒，令香熟为度，方入官桂再焙，用纸铺地上，出火毒，去焦屑。每服二钱，水煎。
万安丹 治胃气伤冷呕吐。
半夏（制） 白术（各一钱） 附子（五钱一个，炮） 硫黄（一钱） 朱砂（五钱）
为末，姜汁为丸，麻子大。每服十丸，米汤下。
丹方 治吐泻立效。
硫黄 滑石（各等分）
每服一钱，米汤调化下。
灸法 中庭穴（立止吐泻，在 中一寸陷中，灸三壮。）
胃是容纳水谷的器官。胃负责接受和盛纳食物，脾负责运化输布，人体依靠这两者的功能维持生命。如果调养不当，就会导致呕吐的病症。呕吐的症状，不止一种原因，需要根据具体症状进行治疗。有的因为寒气内积；有的因为暑气侵袭；有的因为饮食损伤；有的因为气机郁结而上逆。必须辨明是哪一种类型的呕吐，如果是寒证就用温法治疗；如果是暑证就用清法治疗；如果是食积停滞应当从消食导滞入手；如果是痰饮积聚必须顺气化痰。对于年幼的婴儿，如果乳母在夏天乘凉时吹了风；或者在冬天触犯风寒，此时给婴儿喂奶，也会引起婴儿呕吐，要根据受寒或受热的原因分别治疗。
凡是小儿吃奶不可过饱，如果吃得过饱就会溢出，也会导致呕吐。胃接纳乳汁，就像容器盛装物品一样，杯子太小，不能容纳巨大的物体，雨水骤急则池沼满溢，酒倒得太快则酒杯翻覆，这是必然的道理。
青金丹 专门治疗呕吐逆气。
水银（八钱） 硫黄（一钱）
放入铫子中，用慢火熔化，用柳条拨动翻炒，如果有烟焰冒出，用醋喷洒，结成砂状颗粒，碾细，用糊剂做丸，大小如麻子。每次二十丸，用生姜、陈皮汤送服。

烧针丸 治疗呕吐腹泻。
黄丹（二两） 生矾（一两） 朱砂（三钱）
用枣肉做丸，大小如桐树种子。每次用二三丸，在灯上烧至存性（保留药性），用米泔水化开送服。
香胃九仙丹 治疗小儿各种呕吐，以及男女反胃噎塞。
人参 甘草 南星 木香（各二钱） 半夏（五钱，经过炮制） 枳壳（一两，麸皮炒） 枯矾（一钱） 豆豉（一两） 浓朴（五钱，姜汁制）

辰砂五苓散 治疗感受暑毒，心烦呕吐，小便不通，大便频繁泄泻无度。
赤茯苓（二钱） 猪苓 泽泻（各一钱） 白术（一钱五分） 官桂（三分）
用水煎煮，调和朱砂末五分服用。气虚者加生脉散：人参（五分） 麦冬（一钱） 五味子（十粒）
益胃散 止住呕吐，增进饮食，补益脾胃，宽胸理气。

清膈饮 治疗伏暑引起的呕吐逆气。

人参藿香散 治疗脾胃不和，呕吐逆气不止。

生姜、半夏顺手同炒，炒至香气熟透为止，然后加入官桂再焙干，铺纸在地上，去除火毒，去掉焦屑。每次服用二钱，用水煎煮。
万安丹 治疗胃气受冷引起的呕吐。
半夏（炮制） 白术（各一钱） 附子（五钱一个，炮制） 硫黄（一钱） 朱砂（五钱）
研为末，用姜汁做丸，大小如麻子。每次服用十丸，用米汤送服。
The Stomach is the sea of water and grain. The Stomach is responsible for receiving and holding food, while the Spleen governs transformation and transportation; the human body relies on these functions to sustain life. Improper care can lead to disorders of vomiting and regurgitation. The syndrome of vomiting and regurgitation arises from various causes and should be treated according to specific symptoms. It may be caused by internal accumulation of Cold pathogen; invasion by Summerheat pathogen; injury from dietary excess; or Qi rebellion due to stagnation. One must distinguish the type of vomiting: if it is Cold, apply warming methods; if it is Summerheat, apply cooling methods; if it is Food stagnation, focus on digestion and guiding out stagnation; if it is Phlegm accumulation, ensure smooth flow of Qi and resolve phlegm. In infants, if the nursing mother exposes herself to wind while cooling off in summer, or contracts Wind-Cold in winter, breastfeeding under these conditions may also cause infant vomiting. Treatment should follow the differentiation of Cold or Heat.
Infants' milk intake should not be excessive. If the stomach is overfilled, it will overflow, leading to vomiting. The Stomach's reception of milk is like a vessel holding objects; a small cup cannot contain large items, sudden heavy rain causes ponds to overflow, and pouring wine too quickly overturns the goblet; this is an inevitable principle.
Qingjin Dan (Green Golden Pill) is specifically indicated for vomiting and regurgitation.
Mercurius (Shuiyin, 水银) (8 qian), Sulfur (Liuhuang, 硫黄) (1 qian).
Place in a crucible, melt slowly over low heat, stir-fry with a willow twig. If smoke or flames appear, sprinkle vinegar to form granules. Grind into fine powder, mix with paste to make pills, size of hemp seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered with Decoction of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 生姜) and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮).
Dingtou Zijin He (Stabilizing Vomiting Purple Gold Core) treats vomiting due to Cold invasion and Disharmony of Stomach Qi.
Poria (Baifuling, 白茯苓) (1 liang), Agastache Leaf (Huoxiangye, 藿香叶), Loquat Leaf (Pipaye, 枇杷叶) (prepared with Ginger Juice, hairs removed, 6 qian each), Amomum Fruit (Sharen, 砂仁) (2 qian), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui, 官桂) (2 qian), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, 木香) (2 qian), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜) (3 qian), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术) (5 qian), Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) (1.5 qian).
Make pills with Date Flesh (Zaorou, 枣肉), coat with Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) (3 qian). Take one pill per dose, administered with Ginger Decoction.
Shaozhen Wan (Burned Needle Pill) treats vomiting and diarrhea.
Lithargyrum (Huangdan, 黄丹) (2 liang), Alum (Shengfan, 生矾) (1 liang), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) (3 qian).
Make pills with Date Flesh, size of Toona seeds. Take 2-3 pills per dose, burn on a lamp wick until charred but retaining efficacy (Cunxing, 存性), dissolve in Rice Wash Water (Mitan, 米泔) and administer.
Xiangwei Jiuxian Dan (Fragrant Stomach Nine Immortals Pill) treats all types of vomiting in children, as well as retrograde vomiting and dysphagia in men and women.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanxing, 南星), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, 木香) (2 qian each), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏) (5 qian, processed), Aurantium Fructus (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) (1 liang, stir-baked with bran), Calcined Alum (Kufan, 枯矾) (1 qian), Fermented Soybean (Douchi, 豆豉) (1 liang), Magnolia Bark (Noupu, 厚朴) (5 qian, prepared with ginger juice).
Grind into powder, expose overnight on clear nights. Make a paste using Decoction of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Magnolia Bark, form into cakes, dry slowly over low heat. Take one cake per dose, administered with Ginger Decoction.
Chensha Wuling San (Cinnabar Five-Ingredient Powder for Leeching Out Dampness) treats toxicity from Summerheat, irritability, vomiting, urinary obstruction, and frequent, uncontrolled diarrhea.
Red Poria (Chifuling, 赤茯苓) (2 qian), Polyporus (Zhuling, 猪苓), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie, 泽泻) (1 qian each), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术) (1.5 qian), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui, 官桂) (0.3 qian).
Decoct in water, mix with 0.5 qian of Cinnabar powder and administer. For Qi deficiency, add Shengmai San (Generate Pulse Powder): Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) (0.5 qian), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong, 麦冬) (1 qian), Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi, 五味子) (10 berries).
Yiwei San (Benefit Stomach Powder) stops vomiting, promotes appetite, tonifies Spleen and Stomach, and expands the chest.
Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮), Agastache Herb (Huoxiang, 藿香) (5 qian each), Cardamom Seed (Baidoukou, 白豆蔻), Amomum Fruit (Sharen, 砂仁), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, 木香) (3 qian each), Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (2 qian each).
Grind into powder, take 1 qian per dose, administered with Ginger Decoction.
Qinge Yin (Clear Diaphragm Decoction) treats vomiting and regurgitation due to latent Summerheat.
Mosla Herb (Xiangru, 香薷) (2 qian), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) (1 qian), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), Sandalwood Wood (Tanxiang, 檀香) (0.5 qian each).
Decoct twenty leaves of Lophatherum Herb (Danzhuyeq, 淡竹叶) and one hundred grains of Coix Seed (Jingmi, 粳米) in water.
Renshen Huoxiang San (Ginseng and Agastache Powder) treats Disharmony of Spleen and Stomach and persistent vomiting and regurgitation.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术), Agastache Herb (Huoxiang, 藿香), Loquat Leaf (Pipaye, 枇杷叶) (1 qian each), Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香), Galangal Rhizome (Liangjiang, 良姜), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (0.1 qian each), Quince (Mugua, 木瓜) (0.5 qian).
Decoct three slices of Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang, 生姜) in water.
Baidoukou San (Cardamom Seed Powder) treats Disharmony of Spleen and Stomach, abdominal pain, vomiting, and loss of appetite.
Loquat Leaf (Pipaye, 枇杷叶) (prepared with ginger, hairs removed), Cardamom Seed (Baidoukou, 白豆蔻), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Quince (Mugua, 木瓜), Astragalus Root (Huangqi, 黄芪) (1 qian each).
Decoct three slices of Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang, 生姜) and one Jujube (Dazao, 大枣) in water.
Dingtou Liangfang (Excellent Formula for Stabilizing Vomiting) treats vomiting and regurgitation when other medicines are ineffective; this formula acts immediately.
Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏) (2 liang), Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang, 生姜) (2 liang, chopped), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui, 官桂) (5 qian).
Stir-fry Fresh Ginger and Pinellia Tuber together until fragrant and cooked, then add Cinnamon Twig and bake again. Spread on paper on the ground to remove fire toxicity and discard charred particles. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in water.
Wan'an Dan (Ten Thousand Peace Pill) treats vomiting due to Cold damaging Stomach Qi.
Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, 半夏) (processed), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术) (1 qian each), Aconite Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, 附子) (one piece, 5 qian, processed), Sulfur (Liuhuang, 硫黄) (1 qian), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) (5 qian).
Grind into powder, make pills with Ginger Juice, size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, administered with Rice Decoction.
Danfang (Prescription Pill) treats vomiting and diarrhea with immediate effect.
Sulfur (Liuhuang, 硫黄), Talcum (Huashi, 滑石) (equal parts).
Take 1 qian per dose, dissolve and administer with Rice Decoction.
Moxibustion Method: Zhongting Acupoint (Ren-12, Midway Point) [Note: Text says "in front of umbilicus 1 cun", standard Ren-12 is at umbilicus, Ren-13 is 1 cun above. Based on text "mid 1 cun depression", likely referring to Ren-12 or nearby]. Moxibustion here stops vomiting and diarrhea immediately. Location: 1 cun above the umbilicus in the depression. Apply 3 moxa cones.
