水一碗，煎六分，另加童便半盏，姜汁二茶匙，服二剂，又照后方服。

此方出自秘传已经万试万验，其效如神，救人无数。凡仁人君子见此方而能广传播者，积德宁有量哉！
此二方不论男女，远年近日，各种吐血，只要现吐之日，先服前方两剂，随服后方十剂，无不立时全
愈，永不再发。断不可服一切寒凉之药，如从前误服凉药，以致寒血凝滞者，服完此十二剂之后，皆已陆续咳
吐声尽。不必再服，自然全愈，或身体虚弱另服六味地黄丸一斤，每日清晨以淡

眼俱可洗，既得此方七年内洗好九十余人，嗣大同府张远腾之妻双目不明，根据方洗之三月即明。洗眼之日最
忌葱、韭、大蒜。务要诚心净手焚香，洗眼日期开后。

Take one bowl of water, decoct until reduced to six-tenths. Add separately half a cup of child's urine (Tongbian, 童便) and two teaspoons of ginger juice (Jiangzhi, 姜汁). Take two doses, then follow with the subsequent formula.

These two formulas apply to both men and women, whether for chronic or recent onset, and for various types of hematemesis (vomiting blood, 吐血). On the day bleeding occurs, first take two doses of the anterior formula, followed by ten doses of the posterior formula. There is no case that does not heal immediately and never recur. Absolutely do not take any cold-natured medicines. If previous misuse of cooling medicines caused cold-blood stasis, after completing these twelve doses, the stagnant blood will be gradually coughed up and cleared.
