豆蔻丸
治伤乳食，脾胃不和。泄泻无度。
木香（一分） 肉豆蔻（面裹煨一个） 草豆蔻 槟榔 青皮（去穣） 陈皮（去白各一分） 京三棱（一
两炮锉）
上为细末。面糊和丸绿豆大。每服五七丸。姜汤下。无时。
黄连茱萸散
治伤乳食下泻。
黄连（去须一两） 吴茱萸（拣去枝梗半两） 干姜（二钱） 巴豆（肥大者一个去皮）
上锉细。同炒至焦黄。去巴豆不用。外为细末。每服一钱。煎陈米饮调下。日三。乳食前。
缓中丸
治有伤泄泻。
神曲（炒黄） 诃子皮（炮各半两） 吴茱萸（拣净炒黑色二两）
上为末。炼蜜和丸麻子大。每服三二十九。枣汤下。无时。
回阳散
治下泻虚极。或因服转药泻脱。四肢逆冷。目瞪项强。大便不禁。心胸烦闷。不能乳食。

木香（一分） 肉豆蔻（用面粉包裹后煨熟一个） 草豆蔻 槟榔 青皮（去除内部瓤络） 陈皮（去除白色内层，各一分） 京三棱（一两，炮制并锉碎）
以上药材研为细末。用面糊调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五至七丸。用姜汤送服。不限固定时间。
黄连茱萸散
治疗因乳食损伤引起的下部泄泻。
黄连（去除须根一两） 吴茱萸（挑选去除枝梗半两） 干姜（二钱） 巴豆（选取肥大者一个，去皮）
以上药材切碎，共同炒至焦黄色。去掉巴豆不再使用。将剩余药物研为细末。每次服用一钱。用陈年米汤煎煮调服。每日三次。在吃奶或进食前服用。
缓中丸
治疗因受伤（指饮食不当等）引起的泄泻。
神曲（炒至黄色） 诃子皮（炮制，各半两） 吴茱萸（挑选干净，炒至黑色二两）
以上药材研为细末。用炼蜜调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三至二十九丸（注：原文“三二十九”疑为衍文或特定剂量表述，此处直译），用枣汤送服。不限固定时间。
回阳散
治疗下泻导致元气极度虚弱。或者因为服用催泻药导致脱证。四肢逆冷（手脚冰凉）。眼睛直视，项背强直。大便失禁。心胸烦闷。不能进食喝奶。

Doukou Wan (Cardamom Pill)
Treats spleen and stomach disharmony caused by damage from milk and food. Profuse diarrhea (diarrhea occurring excessively without control).
Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one fen) Roudoukou (Nucis Arecae Catalpae Semen, one wrapped in flour and baked) Caodoukou (Cardamomi Fructus) Binglang (Arecae Semen) Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, pith removed) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, albedo removed, each one fen) Jingsanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma, one liang, processed and crushed)
The above are ground into fine powder. Mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take five to seven pills per dose. Administer with ginger decoction. At any time.
Huanglian Zhuyu San (Coptis and Evodia Powder)
Treats lower diarrhea caused by damage from milk and food.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, one liang, mustards removed) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, selected and free of stems and twigs, half liang) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, two qian) Badou (Crotonis Fructus, select plump ones, one, peel removed)
The above are cut into fine pieces and stir-fried together until scorched yellow. Remove Badou and do not use it. Grind the remaining substances into fine powder. Take one qian per dose. Mix with boiled old rice water for administration. Three times daily. Before feeding or eating.
Huanzhong Wan (Soothe Middle Pill)
Treats diarrhea due to injury (referring to dietary indiscretion).
Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, stir-fried until yellow) Hezi Pi (Terminaliae Chebulae Pericarpium, processed, each half liang) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, selected clean, stir-fried until black, two liang)
The above are ground into powder. Mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take three to twenty-nine pills per dose. Administer with jujube decoction. At any time.
Huiyang San (Restore Yang Powder)
Treats extreme deficiency resulting from lower diarrhea. Or collapse syndrome caused by taking purgative drugs. Cold limbs (cold hands and feet). Fixed gaze and neck stiffness. Incontinence of feces. Restlessness and stuffiness in the chest and heart. Inability to feed or eat.
