银汤丸
治如前。

蟾酥丹
治食痫毒盛。汤药不下。
蟾酥（一分） 真珠末（一分） 甘遂（一分，慢火煨黄） 牡蛎粉（一分） 犀角末（一分） 巴豆
（七个，去皮心出油尽） 杏仁（一分，麸炒去皮尖，细研） 麝香（一分，研）
上拌研匀。细糯米饭和丸黍米大。每服三丸。煎荆芥汤放温送下。量大小加减。乳食前。
灵朱丸
治食痫乳食不消。心腹壅滞。四肢抽掣。
五灵脂（去砂石） 朱砂（研水飞，各一分） 巴豆（五枚，去皮心研纸裹去油）
上同研细如粉。烧粟米饭和丸黄米大。一二岁儿。温水下二丸。取或痢或吐效。更在量大小加减服之。乳食
前。
三痫丹
治痫证发。未能分辨。皆可治之。
黑锡（一两，水银半两，二味同结沙子研极细） 蝎梢（半两） 木香（半两） 天南星（半两，炮裂）
僵蚕（去丝嘴，半两炒黄） 人参（去芦，半两） 半夏（半两，汤洗七次） 防风（去芦，并叉枝半两）
上为细末。石脑油半盏。研极细。入麝香一钱。脑子半钱。各研细。与众药末拌匀。枣肉和丸黍米大。每服
三五丸至十丸。煎荆芥薄荷汤下。无时。
真珠丸
治疗因饮食积滞引发的癫痫发作及抽搐。

将上述药物研为细末。用蒸饼和药制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。一岁以下患儿服一丸，岁以上者服二丸。用葱汤送服。在吃奶或进食前服用。
散剂
治疗因饮食积滞引发的癫痫发作及抽搐。身体发热。眼睛向上凝视。
全蝎 白附子 朱砂（各一钱，研磨，水飞法处理） 腻粉（半钱） 巴豆（二十四个，去皮膜并榨油，另一种说法是不榨油直接研磨） 天浆子（三个，去壳） 麝香（一字量）
将上述药物共同研磨极细。每次取一字量的药粉。用薄荷汤调匀后送服。根据患儿年龄大小及体质虚实进行剂量加减。在吃奶或进食前服用。
大青丸
治疗因饮食积滞引发的癫痫发作及抽搐，以及惊风积滞。（许宣赞方）
青黛（炒制，五钱） 蜈蚣（一对，完整的微炒） 全蝎（二十一个，完整的微炒） 巴豆（二十一个，去皮心膜并榨尽油后使用）
将上述药物研为细末。用鹅梨汁煎煮浓缩，加入绿豆粉制作成糊状，与药末混合制成如豌豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸。用酒一匙、水一匙、少许薄荷汁，共同化开药丸送服。无论是食痫还是急惊风引起的抽搐，服用此药立即见效。在吃奶或进食前服用。
银汤丸
治疗方法同上。
天南星（醋煮透后切片，焙干研末，炒制，一钱匕量） 棘冈子（十四个，去壳） 蝎梢（十四个） 巴豆（十四个，去皮心并榨尽油） 雄黄末（炒制，一钱匕量） 朱砂（五分）
将上述药物研为细末。煎煮薄荷汤调和面粉制成糊状，制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸。用煎好的金银汤送服。在吃奶或进食前服用。更需根据患儿年龄大小进行剂量加减。
妙圣丹
治疗因饮食积滞引发的癫痫发作及抽搐。通利胸膈气机。
蝎梢（四十九个，微炒） 木香（一分） 代赭石（火煅后用醋淬炼十次，一分） 牙硝（一分） 大黄（一分，炮制，以上药物先研为细末） 腻粉（半分，研磨） 朱砂（半两，研磨，水飞法处理） 麝香（半钱，单独研磨） 冰片（半钱，研磨） 巴豆（七个，去皮心用纸包裹榨尽油）
将上述药物研为细末。滴入清水和药制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用三至五丸。用沉香汤送服。在吃奶或进食前服用。
蟾酥丹
治疗食痫毒邪炽盛，汤药无法下咽的情况。
蟾酥（一分） 真珠末（一分） 甘遂（一分，慢火煨至黄色） 牡蛎粉（一分） 犀角末（一分） 巴豆（七个，去皮心并榨尽油） 杏仁（一分，麸皮炒制去皮尖，细研） 麝香（一分，研磨）
将上述药物拌匀研磨均匀。用细糯米饭和药制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸。煎煮荆芥汤放温后送服。根据患儿年龄大小进行剂量加减。在吃奶或进食前服用。
灵朱丸
治疗食痫导致乳食不消化。心腹部气机壅滞阻塞。四肢抽搐掣动。
五灵脂（去除砂石杂质） 朱砂（研磨水飞法处理，各一分） 巴豆（五枚，去皮心研磨并用纸包裹去油）
将上述药物共同研磨细如粉末。用烧熟的粟米饭和药制成如黄米大小的丸剂。一至两岁的幼儿，用温水送服二丸。以出现腹泻或呕吐为见效标志。更需根据患儿年龄大小进行剂量加减服用。在吃奶或进食前服用。
三痫丹
治疗各种痫证发作时，尚不能分辨具体类型，皆可治疗。
黑锡（一两，水银半两，这两味药同炼结成沙粒状，研磨极细） 蝎梢（半两） 木香（半两） 天南星（半两，炮裂） 僵蚕（去除丝嘴，半两炒黄） 人参（去除芦头，半两） 半夏（半两，开水洗涤七次） 防风（去除芦头及分叉枝节，半两）
将上述药物研为细末。取石脑油半盏，研磨极细。加入麝香一钱、冰片半钱，分别研磨细后，与众药末拌匀。用枣肉和药制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用三至五丸至十丸。随时可用煎好的荆芥薄荷汤送服。
Zhenzhu Wan (Pearl Pill)
Treats food-stagnation epilepsy (Shi Xian) with convulsions.
Calcitum Pulvis (Huashi Mo, 滑石末) (3 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) (3 qian), Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎) (7 pieces), Arisaemae Rhizoma Cum Bile Pulvis (Nanxing Mo, 天南星末) (1 qian), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (40 pieces, peeled, membranes removed, oil expressed completely), Pinelliae Fermentatum Pulvis (Banxia Qu Mo, 半夏曲末) (2 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (a small amount).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with steamed wheat dough to form pills the size of mung beans. For infants under one year old, administer one pill; for older children, two pills. Administer with green onion decoction. Give before milk or meals.
San Powder
Treats food-stagnation epilepsy (Shi Xian) with convulsions, body heat, and upward deviation of the eyes.
Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎), Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi, 白附子), Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂) (each 1 qian, ground, levigated with water), Hydrargyri Oxydum Rubrum (Nifen, 腻粉) (0.5 qian), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (24 pieces, peeled, membranes removed, oil expressed; another method says do not express oil but grind directly), Oriolus Nidus (Tianjiangzi, 天浆子) (3 pieces, shell removed), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 zi dose).
Grind all ingredients together into a fine powder. Each time, take one zi dose. Mix with mint decoction and administer. Adjust dosage according to age and deficiency/excess constitution. Give before milk or meals.
Daqing Wan (Indigo Wild Indigo Pill)
Treats food-stagnation epilepsy (Shi Xian) with convulsions, and fright accumulation (Jing Ji). (Formula from Xu Xuanzan)
Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 青黛) (stir-fried, 5 qian), Scolopendra (Wugong, 蜈蚣) (1 pair, whole, lightly stir-fried), Scorpio (Xie, 全蝎) (21 pieces, whole, lightly stir-fried), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (21 pieces, peel, heart, and membranes removed, oil expressed completely).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Decoct goose pear juice, add mung bean starch to make a paste, mix with the powder to form pills the size of pea seeds. Take one pill per dose. Dissolve in one spoon of wine, one spoon of water, and a little mint juice. Administer immediately for efficacy in either food-stagnation epilepsy or acute fright convulsions. Give before milk or meals.
Yintang Wan (Silver Soup Pill)
Treatment as described above.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Tiannanxing, 天南星) (boiled thoroughly in vinegar, sliced, dried, ground, stir-fried, 1 qian bi), Grewia Fructus (Jigangzi, 棘冈子) (14 pieces, shell removed), Scorpio Tail (Xieshao, 蝎梢) (14 pieces), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (14 pieces, peel, heart removed, oil expressed completely), Realgar Pulvis (Xionghuang Mo, 雄黄末) (stir-fried, 1 qian bi), Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂) (5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Decoct mint soup, mix with flour to make a paste, form pills the size of millet seeds. Take five pills per dose. Administer with decocted silver-gold soup. Give before milk or meals. Adjust dosage according to age.
Miaosheng Dan (Miraculous Sage Elixir)
Treats food-stagnation epilepsy (Shi Xian) with convulsions. Promotes free flow in the chest and diaphragm.
Scorpio Tail (Xieshao, 蝎梢) (49 pieces, lightly stir-fried), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) (1 fen), Haematitum (Daizhe, 代赭石) (calcined, quenched in vinegar ten times, 1 fen), Natrii Sulfas (Yaxiao, 牙硝) (1 fen), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) (1 fen, processed; first grind these into powder), Calomelas (Nifen, 腻粉) (0.5 fen, ground), Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂) (0.5 liang, ground, levigated with water), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (0.5 qian, separately ground), Borneolum Syntheticum (Naozhi, 脑子) (0.5 qian, ground), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (7 pieces, peel, heart removed, wrapped in paper to express oil completely).
Grind into fine powder. Add drops of water to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take three to five pills per dose. Administer with agaric soup. Give before milk or meals.
Chansu Dan (Toad Venom Elixir)
Treats severe toxicity in food-stagnation epilepsy where medicinal soups cannot be swallowed.
Bufo Venenum (Chansu, 蟾酥) (1 fen), Margarita Pulvis (Zhenzhu Mo, 真珠末) (1 fen), Kansui Radix (Gansui, 甘遂) (1 fen, slow-fire roasted until yellow), Ostreae Concha Pulvis (Muli Fen, 牡蛎粉) (1 fen), Rhinocerotis Cornu Pulvis (Xijiao Mo, 犀角末) (1 fen), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (7 pieces, peel, heart removed, oil expressed completely), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren, 杏仁) (1 fen, bran-roasted, peel and tip removed, finely ground), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 fen, ground).
Mix and grind evenly. Form pills the size of millet seeds using fine glutinous rice paste. Take three pills per dose. Administer with warm decoction of Schizonepeta. Adjust dosage according to age. Give before milk or meals.
Lingzhu Wan (Spiritual Cinnabar Pill)
Treats food-stagnation epilepsy where milk and food are not digested. Stagnation and obstruction in the heart and abdomen. Convulsions and twitching of the four limbs.
Trogopterori Excrement (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂) (remove sand and stones), Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂) (ground, levigated with water, each 1 fen), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 巴豆) (5 pieces, peel, heart removed, ground, wrapped in paper to remove oil).
Grind together until fine as powder. Mix with roasted millet rice paste to form pills the size of yellow millet seeds. For children aged one to two years, administer two pills with warm water. Effect is indicated by diarrhea or vomiting. Adjust dosage according to age. Give before milk or meals.
Sanxian Dan (Three Epilepsies Elixir)
Treats various epilepsy syndromes during onset when specific types cannot yet be distinguished; applicable to all.
Black Tin (Heixi, 黑锡) (1 liang), Mercury (Shuiyin, 水银) (0.5 liang); these two substances are combined to form sand-like grains, ground extremely fine. Scorpio Tail (Xieshao, 蝎梢) (0.5 liang), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) (0.5 liang), Arisaemae Rhizoma (Tiannanxing, 天南星) (0.5 liang, processed until cracked), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 僵蚕) (remove silk and mouthparts, 0.5 liang, stir-fried until yellow), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) (remove rhizome, 0.5 liang), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) (0.5 liang, washed seven times in boiling water), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) (remove rhizome and forked branches, 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take half a cup of naphtha, grind extremely fine. Add one qian of Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) and half a qian of Borneolum Syntheticum (Naozhi, 脑子), grind separately until fine, then mix uniformly with the other herb powders. Form pills the size of millet seeds using jujube flesh. Take three to five pills up to ten pills per dose. Administer at any time with decocted Schizonepeta and mint soup.
