龙蛤散（与前药服）
龙胆草去芦。蛤粉等分。为细末。每服二钱。 猪肝半两。薄批掺药在中。以线缠定。用米泔于银石沙铫内
炭火慢慢煮。至肝熟为度。食后少顷食之。以汁送下。日三。须先以清凉饮子利动。方服此二药。必效。
煎柿散（又名通圣散）
治疮疹入眼。

上为细末。每服一钱。用柿子一个。粟米泔一盏。同煎至水尽，取柿子吃之。日三。一月验。一云。浅者五
七日效。重者半月日效。
仙灵脾散
治疮疹入眼。仙灵脾威灵仙去芦等分。为细末。每服半钱。米汤调下。食后。
珍珠散
治疮疹入眼。 膜赤痛羞明。栝蒌根一两。蛇蜕皮全者炙焦一钱。为末。用羊子肝一叶。批开去筋膜。掺药
末二钱。麻线缠定。米泔煮熟。任意食之。乳儿未能食者。以肝研烂。和丸黄米大。生米泔下十丸。乳头喂亦
可。日三。令乳母兼食之佳。
浮萍散
治疮疹入眼。痛楚不忍。恐伤其目。以浮萍草阴干为末。每服一二钱。用羊子肝半片。入盆子内。以竹杖子
刺碎烂。投水半合。绞取肝汁。调药服之。食后。不甚者。一服便瘥。若目已伤者。十服瘥。
蛇蜕散
治疮疹入眼。 膜侵睛成珠子。

上为末。每服二钱。沸汤点。细细呷。入竹叶煎之。更妙，食后。

紫雪

通关散

甘露饮

败毒散

上为末。每服一字或半钱。蜜水调下。无时。
牛黄散
治疮疹毒瓦斯入胃。便血日夜无度。腹痛啼哭。郁金一两。牛黄一钱。共研匀细。每二岁儿半钱。浆水半盏。
煎至三分。和滓温服。日二。
升麻汤
治疮疹已愈。余毒未解。疮痂虽落。瘢色黯惨。或凹凸肉起。宜用此灭瘢消毒。以川升麻不限多少。细锉。
水一大盏。煎至七分。取汁。以绵蘸。洗拭疮瘢。
青金散
治疮疹愈而瘢不消。
白蒺藜（半两） 山栀子（半两） 青黛（半两研） 腻粉（一钱研）
上拌匀。每用少许。生麻油调涂瘢上。
又方 治疮疹瘢子。以密陀僧细研为末。水调夜涂。明旦洗之。
又方 以真玉时时磨疮疹瘢子。久则平滑。
清凉饮子
治疮疹后解去余毒。
大黄（湿纸裹煨） 当归 赤芍药 甘草（炙各等分）
上 咀。每服一钱。水一大盏。入薄荷两叶。同煎至半盏。去滓温服。食后。更看虚实。以意分减。
神朱散
治疮疹后解去余毒。
赤小豆（二钱炒） 槐花（二钱炒） 麝（少许）
上为细末。每服半钱或一字。温酒调下。临卧只一服。微利之。

以上药材研成细末。煮烂兔肝并捣碎。与药末混合制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸。用米泔水送服。在饭后及临睡前服用。
龙蛤散（与前一种药配合服用）
龙胆草去芦头。蛤粉等量。研成细末。每次服用二钱。取猪肝半两，切成薄片，将药末掺入其中，用线缠紧。放入银石沙铫内，用米泔水、炭火慢慢煮。直到肝煮熟为止。饭后稍顷食用。用汤汁送下。每日三次。必须先服用清凉饮子使大便通畅后，才能服用这两种药。必定有效。
煎柿散（又名通圣散）
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。
谷精草（去根） 白菊花（无节者，可用甘菊） 绿豆皮（各一分）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用一钱。用一个柿子，一盏粟米泔水，一同煎至水干，吃下柿子。每日三次。一个月见效。另一种说法是：轻症五到七天见效，重症半个月见效。
仙灵脾散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。仙灵脾（威灵仙）去芦头，等量。研成细末。每次服用半钱。用米汤调服。饭后服用。
珍珠散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。眼睑红肿疼痛、畏光。栝蒌根一两。完整的蛇蜕皮炙焦一钱。研成细末。取羊子肝一叶，剖开去掉筋膜。掺入药末二钱。用麻线缠紧。用米泔水煮熟。随意食用。婴儿不能食用的，将肝研烂，与药末混合制成如黄米大小的丸剂。用生米泔水送服十丸。喂乳头也可以。每日三次。让乳母同时食用效果更好。
浮萍散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。疼痛难忍，担心损伤眼睛。将浮萍草阴干研成细末。每次服用一二钱。取羊子肝半片，放入盆中。用竹杖子将其刺碎捣烂。投入半合水。绞取肝汁。调和药物服用。饭后服用。病情不重的，一次服药即可痊愈。如果眼睛已经受伤，服用十次可痊愈。
蛇蜕散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。眼睑膜侵犯黑睛形成珠状物。
马勃（一两） 皂荚子（十四个） 蛇蜕皮（完整的一条）
以上药材放入一个小罐子内。用泥封口烧制。不得漏烟。烧至存性。研成细末。温水调服。饭后服用。
仙术散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。生成障膜如丁字形。先用朱砂、水银粉各一钱，片脑三钱。一处拌匀。放入一个小砂锅内盛好。用新茶盏一只盖住口。用黄土泥封缝隙。用炭火烧红。一会儿取出。放冷后收存。如果左眼有病，就取药如豆大，用棉包裹塞入左耳中。右眼有病，塞右耳中。然后服用此仙术散。
紫苏（一两） 苍术（米泔浸泡一夜焙干二两） 谷精草（去根一两） 青蛤粉（一两）
以上药材研成细末。每次取猪肝一片剖开。掺入药末三钱在内。用麻线缠紧。米泔水煮熟。先在热气上熏眼。然后食用。
煮肝散
治疗疮疹侵入眼睛。其他药物无效。
青葙子 决明子 车前子 密蒙花（各等分）
以上药材研成细末。取羊子肝。用竹刀薄切。掺入药末二钱在内。用荷叶包裹。麻线缚紧。石器内煮熟。随意食用。
如圣汤
治疗疮疹毒气攻冲咽喉导致肿痛。
桔梗（去芦一两） 甘草（一两） 牛蒡子（一两，炒） 麦门冬（去心一两）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用二钱。用沸水冲泡。细细呷饮。加入竹叶煎煮更好。饭后服用。
治疗斑疮侵入眼睛 夜明砂半两。木香半两。淡竹叶半两。研成细末。每次服用半钱或一钱。井水调服。饭后服用。
紫雪
治疗疮疹毒气攻冲咽喉肿痛。饮食难以下咽。（方剂记载于《和剂局方》中）
通关散
治疗疮疹心经有热。烦躁口渴。口舌生疮。以及大小便不通。

甘露饮
治疗疮疹已发出，热毒上冲。牙龈肿胀断裂。不能咀嚼食物。乳母也可共同服用。
生干地黄（切片焙干） 熟干地黄（切片） 天门冬（去心） 麦门冬（去心） 枇杷叶（去毛） 黄芩（去心）
石斛（去根） 甘草（炙） 枳实（麸炒去瓤） 山茵陈叶（去土各一两。）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用二钱。水一盏。煎至七分。去渣温服。不限时间。
青黛
治疗疮疹热盛。心神烦躁。将青黛细研。每次半钱。用磨刀的温水调服。每日三次。
败毒散
治疗同上。
白芍药 甘草（炙） 雄黄（醋煮水飞各一分）
以上药材研成细末。每次服用一字或半钱。蜜水调服。不限时间。
牛黄散
治疗疮疹毒瓦斯入胃。便血日夜无度。腹痛啼哭。郁金一两。牛黄一钱。共研匀细。每两岁儿童服用半钱。浆水半盏。
煎至三分。连同药渣一起温服。每日二次。
升麻汤
治疗疮疹已愈。余毒未解。疮痂虽脱落，但瘢痕颜色暗惨。或凹凸不平肉起。宜用此方消除瘢痕、消毒。用川升麻不限多少。细锉。
水一大盏。煎至七分。取汁。用绵蘸取。洗拭疮瘢。
青金散
治疗疮疹愈后瘢痕不消。
白蒺藜（半两） 山栀子（半两） 青黛（半两，研） 腻粉（一钱，研）
以上拌匀。每次取少许。用生麻油调和涂抹在瘢痕上。
又一方 治疗疮疹瘢痕。以密陀僧细研为末。水调夜间涂抹。次日早晨洗去。
又一方 用真玉时时摩擦疮疹瘢痕处。久了则平滑。
清凉饮子
治疗疮疹后解除余毒。
大黄（湿纸裹煨） 当归 赤芍药 甘草（炙各等分）
以上切碎。每次服用一钱。水一大盏。加入薄荷两叶。一同煎至半盏。去渣温服。饭后服用。再根据虚实情况，酌情减量。
神朱散
治疗疮疹后解除余毒。
赤小豆（二钱，炒） 槐花（二钱，炒） 麝香（少许）
以上研成细末。每次服用半钱或一字。温酒调服。临睡前只服一次。使其轻微腹泻。
Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, one liang, peeled) Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae, half liang, soaked in rice washing water for one day) Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis, one liang, raw)
The above are ground into fine powder. Cook rabbit liver until soft and mash it. Mix with the powder to make pills the size of mung beans. Take thirty pills each time. Administer with rice washing water. Take after meals and before bedtime.
Longha San (Dragon Shell Powder) (Take together with the previous medicine)
Longdancao (Radix Gentianae, remove rhizome) Gafen (Calamina, equal amount)
Grind into fine powder. Take two qian each time. Take half liang of pig liver, slice thinly, sprinkle the medicine inside, tie securely with thread. Place in a silver-stone clay pot with rice washing water. Slowly boil over charcoal fire until the liver is cooked. Eat shortly after meals. Swallow with the juice. Three times a day. Must first administer Qingliang Yinzi (Cooling Decoction) to induce bowel movement before taking these two medicines. It will be effective.
Jianshi San (Boiled Persimmon Powder) (Also known as Tongsheng San)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes.
Gujingcao (Flos Eyebright, remove roots) Baijuhua (Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, use non-jointed or Ganju), Ludoupi (Pericarpium Phaseoli Sojae, each one fen)
The above are ground into fine powder. Take one qian each time. Use one persimmon, one zhan of millet rice washing water. Boil together until the water is dry. Eat the persimmon. Three times a day. Effective within one month. Another version says: mild cases effective in five to seven days, severe cases in half a month.
Xianlingshen San (Herba Epimedii Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. Xianlingshen (Herba Epimedii, also called Weilingxian, remove rhizome), equal amounts.
Grind into fine powder. Take half qian each time. Mix with rice soup and take. Take after meals.
Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. Eyelids red, swollen, painful, photophobia.
Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis, one liang) Shetuipi (Snake Slough, whole, roasted until charred, one qian)
Grind into powder. Take one leaf of sheep liver. Slice open, remove fascia. Sprinkle two qian of medicine powder inside. Tie with hemp thread. Cook thoroughly in rice washing water. Eat as desired. For infants who cannot eat, mash the liver, mix with two qian of powder, make pills the size of yellow millet grains. Administer ten pills with raw rice washing water. Feeding via nipple is also acceptable. Three times a day. It is better if the nursing mother also eats it.
Fuping San (Lemna Minor Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. Painful and unbearable, fearing damage to the eyes.
Dry Lemna minor in shade and grind into powder. Take one to two qian each time. Take half a piece of sheep liver. Place in a basin. Smash thoroughly with a bamboo stick. Add half he of water. Squeeze out liver juice. Mix with medicine and take. Take after meals. For mild cases, one dose cures. If eyes are already injured, ten doses cure.
Shetui San (Snake Slough Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. Membrane invades the cornea forming bead-like structures.
Mabo (Sclerotium Poriae, one liang) Zaojiazi (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, fourteen seeds) Shetuipi (Snake Slough, one whole strip)
Place all into a small jar. Seal with mud and burn. Do not let smoke escape. Burn until "preserving nature" (charred but retaining efficacy). Grind into powder. Mix with warm water and take. Take after meals.
Xianshu San (Immortal Atractylodes Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. Formation of pterygium-like membranes.
First, mix Zhusha (Cinnabar, one qian), Shuiyinfen (Mercuric Chloride, one qian), and Paishuang (Borneolum Syntheticum, three qian). Blend well. Place in a small clay pot. Cover mouth with a new tea cup. Seal seams with yellow earth mud. Fire with charcoal until red. Remove after a short while. Let cool and store. If left eye is diseased, take a bean-sized amount of medicine, wrap in cotton, and insert into left ear. If right eye is diseased, insert into right ear. Then take this Xianshu San.
Zisu (Folium Perillae, one liang) Cangzhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae, soaked in rice washing water overnight, dried, two liang) Gujingcao (Flos Eyebright, remove roots, one liang) Qinggafen (Calamina, one liang)
Grind into powder. Each time, take one slice of pig liver, slice open. Sprinkle three qian of medicine inside. Tie with hemp thread. Cook thoroughly in rice washing water. First, steam the eyes with the vapor. Then eat.
Zhugan San (Boiled Liver Powder)
Treats sores/rashes entering the eyes. When other medicines are ineffective.
Qingxiangzi (Semen Celosiae, equal amounts) Juemingzi (Semen Cassiae, equal amounts) Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis, equal amounts) Mimenghua (Flos Myosotis, equal amounts)
Grind into fine powder. Take sheep liver. Slice thinly with a bamboo knife. Sprinkle two qian of medicine inside. Wrap in lotus leaf. Tie firmly with hemp thread. Cook thoroughly in stone ware. Eat as desired.
Rusheng Tang (Like Sage Decoction)
Treats sore throat and swelling caused by sores/rash toxins attacking the throat.
Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis, remove rhizome, one liang) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, one liang) Niubangzi (Fructus Arctii, stir-fried, one liang) Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis, remove heart, one liang)
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time. Steep in boiling water. Sip slowly. Adding Zhu Ye (Bamboo Leaves) for decoction is even better. Take after meals.
Treating macules/rashes entering the eyes
Yemingsha (Faeces Trogopterori, half liang) Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, half liang) Danzhuye (Folium Bambusae, half liang)
Grind into powder. Take half qian or one qian each time. Mix with well water and take. Take after meals.
Zixue (Purple Snow)
Treats sore throat and swelling caused by sores/rash toxins attacking the throat. Difficulty swallowing fluids. (Formula recorded in Heji Juzhong)
Tongguan San (Pass Through Obstruction Powder)
Treats heat in Heart Meridian due to sores/rashes. Restlessness, thirst, mouth and tongue ulcers, and obstruction of urination and defecation.
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, half liang) Qumai (Herba Dianthi, half liang) Mutong (Caulis Akebiae, half liang) Shanzhizi Ren (Semen Gardeniae, half liang) Huashi (Talcum, half liang) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, half liang) Difianzhu (Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, one liang) Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis, half liang)
Grind into powder. Take one qian each time. Half zhan of water. Add a little Zicao (Radix Lithospermi). Boil together for three boils. Cool slightly and take warm. Before milk/food intake.
Ganyin (Sweet Dew Drink)
Treats sores/rashes that have erupted, with heat-toxin rushing upward. Gum swelling and rupture, inability to chew. Nursing mothers can also take it.
Shenggan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, sliced and dried) Shugan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, sliced) Tianmendong (Radix Asparagi, remove heart) Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis, remove heart) Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae, remove hairs) Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, remove heart)
Shihu (Caulis Dendrobii, remove roots) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried) Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, bran-fried, remove pith) Shanyinchanye (Folium Artemisiae Scopariae, cleaned from soil, each one liang)
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time. One zhan of water. Decoct until seven parts remain. Strain and take warm. Anytime.
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis)
Treats excessive heat in sores/rashes. Mental restlessness and irritability.
Finely grind Qingdai. Take half qian each time. Mix with warm water used for sharpening knives and take. Three times a day.
Baidou San (Defeat Toxin Powder)
Treats as described above.
Baishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, half liang) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, half liang) Xionghuang (Realgar, vinegar-boiled and water-flown, one fen each)
Grind into powder. Take one zi or half qian each time. Mix with honey water and take. Anytime.
Niuhuang San (Calculus Bovis Powder)
Treats sores/rash toxins entering the stomach. Profuse bloody stool day and night. Abdominal pain and crying.
Yujin (Radix Curcumae Longae, one liang) Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, one qian)
Grind together until fine. For a child of two years old, take half qian. Ban Jiangshui (Fermented Rice Water, half zhan).
Decoct until three parts remain. Take warm with the dregs. Two times a day.
Shengma Tang (Cimicifugae Decoction)
Treats sores/rashes that have healed, but residual toxins remain. Scabs have fallen off, but scars are dark and dull. Or raised flesh. Use this to eliminate scars and detoxify.
Chuan Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae, unlimited amount). Finely chop.
One large zhan of water. Decoct until seven parts remain. Take the juice. Dip cotton in it. Wash and wipe the scars.
Qingjin San (Blue Gold Powder)
Treats persistent scars after sores/rashes heal.
Bajili (Fructus Tribuli, half liang) Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae, half liang) Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, half liang, ground) Nifen (Calomel, one qian, ground)
Mix well. Take a small amount each time. Mix with raw sesame oil and apply to scars.
Another Formula for treating sores/rash scars
Grind Miduoseng (Litharge) finely into powder. Mix with water and apply at night. Wash off the next morning.
Another Formula
Rub the sores/rash scars frequently with real jade. Over time, they will become smooth.
Qingliang Yinzi (Cooling Decoction)
Treats residual toxins after sores/rashes.
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, wrapped in wet paper and baked) Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) Chishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, equal amounts)
Cut into pieces. Take one qian each time. One large zhan of water. Add two leaves of Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis). Decoct until half a zhan remains. Strain and take warm. After meals. Further adjust dosage based on deficiency or excess conditions.
Shenzhu San (Divine Vermilion Powder)
Treats residual toxins after sores/rashes.
Chixiaodou (Semen Phaseoli Angularis, two qian, stir-fried) Huaihua (Flos Sophorae, two qian, stir-fried) She (Moschus, a small amount)
Grind into fine powder. Take half qian or one zi each time. Mix with warm wine and take. Only one dose before bedtime. Causes slight purgation.
