上为末。醋糊为丸。每服五七分。白汤送下。
琥珀膏
大黄 朴硝 各一两为末。以大蒜捣贴之。

上前五色药。各另研为细末。入巴霜五分。研匀面糊丸。粟米大。一岁服五丸。乳汁送下。量大小加减。或姜汤
下。急惊风金银薄荷汤。慢惊生姜全蝎汤。
化痞阿魏膏
羌活 独活 赤芍 穿山甲 玄参 官桂 生地 大黄 白芷 天麻 两头尖（各五钱） 木鳖子（十枚去壳）
红花（四钱） 乱发（一团） 槐柳桃枝（各三钱）
上用香油二斤四两。煎黑去渣。入发煎化。仍去渣。徐下黄丹十两。煎软硬得中。入芒硝阿魏苏合香油乳香
没药各五钱。麝香三钱。调匀即成膏矣。将帛绢摊。贴患处。内服丸药黄丹。须用山东者效。凡贴膏药。先用朴
硝随患处铺半指浓。以纸覆上。用热熨斗熨良久。如硝耗再加熨之二时许。方贴膏药。
和脾化积汤：治疗小儿各种类型的积滞。后续附有加减用法。
山楂、枳实、蓬术（莪术）、浓朴（厚朴）、白术、甘草。若是乳积，加砂仁、香附。若是气积，加木香、苏梗。若是惊积，加茯神、远志。若是虚积，加白术、茯苓。若是实积，加槟榔、牵牛子。若体表有热，加柴胡、黄芩。若体内有热，加黄连、木通。若小便不利，加滑石、泽泻。若大便不通，加大黄、枳壳。若在寒冷月份，加益智仁、草豆蔻。
消积化聚丸：治疗五积六聚，痞块癖疾攻冲作痛。
三棱、白术（炒制）、茯苓、黄连、干漆（炒至烟尽）、木香、益智仁（炒制）、当归尾（酒洗）、麦芽（微炒，各三两）、红花、砂仁（炒制）、麦冬、枳壳（炒制）、穿山甲（烧成灰）、青皮、柴胡、神曲（炒制，各二两）、蓬术（莪术，醋制）、槟榔（炙制）、桃仁、香附（姜汁拌炒）、鳖甲（醋炙制，各四两）。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，每丸重三钱。空腹时用陈米汤送服。
遇仙丹：治疗一切五积六聚，食积和气积。
白丑（取头末四两一半生用一半熟用）、槟榔、牙皂、莪术、茵陈（各五钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用醋调糊制成丸剂。每次服用五分至七分，用温开水送下。
琥珀膏：
大黄、朴硝（芒硝），各一两研为细末。将大蒜捣烂后贴敷患处。
五色保童丸：治疗小儿各种损伤引起的病症，痰涎壅塞，胸膈不畅，乳食不消化，变生癖积，胁肋部片状坚硬，按压疼痛。以及治疗一切急慢惊风，发作抽搐，痰涎壅塞。
青丸子：青黛（单独研磨）、天南星（姜汁制，各五钱）、巴豆霜（五分）。
红丸子：朱砂（水飞法处理）、半夏（姜制，各五钱）、巴豆霜（五分）。
黄丸子：大黄（煨制）、郁金（各五钱）、巴豆霜（五分）。
白丸子：白附子（生用）、寒水石（煅制，各五钱）、巴豆霜（五分）。
黑丸子：五灵脂（炒制）、全蝎（炒制，各五钱）、巴豆霜（五分）。
以上五种颜色的药粉，分别单独研磨成细末，加入巴豆霜五分，混合均匀后用面糊制成丸剂，大小如粟米。一岁的婴儿服用五丸，用乳汁送下。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。也可以用姜汤送服。急惊风可用金银花薄荷汤送服，慢惊风可用生姜全蝎汤送服。
化痞阿魏膏：
羌活、独活、赤芍、穿山甲、玄参、官桂（肉桂）、生地（生地黄）、大黄、白芷、天麻、两头尖（各五钱）、木鳖子（十枚去壳）、红花（四钱）、乱发（一团）、槐枝、柳枝、桃枝（各三钱）。
以上药物用香油二斤四两煎煮，煎至黑色后去渣。放入头发继续煎煮至融化，再次去渣。慢慢加入黄丹十两，煎至软硬适中。加入芒硝、阿魏、苏合香油、乳香、没药各五钱，麝香三钱，搅拌均匀即成为膏药。将膏药摊在帛绢上，贴敷于患处。内服丸药时，黄丹必须使用山东产的效果才好。凡是贴膏药，先用朴硝（厚朴硝）随患处铺半指厚，用纸覆盖在上面，用热熨斗熨烫很久。如果硝石消耗了再加熨烫约两个小时，然后再贴膏药。
Hetong Huaji Decoction (Harmonize the Spleen and Resolve Accumulation Decoction): Treats all types of accumulation disorders in children. Additions and subtractions are provided subsequently.
Crataegi Fructus (Shanzha), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Pengzhu/E Zhu), Magnolia Officinalis Bark (Nongpu/Houpo), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Licorice Root (Gancao), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi). For milk accumulation, add Amomum Villosum Fruit (Sharen) and Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome (Xiangfu). For qi accumulation, add Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) and Perilla Stem (Sugeng). For fright accumulation, add Poria (Fushen) and Polygala Root (Yuanzhi). For deficiency accumulation, add Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) and Poria (Fuling). For excess accumulation, add Areca Seed (Binglang) and Morning Glory Seed (Qianniu). If there is heat on the exterior, add Bupleurum Root (Chaihu) and Scutellaria Root (Huangqin). If there is heat in the interior, add Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) and Akebia Caulis (Mutong). If urination is difficult, add Talcum (Huashi) and Alisma Rhizome (Zexie). If defecation is obstructed, add Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang) and Immature Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao). In cold months, add Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit (Yizhi) and Black Cardamom (Caodoukou).
Xiaoji Huaju Pill (Eliminate Accumulation and Dissipate Masses Pill): Treats five accumulations and six aggregations, with masses and parasites attacking causing pain.
Curcuma Longa Rhizome (Sanleng), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, stir-fried), Poria (Fuling), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Dry Blood Resin (Ganqi, stir-fried until smoke ceases), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit (Yizhi, stir-fried), Caudex of Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Guiwei, wine-washed), Hordeum Vulgare Sprout (Maiya, lightly stir-fried, each 1.5 taels), Safflower (Honghua), Amomum Villosum Fruit (Sharen, stir-fried), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao, stir-fried), Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia, burnt to ash), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu), Fermented Wheat Leaven (Shenqu, stir-fried, each 1 tael), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Pengzhu/E Zhu, vinegar-processed), Areca Seed (Binglang, roasted), Peach Kernel (Taoren), Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome (Xiangfu, stir-fried with ginger juice), Turtle Shell (Biejia, vinegar-roasted, each 2 taels).
Grind the above into fine powder, form pills with honey, each pill weighing 3 qian. Take on an empty stomach with aged rice soup.
Yuxian Dan (Encounter Immortal Elixir): Treats all cases of five accumulations and six aggregations, food accumulation and qi accumulation.
White Morning Glory Seed (Baichou, take the first end powder, 4 taels, half raw half cooked), Areca Seed (Binglang), Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn (Yazao), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (E Zhu), Artemisia Capillaris Herba (Yinchen, each 5 qian).
Grind the above into powder, form pills with vinegar paste. Take 0.5 to 0.7 qian per dose, send down with warm water.
Hupo Gao (Amber Plaster):
Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang), Mirabilite (Puxiao/Nitrum), each 1 tael, ground into powder. Mash garlic and apply to the affected area.
Wuse Baotong Wan (Five-Color Child-Protection Pill): Treats various injuries in children, phlegm-saliva obstruction, chest and diaphragm discomfort, indigestion of milk and food, transforming into masses and accumulations, hardening of the hypochondrium, pain upon pressing. Also treats all acute and chronic convulsive diseases (Jingfeng), spasms, and phlegm-saliva obstruction.
Qing Wanzi (Green Pill): Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, separately ground), Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanting, ginger-juice processed, each 5 qian), Croton Seed Frost (Basuang, 5 fen).
Hong Wanzi (Red Pill): Cinnabar (Zhusha, water-floating method), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, ginger-processed, each 5 qian), Croton Seed Frost (Basuang, 5 fen).
Huang Wanzi (Yellow Pill): Prepared Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang, baked), Turmeric Rhizome (Yujin, each 5 qian), Croton Seed Frost (Basuang, 5 fen).
Bai Wanzi (White Pill): Typhonium Rhizome (Baifuzi, raw), Halloysitum Rubrum (Hanshuishi, calcined, each 5 qian), Croton Seed Frost (Basuang, 5 fen).
Hei Wanzi (Black Pill): Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi, stir-fried), Scorpio (Quanxie, stir-fried, each 5 qian), Croton Seed Frost (Basuang, 5 fen).
The above five colored medicines are each separately ground into fine powder, mixed with 5 fen of Croton Seed Frost, blended evenly, and formed into pills with wheat paste, size of millet seeds. One-year-old infants take 5 pills, sent down with breast milk. Adjust dosage according to age and size. Can also be taken with ginger soup. For acute convulsions, use Honeysuckle and Mint Soup; for chronic convulsions, use Ginger and Scorpio Soup.
Huapiawei Gao (Resolve Masses Asafoetida Plaster):
Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia), Scrophularia Root (Xuanshen), Cassia Twig (Guangui/Rougui), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Rheum Palmatum Root (Dahuang), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma), Both Ends Sharp (Liangtoujian, each 5 qian), Momordica Cochinchinensis Seed (Mubiezi, 10 pieces, shell removed), Safflower (Honghua, 4 qian), Disordered Hair (Luankua, one bunch), Branches of Sophora Japonica, Salix Alba, and Prunus Persica (each 3 qian).
Boil the above in 2 jin 4 liang of sesame oil until black, then filter out the dregs. Add hair and boil until dissolved, then filter out again. Slowly add 10 taels of Litharge (Huandan), boil until consistency is appropriate. Add Nitrum (Mangxiao), Asafoetida (Awei), Liquidambar Resin Oil (Suhe Xiangxiang), Boswellia Carteri Gum (Ruxiang), and Commiphora Myrrha Resin (Moyao), each 5 qian, and Musk (Shexiang) 3 qian. Mix evenly to form the plaster. Spread on silk fabric and apply to the affected area. When taking internal pills, Litharge must be from Shandong for efficacy. Before applying the plaster, first spread a layer of Mirabilite (Puxiao) half a finger thick over the affected area, cover with paper, and iron with a hot iron for a long time. If the salt consumes, continue ironing for about two hours before applying the plaster.
