治脾胃久虚，呕吐泄泻，频作不止，精液苦竭，烦渴躁，但欲饮水，乳食不进，羸瘦
困劣，因而失治，变成惊痫，不论阴阳虚实，并宜服。
人参（二钱五分） 白茯苓（五钱） 白术（五钱炒） 藿香叶（五钱） 木香（二钱） 甘草
（一钱） 葛根（五钱，渴者加至一两）
上 咀，每服三钱，水煎，热甚发渴，去木香。
学海案∶“聚珍本”葛根二两，余并一两。

上同研，用熟枣肉剂为膏，新绵上涂匀，贴囟上，四方可出一指许，火上炙手频熨，百
日内外小儿，可用此。
治胎肥、胎热、胎怯。
天麻末（二钱） 全蝎（去毒为末） 朱砂（各五钱） 乌蛇肉（酒浸焙干） 白矾（各二钱）
麝香（一钱） 青黛（三钱）
上同研匀，每用三钱，水三碗，桃枝一握、叶五七枚，同煎至十沸，温热浴之，勿浴背
治小儿肺热，手掐眉目鼻面。
桔梗（二两） 甘草（一两）
上为粗末，每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分，去滓，食后温服。加荆芥、防风，名如圣汤
。热甚加羌活、黄芩、升麻。
治面黄颊赤，身壮热，补心。一治心虚肝热，神思恍惚。
马牙硝（五钱） 白茯苓（五钱） 麦门冬（五钱） 干山药（五钱） 龙脑（一字研） 寒水石
（五钱研） 朱砂（一两研） 甘草（五钱）
上末之，炼蜜为丸，鸡头大，每服半丸，砂糖水化下，无时。
治疗脾胃长期虚弱，呕吐泄泻，频繁发作不止，津液严重耗竭，心烦口渴躁动，只想喝水，吃奶进食困难，身体消瘦衰弱，精神困顿劣弱。如果因此延误治疗，演变成惊风癫痫，不论属于阴证还是阳证，虚证还是实证，都适宜服用。

以上药物切碎，每次服用三钱，用水煎煮。如果热势严重且口渴明显，去掉木香。

以上药物共同研磨均匀，用熟透的枣肉制成膏剂，涂在新棉布上，贴敷在囟门上，四周可以留出一指宽的距离，用手在火上加热后频繁熨烫，适用于出生百日内外的小儿。
天麻末（二钱） 全蝎（去毒后研成粉末） 朱砂（各五钱） 乌蛇肉（酒浸焙干） 白矾（各二钱） 麝香（一钱） 青黛（三钱）
以上药物共同研磨均匀，每次取三钱，用水三碗，桃枝一把、叶子五七片，一同煎煮至沸腾十次，药液温热时给小儿洗浴，注意不要洗背部。
治疗小儿肺热，表现为手抓挠眉毛、眼睛、鼻子和面部。
以上药物制成粗末，每次服用二钱，用水一盏，煎煮至七分水量，滤去药渣，饭后温服。加入荆芥、防风，名为如圣汤。如果热势严重，加入羌活、黄芩、升麻。
治疗面色发黄、两颊发红，身体高热，起到补心的作用。一种情况是治疗心虚肝热，神思恍惚。

以上药物制成粉末，用炼蜜做成丸剂，大小如鸡头，每次服用半丸，用砂糖水化开送服，不拘时间。
Treats long-term deficiency of the Spleen and Stomach, with vomiting and diarrhea occurring frequently without cessation. Essence and fluids are severely depleted; there is vexation, thirst, and restlessness, with a desire only to drink water. Milk and food intake are poor, leading to emaciation, weakness, and exhaustion. If treatment is delayed, it may transform into convulsions and epilepsy (Jing Xian). Regardless of whether it is a Yin or Yang syndrome, or a Deficiency or Excess pattern, this formula is suitable for use.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) (2.5 qian), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (5 qian), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried) (5 qian), Huo Xiang Ye (Agastache Herba) (5 qian), Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (2 qian), Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (1 qian), Ge Gen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (5 qian; increase to 1 liang if thirst is severe).
Crush the herbs. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct in water. If heat is severe and thirst is prominent, remove Mu Xiang.
Note from Xue Hai: In the "Ju Zhen Ben" edition, Ge Pao is recorded as 2 liang, while the others are all 1 liang.
She Xiang (Musk) (1 zi), Bo He Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (0.5 zi), Xie Wei (Scorpio Tail, detoxified and powdered) (0.5 qian; another version says 0.5 zi), Wu Gong Powder (Scolopendra Powder), Niu Huang Powder (Calculus Bovis Powder), Qing Dai Powder (Indigo Naturalis Powder) (each 1 zi).
Grind these together uniformly. Use ripe jujube flesh to form a paste. Spread evenly on new cotton gauze and apply to the anterior fontanelle (Xin Shang). The application area should extend about one finger's width beyond the fontanelle. Warm hands over fire and frequently press/iron the area. This is suitable for infants within 100 days of birth.
Treats fetal obesity (Tai Fei), fetal heat (Tai Re), and fetal weakness (Tai Qie).
Tian Ma Powder (Gastrodiae Rhizoma Powder) (2 qian), Quan Xie (Scorpio, detoxified and powdered) (5 qian), Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (5 qian), Wu She Rou (Dermochelys Coriacea Meat, soaked in wine and baked dry) (2 qian), Bai Fan (Alumen) (2 qian), She Xiang (Musk) (1 qian), Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis) (3 qian).
Grind these uniformly. Take 3 qian per dose. Add 3 bowls of water, one handful of Tao Zhi (Peach Twig), and 5-7 Tao Ye (Peach Leaves). Decoct until boiling ten times. Use the warm liquid for bathing. Do not bathe the back.
Treats pediatric Lung Heat, manifested by scratching eyebrows, eyes, nose, and face.
Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix) (2 liang), Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (1 liang).
Make into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add 1 bowl of water, decoct until reduced to 0.7 bowl. Strain and take warm after meals. Add Jing Jie (Schizonepetae Herba) and Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix); this is named Ru Sheng Tang. If heat is severe, add Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix), and Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma).
Treats yellow complexion with red cheeks, high body fever, and tonifies the Heart. Specifically treats Heart Deficiency with Liver Heat, characterized by vague mental state (Shen Si Huang Hu).
Ma Ya Xiao (Mirabilite) (5 qian), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (5 qian), Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) (5 qian), Gan Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (5 qian), Long Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground) (1 zi), Han Shui Shi (Calcitum) (5 qian, ground), Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (1 liang, ground), Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (5 qian).
Powder these ingredients. Form pills using refined honey, size of a chicken head. Take half a pill per dose, dissolved in sugar water. Take at any time.
