凡妇人虚羸，血气不足，肾气少弱，或当风取冷太过，心下有淡水者，欲有胎便喜病阻。
何谓欲有胎？其人月水尚来，颜色肌肤如常，而沉重愦闷，不用饮食，不知其患所在，脉理
顺时平和，则是欲有胎也。如此经二月日后，便常不通，即结胎也。
阻病者，患心中愦愦，头重眼眩，四肢沉重懈堕，不欲执作，恶闻食气，欲啖咸酸果实。
多卧少起，世谓恶食，其至三四月日已上皆大剧，吐逆，不能自胜举也。此由经血既闭，水
渍于脏，脏气不宣通，故心烦愦闷，气逆而呕吐也。血脉不通，经络否涩，则四肢沉重，挟
风则头目眩也。觉如此候者，便宜服半夏茯苓汤，数剂后将茯苓丸。淡水消除，便欲食也。
既得食力，体强气盛，力足养胎，母便健矣。古今治阻病方有数十首，不问虚实冷热长少殆
死者，活于此方。
半夏茯苓汤，治妊身阻病，心中愦闷，空烦吐逆，恶闻食气，头重，四肢百节疼烦沉重，

凡十二物，以水一斗，煮取三升，分三服。若病阻积日月不得治，及服药冷热失候，病
变客热，烦渴，口生疮者，除橘皮、细辛，用前胡、知母各二两。若变冷下者，除干地黄、
用桂肉二两。若食少胃中虚生热，大行闭寒，小行赤少者，宜加大黄三两，除地黄加黄芩一
两，余药根据方。服一剂得下后消息者，气力冷热，更增损方，调定即服一剂汤，便急将茯苓
丸，令得能食，便强健也。
茯苓丸，治妊身阻病，患心中烦闷，头重眩目，憎闻饭气，便呕逆吐闷颠倒，四肢委热，
不自胜持，服之即效，要先服半夏茯苓汤两剂，后将茯苓丸也。
茯苓（一两） 人参（二两） 桂肉（二两） 干姜（二两） 半夏（二两） 橘皮（一

凡十物，捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，饮服二十丸，渐至三十丸，日三。

汤方。

上六味，切，以酒、水各三升，合煮取三升，去滓，纳胶令烊，分三服，腹中当小便缓
瘥也。
治妊娠重下，痛引腰背，安胎止痛汤方。

上七味，切，以水七升，搅鸡子令相得，煮秫米令如蟹目沸，去滓，纳诸药，煮取三升，

胶艾汤，治损动母，去血腹痛方。

上二味，以水五升，煮取二升半，分三服。
安胎寄生汤，治流下方。
桑上寄生（五分） 白术（五分） 茯苓（四分） 甘草（十分，炙）
上四味，切，以水五升，煮取二升半，分三服。若人壮者，可加芍药八分、足水二升。
若胎不安，腹痛端然有所见，加干姜四分，即安。忌海藻、菘菜、酢物、桃李、雀肉等。
苎根汤，治劳损动胎，腹痛去血，胎动向下方。

上一物，下筛，怀身数月日，经水尚来，以温酒服方寸匕，日三，得效便停。

治妊娠子淋，大小便并不利，气急，已服猪苓散不瘥，宜服甘遂散下之方。
太山赤皮甘遂（二两）
上一味，捣筛，以白蜜二合和，服如大豆粒，多觉心下烦，得微下者，日一服之，下后
还将猪苓散；不得下，日再服，渐加，可至半钱匕，以微下为度，中间将猪苓散、黄柏寄生
汤，在治子淋方中。
治妊娠患子淋，小便数，出少，或热痛酸疼及足烦，地肤饮方。
地肤草三两 以水四升，煮取二升半，分三服，日三，日一剂。
治妊娠忽闷，眼不识人，须臾醒，醒复发，亦仍不醒者，名为 病，亦号子痫病，亦号
子冒，葛根汤。若有竹近可速办者，当先作沥汁，后办汤也；其竹远不可即办者，当先办汤。
此二治会得其一种。其竹沥偏治诸痉绝起死也，非但偏治妊娠产妇绝死者有效，小儿忽痫痉
金疮，治之亦验。作竹沥法∶
取新伐青淡竹断之，除两头节，留中央一节，作片，以砖并侧，令竹两头虚，布列其上，
烧中央，两头汁出，以器承之，取服。
主痉至冒葛根汤，治妊娠临月，因发风痉，忽闷愦不识人，吐逆眩倒，小醒复发，名为
子痫病方。

取蛇蜕皮，着衣带中，鉴鼻系衣带，临欲产时左手持马衔，右手持飞生毛，令易产。
令易产方。
烧药杵令赤，纳酒中饮之。
产妇易产方。
马衔一枚，觉痛时右手持之。

蛇脱皮，头尾完具者一枚，觉痛时以绢囊盛，绕腰，甚良。
治胞衣不出方。
取皂荚捣末，着鼻孔中，嚏，即出。

鹿角末三指撮，酒服之。

取夫单衣盖井上，立出。

半夏（二两，洗） 白蔹二两
上二味，捣筛，服方寸匕。小难一服，横生二服，倒生三服，儿死四服，亦可加代赭、
瞿麦各二两。
又方
小豆、小麦相和，浓煮汁饮之，立出。
凡妇人身体虚弱消瘦，血气不足，肾气亏少且弱，或者因贪凉受风过度，导致心下有停饮（水液代谢失常形成的病理产物），想要怀孕时便容易患病阻碍。
什么叫想要怀孕？其人月经尚且正常来潮，面色肌肤如常，但感到身体沉重、头昏脑胀、胸闷不适，不想进食，不知道病痛所在，脉象随季节变化而平和，这就是想要怀孕的表现。像这样经过两个月后，月经便经常不通畅，这就形成了胎孕。
妊娠恶阻病，表现为心中烦乱郁闷，头重眼眩，四肢沉重懈怠无力，不想劳作，厌恶闻食物的气味，想吃咸酸的水果。多躺卧少起身，世人称之为“恶食”，到了三四个月以上症状大多加剧，出现呕吐逆反，身体虚弱到无法支撑举起。这是由于经血已经闭止，水湿浸渍于脏腑，脏气不能宣通，所以心烦闷乱，气机上逆而呕吐。血脉不通，经络阻滞涩滞，则四肢沉重；兼夹风邪则头目眩晕。觉察到这些征候的，应当立即服用半夏茯苓汤，服几剂后再服用茯苓丸。待停饮消除，便能想进食了。既然获得了饮食的营养，体力增强，气血旺盛，精力足以滋养胎儿，母亲也就健康了。古今治疗恶阻病的方剂有几十首，不问虚实冷热老少几乎濒死的，靠这个方子都能救活。
半夏茯苓汤，治疗妊娠身患恶阻病，心中烦闷，空虚无主之烦，呕吐逆反，厌恶闻食物气味，头重，四肢百节疼痛烦扰沉重，多卧少起。
半夏（五两） 生姜（五两） 茯苓（三两） 旋复花（一两） 橘皮（二两） 细辛（二两） 川芎（二两） 人参（二两） 芍药（二两） 干地黄（三两） 泽泻（二两） 甘草（二两）
共十二味药，用水一斗，煮取三升，分三次服用。如果恶阻病积累日月不得治愈，以及服药时寒热失当，病情转变为客热，出现烦渴、口生疮的情况，去掉橘皮、细辛，改用前胡、知母各二两。如果变为寒冷腹泻，去掉干地黄，用桂肉二两。如果进食少，胃中虚而生热，大便闭结寒凝，小便赤少，适宜加大黄三两，去掉地黄加黄芩一两，其余药物依照原方。服用一剂得下后，根据情况斟酌调整，气力寒热变化，再增减方药，调定后服用一剂汤药，紧接着将茯苓丸，使其能进食，身体强健。
茯苓丸，治疗妊娠身患恶阻病，心中烦闷，头重眩晕，厌恶闻饭气，便呕吐逆反吐闷颠倒，四肢委顿发热，无法支撑持握，服用后即见效，要先服半夏茯苓汤两剂，后将茯苓丸。
茯苓（一两） 人参（二两） 桂肉（二两） 干姜（二两） 半夏（二两） 橘皮（一两） 白术（二两） 枳实（二两） 葛根屑（一两） 甘草（二两）
共十味药，捣碎筛粉，蜂蜜和丸如梧桐子大，温水送服二十丸，逐渐增至三十丸，每日三次。
治疗妊娠五月，举动惊愕，动胎不安，痛在小腹，牵引腰胳，小便疼痛，下血，安胎当归汤方。
当归 阿胶（炙） 川芎 人参（各一两） 大枣（十二枚，掰开） 艾叶（一把）
以上六味药，切碎，用酒、水各三升，合煮取三升，去渣，放入胶令其溶化，分三次服用，腹中应当小便通畅即愈。
治疗妊娠重坠下血，痛引腰背，安胎止痛汤方。
当归 胶（炙） 干地黄 黄连 芍药（各一两） 鸡蛋（一枚） 秫米（一升）
以上七味药，切碎，用水七升，搅匀鸡蛋使其混合，煮秫米至如蟹眼般沸腾，去渣，放入诸药，煮取三升，分四次服用。忌食芜荑。
胶艾汤，治疗损伤触动母体，去血腹痛方。
胶（一斤，炙） 艾叶（一莒量）
以上两味药，用水五升，煮取二升半，分三次服用。
安胎寄生汤，治疗流产下血方。
桑上寄生（五分） 白术（五分） 茯苓（四分） 甘草（十分，炙）
以上四味药，切碎，用水五升，煮取二升半，分三次服用。如果人体质壮实，可加芍药八分、加水二升。如果胎不安，腹痛明显有出血，加干姜四分，即可安胎。忌海藻、菘菜、醋物、桃李、雀肉等。
苎根汤，治疗劳损动胎，腹痛去血，胎动向下方。
苎根 干地黄（各二两） 当归 芍药 阿胶（炙） 甘草（炙，各一两）
以上六味药，切碎，用水六升，煮取二升，去渣，放入胶溶化，分三次服用。忌海藻、菘菜、芜荑。
治疗妊娠数月，仍像月经一样时时来潮的，名叫漏胞；苦于因房事劳累有所去血，名叫伤胎，观察要点要知晓如此，小豆散治疗多次伤胎将要使用的方。
赤小豆（五升，在湿地种植令其发芽，晒干）。
以上一味药，下筛，怀身数月，经血尚来，用温酒服方寸匕，每日三次，得效便停。
治疗妊身腹中冷，胎不安方。
甘草 当归（各二两） 干姜（三两） 大枣（十二枚）
共四味药，用水五升，煮取三升，分三次服用。
治疗母有劳热，动胎，胎不安，去血，手足烦方。
生甘竹皮（二升） 当归（二两） 川芎（一两） 黄芩（半两）
共四味药，用水一斗，煮竹皮取六升汁，去渣纳入煎煮，取三升，分三次服用。
治疗妊身心腹刺痛方。
盐烧令红熟，三指撮，酒服之，立刻痊愈。
又方
烧枣十四枚，研末，以小便服之，立刻痊愈。
治疗妊身腰痛如折方。
大豆三升，用酒三升，煎取二升，服用。
治疗妊娠患子淋（妊娠期小便淋沥涩痛），宜下，地肤大黄汤。
地肤草 大黄（各三两） 知母 黄芩 茯苓（一作猪苓） 芍药 枳实（炙） 升麻 通草 甘草（炙，各二两）
以上十味药，切碎，用水八升，煮取三升，分三次服用。得下后淋证不好转，还饮用地肤葵根汁。忌海藻、菘菜、酢物。

猪苓（五两）
以上一味药，捣筛，用白开水三合调和一方寸匕为一服，逐渐增至二匕，每日三次夜间两次服完。不差，适宜转下之，服甘遂散。
治疗妊娠子淋，大小便并不利，气急，已服猪苓散不瘥，适宜服甘遂散下之方。
太山赤皮甘遂（二两）
以上一味药，捣筛，用白蜜二合和，服如大豆粒，多觉心下烦，得微下者，日一服之，下后还将猪苓散；不得下，日再服，渐加，可至半钱匕，以微下为度，中间将猪苓散、黄柏寄生汤，在治子淋方中。
治疗妊娠患子淋，小便数，出少，或热痛酸疼及足烦，地肤饮方。
地肤草三两 用水四升，煮取二升半，分三次服用，每日一次。
治疗妊娠忽闷，眼不识人，须臾醒，醒复发，亦仍不醒者，名为痓病（注：原文缺字，据语境推测为痓或痫），亦号子痫病，亦号子冒，葛根汤。如果有竹子就近可快速办到的，应当先作竹沥汁，后办汤药；其竹子远不可即刻办到的，应当先办汤药。这两种治疗方法会取其一种。竹沥偏治各种痉厥绝症起死回生，不仅偏治妊娠产妇绝死者有效，小儿忽然痫痉金疮，治之也验。作竹沥法：

For any woman who is physically weak and emaciated, with insufficient blood and qi, deficient and weak kidney qi, or who has excessively exposed herself to wind and cold, resulting in the retention of fluid (pathological accumulation of fluids) in the epigastrium, she will likely suffer from pregnancy obstruction when attempting to conceive.
What is meant by "attempting to conceive"? The person's menstruation still comes regularly, complexion and skin appear normal, but she feels heavy, dizzy, and stifled, lacks appetite, does not know where the pain lies, and her pulse is smooth and peaceful according to the season. This indicates an attempt to conceive. After two months in such a case, menstruation usually ceases, indicating that conception has occurred.
Pregnancy obstruction disease manifests as mental restlessness and oppression, heavy head and dizzy eyes, heaviness and flaccidity of the four limbs, unwillingness to work, aversion to the smell of food, and a craving for salty, sour fruits. She lies down much and rises little; this is commonly called "aversion to food." Symptoms become severe after three or four months, with vomiting and inability to support oneself. This occurs because menstrual blood has closed, water dampness infiltrates the zang organs, and their qi fails to circulate freely, causing mental restlessness and oppression, rebellious qi leading to vomiting. When blood vessels are blocked and meridians are obstructed and stagnant, the four limbs feel heavy; if accompanied by wind, the head and eyes become dizzy. Upon perceiving these signs, one should immediately take Banxia Fuling Tang (Pinellia and Poria Decoction), and after several doses, follow with Fuling Wan (Poria Pills). Once the retained fluid is eliminated, appetite returns. With adequate nutrition, physical strength increases, qi and blood flourish, providing sufficient energy to nourish the fetus, and the mother becomes healthy. There are dozens of formulas in ancient and modern times for treating obstruction disease; those near death regardless of deficiency, excess, cold, or heat can be saved by this formula.
Banxia Fuling Tang treats pregnancy obstruction with mental restlessness, empty烦 (restlessness without cause), vomiting and rebellion, aversion to food smells, heavy head, painful and heavy sensations in all joints of the four limbs, and excessive lying down.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 5 liang), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 5 liang), Fuling (Poria, 3 liang), Xuanfuhua (Inulae Flos, 1 liang), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 2 liang), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 2 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 2 liang), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 2 liang), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 3 liang), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang).
Twelve ingredients in total, decocted in one dou of water to yield three sheng, divided into three doses. If the obstruction persists for many days without treatment, or if medication causes thermal imbalance leading to external heat symptoms like thirst and mouth ulcers, remove Jupi and Xixin, and add Qianhu (Peucedani Radix) and Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), each 2 liang. If it turns into cold diarrhea, remove Dihuang and use Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 2 liang). If there is poor intake, stomach deficiency generating heat, constipation with cold stagnation, and scanty dark urine, add Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 3 liang), remove Dihuang, add Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 liang), and keep other herbs as prescribed. After taking one dose results in bowel movement, adjust based on changes in qi strength and thermal status, then take one dose of decoction, followed immediately by Fuling Wan to restore appetite and strength.
Fuling Wan treats pregnancy obstruction with mental restlessness, heavy head and dizziness, aversion to rice smells, vomiting and stifling sensation, hot and weak four limbs, and inability to hold oneself up. It is effective upon use; first take two doses of Banxia Fuling Tang, then Fuling Wan.
Fuling (Poria, 1 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 2 liang), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 2 liang), Jiangtang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 2 liang), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 1 liang), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 2 liang), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, 2 liang), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix, 1 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang).

Six ingredients, chopped, decocted with three sheng of wine and three sheng of water to yield three sheng. Strain, dissolve Ejiao, divide into three doses. Urination should become smooth and recovery ensues.
Treats pregnancy with heavy bearing and bleeding, pain radiating to the back, An Tai Zhi Tong Tang (Fetus-Anchoring Pain-Relieving Decoction).
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jiao (Colla Corii Asini, prepared), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each 1 liang), Ji Zi (Galli Ovum, one egg), Shumi (Sorghei Fructus, one sheng).
Seven ingredients, chopped. Mix egg into seven sheng of water, cook Shumi until boiling like crab eyes. Strain, add other herbs, decoct to yield three sheng. Divide into four doses. Avoid Wuyi (Archangelicae Radix).
Jiao Ai Tang (Colla and Mugwort Decoction) treats damage to the mother, bleeding, and abdominal pain.

An Tai Ji Sheng Tang (Fetus-Anchoring Parasitic Decoction) treats miscarriage and bleeding.
Sangshang Jisheng (Taxilli Caulis, 5 fen), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 5 fen), Fuling (Poria, 4 fen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 10 fen, prepared).
Four ingredients, chopped, decocted in five sheng of water to yield two and a half sheng. Divide into three doses. For robust individuals, add Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 8 fen) and increase water by two sheng. If the fetus is insecure, obvious abdominal pain and bleeding occur, add Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 4 fen) to calm the fetus. Avoid Haizao (Sargassum Herba), Songcai (Brassicae Pekinensis Folium), vinegar, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, etc.
Zhu Gen Tang (Bamboo Root Decoction) treats labor injury moving the fetus, abdominal pain, bleeding, and downward fetal movement.
Zhugen (Phyllostachys Viridicalyx Bamboo Root), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (each 2 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, prepared), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) (each 1 liang).
Six ingredients, chopped, decocted in six sheng of water to yield two sheng. Strain, dissolve Ejiao, divide into three doses. Avoid Haizao, Songcai, Wuyi.
When a pregnant woman experiences monthly bleeding for several months, it is called "Lou Bao" (Leaking Womb); if caused by sexual fatigue and bleeding, it is called "Shang Tai" (Injured Fetus). Observe carefully. Xiao Dou San (Small Bean Powder) treats repeated injuries to the fetus.
Chi Xiaodou (Phaseoli Semen Rubrum, 5 sheng, sprouted in wet soil, dried).
One ingredient, sifted. For pregnant women with ongoing bleeding, take one fang cun bi with warm wine, three times daily. Stop when effective.

Salt, roasted until red-hot, take three finger-pinches with wine. Immediate cure.

Treats pregnancy complicated by Zi Lin (dysuria during pregnancy), requiring purgation. Difku Dahuang Tang (Kochia and Rhubarb Decoction).
Difuku (Kochiae Herba), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 liang), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Fuling (Poria) [or Zhuling (Polypori)], Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, prepared), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) (each 2 liang).
Ten ingredients, chopped, decocted in eight sheng of water to yield three sheng. Divide into three doses. If dysuria persists after purgation, drink Difku Kui Gen (Kochia and Mallow Root) juice. Avoid Haizao, Songcai, vinegar.

Zhuling (Polyporus, 5 liang).
One ingredient, crushed and sifted. Mix with three he of plain water, take one fang cun bi per dose, gradually increasing to two bi, three times day and twice night. If ineffective, switch to Gansui San.
Treats pregnancy Zi Lin with difficulty in both urination and defecation, shortness of breath, unresponsive to Zhuling San. Use Gansui San to purge.
Taishan Chipi Gansui (Euphorbiae Kansui Radix from Mount Tai, 2 liang).
One ingredient, crushed and sifted. Mix with two he of white honey. Take pill-sized doses. If feeling mental oppression in the epigastrium, or slight purgation occurs, take once daily. After purgation, resume Zhuling San. If no purgation, take twice daily, gradually increasing up to half a qian bi, stopping at mild purgation. In between, use Zhuling San and Huangbai Jisheng Tang (see Zi Lin section).
Treats pregnancy Zi Lin with frequent, scanty urination, or hot, painful, sore sensation and foot vexation. Difku Yin (Kochia Drink).
Difuku (Kochiae Herba, 3 liang). Decoct in four sheng of water to yield two and a half sheng. Divide into three doses, once daily.
Treats sudden fainting during pregnancy, loss of consciousness, brief awakening, recurrence, or persistent unconsciousness. Called Chi Bing (Spasm Disease), also Zi Xian Bing (Fetal Eclampsia) or Zi Mao. Ge Gen Tang (Kudzu Decoction). If bamboo is nearby, prepare Zhu Li (Bamboo Sap) first, then the decoction; if distant, prepare decoction first. Both methods are valid. Zhu Li is particularly effective for various spasms and resuscitation, including in postpartum women, infants with convulsions, and trauma. Method for making Zhu Li:
Take fresh green bamboo, cut off ends, leave central node. Slice, place on bricks with ends hollow, burn the center, collect dripping sap in a vessel. Take orally.
Zhi Jing Zhi Mao Ge Gen Tang (Kudzu Decoction for Spasms and Fainting) treats pregnancy near term, wind-induced spasms, sudden fainting, loss of consciousness, vomiting, dizziness, brief awakening with recurrence, named Zi Xian Bing.
Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Mudan (Moutan Cortex, remove heart), Mufangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, sliced and stir-fried), Fuling (Poria), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, prepared) (each 2 liang), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, crushed), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 3 liang).
Fourteen ingredients, chopped, decocted in nine sheng of water to yield three sheng. Divide into two doses. Beimu facilitates delivery; if not near term, substitute with Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma). Avoid Haizao, Songcai, vinegar.
Treats pregnancy illness requiring termination of fetus.
Mai Fu (Wheat Bran, 1 sheng), ground, boiled in two sheng of water. Take. Highly effective.

Fa Qu (Fermented Grain Curd, July 7th harvest, 3 sheng), boiled briefly. Fast overnight, take all at dawn. Immediate expulsion.
