《巢氏病源》小儿服汤药中毒候∶小儿有疹患服汤药，其肠胃脆嫩，不胜药气，便致烦毒也，故谓之中毒。
《千金》论曰∶甘草解百毒，此实如汤沃雪，有同神效。有人中乌头、巴豆毒，甘草入腹即定；中藜芦毒，
葱汤下咽便愈；中野葛毒，土浆饮讫即止。如此之事，其验如反掌，要使人皆知之。然人皆不肯学，诚可叹息。
方称大豆汁解百药毒，余每试之，大悬绝不及甘草。又能加之为甘豆汤，其验尤奇。有人服玉壶丸治呕不能已，
百药与之不止，蓝汁入口即定。如此之事皆须知之，此则成规，更不须试练也。解毒方中条例极多，若不指出
一、二，学人不可卒知，余方例尔。

上八味治下筛，水服方寸匕，多饮水为佳。若为蜂蛇等众毒虫所螫，以针刺螫上，血出着药如小豆许于疮
中，令湿瘥。为射罔箭所中，削竹如钗，股长一尺五寸，以绵缠绕，水沾令湿，取药内疮中，随疮深浅令至
底止，有好血出即休。若服药有毒，水服方寸匕，毒解痛止愈。
《千金》解毒药散方。

上二味，七月七日取蓝阴干，捣筛，水和，服方寸匕，日三。

上取秦燕毛二七枚，烧灰服。

上取母猪屎，水和服之。又水三升三合，和米粉饮之。

《养生必用》金虎碧霞丹施之小儿，为害弥大。盖小儿脏腑气血柔弱，不能支当有毒药，尤宜慎重。
《巢氏病源》中关于小儿服用汤药中毒的论述：小儿患有疹病时服用汤药，因其肠胃脆嫩，无法承受药性之气，从而导致烦乱和毒害，所以称为中毒。
《千金方》论述说：甘草能解百种毒药，这确实像热水浇在雪上一样，有如同神助般的疗效。有人中了乌头、巴豆的毒，甘草进入腹中即刻平息；中了藜芦的毒，喝下葱汤便痊愈；中了野葛（钩吻）的毒，饮完土浆即刻停止毒性。像这样的事情，验证起来易如反掌，重要的是让人人都要知道这些方法。然而人们都不肯去学习，实在令人叹息。
医方中称大豆汁能解百药之毒，我每次尝试，发现其效果与甘草相差甚远，完全不及甘草。又能在此基础上加入制成甘豆汤，其疗效尤为奇妙。有人服用玉壶丸治疗呕吐不止，各种药物都无法止住，但蓝汁入口即刻平息。像这样的事都需要知晓，这是既成的规范，不必再重新试验。解毒方的条例极多，若不指出其中一两个代表，学习者不可能立刻明白，我的方例就是如此。
《千金方》解百药毒：甘草、荠菜、大小豆汁、蓝汁及蓝实、根、汁。

《千金方》解诸菌毒：
在地上挖坑，倒入水搅动使其浑浊，澄清后饮用，名为地浆。
《千金方》解一切毒药发作，不问是草木还是金石毒，刚开始感觉不适，立即服用此方。
生麦门冬、葱白（各八两）、豉（二升）。
以上三味药，切碎，用水七升，煮取二升半，分三次服用。
《千金方》解诸毒鸡肠草散方
鸡肠草（三分）、荠菜、升麻（各四分）、芍药、当归、甘草（炙，各二分）、蓝汁（一合）、坌土（一分）。
以上八味药研细过筛，用水送服一方寸匕的量，多喝开水为佳。如果是被蜂蛇等众毒虫咬伤，用针刺破伤口，让血流出，将药末如小豆大小放入疮口中，保持湿润直至痊愈。如果被涂有毒药的箭射中，削竹子做成发钗状，长一尺五寸，用绵缠绕，沾水弄湿，取药放入疮口中，根据疮口深浅送至底部，直到有好血流出就停止。如果是服药中毒，用水送服一方寸匕，毒解痛止即愈。
《千金方》解毒药散方。
荠菜（一分）、蓝草（包括花二分）。
以上两味药，七月七日采集蓝草阴干，捣碎过筛，用水调和，服一方寸匕，每日三次。
《千金方》又一方
以上取秦燕毛十七枚，烧成灰服用。
《千金方》解一切毒方。
以上取母猪屎，用水调和服用。另外用水三升三合，和米粉饮用。
《千金方》解鸩毒及一切毒药不止导致烦闷胀满方。
甘草（四分）、蜜（四分，《千金翼方》用八分）、粱米粉（一分，《千金翼方》用半升）。
以上三味药，用水五升（《千金翼方》用水三升）煮甘草，取二升去渣，待热气稍减，加入米粉汤中，搅拌均匀，加入白蜜再煎，使其热如稀粥，温度适宜时饮用一升为佳。
《千金方》治疗食用莨菪导致神志昏乱如突然中风，或似热盛狂病，服药后病情加重方。
以上饮用甘草汁、蓝青汁即愈。
《千金方》治疗野葛毒已死、牙关紧闭者。
以上取青竹去掉两端节，抵住两胁和肚脐上方，注入冷水，水暖了就更换，一会儿牙关张开，张开后立即服药可立活，只需多次换水。（《千金翼方》说：忌酒。）
《千金方》治疗钩吻毒困倦欲死，面色青紫牙关紧闭，四肢逆冷身体麻木方。（《肘后方》说，钩吻、茱萸、食芥相似，但其生长的旁边没有其他草，且茎上有毛，误食会杀人。）
以上取荠菜八两，切碎，用水六升，煮取三升，冷却至人体温度，服五合，每日三次夜间两次，煮荠菜只要求浓稠即可。
《千金方》又一方
以上煮桂汁饮用。
《千金方》又一方
以上吃葱涕，治疗各种毒。
《千金方》治疗腹中有铁方。
以上取自折炭，刮取粉末，用井花水送服三钱，不超过两次服用。
《千金方》服药过量，导致神志昏乱方。

《养生必用》金虎碧霞丹施用于小儿，危害更大。因为小儿脏腑气血柔弱，不能承受有毒药物，尤其应该慎重。
According to *Chao Shi Bing Yuan* (Source of Diseases by Master Chao) regarding the syndrome of pediatric poisoning from herbal decoctions: When infants and children suffering from exanthematous diseases take herbal decoctions, their gastrointestinal tract is fragile and tender, unable to withstand the qi of the medicine, thereby causing irritability and toxicity; hence it is called "poisoning."
*Qian Jin Fang* (Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) states: Licorice Root (*Gancao*) can detoxify all poisons. This is truly like hot water pouring on snow, possessing miraculous efficacy. If someone is poisoned by Aconite (*Wutou*) or Croton Seed (*Badou*), Licorice Root settles the poison immediately upon entering the abdomen; if poisoned by Veratrum (*Lilu*), recovery occurs after swallowing Scallion Decoction (*Cong Tang*); if poisoned by Gelsemium (*Yege*), the toxicity stops after drinking Earth Slurry (*Tujang*). Such verifications are as easy as turning over one's hand; it is crucial that everyone knows these methods. Yet people are unwilling to learn them, which is indeed sigh-worthy.
Formulas claim that Soybean Juice (*Dadou Zhi*) can detoxify all medicines. In my repeated trials, I found its effect vastly inferior to Licorice Root. Furthermore, adding it creates Sweet Bean Soup (*Gandou Tang*), whose efficacy is particularly remarkable. Someone took Yuhu Pill (*Yuhu Wan*) to treat intractable vomiting; various medicines failed to stop it, but Blue Juice (*Lan Zhi*) settled it instantly upon entry into the mouth. Such matters must be known; these are established rules, requiring no further testing. There are numerous regulations in detoxification formulas; without pointing out one or two examples, learners cannot grasp them quickly. My formula examples follow this pattern.

Dig a pit on the ground, pour water into it, stir until turbid, let it settle, and drink the clarified liquid. This is called Earth Slurry (*Di Jiang*).
*Qian Jin Fang* for Detoxifying All Poisonous Drug Reactions: Regardless of whether the poison is from herbs or minerals, if discomfort is initially felt, take this formula immediately.
Raw Ophiopogon Tuber (*Sheng Maidong*), White Part of Scallion (*Congbai*) (8 liang each), Fermented Soybeans (*Chi*) (2 sheng).
Chop the above three ingredients, add 7 sheng of water, boil to obtain 2.5 sheng, divide into three doses.
*Qian Jin Fang* Formula for Detoxifying All Poisons using Pilea Japonica Powder (*Jichangcao San*)
Pilea Japonica (*Jichangcao*) (3 fen), Shepherd's Purse (*Ji*), Cimicifuga (*Shengma*) (4 fen each), Peony Root (*Shaoyao*), Angelica Sinensis (*Danggui*), Licorice Root (*Gancao*, roasted) (2 fen each), Blue Juice (*Lan Zhi*) (1 he), Soil Dust (*Bentu*) (1 fen).
Process the above eight ingredients, grind into fine powder, take with water, one fangcun bi dose per time. Drinking plenty of water is preferred. If bitten by bees, snakes, or other venomous insects, prick the wound with a needle to let blood flow, place a bean-sized amount of medicine into the wound, keep it moist until healed. If shot by an arrow coated with *She Wang*, carve bamboo into a hairpin shape, 1 chi 5 cun long, wrap with cotton, wet with water, insert medicine into the wound to the bottom according to depth. Stop when fresh blood flows. If poisoned by ingesting medicine, take one fangcun bi dose with water; pain stops and healing occurs as poison resolves.
*Qian Jin Fang* Detoxifying Powder Formula (*Jiedu Yao San*)
Shepherd's Purse (*Ji*) (1 fen), Isatis Leaf/Flower (*Lan*, including flowers 2 fen).
On the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, harvest Isatis, dry in shade, grind and sieve. Mix with water, take one fangcun bi dose, three times daily.
*Qian Jin Fang* Another Formula
Take seventeen feathers from the neck of a Qin Swallow (*Qinyan Mao*), burn to ash, and ingest.
*Qian Jin Fang* Detoxifying All Poisons Formula
Take sow manure, mix with water, and ingest. Alternatively, mix 3 sheng 3 he of water with rice flour and drink.
*Qian Jin Fang* For Resolving Zhen Poison and Unstopping All Poisons Causing Irritability and Fullness
Licorice Root (*Gancao*) (4 fen), Honey (*Mi*) (4 fen, *Qian Jin Yi Fang* uses 8 fen), Sorghum Flour (*Liang Mi Fen*) (1 fen, *Qian Jin Yi Fang* uses half sheng).
Boil Licorice Root in 5 sheng of water (3 sheng in *Qian Jin Yi Fang*) to obtain 2 sheng, strain. While still warm, add flour mixture, stir evenly, add white honey, and simmer until consistency resembles thin porridge. Drink 1 sheng when temperature is suitable.
*Qian Jin Fang* For Treating Confusion from Eating Henbane, Resembling Sudden Stroke or Manic Heat Illness, Worsened by Medicine
Drink Licorice Root Juice (*Gancao Zhi*) and Blue Green Juice (*Lanqing Zhi*) to recover.
