《巢氏病源》小儿中风口 斜僻候∶小儿中风，口 斜僻，是风入于颔颊之筋故也。足阳明之筋上夹于口，
手三阳之脉偏急而口 斜僻也。
《圣惠》治小儿中风，口 斜僻，手足不遂，风入于脏，或语不得，心神昏闷。防风散方
防风（去芦头） 川升麻 桂心 羚羊角（屑） 麻黄（去节） 羌活 芎 杏仁（汤浸，去皮尖、双仁，麸炒
微黄。以上各一分）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏煎至五分，去滓；入竹沥半合，更煎两沸，分温两服，如人
行十里再服，衣盖令汗出为效。量儿大小以意加减。

汉防己 防风（去芦头） 川升麻 桂心 芎 羚羊角（屑） 麻黄（去根节。各半两）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏煎至五分，去滓，入竹沥半合更煎一、两沸，不计时候。量
儿大小分减温服。
《圣惠》治小儿中风，面引口偏，身体拘急，舌不能转。宜服生地黄饮子方
生地黄（汁） 竹沥（各三合） 独活（末，三分）
上件药相和，煎至四合，去滓。不计时候，量儿大小分减温服。
《圣惠》治小儿中风，口 斜僻。宜涂蝉壳散
蝉壳（五月五日采东南枝上者） 寒食白面
上件药各等分，都研令细，以酽醋调为糊。如患左斜，右边涂之。右斜，左边涂之。候口正，急以水洗却药。
《圣惠》又方
上用栝蒌瓤以水绞取汁，和大麦面搜作饼子，炙令热。熨正便止，勿令太过。
《圣惠》治小儿中风，口眼偏斜、身上顽麻方。
蓖麻子（别研） 樗根皮（为末） 栝蒌瓤（炒干，为末。各一两）
上件药同研令匀，以大麦面饼子掺药末在上，左患贴右，右患贴左，以慢火 。正，急去之。身上有顽麻，
津唾调药摩之。
钱乙附方 治小儿惊风、中风，口眼 斜，语不正，手足偏举。全蝎散
全蝎（去毒，炒） 僵蚕（直者，炒） 川芎 黄芩（去心） 大天南星（汤浸七次，去皮、脐，切，焙） 甘草
（炙） 桂枝（不见火） 赤芍药 麻黄（去节。各三两） 天麻（六钱）
上件药为粗末。每服三钱，水一盏半、姜七片煎至七分，温服无时，量大小与之，日三、四服，忌羊肉。
张涣防己汤方 治小儿中风，口眼 斜。
汉防己 天麻（炙） 川芎 川升麻（各一两） 桂心 羚羊角（屑） 麻黄（去根节秤。各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末，用杏仁一分，汤浸去皮尖，研匀同拌。每服一大钱，水一盏，入生姜三片，薄荷两叶，
煎至五分，去滓。稍热时时与服。
张涣又方赤箭汤
赤箭（一两） 白僵蚕 白附子 独活 麻黄（去根节，秤） 白花蛇（酒浸，去皮骨）
以上各半两，捣、罗为细末。次入∶杏仁（二十个，麸炒，去皮尖，细研）
上件同拌匀。每服一钱，水八分，入石榴皮少许，煎五分，去滓温服。
《庄氏家传》治小儿偏 风，口面 斜。
上用赤足蜈蚣一条，以竹刀子平截断，各为末，各贴下。左动用右，右动用左者。入麝香少许同研。
《巢氏病源》中关于小儿中风导致口眼歪斜的论述：小儿发生中风，出现口眼歪斜，是因为风邪侵入下颌和面颊部位的筋脉所致。足阳明经的筋脉上行夹持于口部，手三阳经的经脉偏侧拘急，从而导致口眼歪斜。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿中风，口眼歪斜，手足活动不利，风邪侵入脏腑，或者言语不清，心神昏乱闷塞的防风散方剂：
防风（去除芦头） 川升麻 桂心 羚羊角（锉成屑） 麻黄（去除节） 羌活 川芎 杏仁（用汤水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，用麸皮炒至微黄。以上药材各一分）
将上述药物捣碎，粗筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏煎煮至五分，滤去药渣；加入半合竹沥，再煮沸两次，分两次温服。如果患儿能行走十里路后再服药，覆盖衣物使其出汗作为疗效标准。根据患儿年龄大小酌情加减剂量。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿中风，口眼歪斜的汉防己散方剂：
汉防己 防风（去除芦头） 川升麻 桂心 川芎 羚羊角（锉成屑） 麻黄（去除根和节。各半两）
将上述药物捣碎，粗筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏煎煮至五分，滤去药渣，加入半合竹沥再煮沸一两次，不限时间。根据患儿年龄大小分次减量温服。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿中风，面部牵引口角偏斜，身体拘挛紧急，舌头不能转动。适宜服用生地黄饮子方剂：
生地黄（取汁） 竹沥（各三合） 独活（研末，三分）
将上述药物混合，煎煮至四合，滤去药渣。不限时间，根据患儿年龄大小分次减量温服。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿中风，口眼歪斜。适宜外涂蝉壳散：
蝉蜕（五月五日采摘东南枝上的） 寒食白面
将上述药物各等分，一起研磨极细，用浓醋调成糊状。如果是左侧歪斜，涂抹右侧；如果是右侧歪斜，涂抹左侧。等到口型端正后，立即用水洗去药物。
《太平圣惠方》又一方剂：
取上方瓜蒌瓤用水绞取汁液，与大麦面揉搓做成饼子，烤热。熨贴患处使口正即止，不要过度。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿中风，口眼偏斜、身上麻木不仁的方剂：
蓖麻子（单独研磨） 樗根皮（研末） 瓜蒌瓤（炒干，研末。各一两）
将上述药物共同研磨均匀，用大麦面饼子撒上药末在上方，左侧患病贴右侧，右侧患病贴左侧，用慢火加热。口正后，立即去掉。身上有麻木不仁症状，用唾液调药摩擦患处。
钱乙附方 治疗小儿惊风、中风，口眼歪斜，言语不正，手足偏举。全蝎散方剂：
全蝎（去毒，炒） 僵蚕（直者，炒） 川芎 黄芩（去心） 大天南星（汤水浸泡七次，去皮、脐，切片，焙干） 甘草（炙） 桂枝（不见火） 赤芍药 麻黄（去节。各三两） 天麻（六钱）
将上述药物制成粗末。每次服用三钱，水一盏半、生姜七片煎煮至七分，随时温服，根据年龄大小给予，每日三、四次，忌食羊肉。
张涣防己汤方剂 治疗小儿中风，口眼歪斜：
汉防己 天麻（炙） 川芎 川升麻（各一两） 桂心 羚羊角（锉成屑） 麻黄（去除根节称重。各半两）
将上述药物捣碎，筛成细末，用杏仁一分，汤水浸泡去皮尖，研磨均匀同拌。每次服用一大钱，水一盏，加入生姜三片，薄荷两叶，煎煮至五分，滤去药渣。稍热时时时服用。
张涣又方赤箭汤：
赤箭（一两） 白僵蚕 白附子 独活 麻黄（去除根节，称重） 白花蛇（酒浸，去皮骨）
以上各半两，捣碎、筛成细末。接着加入：杏仁（二十个，麸皮炒，去皮尖，细研）
将上述药物拌匀。每次服用一钱，水八分，加入少许石榴皮，煎煮至五分，滤去药渣温服。
《庄氏家传》治疗小儿偏风，口面歪斜：
取上方赤足蜈蚣一条，用竹刀平截断，分别研成末，分别贴敷下方。左侧动则贴右侧，右侧动则贴左侧。加入少许麝香共同研磨。
*Nest's Source of Diseases* (Chao Shi Bing Yuan) on the syndrome of infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye: Infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye is caused by wind pathogen invading the tendons of the mandible and cheek. The tendons of the Foot Yangming Meridian ascend and flank the mouth, while the meridians of the Hand Triple-Yang are spasmodic on one side, leading to deviation of the mouth and eye.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* (Imperial Grace Formulary of the Taiping Era) Wind-Proof Powder Formula for treating infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye, incontinence of hands and feet, wind pathogen invading the Zang organs, or inability to speak, with mental confusion and oppression:
Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (remove the rhizome head), Chuan Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi, Lingyangjiao Cornu Saigae Tataricae (crushed into powder), Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (remove joints), Qianghuo Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, Xiongchuang Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (soaked in hot water, remove skin and tips, double kernels removed, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow. Each of the above: 1 fen).
Crush the above medicines, sieve coarsely to make a powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decoct in one small cup of water until reduced to half a cup, filter out the dregs; add Banli Zhuye Bamboo Juice (half he), boil two more times, divide into two warm doses. If the child can walk ten li, administer the next dose then. Cover with clothing to induce sweating as an indicator of efficacy. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* Hanfangji Powder Formula for treating infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye:
Hanfangji Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (remove the rhizome head), Chuan Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi, Xiongchuang Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Lingyangjiao Cornu Saigae Tataricae (crushed into powder), Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (remove roots and joints. Each: 0.5 liang).
Crush the above medicines, sieve coarsely to make a powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decoct in one small cup of water until reduced to half a cup, filter out the dregs, add Banli Zhuye Bamboo Juice (half he), boil one or two more times. Administer at any time. Divide and reduce the dose according to the child's age and size, take warm.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* Shengdihuang Decoction Formula for treating infantile wind-stroke with facial traction causing mouth deviation, body stiffness and urgency, and inability to move the tongue:
Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae Recens (juice), Banli Zhuye Bamboo Juice (each: 3 he), Duhuo Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (powder, 3 fen).
Mix the above medicines, decoct until reduced to 4 he, filter out the dregs. Administer at any time. Divide and reduce the dose according to the child's age and size, take warm.
*Tai Ping Shui Fang* Chanqiao Powder for external application for treating infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye:
Chanqiao Periostracum Cicadae (collected from southeast branches on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month), Hanshi Baifan Cold-Fasting White Flour.
Grind the above medicines in equal parts to a fine powder, mix with strong vinegar to form a paste. If the deviation is to the left, apply to the right side; if to the right, apply to the left. Once the mouth returns to normal, immediately wash off the medicine with water.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* Another Formula:
Take the pulp of Gualou Fructus Trichosanthis from the previous formula, squeeze juice with water, knead with Damai Mai Barley flour to make cakes, roast until hot. Apply hot compress to correct the deviation and stop; do not overdo it.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* Formula for treating infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye, and numbness of the body:
Bimazi Semen Ricini (grind separately), Chugenpi Cortex Ailanthi (powder), Gualou Reng Fructus Trichosanthis Pulp (stir-fried dry, powder. Each: 1 liang).
Grind the above medicines uniformly together. Sprinkle the powder onto a Damai Mai Barley cake. Apply the left lesion to the right side, and the right lesion to the left side. Heat with slow fire. Remove immediately once the mouth is corrected. For numbness of the body, mix the medicine with saliva and massage the affected area.
Qian Yi's Supplementary Formula Quanxie Powder for treating infantile convulsion and wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye, abnormal speech, and hemiplegia:
Quanxie Scorpio (remove toxicity, stir-fry), Jiangcan Bombyx Batryticatus (straight ones, stir-fry), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (remove heart), Datianxing Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (soak in water seven times, remove skin and navel, slice, bake), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (roast), Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (do not expose to fire), Chishao Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (remove joints. Each: 3 liang), Tianma Rhizoma Gastrodiae (6 qian).
Make the above medicines into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with 1.5 cups of water and 7 slices of ginger until reduced to 0.7 cup. Take warm at any time, adjust according to age. Three to four doses daily. Avoid mutton.
Zhang Huan's Fangji Tang Formula for treating infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye:
Hanfangji Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Tianma Rhizoma Gastrodiae (roast), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Chuan Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae (each: 1 liang), Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi, Lingyangjiao Cornu Saigae Tataricae (crushed into powder), Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (remove roots and joints, weigh. Each: 0.5 liang).
Crush and sieve the above medicines into fine powder. Add Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (1 fen, soaked in hot water, remove skin and tips, grind evenly) and mix. Take 1 large qian per dose, decoct with 1 cup of water, 3 slices of ginger, and 2 leaves of Bohe Folium Menthae until reduced to half a cup. Filter out dregs. Take warm occasionally.
Zhang Huan's Another Formula Chijian Tang:
Chijian Radix Gastrodiae (1 liang), Baijiangcan Bombyx Batryticatus, Baifu Zi Rhizoma Typhonii, Duhuo Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (remove roots and joints, weigh), Baihua She Tropidolaemus Wagleri (soak in wine, remove skin and bones).
Each of the above: 0.5 liang. Crush and sieve into fine powder. Then add: Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (20 seeds, stir-fried with bran, remove skin and tips, grind finely).
Mix the above ingredients evenly. Take 1 qian per dose, decoct with 0.8 cup of water and a little Shiliupi Pericarpium Granati until reduced to half a cup. Filter out dregs and take warm.
*Zhuang Family Collection* Formula for treating infantile lateral wind and deviation of the mouth and face:
Take one Chi Zu Wu Gong Scolopendra (red-footed centipede), cut flat with a bamboo knife, grind each part into powder, and apply respectively to the lower side. If the left side moves, apply to the right; if the right side moves, apply to the left. Add a little Shexiang Moschus and grind together.
