《圣惠》论∶夫小儿五疳之疾，皆由乳哺不调，寒温失节之所致也。若久而不瘥，则腹内有虫，肌体黄瘦，
下痢不止。宜服药出之，则疳气渐退。其虫状如丝发，或如马尾，多出于腹背及头项上；若虫色黄白芨赤者，
可疗；青色者，不可疗也。
《颅囟经》治孩子疳痢，辨虫颜色，定吉凶。朱砂丸方
朱砂（半石莲大） 阿魏（如朱砂大） 蝙蝠血（三两滴） 眉酥（少许）
上细，和少许口脂调，先桃柳枝煎汤浴儿，后看小儿大小，以绿豆大填儿脐中贴之，用青衣盖儿。看虫出
来，黄色轻，青黑色重。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳及惊风出虫，定生死。干蟾丸方
干蟾（一枚，五月五日者良） 蛇蜕皮（一条，大者） 谷精草（二两，与以上药同入罐子内，以盐泥固济，
曝干，烧令通赤，放冷，研） 胡黄连 瓜
蒂母丁香（以上二味同研末） 牛黄 白龙脑 朱砂 雄黄 芦荟 天竺黄 麝香（各细研。一分） 青黛（半两）
上件药都入乳钵内，研令极细。用 猪胆汁煎面糊和丸，如绿豆大。一、二岁儿以温米泔半合化下五丸。
服药后，以桃柳汤浴儿。着青衣盖，疳虫当出衣上及眉毛鬓边，如细麸片子；或如掺面尘。毒黑色者难治，
黄白色易医。仍宜粥饮下二丸，日三服。甚者半月内瘥。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳瘦弱，毛发干焦，口鼻多痒，有虫。宜用麝香丸方
麝香 芦荟 粉霜 朱砂（细研。各一分） 蟾酥（一白豆许大） 皂荚（三寸，烧为灰） 蛇蜕皮
（五寸，烧灰） 蝙蝠（三枚，取血拌入药末）
上件药都细研，以油熔蜡和丸如小豆大。先以桃柳汤洗儿，后用药一丸涂于脐中。上以醋面封之，良久即
虫出。黄白赤者易治，黑者难疗。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳，四肢干瘦，腹胀气粗，频揉鼻眼，宜服出虫芦荟丸方
芦荟 牛黄（各细研） 蝉壳（各一分） 腻粉 粉霜 硫黄（细研） 麝香（细研。各一钱） 田父（一
枚，烧，烟似绝便住） 青黛（半两，细研） 巴豆（十枚，去皮心，研，纸裹，压去油） 蛇蜕皮（一条，烧灰）
上件药捣，罗为细末，入研了药令匀，以粳米饭和丸如绿豆大。每服温水下两丸。良久，煎桃柳水浴儿，
后以青衣盖遍身，当有虫出。白黄者可治，青黑色者难治之。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳，四肢黄瘦，腹胀气粗，发干作穗，眼鼻多痒，精神昏闷，不欲乳食。宜服出虫水银丸方
水银（三分） 硫黄（二味结为砂子细研） 砒霜 朱砂（细研，水飞过） 芦荟（细研。各半两） 蛤蚧（

上件药捣，罗为末，入研了药，令匀。以苦参半斤锉碎。用水五升，浸一宿，煮至一升，去苦参。后熬成
膏，用和诸药，丸如绿豆大。后入去却汁 猪胆内盛，悬于舍东，阴七日，候干。以麝香蜜水下三丸。后便
煎桃柳汤浴儿了，以青衣盖，遍身虫出，或泄恶气，并泻恶物，便是病源已出。小儿每三岁加一丸服之。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳，下痢羸瘦，鼻痒有虫。田父散方
田父（炙微黄） 胡黄连（各三分） 夜明砂（微炒） 蛇蜕皮（烧灰。各半两） 白矾（灰） 莨
菪子（水淘去净者，炒令黄黑色。各一分） 牛黄 朱砂 麝香（各细研。一分）
上件药捣，罗为末，都研令匀，以糯米饭和丸如绿豆大。一、二岁儿空心以熟水下三丸。服药后用桃柳汤
洗浴儿了，以青衣盖覆良久，当有虫子出。黄白赤者易治，黑色者难医。量儿大小加减服。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳有虫。定命天灵盖丸方
天灵盖（灰） 汗袜（灰） 麝香 驴蹄护干（灰。各一分） 砒霜（半分） 蟾酥（一片，如柳叶大）
上件药都研为末。炼蜜和丸如麻子大。空心以温水下二丸。后以桃柳汤浴儿了，澄浴水清，看盆内，当有
虫如蚁子。白即吉，黑即凶。更看儿大小，以意加减服之。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳久不瘥，羸瘦极甚。出虫丸方
朱砂 麝香 牛黄 蜗牛子（炒微黄） 夜明砂（微炒） 熊胆（各一分） 蟾酥（半钱）
上件药都细研，以面糊和丸如绿豆大。每服以温水下三丸。更别以水研一丸，滴向鼻中，得嚏五七声。良
久当有虫汗出，立效。

熊胆 朱砂 麝香 蚺蛇胆（各细研） 蜣螂（微炒） 瓜蒂（以上各半两）
上件药捣，罗为细末，入研了药，令匀。用 猪胆汁和丸如绿豆大。先用桃柳汤浴儿了，用粥饮下三丸。
以青衣盖，当有虫出也。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳有虫定命散方
干虾蟆（烧灰，一枚） 蛇蜕皮（炒令黄） 蝉壳（各一分）
上件药捣，罗为末，入麝香末半钱，研匀。但是一切疳至午时后以暖水调下半钱，一、二岁即服一字。后
煎桃柳汤放温，浴儿了，便用青衣盖。当有虫出，即效。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳，手足干瘦，腹胀筋起，鼻痒，昏沉多睡，宜服出虫蟾头丸方
蟾头（涂酥炙黄焦，二枚） 青黛（细研） 皂荚（先于厕中浸七日，后以水洗净，刮去黑皮，涂酥炙令焦黄，去
子） 硫黄（细研，一分） 巴豆（去皮心，研，纸裹压出油，七枚） 麝香（细研，半分）
上件药捣，罗为末，炼蜜和丸如绿豆大。空心以粥饮下三丸，良久当有虫出。量儿大小以意加减服之。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳颊热，干瘦；或渴不欲乳食。宜服出虫芦荟散方

上件药捣，细罗都研为散。先以桃柳汤浴儿，后以粥饮调下半钱。便以青衣盖覆，当有虫子自出。赤白者
易治，青黑者难治。
《圣惠》治小儿五疳，体热干瘦，发立，鼻痒，有虫，不欲乳食。青黛丸方
青黛 芦荟（各细研） 人中白（各半两） 猪牙皂荚（生用） 蝉壳（微炒。各半分） 麝香（细研，一
分） 胡黄连（三分） 蟾涎 人乳汁（各少许）
上件药捣，罗为末。取五月五日午时修合，以粽子内枣肉及蟾涎、乳汁和丸，如黍米大。先以桃柳汤浴
儿，后以粥饮下三丸，后着热青衣裹儿，看身上有虫出。青黑者不堪，白黄赤者易瘥。
钱乙胡黄连麝香丸 治疳气羸瘦，白虫作方。
胡黄连 白芜荑（去扇。各一两半） 黄连 木香（各半两） 辰砂（别研，一分） 麝香（别研、一钱）
上为细末，面糊丸绿豆大。米饮下五七丸至十丸。三五岁以上者，可十五丸、二十丸，无时。
钱乙榆仁丸 治疳热瘦悴，有虫，久服充肥方。
榆仁（去扇） 黄连（去须，各一两）
上为细末，用猪胆七个，破开取汁；与二药同和，入碗内。甑上蒸九日，每日一次。候日数足，研麝香半
钱，汤浸宿蒸饼同和成剂，丸如绿豆大。每服五七丸至一二十丸，米饮下，无时。
钱乙大芦荟丸 治疳杀虫，和胃止泻方。
芦荟（研） 木香 青橘皮 胡黄连 黄连 白芜荑（去扇秤） 雷丸 鹤虱（微炒。各半两） 麝香（别研，二
钱）
上为细末，粟米饭丸，绿豆大，米饮下一二十丸，无时。
张涣桃柳汤 服诸疳虫药，后用此法助之方。
桃枝 柳枝（各二两）
上件并锉碎，以水两大碗煎数沸，通手浴儿甚佳。浴儿毕，用一青衣服盖之，疳虫自出为验。
张涣雄黄丹 治五疳羸瘦，或多生虫方。
胡黄连 干蟾（酥炙黄） 川黄连（去须） 白芜荑（各一两） 干漆（半两）
以上捣，罗为细末。次用∶麝香（一分，细研） 水磨雄黄（半两，细研）
上件一处都拌匀，以猪胆汁和丸如黍米大。每服十粒，以新汲水下。量儿大小加减。
张涣猪肚丹 治小儿疳瘦益汗，多倦少力，大便有虫，曾经大效方。
川黄连（拣净） 木香 胡黄连（各一两） 肉豆蔻 白芜荑 芦荟 羌活 鳖甲（酥炙，去裙 。各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末，用 猪肚一个，洗刮令净。先以好香白芷二两纳肚中，蒸极熟；去白芷不用，却入
诸药，缝合；再蒸如泥，取出。同猪肚捣二、三百下，成膏，如黍粟大。每服十粒，米饮下，不拘时候。量儿大小加减。
西京丁左藏黄连丸 治小儿五疳出虫方。
巴豆（去心膜，出油，细研。） 黄连（末） 熊胆（焙，研。如是新者，盏内坐于瓶上，
慢火熬干如糊，和药。各一分）
上件匀，或滴水丸如麻子大。每服三丸，米饮下。
《庄氏家传》小儿取疳虫方
槟榔（二个，为末） 芜荑 鹤虱（炒） 野狼牙（各一两）
上为末。每服二钱，饭饮调下。三岁者卧时沙糖下二钱，妙。
《孔氏家传》杀疳虫药方。
上用苦参炒带烟出，为末。米饮下。
《王氏手集》五疳出虫神圣五疳丸方
独脚仙（二个） 红娘子（七个，榆株者） 青黛（半两） 眉酥 雄黄（各半钱） 胡黄
连麝香 熊胆 芦荟（各一钱）
上件为细末，用猪胆一个，药入在内，饭上蒸过，丸如芥子大。每服一丸，倒流水少许，用箸头化破，男
左女右鼻内灌之。良久，头面上虫出如虮虱为效。
《王氏手集》治小儿疳瘦有虫，诸药不效者方。
蛤蚧（一个，头脚全者，汤浸去皮骨、取肉，以手拔碎） 使君子（二十个，去壳，汤浸去皮，用竹刀子切、焙干）
上二味一处以石碾为末。用 猪子肝连下切，可重三四两许，批作三四重，逐重将药末掺在肝上，以新箬
叶包裹，麻皮缠缚。研仓米饮三二合，慢火煮令熟，取出放温，去箬叶，切与小儿吃，作三次与食。未会吃
物，将肝碎，焙干碾为末，米饮调与服。或作小丸子，亦得。当取下虫来。大忌犯铁器。
《吉氏家传》治疳积，杀虫吐逆归命丸方
生犀（一分） 牛黄 猪胆 雄黄 狗胆 鲫鱼胆 牛胆（各半两 四胆皆阴干用）
上七味都末。取水煮面糊为丸如麻子大。每服三丸加减，煎枣汤下。
《吉氏家传》治疳积有虫胜金散方
丁香 生犀（各半两） 川楝子 芜荑 芦荟（各一钱）
上为末。每服半钱，陈米饮下。
《吉氏家传》治五般疳气出虫方。
干地黄 蜣螂（炙） 蛇皮（炙） 胡黄连 蝉蜕（等分）
上末。入麝香少许，醋丸如绿豆大。七岁以下四丸，二岁二丸。忌毒物。
《吉氏家传》治热疳出虫方。
夜明砂 蜗牛子 麝香（各少许）
上研夜明砂及麝，以蜗牛子为丸绿豆大。每服三丸，粥饮下。良久，桃柳枝并乳香汤浴，用青皂衣裹定孩
儿；一食间，遍身虫出。后用补药黄柏，蜜炙炒黄为末。半钱粥饮下。
《吉氏家传》治小儿肚大有虫方。
苦参 宣连（各半两） 腻粉（一钱）
上末。每服一钱，沙糖酒调下，四更时与服，宣下虫妙。
《吉氏家传》治疳虫咬心痛胜金丸 小儿虫咬痛钻心，日夜连连不可禁，芦荟牛黄龙齿麝，胡黄连
合胜如金。熊胆汁丸如小豆，每服三粒自功深，须着米泔交送下，免忧虫蚀敢来侵。
龙齿 芦荟 麝香（各一字） 牛黄（半字） 胡黄连（半钱）
上捣，研极细，熊胆为丸小豆大。米泔下三丸。
《朱氏家传》治小儿疳气，不思饮食，常服退疳杀虫龙胆丸方
龙胆草 苦参 川楝子（各等分）
上件为末，水煮糊为丸如黍米大。每服十五丸，饭汤吞下，日进三服。
长沙医者郑愈传治小儿疳虫，肥润脏腑，进食杀虫保童丸方
鹤虱 大黄 芦荟（各一分半） 龙胆（半钱） 木香 青皮（各一钱）肉豆蔻（一个） 宣连 胡黄连（各一钱
半。入巴豆肉一钱，同炒过，去巴豆不用）
上为末。面糊为丸如此○。大每服十丸或七丸，米饮下，兼能止痢。白痢，白姜汤下；赤痢，甘草汤下；
水痢，陈米饮下；常服，薄荷汤下。

《圣惠方》论述：小儿的五种疳病，都是由于哺乳喂养不当，寒热调节失宜所导致的。如果病情迁延不愈，则腹内会生出虫子，身体肌肉消瘦发黄，腹泻不止。适宜服用药物将虫排出，这样疳气就会逐渐消退。那些虫子的形状像丝发一样，或者像马尾毛一样，大多从腹部、背部以及头部和颈部出来；如果虫子的颜色是黄白夹杂红色的，可以治疗；如果是青色的，则难以治疗。
《颅囟经》治疗孩子疳痢，通过辨别虫子的颜色来判断吉凶。朱砂丸处方：
朱砂（大小如半颗莲子）、阿魏（大小同朱砂）、蝙蝠血（三滴）、眉酥（少许）。
以上药物研成细末，加入少许口脂调和。先用桃枝柳枝煎汤给患儿洗澡，然后根据患儿的大小，取绿豆大小的药团填入患儿肚脐中贴敷，并用青色衣服覆盖在患儿身上。观察虫子是否出来，黄色者病情轻，青黑色者病情重。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病及惊风排虫，判断生死预后。干蟾丸处方：
干蟾蜍（一枚，以五月五日采集的为佳）、蛇蜕皮（一条，体型大的）、谷精草（二两，与上述药物一同放入罐子内，用盐泥密封固定，晒干后烧至通红，放冷后研磨）、胡黄连、瓜蒂、母丁香（以上两种药物一同研成粉末）、牛黄、白龙脑、朱砂、雄黄、芦荟、天竺黄、麝香（各细研，一分）、青黛（半两）。
以上药物全部放入乳钵中，研磨至极细。用猪胆汁煎制面糊调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。一至两岁的幼儿，用温米泔水半合化开五丸服用。服药后，用桃柳汤给患儿洗澡。穿上青色衣服覆盖，疳虫应当会从衣服上以及眉毛鬓角处出来，形状像细小的麸皮片；或者像撒面的粉尘。毒气呈黑色的难治，黄白色的容易医治。仍宜用粥饮送服两丸，每日三次。严重的在半个月内痊愈。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病导致身体瘦弱，毛发干枯焦黄，口鼻多痒，有虫。适宜使用麝香丸处方：
麝香、芦荟、粉霜、朱砂（细研，各一分）、蟾酥（约一粒白豆大小）、皂荚（三寸，烧成灰）、蛇蜕皮（五寸，烧成灰）、蝙蝠（三枚，取血拌入药末中）。
以上药物全部细研，用熔化的蜡调和，制成如小豆大小的丸剂。先用桃柳汤清洗患儿，然后将一丸药涂抹在肚脐中。上面用醋面封住，过一会儿虫子就会出来。黄白赤色的容易治疗，黑色的难治。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病，四肢干枯瘦弱，腹部胀大呼吸粗重，频繁揉搓鼻子和眼睛，适宜服用排虫芦荟丸处方：
芦荟、牛黄（各细研）、蝉壳（各一分）、腻粉、粉霜、硫黄（细研）、麝香（细研，各一钱）、田父（一枚，烧制，烟似断绝时停止）、青黛（半两，细研）、巴豆（十枚，去皮去心，研磨，用纸包裹，压榨去油）、蛇蜕皮（一条，烧成灰）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末，加入已研磨的药物混合均匀，用粳米饭调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用温水送下两丸。过一段时间，煎桃柳水给患儿洗澡，然后用青色衣服覆盖全身，应当会有虫子出来。白黄色的可治，青黑色的难治。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病，四肢黄瘦，腹部胀大气粗，头发干枯结成穗状，眼鼻多痒，精神昏沉闷乱，不想吃奶进食。适宜服用排虫水银丸处方：
水银（三分）、硫黄（这两种药物结合成砂子状细研）、砒霜、朱砂（细研，用水飞法处理）、芦荟（细研，各半两）、蛤蚧（一枚，涂酥炙至微黄）、乌驴蹄（灰）、蟾灰、雄黄、蝉壳（微炒）、天灵盖（涂酥炙至黄焦）、旧皮巾子、白狗粪（灰，各一分）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末，加入已研磨的药物混合均匀。用苦参半斤切碎，用水五升浸泡一夜，煮至一升，去掉苦参。然后熬成膏状，用来调和诸药，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。之后放入去掉汁液的猪胆内储存，悬挂在房屋东面，阴干七日，待其干燥。用麝香蜜水送服三丸。随后煎桃柳汤给患儿洗澡，用青色衣服覆盖，全身虫子出来，或者排泄恶臭气体，并泻出恶物，这就是病源已排出的表现。小儿每三岁增加一丸的剂量服用。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病，腹泻消瘦，鼻子痒有虫。田父散处方：
田父（炙至微黄）、胡黄连（各三分）、夜明砂（微炒）、蛇蜕皮（烧成灰，各半两）、白矾（灰）、莨菪子（用水淘洗干净，炒至黄黑色，各一分）、牛黄、朱砂、麝香（各细研，一分）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末，都研磨均匀，用糯米饭调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。一至两岁的幼儿空腹用熟水送服三丸。服药后用桃柳汤给患儿洗浴，用青色衣服覆盖良久，应当有虫子出来。黄白赤色的易治，黑色的难医。根据患儿大小调整剂量服用。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病有虫。定命天灵盖丸处方：
天灵盖（灰）、汗袜（灰）、麝香、驴蹄护干（灰，各一分）、砒霜（半分）、蟾酥（一片，如柳叶大小）。
以上药物都研成粉末。炼蜜调和，制成如麻子大小的丸剂。空腹用温水送服两丸。之后用桃柳汤给患儿洗澡，待浴水澄清，看盆内，应当有像蚂蚁一样的虫子。白色为吉兆，黑色为凶兆。再根据患儿大小，酌情增减剂量服用。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病久治不愈，极度消瘦羸弱。出虫丸处方：
朱砂、麝香、牛黄、蜗牛子（炒至微黄）、夜明砂（微炒）、熊胆（各一分）、蟾酥（半钱）。
以上药物都细研，用面糊调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用温水送下三丸。另外再用水研化一丸，滴入鼻孔中，引起打喷嚏五到七声。很久以后应当有虫汗排出，立即见效。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病排虫干蟾丸处方：
干蟾蜍（烧成灰，一枚）、天灵盖（烧成灰，半两）、麝香（细研，半分）、蝉壳（微炒，去掉足）、鳖甲（涂酥，炙至黄焦，去掉裙边，各一分）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末，用烧饭调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。两岁以下用蛤粉汤送下一丸，三岁以上至五岁服用两丸。服药后继续用桃柳汤给患儿洗澡，然后用青色衣服覆盖，应当有虫子出来。赤白色的易治，黑色的难医。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病排虫熊胆丸处方：
熊胆、朱砂、麝香、蚺蛇胆（各细研）、蜣螂（微炒）、瓜蒂（以上各半两）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末，加入已研磨的药物混合均匀。用猪胆汁调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。先用桃柳汤给患儿洗澡，然后用粥饮送服三丸。用青色衣服覆盖，应当有虫子出来。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病有虫定命散处方：
干虾蟆（烧成灰，一枚）、蛇蜕皮（炒至黄色）、蝉壳（各一分）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末，加入麝香末半钱，研磨均匀。凡是所有疳病，在午时过后用暖水调服半钱，一至两岁的服用一字量。之后煎桃柳汤放温，给患儿洗澡，便用青色衣服覆盖。应当有虫子出来，即见效。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病，手足干枯瘦弱，腹部胀大筋脉凸起，鼻子痒，昏沉嗜睡，适宜服用排虫蟾头丸处方：
蟾头（涂酥炙至黄焦，二枚）、青黛（细研）、皂荚（先在厕所中浸泡七天，然后用水洗净，刮去黑皮，涂酥炙至焦黄，去掉种子）、硫黄（细研，一分）、巴豆（去皮去心，研磨，用纸包裹压榨出油，七枚）、麝香（细研，半分）。
以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末，炼蜜调和，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。空腹用粥饮送服三丸，过一会儿应当有虫子出来。根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量服用。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿五种疳病脸颊发热，干枯瘦弱；或者口渴不想吃奶进食。适宜服用排虫芦荟散处方：
芦荟（细研）、胡黄连、熊胆（研入）、朱砂（细研，各半两）、雄黄（细研）、代赭（各一分）、麝香（细研，半分）、干蟾蜍（一枚，涂酥炙至焦黄）。

以上药物捣碎，筛成粉末。选取五月五日午时制作，用粽子内的枣肉及蟾涎、乳汁调和，制成如黍米大小的丸剂。先用桃柳汤给患儿洗澡，然后用粥饮送服三丸，随后用热的青色衣服包裹患儿，观察身上是否有虫子出来。青黑色的不堪治，白黄赤色的容易痊愈。
钱乙的胡黄连麝香丸：治疗疳气消瘦，有白色虫子。处方：
胡黄连、白芜荑（去扇柄，各一两半）、黄连、木香（各半两）、辰砂（另研，一分）、麝香（另研，一钱）。
以上为细末，用面糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。米饮送服五到七丸至十丸。三到五岁以上的儿童，可服用十五丸、二十丸，不限时间。
钱乙的榆仁丸：治疗疳热消瘦憔悴，有虫，长期服用可使身体丰满。处方：
榆仁（去扇柄）、黄连（去须，各一两）。
以上为细末，用七个猪胆，破开取汁；与两种药物混合，放入碗中。在蒸笼上蒸九天，每天一次。等到天数充足，研磨麝香半钱，用汤浸过的宿蒸饼混合成药剂，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸至一二十丸，米饮送服，不限时间。
钱乙的大芦荟丸：治疗疳病杀虫，和胃止泻。处方：
芦荟（研）、木香、青橘皮、胡黄连、黄连、白芜荑（去扇柄称重）、雷丸、鹤虱（微炒，各半两）、麝香（另研，二钱）。
以上为细末，用粟米饭制成绿豆大小的丸剂，米饮送服一二十丸，不限时间。
张涣的桃柳汤：服用各种疳虫药后，用此法辅助。处方：
桃枝、柳枝（各二两）。
以上都切碎，用两大碗水煎煮数沸，温度适宜时给患儿洗澡很好。洗完澡后，用一件青色衣服覆盖，疳虫自行出来作为验证。
张涣的雄黄丹：治疗五种疳病消瘦羸弱，或多生虫子。处方：
胡黄连、干蟾蜍（酥炙黄）、川黄连（去须）、白芜荑（各一两）、干漆（半两）。
以上捣碎，筛成细末。其次用：麝香（一分，细研）、水磨雄黄（半两，细研）。
以上药物一处拌匀，用猪胆汁调和，制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒，用新汲水下。根据患儿大小增减剂量。
张涣的猪肚丹：治疗小儿疳瘦益汗，多疲倦少力，大便有虫，曾经非常有效。处方：
川黄连（拣选干净）、木香、胡黄连（各一两）、肉豆蔻、白芜荑、芦荟、羌活、鳖甲（酥炙，去裙边，各半两）。
以上捣碎，筛成细末，用一个猪肚，洗刮干净。先用好香白芷二两放入肚中，蒸极熟；去掉白芷不用，再放入诸药，缝合；再蒸至如泥状，取出。同猪肚一起捣二三百下，成膏状，如黍粟大小。每次服用十粒，米饮送服，不拘时候。根据患儿大小增减剂量。
西京丁左藏的黄连丸：治疗小儿五种疳病排虫。处方：
巴豆（去心膜，出油，细研）、黄连（末）、熊胆（焙，研。如果是新的，放在盏内置于瓶上，慢火熬干如糊，和药，各一分）。
以上混合均匀，或滴水制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸，米饮送服。
《庄氏家传》小儿取疳虫方：
槟榔（二个，为末）、芜荑、鹤虱（炒）、野狼牙（各一两）。
以上为末。每次服用二钱，饭饮调下。三岁者在睡觉时用沙糖送服二钱，效果妙。
《孔氏家传》杀疳虫药方：
上述用苦参炒至冒烟，为末。米饮送服。
《王氏手集》五疳出虫神圣五疳丸方：
独脚仙（二个）、红娘子（七个，榆树上的）、青黛（半两）、眉酥、雄黄（各半钱）、胡黄连、麝香、熊胆、芦荟（各一钱）。
以上为细末，用一个猪胆，将药放入在内，在饭上蒸过，制成如芥子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，倒流水少许，用筷子头化开，男孩灌入左鼻，女孩灌入右鼻。过一会儿，头面部虫子出来像虮虱一样即为有效。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿疳瘦有虫，诸药无效者的方子：
蛤蚧（一个，头脚齐全的，汤浸去皮骨，取肉，用手拔碎）、使君子（二十个，去壳，汤浸去皮，用竹刀切、焙干）。
以上两味在一处以石碾为末。用猪子肝连着下部切开，大约重三四两，批作三四层，逐层将药末掺在肝上，用新箬叶包裹，麻皮缠缚。研仓米饮二三合，慢火煮令熟，取出放温，去掉箬叶，切给小儿吃，分三次给予食用。不会吃东西的，将肝切碎，焙干碾为末，米饮调服。或者做成小丸子也可以。应当能取下虫子来。大忌接触铁器。
《吉氏家传》治疳积，杀虫吐逆归命丸方：
生犀（一分）、牛黄、猪胆、雄黄、狗胆、鲫鱼胆、牛胆（各半两，四胆皆阴干使用）。
以上七味都研成末。取水煮面糊为丸，如麻子大小。每次服用三丸加减，煎枣汤送下。
《吉氏家传》治疳积有虫胜金散方：
丁香、生犀（各半两）、川楝子、芜荑、芦荟（各一钱）。
以上为末。每次服用半钱，陈米饮送下。
《吉氏家传》治五般疳气出虫方：
干地黄、蜣螂（炙）、蛇皮（炙）、胡黄连、蝉蜕（等分）。
以上为末。入麝香少许，醋丸如绿豆大小。七岁以下四丸，二岁二丸。忌食毒物。

以上研夜明砂及麝，以蜗牛子为丸绿豆大小。每次服用三丸，粥饮送下。过一会儿，用桃柳枝并乳香汤洗澡，用青皂衣裹定孩子；一顿饭的时间，遍身虫子出来。后用补药黄柏，蜜炙炒黄为末。半钱粥饮送下。
《吉氏家传》治小儿肚大有虫方：
苦参、宣连（各半两）、腻粉（一钱）。
以上为末。每次服用一钱，沙糖酒调下，四更时服用，宣下虫子妙。
《吉氏家传》治疳虫咬心痛胜金丸：小儿虫咬痛钻心，日夜连连不可禁，芦荟牛黄龙齿麝，胡黄连合胜如金。熊胆汁丸如小豆，每服三粒自功深，须着米泔交送下，免忧虫蚀敢来侵。
龙齿、芦荟、麝香（各一字）、牛黄（半字）、胡黄连（半钱）。
以上捣，研极细，熊胆为丸小豆大。米泔下三丸。
《朱氏家传》治小儿疳气，不思饮食，常服退疳杀虫龙胆丸方：
龙胆草、苦参、川楝子（各等分）。
以上为末，水煮糊为丸如黍米大。每次服用十五丸，饭汤吞下，日进三服。
长沙医者郑愈传治小儿疳虫，肥润脏腑，进食杀虫保童丸方：
鹤虱、大黄、芦荟（各一分半）、龙胆（半钱）、木香、青皮（各一钱）、肉豆蔻（一个）、宣连、胡黄连（各一钱半。入巴豆肉一钱，同炒过，去巴豆不用）。
以上为末。面糊为丸如此○。大每服十丸或七丸，米饮下，兼能止痢。白痢，白姜汤下；赤痢，甘草汤下；水痢，陈米饮下；常服，薄荷汤下。

Sichuan Coptis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian, selected clean), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian) (each one liang), Nutmeg (Roudoukou), White Vitex fruit (Bai Wuyi), Aloe, Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo), Turtle carapace (Biejia, roasted with butter, skirt edge removed, each banliang).
Pound and sieve into fine powder. Take one pig stomach, wash and scrape clean. First, put two liang of high-quality Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) into the stomach, steam until very soft; remove Baizhi, then insert the other medicines, sew shut, and steam again until mushy. Remove and pound together with the pig stomach two or three hundred times until it becomes a paste, sized like millet grains. Take ten grains each time with rice drink, at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's size.
Xi Jing Ding Zuocang's Huanglian Wan: Treats pediatric five types of Gan disease to expel parasites. Formula:
Croton seed (Shiren, remove heart membrane, remove oil, finely ground), Coptis chinensis Rhizoma (Huanglian, powdered), Bear bile (Xiongdan, baked and ground. If fresh, place in a cup set on a bottle, slowly boil dry to a paste, mix with medicine, each one fen).
Mix evenly, drop water to form sesame-sized pills. Take three pills each time with rice drink.
*Zhuang Shi Jiachuan* Pediatric Gan Parasite Extraction Formula:
Areca nut (Binglang, two pieces, powdered), Vitex fruit (Wuyi), Herba Siegesbeckiae (Heshi, fried), Wolf's teeth herb (Ye Langya) (each one liang).
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with rice drink. For three-year-olds, take two qian with rock sugar before bed for best results.

Take the above Sophora root (Kushen), stir-fry until smoking, grind into powder. Take with rice drink.
*Wang Shi Shouji* Five Gan Expelling Parasite Sacred Five Gan Wan Formula:
Du Jiao Xian (two pieces), Hong Niangzi (seven pieces, from elm trees), Indigo Naturalis (banliang), Meisu, Realgar (Xionghuang) (each half qian), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian), Moschus, Bear bile, Aloe (each one qian).
Grind into fine powder. Use one pig gallbladder, insert medicines inside, steam over rice until done, form mustard-seed-sized pills. Take one pill each time, add a little inverted-flowing water, dissolve with the tip of a chopstick, instill into the left nostril for boys and right nostril for girls. After a while, emergence of lice-like parasites from the head and face indicates efficacy.
*Wang Shi Shouji* Formula for Pediatric Gan Emaciation with Parasites Unresponsive to Other Medicines:
Gecko (Gejie, one piece, complete head and feet, soak in water, remove skin and bones, take meat, tear apart by hand), Quinine fruit (Shijunzi, twenty pieces, remove shell, soak in water, remove skin, cut with bamboo knife, bake dry).
Pound these two ingredients together into powder using a stone mill. Take pig liver (approx. 3-4 liang), slice into 3-4 layers. Sprinkle the medicine powder onto each layer of liver. Wrap in new bamboo leaves, tie with hemp rope. Grind仓米饮 (warehouse rice drink) 2-3 he, cook slowly over low heat until done. Remove, let cool, discard leaves, cut and feed to the child in three doses. For infants who cannot eat solid food, crush the liver, bake dry, grind to powder, and mix with rice drink. Small pills are also acceptable. This should expel the parasites. Strictly avoid contact with iron vessels.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Gui Ming Wan for Treating Gan Accumulation, Killing Parasites, and Stopping Vomiting:
Raw Rhinoceros horn (Sheng Xi, one fen), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang), Pig bile, Realgar, Dog bile, Crucian carp bile, Ox bile (each banliang; all four biles must be shade-dried).
Grind all seven ingredients into powder. Use water to decoct wheat paste to form sesame-sized pills. Take three pills (adjust as needed) with jujube decoction.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Shengjin San for Treating Gan Accumulation with Parasites:
Clove (Dingxiang), Raw Rhinoceros horn (Sheng Xi) (each banliang), Chinese Quince Fruit (Chuan Lianzi), Vitex fruit (Wuyi), Aloe (each one qian).
Grind into powder. Take half qian each time with aged rice drink.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Formula for Expelling Parasites from Five Types of Gan Qi:
Rehmannia root (Sheng Dihuang, dried), Pillbug (Qianglang, roasted), Snake skin (roasted), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian), Cicada slough (Chantui) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Add a little Moschus, bind with vinegar to form bean-sized pills. Four pills for children under seven years old, two pills for two-year-olds. Avoid toxic foods.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Formula for Expelling Parasites from Heat Gan:
Nyctibiidae droppings (Yemingsha), Snail (Wo Niuzi), Moschus (each a little).
Grind Yemingsha and Moschus, bind with snails to form bean-sized pills. Take three pills each time with porridge drink. After a while, bathe in peach and willow branches with Frankincense (Ruxiang) water, wrap the child in green and black clothes; within one mealtime, parasites should emerge from the whole body. Afterwards, use tonifying medicine Phellodendron bark (Huangbai), roasted with honey until yellow, grind to powder. Take half qian with porridge drink.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Formula for Pediatric Abdominal Distension with Parasites:
Sophora root (Kushen), Xuanlian (Sichuan Coptis, each banliang), Calomel (Nifen, one qian).
Grind into powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with rock sugar wine. Administer at the fourth watch (1-3 AM) for optimal parasite expulsion.
*Ji Shi Jiachuan* Shengjin Wan for Heart Pain Caused by Gan Parasites Biting:
Pediatric worm-biting pain pierces the heart, continuous day and night, unbearable. Aloe, Calculus Bovis, Dragon teeth, Moschus, Picrorhizae Rhizoma combined are better than gold. Bear bile forms pills the size of small beans; take three pills each time for deep efficacy. Must be sent down with rice wash to prevent fear of worm erosion invasion.
Dragon teeth (Longchi), Aloe, Moschus (each one zi), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang, half zi), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian, half qian).
Pound and grind extremely fine, bind with bear bile to form bean-sized pills. Take three pills with rice wash.
*Zhu Shi Jiachuan* Longdan Wan for Pediatric Gan Qi, Loss of Appetite, Regular Use to Retreat Gan and Kill Parasites:
Gentian root (Longdan Cao), Sophora root (Kushen), Chinese Quince Fruit (Chuan Lianzi) (equal parts).
Grind into powder, decoct with water to make paste, form millet-sized pills. Take fifteen pills each time, swallowed with rice soup, three times daily.
Changsha physician Zheng Yu's Chuantong Feirun Zangfu, Jinshi Shacha Baotong Wan Formula for Treating Pediatric Gan Parasites, Fattening Organs, Promoting Appetite, Killing Parasites, and Protecting Children:
Herba Siegesbeckiae (Heshi), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Aloe (each one qian half), Gentian root (Longdan, half qian), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Green Tangerina Peel (Qingpi) (each one qian), Nutmeg (Roudoukou, one piece), Xuanlian, Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian) (each one qian half. Add one qian of Croton meat, stir-fry together, remove Croton).
Grind into powder. Bind with wheat paste into pills [symbol]. Adults take ten or seven pills each time with rice drink; it also stops dysentery. For white dysentery, take with white ginger soup; for red dysentery, take with licorice soup; for watery dysentery, take with aged rice drink; for regular use, take with mint soup.
