《圣惠》∶夫小儿冷热不调，乳哺不节，使阴阳清浊之气相干而变乱于肠胃之间，则成霍乱也。而心腹痛者
是冷气与真气相击，或上攻心，或下攻腹，故冷痛也。
《外台》∶《广济》疗小儿霍乱，心腹刺痛吐利方。
茯苓 桔梗 人参（各六分） 白术（五分） 甘草（炙） 浓朴（煮。各四分）
上六味切，以水二升，煮取六合去滓，温服之。

丁香 桔梗 人参 白术 浓朴（去皮锉，姜汁炒。各半两） 甘草（炙，锉，一分）
上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分去滓，不计时候。量儿大小分减与温服。

人参 白术 芎 草豆蔻 浓朴（姜汁炒用） 当归（锉炒） 陈皮（去白，焙） 丁香 桂心（各一分）
上件药捣，细罗为散，不计时候，煮姜枣，米饮调下半钱。量儿大小以意加减。

高良姜（锉） 人参（去芦头） 赤芍药 甘草（炙微赤，锉） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白瓤，焙干，半两）
上件药捣，罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分去滓，不计时候。量儿大小分减服之。

白术（三分） 人参（一两，去芦头） 干姜（一钱，炮制，切炒，锉） 浓朴（去皮，涂生姜汁炙令香熟） 甘

上件药捣，粗罗为散。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分去滓，不计时候。量儿大小加减温服。

上件药捣，细罗为散，不计时候，以生姜汤调下半钱。看儿大小以意加减。

上以水四升，煮取一升半，三、四岁儿为三服，小儿以意增减水药。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿霍乱吐利，腹中疼痛。针头丸方
巴豆肉（二个，水半盏煮干） 阿魏（鸡头大一块） 舶上硫黄（一块，同阿魏大）
上件研匀，以薄糊搜作饼子如钱眼大。每服一饼子，针头穿定，灯上烧，留三分性，淡姜汤化开服。
《庄氏家传》大人参丸 和脾胃止呕吐，治泄泻青黄，止腹痛多啼，进乳食方。
丁香 木香 白术（各半两） 藿香叶（一两半） 人参（二两）
上为细末，炼蜜丸鸡头大。每服一丸，粟米饮化下。
《赵氏家传》正气人参膏 治小儿脾胃气虚，中寒腹痛，泄利呕逆，不入乳食，夜啼多哭，睡中饶惊，吐利蛔
虫，虚烦闷乱，常服止烦渴，调脾胃进饮食方。
人参 干木瓜 甘草（细锉，炒。各半两） 陈橘红 罂粟米（炒） 干姜（炮） 茯苓（各一分）
上为末，炼蜜和为膏。每服一皂皂大，米饮汤化下。

将上述药物捣碎，细筛为散剂，不限时间，煮姜枣汤，用米饮调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小酌情加减。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱心腹疼痛不止的高良姜散方。
高良姜（锉碎）、人参（去芦头）、赤芍药、甘草（炙微红，锉碎）、陈橘皮（热水浸泡去白瓤，焙干，半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣滓，不限时间。根据患儿年龄大小酌情减量服用。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱吐泻不止，心腹疼痛，面色青黄，四肢发冷的温中散方。
白术（三分）、人参（一两，去芦头）、干姜（一钱，炮制，切炒，锉碎）、厚朴（去皮，涂生姜汁炙至香熟）、甘草（炙微红，锉碎）、桂心（各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，粗筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣滓，不限时间。根据患儿年龄大小酌情加减，温服。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱，乳食不消化，心腹胀满疼痛宜服的方剂。
诃梨勒皮（半两）、木香、当归（锉碎，炒）、白术、藿香、陈皮（去白，焙干，各一分）。
将上述药物捣碎，细筛为散剂，不限时间，用生姜汤调服半钱。观察患儿年龄大小酌情加减。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱，吐泻不止，心腹疼痛，面色无华，逐渐感到困乏的白术散方。
白术、丁香、陈皮（去白，焙干，各半两）、草豆蔻（去皮）、当归（锉碎炒，各一分）、甘草（半分）。
将上述药物捣碎，细筛为散剂，不限时间，用粥饮调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小酌情加减，温服。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱吐泻，心腹疼痛不定的丁香散方。
丁香、干姜（炮）、甘草（炙，锉碎）、桂心（各半分）、诃梨勒皮、人参（各一分）。
将上述药物捣碎，细筛为散剂，不限时间，煎姜枣汤调服半钱。根据患儿年龄大小酌情加减。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿霍乱，吐泻不止，腹痛的肉豆蔻散方。
肉豆蔻（去壳）、桂心（各一分）、人参（去芦头）、甘草（炙微红，锉碎，各半钱）。
将上述药物捣碎，粗筛为散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入少许生姜，煎至五分，去渣滓，不限时间。根据患儿年龄大小酌情减量，温服。
《婴孺方》治疗小儿突然吐利，腹痛及久泻的当归汤方。
当归、人参、甘草（炙）、干姜、黄芪（各四分）、细辛（三分）。
以上用水四升，煎煮取一升半，三、四岁儿童分三次服用，其他小儿根据情况增减水量和药量。
《婴童宝鉴》治疗小儿霍乱吐利，腹中疼痛的针头丸方。
巴豆肉（两个，用半盏水煮干）、阿魏（如鸡头大的一块）、舶上硫黄（一块，同阿魏大小相同）。
将上述药物研匀，用薄面糊调和做成如铜钱眼大小的饼子。每次服用一个饼子，用针穿好，在灯上烧，保留三分药性，用淡姜汤化开服用。
《庄氏家传》大人参丸：调和脾胃，止呕吐，治疗泄泻青黄色，止腹痛多啼哭，促进乳食摄入的方剂。
丁香、木香、白术（各半两）、藿香叶（一两半）、人参（二两）。
将上述药物研为细末，炼蜜制成如鸡头大的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用粟米饮化开送服。
《赵氏家传》正气人参膏：治疗小儿脾胃气虚，中寒腹痛，泄利呕逆，不能进食，夜间啼哭多，睡中易惊，吐利蛔虫，虚烦闷乱，常服可止烦渴，调理脾胃增进饮食的方剂。
人参、干木瓜、甘草（细锉，炒，各半两）、陈橘红、罂粟米（炒）、干姜（炮）、茯苓（各一分）。
将上述药物研为粉末，炼蜜调和成膏状。每次服用皂荚子大小的量，用米饮汤化开送服。
*Shenghui Fang* records: In children, dysregulation of cold and heat, along with unregulated breastfeeding, causes the qi of yin and yang, clear and turbid, to interfere with each other and become chaotic within the intestines and stomach, resulting in Huoluan (cholera-like syndrome). Heart and abdominal pain occurs when cold qi strikes against true qi, either attacking upward to the heart or downward to the abdomen, thus causing cold pain.
*Waitai Miyao* cites a prescription from *Guangji Fang* for treating pediatric Huoluan accompanied by stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Fuling (Poria), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (each 6 fen), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) (5 fen), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Houpo (Magnolia Bark, boiled) (each 4 fen).
The above six herbs are chopped, boiled in two sheng of water until reduced to liu ge, strained, and taken warm.
*Shenghui Fang* Dingxiang San (Clove Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen and vomiting.
Dingxiang (Clove Bud), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Houpo (Magnolia Bark, peeled, chopped, stir-fried with ginger juice) (each half liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, chopped) (1 fen).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a coarse powder. Take one qian per dose, boil in a small cup of water until reduced to five fen, strain, and take at any time without restriction. Adjust the dose according to the child's age and size, and take warm.
*Shenghui Fang* Renshen San (Ginseng Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with heart and abdominal pain and loss of appetite.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Xiong (Sichuan Lovage Rhizome), Caodoukou (Black Cardamom Seed), Houpo (Magnolia Bark, stir-fried with ginger juice), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, chopped and fried), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel, white pith removed, dried), Dingxiang (Clove Bud), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) (each 1 fen).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with rice drink prepared with ginger and jujube, at any time. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
*Shenghui Fang* Gaoliangjiang San (Galangal Powder) for treating persistent heart and abdominal pain due to pediatric Huoluan.
Gaoliangjiang (Galangal Rhizome, chopped), Renshen (Ginseng Root, rhizome removed), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried until slightly red, chopped), Chenjupi (Aged Tangerine Peel, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried) (half liang).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a powder. Take one qian per dose, boil in a small cup of water until reduced to five fen, strain, and take at any time without restriction. Adjust the dose according to the child's age and size.
*Shenghui Fang* Wenzhong San (Warm the Middle Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with continuous vomiting and diarrhea, heart and abdominal pain, bluish-yellow complexion, and cold limbs.
Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) (3 fen), Renshen (Ginseng Root, rhizome removed) (1 liang), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed, chopped, fried, and crushed), Houpo (Magnolia Bark, peeled, brushed with ginger juice and roasted until fragrant), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried until slightly red, chopped), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) (each half liang).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a coarse powder. Take one qian per dose, boil in a small cup of water until reduced to five fen, strain, and take at any time without restriction. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size, and take warm.

*Shenghui Fang* Baizhu San (Atractylodes Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with continuous vomiting and diarrhea, heart and abdominal pain, pallor, and gradual exhaustion.
Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Dingxiang (Clove Bud), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel, white pith removed, dried) (each half liang), Caodoukou (Black Cardamom Seed, peeled), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, chopped and fried) (each 1 fen), Gancao (Licorice Root) (half fen).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with gruel drink, at any time. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size, and take warm.
*Shenghui Fang* Dingxiang San (Clove Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with vomiting and diarrhea and unstable heart and abdominal pain.
Dingxiang (Clove Bud), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, chopped), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) (each half fen), Helilepi (Pericarpium Chebulae), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (each 1 fen).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with ginger and jujube decoction, at any time. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
*Shenghui Fang* Roudoukou San (Nutmeg Powder) for treating pediatric Huoluan with continuous vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Roudoukou (Nutmeg, shell removed), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig) (each 1 fen), Renshen (Ginseng Root, rhizome removed), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried until slightly red, chopped) (each half qian).
Crush the above herbs and sieve them into a coarse powder. Take one qian per dose, add a little fresh ginger to a small cup of water, boil until reduced to five fen, strain, and take at any time without restriction. Adjust the dose according to the child's age and size, and take warm.
*Yingru Fang* Danggui Tang (Angelica Decoction) for treating sudden vomiting and diarrhea in children, abdominal pain, and chronic diarrhea.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Huangqi (Astragalus Root) (each 4 fen), Xixin (Asarum Root) (3 fen).
Boil the above in four sheng of water until reduced to one and a half sheng. For three- or four-year-old children, divide into three doses; for other children, adjust the water and medicine amounts as appropriate.
*Yingtong Baojian* Zhentou Wan (Needle-Head Pill) for treating pediatric Huoluan with vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Badourou (Barberry Seed Kernel, two kernels, boiled dry in half a cup of water), Awu (Styrax), Boshang Liuhuang (Marine Sulfur) (one piece, same size as Styrax).
Grind the above ingredients evenly, mix with thin paste to form cakes the size of a coin hole. Take one cake per dose, pierce it with a needle, roast it over a lamp retaining one-third of its potency, dissolve in light ginger soup, and take.
*Zhuang Shi Jiachuan* Daren Shen Wan (Great Ginseng Pill): Harmonizes the spleen and stomach, stops vomiting, treats diarrhea with greenish-yellow stool, stops abdominal pain and excessive crying, and promotes milk and food intake.
Dingxiang (Clove Bud), Muxiang (Costus Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) (each half liang), Huoxiangye (Patchouli Leaf) (one and a half liang), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (2 liang).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in millet drink.
*Zhao Shi Jiachuan* Zhengqi Renshen Gao (Righteous Qi Ginseng Paste): Treats pediatric spleen and stomach qi deficiency, middle-jiao cold-induced abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting, inability to eat, night crying, frequent startles during sleep, vomiting and diarrhea with roundworms, empty irritability and confusion. Regular use stops thirst and irritability, regulates the spleen and stomach, and promotes appetite.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Gan Mugua (Dried Chaenomeles Fruit), Gancao (Licorice Root, finely chopped, fried) (each half liang), Chenjuhong (Aged Tangerine Red Peel), Yingsumi (Poppy Seed, fried), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, processed), Fuling (Poria) (each 1 fen).
Grind the above into powder, mix with refined honey to form a paste. Take an amount the size of a soap bean per dose, dissolve in rice drink.
