即炼蜜为之，注儿唇上，自然并乳咽下。

郁金（三个大者，锉细，生姜汁浸一宿） 白僵蚕（七个，直者） 铅白霜（半钱，研） 脑子（一字）
上件为细末，炼蜜为膏，用绿豆大注孩儿唇上。二、三岁桐子大，十岁以上皂皂大，薄荷生姜汤化下。
长沙医者丘松年传蜜瓜膏 治小儿嗽。
栝萎皮（不拘多少用蜜涂，慢火上炙焦赤色）
上为末。每服一钱，蜜调成膏，时时抹儿口内。
又方黄芩散
黄芩（不拘多少，用童子小便浸三日取出，锉碎，焙干）
上为细末。每服一字或半钱，白汤少许调下，乳食后服。
《婴童宝鉴》灸法∶小儿咳嗽，灸肺俞穴、风府各三壮。

以上九味药研成细末。每次服用半钱，取手心摊开使其变薄，用荻管中心清理干净后吸尽药粉；再用半匙蜂蜜，细细地送服。如果患病时间很长，用蜂蜜调成面糊来送服药粉；或者用烧过的萝卜送服，小儿则用蜜水调成一字量服用。忌食酒类和油腻食物。

以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成膏剂。每次取少量，涂抹在婴儿嘴唇上，随乳汁一同吞服。
《刘氏家传》牙儿咳嗽注唇膏方：
雌黄（一钱） 白僵蚕（直直的三条，去掉丝线略加烘焙）
以上药物研细，用炼蜜调和适中，涂抹在嘴唇或乳头上。
《孔氏家传》治疗未满周岁婴儿咳嗽的注唇膏方：
甜葶苈（捣烂后，立即放在纸上炒熟，一分） 乳香（研成末，一钱） 白僵蚕（直直的十四条，研细） 天南星（一个）
以上四味药，先将乳香末加入葶苈末中，混合成药剂，再研磨成细末。然后加入其他药物共同研磨，用湿纸包裹，在慢火上烘烤至纸焦为止，取出，去掉黑色的部分不用，只保留黄色的部分。取一钱药末，加入少许麝香，每次取一字量，置于乳头上。喂奶的小儿和哺乳的母亲都忌食生冷食物。如果要制成膏剂，就用炼蜜制作，涂抹在婴儿嘴唇上，自然会随着乳汁一起咽下。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿咳嗽的方子：
百部 黄蜡 杏仁（各一两）
以上药材一起捣碎，分作七次服用，在猪胰子内烤熟，用米汤嚼服。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿咳嗽，声音连续不止的方子：
雄黄 蝉蜕
以上药物等分，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成膏剂，盛放在干净的瓷器中。如果孩子非常小，就涂抹在嘴唇上让其自行吞咽。如果稍大一些，就用温水化开如豆大一粒服用。
《王氏手集》阿胶散方，治疗小儿咳嗽：
阿胶（炒） 甘草（炙，各四钱） 半夏（经过七次汤洗浸泡） 糯米（各一两）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一钱，用水一盏，加一片生姜煎服。
《王氏手集》天门冬煎，治疗小儿咳嗽方：
天门冬 紫菀 百部 款冬花（各半两） 官桂 甘草（炮制，各一钱）
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，一两药做成八十丸。每次服用一丸，用白开水化开服用。
《王氏手集》苏香散方，治疗小儿咳嗽：
紫苏 半夏（汤洗） 知母 贝母 人参 款冬花 五味子 桑白皮（各半两） 厚朴（炙，炒） 甘草（炙，各二钱）
以上药物研成细末。用米汤调服一钱，不限时候。
《王氏手集》紫菀散方，治疗小儿咳嗽：
紫菀 官桂 甘草（炙，各一两） 款冬花（半两）
以上药物研成细末。饭前用生姜、米汤调服，每次一钱。
《赵氏家传》治疗小儿未断奶期间咳嗽的方子：
白僵蚕（直直的）
以上药物研成细末，涂少许在奶头上，让婴儿吃，立刻见效。
《吉氏家传》治疗出生一百二十日内咳嗽的紫金膏方：
僵蚕（七个，洗净炒制） 硼砂（半钱） 铁粉（一分）
以上药物研成细末，用蜂蜜制成膏剂。每次服用如绿豆大小，用麦门冬水化开服用。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽的参苈散：
人参 甜葶苈 瓜蒌根
以上药物等分研成细末。每次服用一钱，用蜜水调服，或用香熟的水送服。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽的参苈丸：
人参 葶苈（炒） 半夏（汤浸七次） 汉防己 白矾（火煅） 赤茯苓（各一钱）
以上药物研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，每次服用五到七丸，用乌梅汤送服。如果是疳积引起的咳嗽，用甘草汤送服。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽的防己散：
汉防己（一钱） 半夏（小的十七粒，汤浸七次） 白矾（火煅） 葶苈（炒，各半钱） 黄瓜蒌子（三十一粒，炒）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用半钱，煎杏仁汤送服。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽的洗心散：
砂糖 悬剑（即皂角，用酥油炙烤） 枣子 知母（各一两）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，温服。一天服用五次，五天见效。根据婴儿年龄酌情减量。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽：
麻黄（半两） 皂角（一寸，醋炙）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一钱，用米汤送服。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿咳嗽的贝母散：
贝母（半两，每个去掉心，用面粉包裹煨熟）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一钱，用刚沸腾的水冲服，不限时候。
《朱氏家传》治疗小儿奶嗽：
雄黄（一钱） 硼砂（一分） 白矾（少许，火飞过，共同研成细末）
以上药物由大人用手掌心调和，点给婴儿吃一钱，小儿用奶汁调成一字量服用。
长沙医生郑愈传授的注唇膏，治疗小儿各种咳嗽：
郁金（三个大的，切碎，用生姜汁浸泡一夜） 白僵蚕（七个，直直的） 铅白霜（半钱，研细） 冰片（一字）
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成膏剂，取绿豆大小涂抹在婴儿嘴唇上。两、三岁的取桐子大小，十岁以上的取皂荚大小，用薄荷生姜汤化开服用。
长沙医生丘松年传授的蜜瓜膏，治疗小儿咳嗽：
瓜蒌皮（不拘多少，用蜜涂抹，在慢火上烤至焦红色）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一钱，用蜜调成膏剂，经常涂抹在婴儿口中。
又一方黄芩散：
黄芩（不拘多少，用童子小便浸泡三天取出，切碎，焙干）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用一字或半钱，用少量白开水调服，在乳食后服用。
《婴童宝鉴》灸法：小儿咳嗽，灸肺俞穴、风府穴各三壮。
Alum (3 qian, refined) Pilibo (Banqian) Muxiang
The above nine ingredients are ground into powder. Take half a qian per dose, spread thinly on the palm of the hand, and inhale completely through the clean center of a reed tube; then take half a spoonful of honey and swallow it slowly. If the illness has persisted for many years, use honey mixed with flour paste to administer the medicine; or use roasted radish to swallow it; for infants, mix with honey water and take an amount equivalent to "yi zi" (a traditional measure). Avoid alcohol and greasy foods.
*Huiyan Guanzheng* Ginseng Paste treats pediatric cough. Lip application paste:
Ginseng Radix (1 qian each) Aristolochia Manshuriensis (1 qian each) Farfarae Flos (0.5 qian)
Grind the above into powder, make into a paste with refined honey. Apply a small amount to the infant's lips and swallow together with breast milk.
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Toothless Infant Cough Lip Application Paste:
Realgar (1 qian) Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, three straight ones, remove silk and lightly roast)
Grind the above finely, mix appropriately with refined honey, and apply to the lips or nipples.
*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* Lip Application Paste for Treating Cough in Infants Under One Year Old:
Tinglizi (Thlasidis Fructus, crushed and immediately stir-fried on paper until cooked, 1 fen) Ruxiang (Frankincense, ground into powder, 1 qian) Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, fourteen straight ones, ground finely) Nantingxing (Arisaemae Rhizoma, one piece)
For the above four ingredients, first mix the Ruxiang powder into the Tinglizi powder to form a mass, then grind again into powder. Next, add the other medicines and grind thoroughly. Wrap in wet paper and slow-roast until the paper is scorched. Remove, discard blackened parts, and use only the yellow parts. Take 1 qian of powder, add a little Shexiang (Musk), and apply an amount of "yi zi" to the nipple. The nursing infant and the nursing mother must avoid cold foods. To make a paste, use refined honey, apply to the infant's lips, and it will naturally be swallowed with the milk.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Prescription for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Stemonae Radix (Bubai) Beeswax Xingren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed, each 1 liang)
Pound the above ingredients together, divide into seven doses. Roast inside pig pancreas until cooked, chew and swallow with rice drink.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Prescription for Treating Pediatric Cough with Continuous Sound:
Xionghuang (Realgar) Chanke (Cicada Slough)
Equal parts, grind into powder, make into a paste with honey, and store in a clean porcelain vessel. For very small children, apply to the lips to let them swallow naturally. For slightly older children, dissolve one bean-sized amount in warm water and administer.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Ejiao San Prescription for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, stir-fried) Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted, each 4 qian) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, soaked and washed in decoction seven times) Nuomi (Glutinous Rice, each 1 liang)
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one cup of water and one slice of ginger, decoct and take.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Tianmendong Jian for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix) Ziwan (Asteris Radix) Bubai (Stemonae Radix) Kuaandonghua (Farfarae Flos, each 0.5 liang) Guigui (Cinnamon Twig) Gancao (Licorice Root, processed, each 1 qian)
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, making eighty pills from one liang of herbs. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in plain hot water and swallow.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Suxiang San Prescription for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Zisu (Perilla Leaf) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, washed in decoction) Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Kuaandonghua (Farfarae Flos) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark, each 0.5 liang) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, roasted and stir-fried) Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted, each 2 qian)
Grind the above into fine powder. Mix 1 qian with rice drink and take at any time.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Ziwan San Prescription for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Ziwan (Asteris Radix) Guigui (Cinnamon Twig) Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted, each 1 liang) Kuaandonghua (Farfarae Flos, 0.5 liang)
Grind the above into fine powder. Before meals, mix with fresh ginger and rice drink, take 1 qian per dose.
*Zhao Shi Jia Chuan* Prescription for Treating Cough in Non-weaned Infants:
Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, straight ones)
Grind the above into powder, apply a small amount to the nipple for the infant to suck, resulting in immediate effect.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Zijin膏 Prescription for Treating Cough in Infants Within 120 Days After Birth:
Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, seven pieces, washed and stir-fried) Pengsha (Borax, 0.5 qian) Tifen (Iron Powder, 1 fen)
Grind the above into powder, make into a paste with honey. Take a dose the size of a mung bean, dissolve in Ophiopogonis Decoction.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Shenli San for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Tian Tinglizi (Thlasidis Fructus) Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix)
Equal parts, grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with honey water, or swallow with fragrant cooked water.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Shenli Wan for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Tinglizi (Thlasidis Fructus, stir-fried) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, soaked in decoction seven times) Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix) Bai Fan (Alumen, calcined) Chi Fuling (Poria with Red Hosta, each 1 qian)
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with honey. Take five to seven pills per dose, swallow with Sour Plum Decoction. For malnutrition-induced cough (Gan Sou), swallow with Licorice Decoction.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Fangji San for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, 1 qian) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, seventeen small grains, soaked in decoction seven times) Bai Fan (Alumen, calcined) Tinglizi (Thlasidis Fructus, stir-fried, each 0.5 qian) Huang Gualouzi (Trichosanthis Semen, thirty-one grains, stir-fried)
Grind the above into powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, swallow with Apricot Kernel Decoction.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Xixin San for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Shatang (Rock Sugar) Xuanjian (Saponaria officinalis fruit/Saponaria, roasted with butter) Zaozi (Jujube) Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, each 1 liang)
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one cup of water, decoct until reduced to 70%, and take warm. Take five times a day, effective after five days. Adjust dosage according to the infant's age.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Treatment for Pediatric Cough:
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, 0.5 liang) Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, one cun, roasted with vinegar)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, swallow with rice drink.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Beimu San for Treating Pediatric Cough:
Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus, 0.5 liang, remove heart from each piece, wrap in flour and roast until cooked)
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, brew with boiling water, take at any time.
*Zhu Shi Jia Chuan* Treatment for Pediatric Milk Cough:
Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian) Pengsha (Borax, 1 fen) Bai Fan (Alumen, a small amount, calcined, grind together into powder)
The adult mixes the powder with the palm of the hand, applies a dose of 1 qian for the infant to eat; for the infant, mix with breast milk to an amount of "yi zi" and administer.
Zheng Yu, a physician from Changsha, transmitted the Lip Application Paste for treating various types of pediatric cough:
Yujin (Curcumae Radix, three large pieces, chopped finely, soaked in fresh ginger juice overnight) Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, seven straight ones) Qianbaishuang (Lead White Frost, 0.5 qian, ground) Naobi (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 yi zi)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, make into a paste with refined honey. Apply a dose the size of a mung bean to the child's lips. For two- or three-year-olds, use a dose the size of a tung seed; for those over ten years old, use a dose the size of a soap pod, and dissolve in Mint and Ginger Decoction to take.
Qiu Songnian, a physician from Changsha, transmitted the Honey Melon Paste for treating pediatric cough:
Gualoupi (Trichosanthis Pericarpium, as much as needed, coat with honey, roast slowly over low heat until scorched red)
Grind the above into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with honey to form a paste, and frequently smear inside the infant's mouth.
Another Formula: Huangqin San
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, as much as needed, soak in urine of young boys for three days, take out, chop, and dry)
Grind the above into fine powder. Take an amount of "yi zi" or half a qian per dose, mix with a little plain hot water and swallow. Take after milk or food.
*Tongbao Baojian* Moxibustion Method: For pediatric cough, moxa-burn Feishu (BL13) and Fengfu (GV16) acupoints, three moxa cones each.
