上件为末，先净洗疮，削去发，用小便一盆，将秤锤烧令赤，淬入小便中令热，将洗疮及去疮上皮，血出
尤妙，用软物拭干，生油调药涂之。

凤尾草 猪牙皂角 穿山甲（各等分）
上同入火 存性，细研，每用一钱，入轻粉一钱和匀，麻油调，先用温盐汤洗疮令净，然后涂之。

上以薜荔球烧灰油调敷。

上用蚕蛾烧灰，油调敷之妙。

上用黄米，不计多少，用白布作小袋一个，盛贮紧实，于火内烧为灰，然后细研，用生油、腻粉调涂。

守宫（一枚） 蛇蜕（同守宫等）
上以清油煎，去二物了，以蜡收涂之绝妙。

以上药材一同放入火中煅烧至存性（保留药性），细细研磨。每次取一钱药粉，加入一钱轻粉混合均匀，用麻油调和。先用温盐水将疮面洗净，然后涂抹药物。

以上取一块白矾，少许坯子（指未烧制的陶器碎片或类似物），细细研磨至带赤色，加入一大拇指大小的一块烧过的棉絮，用少许油调和后涂抹，立即见效。
《千金方》治疗小儿秃头疮的方子。
以上取雄鸡屎、陈年酱汁，用醋调和，用来清洗疮面后敷药（《千金翼方》不使用醋）。

以上取不适合浸水的芜菁叶，烧成灰，与猪脂混合后敷在患处。
《太平圣惠方》治疗秃疮及浸淫疮的方子。
以上取苦楝枝及其树皮，烧成灰，细细研磨。如果疮面湿润就干敷；如果疮面干燥就用猪脂调和后涂抹。兼治小儿浸淫疮等症。
《庄氏家传》：小儿秃疮方。
以上将薜荔果（薜荔球）烧成灰，用油调和后敷在患处。

以上将蚕蛾烧成灰，用油调和后敷在患处，效果奇妙。

以上取黄米，数量不限，用白布做一个小袋子，装紧实，在火中烧成灰，然后细细研磨，用生油和腻粉（即轻粉）调和后涂抹。

以上用清油煎煮，去掉这两味药渣，用蜡收膏后涂抹，效果绝妙。
Fermented Soybean (Vigna sojaensis Semen Preparatum, 1 he, stir-fried until charred) Alum (Bai Fan, 0.5 liang, [original text missing character]) Calomel (Qing Fen, 1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, thoroughly wash the lesion and shave off the hair in the affected area. Take one basin of urine, heat a lead weight until red-hot, quench it in the urine to make it hot, and use this hot liquid to wash the lesion and scrape off the epidermis of the sore; if bleeding occurs, the effect is even better. Dry with a soft cloth, then mix the medicine with raw sesame oil and apply to the lesion.

Pteris multifida (Feng Wei Cao) Soap Pod (Zhu Ya Zao Jiao) Pangolin Scales (Chuan Shan Jia) (equal parts)
Calcine the above ingredients together in fire until the medicinal properties are preserved (Cun Xing), grind finely. Use 1 qian each time, mix evenly with 1 qian of Calomel, blend with sesame oil. First wash the lesion clean with warm salt water, then apply the medication.
Prescription from "The Zhu Family Collection" for treating head sores in children.
Take a piece of Alum (Bai Fan) and a small amount of unglazed pottery shards (Pi Zi), grind finely until reddish. Add a piece of burned cotton wadding about the size of a thumb, mix with a little oil, and apply immediately for instant effect.
Prescription from "Qian Jin Fang" for treating alopecic sores on the head in children.
Take excrement of a male chicken, aged soy sauce, and vinegar (Ku Jiu) to mix. Wash the lesion and then apply dressing (Note: "Qian Jin Yi Fang" does not use vinegar).

Take fresh leaves of turnip (Wu Jing Ye) that are not suitable for soaking, burn them to ash, and mix with lard (Zhu Zhi) to apply as a dressing.

Apply residue of indigo dye (Lan Dian Za) to the lesion.
Prescription from "Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang" for treating alopecic sores and impetigo (Jin Yin Chuang).
Take branches and bark of Chinaberry tree (Kou Liu Zhi) and skin, burn to ash, and grind finely. If the sore is wet, apply dry powder; if the sore is dry, mix with lard (Zhu Zhi) and apply. Also treats impetigo and other conditions in children.

Take yellow millet (Huang Mi), any quantity. Place tightly in a small bag made of white cloth, burn to ash in fire, then grind finely. Mix with raw sesame oil and Calomel (Ni Fen) and apply.

Gecko (Shou Gong, 1 piece) Snake Slough (She Tui, equal amount to Gecko)
Decoct the above in clear sesame oil, remove the two herbs, collect with beeswax (La) to form an ointment, and apply for superb results.
