Grind into powder. This condition in children is due to heat accumulation in the Heart, as well as heat accumulation in the Spleen and Liver. In adults, if the Spleen is diseased and transmits to the Kidney, it involves the Three Yin and Three Yang meridians; however, children under eight years old only have the Three Yang meridians, not the Three Yin meridians. Therefore, diseases affecting the Heart, Spleen, and Liver do not transmit to the Kidney but to the Small Intestine. Extreme wind-heat in the Small Intestine causes hematuria. Take half qian per dose, administer with fresh well water, total two doses to stop. Avoid hot food, sour, and salty foods.
