巴豆（七粒，去除心部和内膜，研磨并榨出油）朱砂（一钱，研磨。将这两味药一同研匀，在灯火上熔化蜡制成膏状）
以上两种颜色的药丸，分别让蜡与药物等量使用，随时搓成如绿豆大小的丸子。每次服用红色和黑色各一丸，用新汲的凉水送服。如果是赤痢，用甘草汤送服；如果是白痢，用干姜汤送服；如果是赤白相兼的痢疾，则分别使用上述两种汤剂。
《吉氏家传》治疗各种泄泻痢疾的方子。
厚朴（用蜂蜜炙烤）白芷
以上两味药等分研磨成粉末。每次服用二钱，用蜜水送服，用酒送服也可以。更需根据患者年龄大小调整剂量。
《吉氏家传》补益小儿虚性泄泻、调理中焦的调中散方
人参（一两）白术（半两）犀角（锉碎）桂枝藿香甘草（炙烤。各一分）
以上药物研磨成粉末。每次服用半钱，用枣汤调匀后送服。
《吉氏家传》治疗秋季泄泻的玉柱丸方
乌头（一个）舶上茴香（一两，轻微炒制）肉豆蔻（一个，炮制）
Binglang (Arecae Semen, 7 grains, remove the heart and inner membrane, grind to extract oil) Cinnabaris (Cinnabar, 1 qian, grind. Grind these two substances evenly together, melt wax over a lamp flame to form a paste)
Form the above two colored pills, using an equal proportion of wax and medicine for each, rolling them into pills the size of mung beans at any time. Take one red pill and one black pill per dose, swallowing with fresh cool water. For bloody dysentery, take with Licorice Decoction; for white dysentery, take with Dried Ginger Decoction; for dysentery with both blood and mucus, use each respective decoction accordingly.
*Jishi Jiachuan* (Family Transmission of Mr. Ji) prescription for treating all types of diarrhea and dysentery.
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, honey-fried) Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi)
Grind the above two herbs into powder in equal proportions. Take 2 qian per dose, swallowed with honey water or wine. Adjust the dosage according to the patient's age and size.
*Jishi Jiachuan* Tiaozhong San (Regulating the Middle Powder) for tonifying pediatric deficiency-type diarrhea and regulating the middle jiao.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 1 liang) Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 0.5 liang) Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao, shaved) Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi) Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted, 1 fen each)
Grind the above herbs into powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with date water and taken orally.
*Jishi Jiachuan* Yuzhu Wan (Jade Pillar Pill) for treating autumn diarrhea.
