《灵苑》治受气虚弱及五劳七伤，脏腑积冷， 癖症块，虚胀或经脉不调，疳冷赤白带下，口苦舌干，面色痿黄，
黑心烦，惊悸头目旋晕，不喜饮食，痰涕粘涎，手足百节热疼，无力，肌肉消瘦，子息断绪。服一月，当
妊娠，百病皆愈，大效。内补丸方

《灵苑》阿胶煎丸 治妇人血气久虚，孕胎不成，大补益虚损不足，常服滋助血海方。

《千金》妇人绝子灸然谷五十壮，在内踝前直下一寸。妇人绝嗣不生，胞门闭塞，灸关元三十壮报之。
《千金》妇人妊子不成；若堕落，腹痛，漏见赤。灸胞门五十壮，在关元左边二寸是也。右边二寸名子户。
《千金》治人绝嗣不生。灸气门穴，在关元旁三寸，各百壮。
《千金》妇人子脏闭塞不受精，疼。灸胞门五十壮。
《千金》妇人绝嗣不生，漏赤白。灸泉门十壮，三报之。穴在横骨当阴上际。

*Lingyuan Fang* treats weakness from conception, five labors and seven injuries, cold accumulation in zang-fu organs, masses and accumulations, false distension, menstrual irregularities, childhood malnutrition with cold, red and white leukorrhea, bitter taste in mouth and dry tongue, sallow complexion, black heart vexation, palpitations and dizziness, loss of appetite, sticky phlegm and nasal discharge, heat and pain in hands, feet and joints, weakness, emaciation, and infertility. After one month of use, pregnancy should occur, and all diseases will be cured, with great efficacy. Neibu Wan Formula:

*Lingyuan Fang* Ejiao Jian Wan treats women with long-term deficiency of Qi and Blood, inability to conceive, greatly tonifying deficiency and insufficiency. Regular use nourishes and assists the Blood Sea.

*Qianjin Fang* treats female infertility by moxibustion on Ran Gu (KI2) 50 moxa cones. The point is located 1 cun directly below the medial malleolus. For women unable to conceive due to closure of the Bao Men (uterine gate), moxibustion on Guan Yuan (CV4) 30 moxa cones is recommended as a complementary treatment.

*Qianjin Fang* treats infertility with red and white leukorrhea. Moxibustion on Quan Men 10 moxa cones, repeated three times. The point is located at the upper border of the yin region, corresponding to Heng Gu (SI8).
*Qianjin Yi Fang* treats metrorrhagia and leukorrhea due to prolonged lochia after childbirth. Zhong Ji (CV3) is located 1 cun below Guan Yuan (CV4). It is the most important point for treating infertility. Needling four times may lead to pregnancy. If not pregnant, insert deeper to 8 fen, retain needles for 10 breaths until De Qi is obtained, then apply reducing method. Moxibustion is also good but less effective than needling. Daily moxibustion from 21 to 300 cones.
*Zhuang Shi Xue* treats irregular menstruation, running piglet syndrome (Ben Tun), and infertility. Moxibustion on Si Man (ST29) 30 moxa cones. The point is located 1.5 cun lateral to Dan Tian (CV4).
*Zhuang Shi Xue* treats recurrent miscarriage. During the third month of pregnancy, moxibustion 1 cun above the knee, 7 moxa cones.
*Zhuang Shi Xue* Guan Yuan (CV4) treats infertility. For coldness in the birth canal, needle insertion depth 8 fen, retain for 3 breaths, reduce with 5 exhalations. Moxibustion is also good but less effective than needling. Daily moxibustion from 21 to 100 cones.
