《千金》治妇人产后十二症病，带下无子，皆是冷风寒气。或产后未满百日，胞络恶血未尽，便利于悬圊上，及
久坐，湿寒入胞里，结在少腹牢痛，为之积聚。小如鸡子，大者如拳，按之跳手隐隐然，或如虫啮，或如针刺，
气时抢心，两胁支满，不能食饮，食不消化，上下通流。或守胃管，痛连玉门，背膊痛，呕逆短气，汗出，
少腹苦寒，胞中创，咳引阴痛，小便自出，子门不正，令人无子。腰胯疼痛，四肢沉重淫跃，一身尽肿，乍
来乍去，大便不利，小便淋沥，或月经不通，或下如腐肉，青、黄、赤、白等如豆汁，梦想不祥。牡蒙丸方
（亦名紫盖丸。）

《千金》治女人腹中十二疾。一曰经水不时，二曰经来如清水，三曰经水不通，四曰不周时，五曰生不乳；六曰
绝无子，七曰阴阳减少，八曰腹苦痛如刺，九曰阴中寒，十曰子门相引痛，十一曰经来冻如葵汁状，十二
曰腰急痛。凡此十二病，得之时，因与夫卧起，月经不去；或卧湿冷地，及以冷水洗浴，当时取快，而后生
百疾；或疮痍未瘥，便合阴阳，及起早作劳，衣单席薄，寒从下入方。

上件药捣，罗为末，入研了药，都研令匀，炼蜜和捣五七百杵，丸如梧桐子大。每于空心及晚食前，以温
酒下三十丸。
《圣惠》治妇人子脏久积风虚冷气，致阴阳二气不能和合，故令久无子。秦椒丸方
将以上十七味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和，在进食前服用，丸药大小如梧桐子，每次三丸。若无效，逐渐增加至四、五丸。此药不宜长期服用，一旦感觉怀孕即停止使用，效果非常显著。（崔氏方中还有桔梗、丹参各十八铢。）
《千金方》白薇丸：主治久不孕或断绝子嗣，上身热下身冷，各种疾病皆可治疗。（《千金翼方》记载相同）
白薇、干姜、蜀椒、干地黄、车前子（各十八铢），石膏、紫石英、藁本、菟丝子、卷柏（各三十铢），川芎、蛇床子、当归（各一两），太一余粮、白龙骨、麦门冬、远志、泽兰、茯苓、赤石脂（各二两），覆盆子、白芷、桃仁、人参（各一两半），细辛（三两），蒲黄、桂心（各二两半），橘皮（半两）。
将以上二十八味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和，用酒送服十五丸，大小如梧桐子。每日两次，逐渐增加剂量，以见效为度，也可增至五十丸。禁忌食用猪、鸡、生冷食物、酥油、滑腻食物、鱼、蒜、驴马牛肉等。一旦感觉怀孕即停药，三个月后停止。选择进食时间，可以吃牛肝和牛心。到了第四、第五个月就不需要了，不可故意杀害动物，以免导致孩子短寿，若能遇到现成的则最好。
《千金方》治疗妇人绝育，天生未生育，荡涤脏腑，使阴道接受精子。秦椒丸方：
秦椒、天雄（各十八铢），玄参、人参、白蔹、鼠妇、白芷、黄芩、桔梗、露蜂房、白僵蚕、桃仁、蛴螬、白薇、细辛、芜荑（各一两），牡蒙、沙参、防风、甘草、牡丹皮、牛膝、卷柏、五味子、芍药、桂心、大黄、石斛、白术（各三十铢），柏子仁、茯苓、当归、干姜（各一两半），泽兰、干地黄、川芎（各一两十八铢），干漆、白石英、紫石英、附子（各二两），钟乳（二两半），水蛭（七十枚），虻虫（一百枚），麻布包裹头部（七寸烧焦）。
将以上四十四味药研成细末，制成蜜丸。用酒送服十丸，大小如梧桐子。每日两次，逐渐增加至二十丸。若有排泄物排出，如豆汁、鼻涕状，这是病邪排出，感觉怀孕即停药。
丹参、续断、芍药、白胶、白术、柏子仁、甘草（各二两），东门上的雄鸡头（一枚），当归、吴茱萸、橘皮（各一两十八铢），白芷、冠缨（烧成灰，各一两），芜荑（十八铢），干地黄（一两半），犬睾丸（一个，干燥），人参、川芎、干姜（各三十铢）。
将以上十九味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药。用酒送服十丸，每日两次，逐渐增加至二十丸，大小如梧桐子。
《千金方》又一方：
取家蚕屎一枚，用井花水送服，每日三次。
《千金方》又一方：
取弓弩弦一根，用红色袋子盛装系在妇人左臂上。另一种方法，系在腰下，满一百天后取下。

拿一把斧头，放在产妇卧床下，仍让刃口向下，不要让人知道。如果不相信，等到母鸡抱卵时，照此法放在巢穴下，一窝鸡蛋都会变成雄蛋。
《千金方》治疗劳损产后无子，阴中寒冷，子宫口溢出，积年不愈，身体寒冷方：
防风（一两半），桔梗（三十铢），人参（一两），石菖蒲、半夏、丹参、厚朴、干姜、紫菀、杜蘅（各十八铢），秦艽、白蔹、牛膝、沙参（各半两）。
将以上十四味药研成细末，用白蜜调和制成如小豆大小的丸药。饭后服用十五丸，每日三次。若无效增至二十丸，怀孕即停。丈夫不在时勿服，服药后七天方可行房事。
《千金方》柏子仁丸：治疗妇人五劳七伤，消瘦畏寒，面色无华，饮食减少，容貌失去光泽及产后断绝子嗣无子，能长期服用，使人肥胖白皙补益方。
柏子仁、黄芪、干姜、白石英、紫石英、钟乳（各二两），赤石脂、厚朴、桂心、白术、肉苁蓉、细辛、独活、人参、五味子、石斛、白芷、芍药、桔梗（各一两），蜀椒（一两半），防风、乌头（一方用牛膝代替）、干地黄（各三十铢），泽兰（二两六铢），藁本、芜荑（各十八铢），杜仲、当归、甘草、川芎（各四十二铢）。
将以上三十味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和，酒送服二十丸，大小如梧桐子。若无效加至三十丸。（《千金翼方》无乌头，有龙骨、防葵、茯苓、秦艽各半两，共三十三味，兼治产后半身枯瘦憔悴。）
《千金方》大泽兰丸：治疗妇人虚损及中风余病，疝气瘕块，阴中冷痛。或头风入脑，寒痹筋脉拘挛或弛缓，血闭无子，面部游风往来，流泪多涕唾，恍惚如醉。或胃中冷逆，胸中呕吐不止，及泄痢淋沥。或五脏六腑寒热不调，心下痞塞急迫，邪气咳嗽气逆。或漏下赤白带下，阴中肿痛，胸胁支撑胀满。或身体皮肤涩如麻痘，苦痒疾癖结气。或四肢拘挛，风行周身，骨节疼痛，目眩无所见。或上气恶寒，洒淅如疟；或喉痹鼻渊，风痫癫疾；或月经不通，魂不定，饮食无味。兼治产后内出血，无所不治，服用此方能令人有子方。
泽兰（三两六铢），藁本、当归、甘草（各一两十八铢），川芎、干地黄、柏子仁、五味子（各一两半），桂心、石斛、白术（各一两六铢），白芷、肉苁蓉、厚朴、防风、薯蓣、茯苓、干姜、细辛、卷柏（各一两），蜀椒、人参、杜仲、牛膝、蛇床子、续断、艾叶、芜荑（各十八铢），紫石英（三两），赤石脂、石膏（各二两），禹余粮（一两。另一版本有枳实十八铢，麦门冬一两半）。
将以上三十二味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药，酒送服如梧桐子大二十丸至四十丸。久患赤白痢疾去掉干地黄、石膏、麦门冬、柏子仁，加大麦、陈曲、龙骨、阿胶、黄连各一两半。有钟乳加入三两更好。
《千金方》紫石英天门冬丸：主治风冷在子宫，有子常流产，或刚结婚便患心痛，仍成心病，月经都未曾来，服用此方能使人丰满令人有子方。
紫石英、禹余粮、天门冬（各三两），乌头、肉苁蓉、桂心、甘草、五味子、柏子仁、石斛、人参、泽泻（一作泽兰）、远志、芜荑、杜仲（各二两），蜀椒、卷柏、桑寄生、石南藤、云母、当归（一作辛夷）、海螵蛸（各一两）。
将以上二十二味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药，酒送服如梧桐子大二十丸，每日两次。加至四十丸。
《千金方》鳖甲丸：治疗女人少腹中积聚肿块，大如七八寸盘子，上下流动疼痛难忍，手足苦冷，咳嗽打嗝有腥臭味。两胁热如火灸，阴道冷如风吹。月经不通，或在月前，或在月后，服用三十日便痊愈、怀孕。这是河内太守魏夫人的方子。
鳖甲、桂心（各一两半），蜂房、玄参、蜀椒、细辛、人参、苦参、丹参、沙参、吴茱萸（各十八铢），廑虫、干姜、牡丹皮、附子、水蛭、皂荚、当归、芍药、甘草、防葵（各一两），蛴螬（二十枚），大黄、虻虫（各一两六铢）。
将以上二十四味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药。酒送服七丸，大小如梧桐子，每日三次。逐渐增加，以见效为度。
《千金方》治疗妇人产后十二症病，带下无子，皆是冷风寒气所致。或产后未满百日，胞络恶血未尽，便于悬空厕所上，及久坐，湿寒进入胞宫，结在少腹牢固疼痛，形成积聚。小如鸡蛋，大如拳头，按压跳动隐隐作痛，或如虫咬，或如针刺，气有时冲心，两胁支撑胀满，不能饮食，食不消化，上下流通。或守胃管，痛连阴道，背膊痛，呕逆短气，出汗，少腹苦寒，胞中创伤，咳嗽牵引阴痛，小便自出，子门不正，令人无子。腰胯疼痛，四肢沉重摇摆，一身尽肿，忽来忽去，大便不利，小便淋沥，或月经不通，或下如腐肉，青、黄、赤、白等如豆汁，梦想不祥。牡蒙丸方（亦名紫盖丸）：
牡蒙、桂心、吴茱萸、川芎、厚朴、硝石、前胡、干姜、廑虫、牡丹皮、蜀椒、黄芩、桔梗、茯苓、细辛、葶苈子、人参（各十八铢），当归（半两），大黄（二两半），附子（一两六铢）。
将以上二十味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和再捣万杵，制成如梧桐子大的丸药。空腹酒送服三丸，每日三次。若无效，加至五、六丸，排出赤白青黄物如鱼子者，病根即除。
《千金方》治疗女人腹中十二疾。一曰经水不时，二曰经来如清水，三曰经水不通，四曰不周时，五曰生不乳；六曰绝无子，七曰阴阳减少，八曰腹苦痛如刺，九曰阴中寒，十曰子门相引痛，十一曰经来冻如葵汁状，十二曰腰急痛。凡此十二病，得之时，因与夫卧起，月经不去；或卧湿冷地，及以冷水洗浴，当时取快，而后生百疾；或疮痍未瘥，便合阴阳，及起早作劳，衣单席薄，寒从下入方。
半夏、赤石脂（各一两六铢），蜀椒、干姜、吴茱萸、当归、桂心、丹参、白蔹、防风（各一两），芦（半两）。
将以上十一味药研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药。每日空腹酒送服十丸，大小如梧桐子，每日三次；逐渐增加，以见效为度。
《外台秘要》引用《广济方》治疗无子，令子宫内炙丸方。（《太平圣惠方》记载相同）
麝香（二分研碎），皂荚（十分，涂酥炙，削去黑皮子），蜀椒（六分炒去汗）。
将以上三味药捣筛，用蜂蜜调和制成酸枣仁大小的丸药。用棉裹住，放入产宫中，留少许棉线在外面；感觉憎寒，不净下多，即抽出棉线取出药丸。药物一天更换一次，无论昼夜，皆无禁忌。
《外台秘要》引用《广济方》又一方（《圣惠方》底本相同）
将以上五味药捣散，取如枣核大。用棉裹住，放入子宫中，用手指推进，根据前述方法放入阴道口。病未好，必不得接近丈夫，其余无禁忌。
《外台秘要》引用《广济方》又疗妇人百病，断绝子嗣。白薇丸方：
白薇、细辛、厚朴（炙）、椒（炒去汗）、桔梗、鳖甲（炙，各五分），防风、大黄、附子（炮制）、石硫黄（研碎，各六分），牡蒙（二分），人参、桑上寄生（各四分），半夏（洗），白僵蚕、续断、秦艽、紫菀、杜蘅、牛膝、虻虫（去翅足，熬制）、水蛭（各三分），紫石英（研碎）、朴硝、桂心、钟乳、当归（各八分）。
将以上二十七味药捣筛，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药。空腹温酒送服如梧桐子大十五丸，每日两次，逐渐加至三十丸，不吐不利。忌生冷、油腻、饴糖、生血物、人苋、生葱、生菜，猪肉、冷水、粘食、陈臭物。
《外台秘要》引用《延年方》疗妇人子宫偏僻，冷结无子。坐药方（《太平圣惠方》记载相同）
将以上二味药捣筛，取枣大，纱袋盛装，放入产门中，令没指，袋稍长作须去除，任意卧着，慎防风冷。
白薇、牡蒙、藁本（各五分），当归、姜黄、干地黄（各七分），人参、柏子仁、石斛、桂心、附子（炮制）、五味子、防风、吴茱萸、甘草（炙）、牛膝、川芎、桑寄生（各六分），禹余粮（八分），秦椒（二分，炒去汗）。
将以上二十味药捣筛，用蜂蜜调和制成如梧桐子大的丸药，空腹酒送服二十丸，加至三十丸，每日两次，不利。忌生葱、生菜、热面、荞麦、猪肉、葵菜、芜荑、菘菜、海藻、粘食、陈臭物等。
《外台秘要》引用《广济方》又疗久无子断绝子嗣，少腹冷痛，气不调。地黄汤方：
干地黄、牛膝、当归（各八两），川芎、卷柏、防风（各六分），桂心、牵牛子（末，各三分）。
将以上八味药切碎，用水六升，煮取二升三合，去滓，分三次服。每次服用时混合一分牵牛子末服用。如人行走四五里路，再进一服，以通畅为度。忌热面、荞麦、烤肉、生葱、芜荑、蒜、粘食等物。
《外台秘要》引用《经心录》茱萸丸：疗妇人阴寒十年无子方。（《太平圣惠方》记载相同）
将以上二味药用蜂蜜调和制成如弹子大的丸药。用棉裹住导入阴道中，每日两次更换，无分泌物排出，但打开子宫，令阴部温暖即可有子。
《太平圣惠方》治疗妇人无子或断绝子嗣，上身热下身冷，各种疾病皆主之。白薇丸方：
白薇、川椒（去目及闭口者，微炒去汗用）、熟干地黄、白龙骨（各一两），当归（锉碎，微炒），车前子、蛇床子、川芎、干姜（炮裂，锉）、细辛（各半两），藁本、卷柏、桃仁（汤浸，去皮尖、双仁，麸炒微黄）、白芷、覆盆子、石菖蒲、人参（去芦头）、桂心、远志（去心）、白茯苓（各三分），麦门冬（一两半，去心，焙）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛为细末，炼蜜调和捣五七百杵，制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每于空腹及晚食前，用温酒送服三十丸。
《太平圣惠方》治疗妇人腹脏久积风冷，血气凝涩，不能宣通，故令无子。宜服杜蘅丸方：
杜蘅、防风（去芦头）、白茯苓、细辛、附子（炮，去皮脐，各一两），白薇、牛膝（去苗）、沙参（去芦头）、半夏（汤洗七遍，去滑，微炒）、秦艽（去苗）、石菖蒲、蒿本、蛇床子、桂心（各三分），川椒（一分，去目及闭口者，微炒去汗）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛为细末，炼蜜调和捣五七百杵，制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每于空腹及晚食前，用温酒送服三十丸，有子即停服。
皂荚（去黑皮，涂酥炙令黑，去子）、川大黄（锉碎，微炒）、戎盐、当归（锉碎，微炒）、白矾（烧灰，各一两），五味子、川椒（去目及闭口者，微炒去汗）、干姜（炮裂，锉）、细辛（各三分）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛为细末，用棉裹药末如枣大。放入产门中，有恶物排出即止，未效再用。
《太平圣惠方》治疗妇人子宫虚冷及五劳七伤，羸瘦面无颜色，不能饮食，产后断绝子嗣，无子多时。柏子仁丸：
柏子仁、泽兰、防风（去芦头）、紫石英、白石英（各细研，并水飞过），当归（锉碎，微炒），厚朴（去粗皮，涂生姜汁，炙令香熟），熟干地黄、杜仲（去粗皮，炙微黄，锉），黄芪（锉），川芎、干姜（炮裂，锉）、牛膝（去苗，各一两），白术、芜荑、人参（去芦头）、石斛（去根锉）、白芷、赤石脂（细研）、白芍药、桔梗（去芦头）、五味子、防葵、细辛、秦艽（去苗）、白茯苓、藁本、龙骨、肉苁蓉（酒浸一宿，割去皱皮，炙令干）、桂心、独活（以上各半两），钟乳粉（二两），甘草（炙微赤，锉），川椒（三分，去目及闭口，微炒去汗用）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛为细末，加入已研磨的药物，全部研磨均匀，炼蜜调和捣五七百杵，制成如梧桐子大的丸药。每于空腹及晚食前，用温酒送服三十丸。
Grind the above seventeen medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey, and take three pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed before meals. If ineffective, gradually increase to four or five pills. This medicine should not be taken for a long time; stop when pregnancy is felt. It is highly effective. (The formula by Cui also includes *Platycodonis Radix* [Jiegeng] and *Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix* [Danshen], each 18 zhu.)
**Qianjin Fang Baiwei Wan**: Mainly treats infertility after a long time or cessation of offspring, upper heat and lower cold, and various diseases. (Same as in *Qianjin Yifang*.)
*Baiwei*, *Ganjiang*, *Shujiao*, *Gan Dihuang*, *Cheqianzi* (each 18 zhu), *Shigao*, *Zi Shiyun*, *Gaoben*, *Tusizi*, *Juanbai* (each 30 zhu), *Xiong*, *Shechuangzi*, *Danggui* (each 1 liang), *Taiyi Yuliang*, *Bailonggu*, *Mendong*, *Yuanzhi*, *Zelan*, *Fuling*, *Chishizhi* (each 2 liang), *Fupenzi*, *Baizhi*, *Taoren*, *Renshen* (each 1.5 liang), *Xixin* (3 liang), *Puhuang*, *Guixin* (each 2.5 liang), *Juapi* (0.5 liang).
Grind the above twenty-eight medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey, and take fifteen pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine. Take twice daily, gradually increasing the dose until effective, up to fifty pills. Avoid pork, chicken, raw/cold foods, butter/ghee, slippery foods, fish, garlic, donkey/horse/beef, etc. Stop when pregnancy is felt, and discontinue after three months. Choose meal times; beef liver and heart can be eaten. By the fourth and fifth months, no need to continue; do not intentionally kill animals to avoid shortening the child's lifespan; if available, it is excellent.
**Qianjin Fang Qinjiao Wan**: Treats female sterility, congenital nulliparity, purges the fu-organs, enabling the vagina to receive sperm.
*Qinjiao*, *Tianxiong* (each 18 zhu), *Yuanshen*, *Renshen*, *Bailian*, *Shufu*, *Baizhi*, *Huangqin*, *Jiegeng*, *Lufengfang*, *Baijiangcan*, *Taoren*, *Qicao*, *Baiwei*, *Xixin*, *Wuyi* (each 1 liang), *Mumeng*, *Shashen*, *Fangfeng*, *Gancao*, *Mudanpi*, *Niuxi*, *Juanbai*, *Wuweizi*, *Shaoyao*, *Guixin*, *Dahuang*, *Shihu*, *Baizhu* (each 30 zhu), *Baiziren*, *Fuling*, *Danggui*, *Ganjiang* (each 1.5 liang), *Zelan*, *Gan Dihuang*, *Xiong* (each 1 liang 18 zhu), *Ganqi*, *Baishiying*, *Zi Shiyun*, *Fuzi* (each 2 liang), *Zhongru* (2.5 liang), *Shuizhi* (70 pieces), *Mengchong* (100 pieces), hemp cloth wrapped head (7 cun burnt).
Grind the above forty-four medicinal materials into fine powder, make honey pills. Take ten pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to twenty pills. If discharge occurs resembling bean juice or mucus, this is the expulsion of disease; stop when pregnancy is felt.
**Qianjin Fang Danshen Wan**: Treats women who just feel pregnant, nourishes the fetus, and changes female to male.
*Danshen*, *Xuduan*, *Shaoyao*, *Baijiao*, *Baizhu*, *Baiziren*, *Gancao* (each 2 liang), rooster head from the east gate (1 piece), *Danggui*, *Wuzhuyu*, *Juapi* (each 1 liang 18 zhu), *Baizhi*, *Guanying* (burnt to ash, each 1 liang), *Wuyi* (18 zhu), *Gan Dihuang* (1.5 liang), dog testicle (one piece, dried), *Renshen*, *Xiong*, *Ganjiang* (each 30 zhu).
Grind the above nineteen medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take ten pills with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to twenty pills, size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed.
**Qianjin Fang Another Formula**:
Take one piece of silkwax feces, take with well water, three times daily.
**Qianjin Fang Another Formula**:
Take one bowstring, place in a red bag, tie around the woman's left arm. Alternatively, tie around the waist, remove after one hundred days.
**Qianjin Fang Another Formula**:
Take 1 liang of Realgar, place in a red bag and wear; to conceive a girl, use Orpiment.
**Qianjin Fang Another Formula**:
Take an axe, place it under the bed where the woman gave birth, blade facing down, without letting others know. If not believed, when a hen broods eggs, place it under the nest according to this method; all eggs in the nest will become male.
**Qianjin Fang**: Treats postpartum sterility due to labor damage, cold in the yin, discharge from the uterus, chronic non-healing, and body coldness.
*Fangfeng* (1.5 liang), *Jiegeng* (30 zhu), *Renshen* (1 liang), *Changpu*, *Banxia*, *Danshen*, *Houpo*, *Ganjiang*, *Ziwan*, *Duhen* (each 18 zhu), *Qinjiao*, *Bailian*, *Niuxi*, *Shashen* (each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above fourteen medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with white honey to make pills the size of small beans. Take fifteen pills after meals, three times daily. Increase to twenty pills if ineffective; stop when pregnant. Do not take if the husband is absent; wait seven days after taking medicine before intercourse.
**Qianjin Fang Baiziren Wan**: Treats female five labors and seven injuries, emaciation and coldness, pale complexion, reduced appetite, loss of luster, and postpartum sterility. Long-term use makes one fat, white, and tonifying.

Grind the above thirty medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey, take twenty pills with wine, size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed. Increase to thirty pills if ineffective. (*Qianjin Yifang* has no Wutou, but adds *Longgu*, *Fang Kui*, *Fuling*, *Qinjiao* each 0.5 liang, totaling thirty-three ingredients, also treating postpartum half-body emaciation.)
**Qianjin Fang Da Zelan Wan**: Treats female deficiency損, residual symptoms of wind-stroke, hernia masses, cold pain in the yin. Or wind-cold entering the brain, cold bi syndrome with tendon spasms or flaccidity, blood obstruction causing sterility, wandering wind on the face, tearing, excessive saliva,恍惚 like drunkenness. Or cold rebellion in the stomach, incessant vomiting in the chest, diarrhea and dysentery. Or imbalance of cold/heat in five zang and six fu organs, epigastric fullness and urgency, rebellious qi cough. Or leukorrhea with red/white discharge, swelling and pain in the yin, chest and hypochondriac distension. Or dry skin like measles, bitter itching, phlegm-nodules and qi stagnation. Or limb spasms, wind circulating throughout the body, bone and joint pain, dizziness and blindness. Or upward qi with aversion to cold, shivering like malaria; or throat obstruction, nasal discharge, wind epilepsy; or amenorrhea, unsettled soul, tasteless food. Also treats postpartum internal bleeding, curing all these conditions, making one fertile.

Another version has *Zhishi* 18 zhu, *Mendong* 1.5 liang).
Grind the above thirty-two medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take twenty to forty pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine. For chronic red/white dysentery, remove *Gan Dihuang*, *Shigao*, *Mendong*, *Baiziren*; add *Damai*, *Chenqu*, *Longgu*, *Ejiao*, *Huanglian* each 1.5 liang. Adding 3 liang of *Zhongru* is beneficial.
**Qianjin Fang Zi Shiyun Tianmendong Wan**: Mainly treats wind-cold in the uterus, habitual miscarriage, or heart pain starting upon marriage leading to heart disease, amenorrhea. Makes one plump and fertile.

Grind the above twenty-two medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take twenty pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine, twice daily. Increase to forty pills.
**Qianjin Fang Biejia Wan**: Treats abdominal masses in women, large as a plate of 7-8 cun, moving up and down with unbearable pain, cold hands and feet, coughing and belching with foul odor. Hypochondriac heat like burning, cold vagina like wind. Amenorrhea, early or late menstruation. Take for thirty days for cure and pregnancy. This is Lady Wei's formula from Henei Governor.

Grind the above twenty-four medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take seven pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine, three times daily. Gradually increase until effective.
**Qianjin Fang**: Treats twelve postpartum syndromes, leukorrhea and sterility, all caused by cold wind-cold qi. Or within one hundred days postpartum, lochia not fully expelled, defecating on a suspended toilet, or sitting long, allowing damp-cold to enter the uterus, forming masses in the lower abdomen with firm pain. Small as an egg, large as a fist, pulsating upon pressure, biting sensation, or needle-like pain. Qi rushing to the heart, hypochondriac distension, inability to eat, indigestion, flowing up and down. Or guarding the stomach tube, pain radiating to the vagina, back and shoulder pain, vomiting, shortness of breath, sweating, cold lower abdomen, uterine trauma, cough pulling yin pain, spontaneous urination, abnormal cervical os, causing sterility. Waist and hip pain, heavy limbs, whole body edema, intermittent, constipation, dysuria, amenorrhea, or discharge like rotting meat, green/yellow/red/white like bean juice, bad dreams. **Mumeng Wan** (also named Zigai Wan):

Grind the above twenty medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey and pound ten thousand times, make pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed. Take three pills with wine on an empty stomach, three times daily. Increase to five or six pills if ineffective. Discharge of red/white/green/yellow substances like fish roe indicates removal of disease root.
**Qianjin Fang**: Treats twelve abdominal diseases in women. 1. Irregular menstruation, 2. Menstrual flow like clear water, 3. Amenorrhea, 4. Irregular timing, 5. Inability to lactate after birth; 6. Absolute sterility, 7. Decrease of yin/yang, 8. Abdominal stabbing pain, 9. Cold in yin, 10. Pulling pain at cervical os, 11. Menstrual blood frozen like okra juice, 12. Urgent waist pain. These twelve diseases arise from intercourse during menstruation, lying on wet/cold ground, bathing in cold water for pleasure, healing sores before intercourse, rising early to work, thin clothes/mats, cold entering from below.
*Banxia*, *Chishizhi* (each 1 liang 6 zhu), *Shujiao*, *Ganjiang*, *Wuzhuyu*, *Danggui*, *Guixin*, *Danshen*, *Bailian*, *Fangfeng* (each 1 liang), *Lu* (0.5 liang).
Grind the above eleven medicinal materials into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take ten pills the size of a *Cerasus japonica* seed with wine on an empty stomach, three times daily; gradually increase until effective.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Guangji Fang**: Treats sterility, inserting moxa pill into the uterus. (Same as **Shenghui Fang**.)
*Shexiang* (2 fen ground), *Zaojiao* (10 fen, coated with butter, roasted, black skin and seeds removed), *Shujiao* (6 fen, sweat removed).
Grind the above three materials, sieve, mix with honey to make pills size of sour jujube seed. Wrap in cotton, insert into the uterus, leaving a cotton thread outside. If feeling aversion to cold or excessive discharge, pull the thread to remove the pill. Change medicine once daily, day or night, no restrictions.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Guangji Fang** another formula (**Shenghui Ben** same):
*Shechuangzi*, *Shiyan*, *Xixin*, *Ganjiang*, *Tugua Gen* (each 4 liang).
Grind the above five materials into powder, take size of a date pit. Wrap in cotton, insert into the uterus with finger, place at the vaginal opening according to previous methods. Until cured, avoid husband, no other restrictions.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Guangji Fang** again treating hundred diseases in women, cutting off offspring. **Baiwei Wan**:
*Baiwei*, *Xixin*, *Houpo* (roasted), *Jiao* (sweat removed), *Jiegeng*, *Biejia* (roasted, each 5 fen), *Fangfeng*, *Dahuang*, *Fuzi* (processed), *Shi Liuhuang* (ground, each 6 fen), *Mumeng* (2 fen), *Renshen*, *Sangshang Jisheng* (each 4 fen), *Banxia* (washed), *Baijiangcan*, *Xuduan*, *Qinjiao*, *Ziwan*, *Duhen*, *Niuxi*, *Mengchong* (wings/legs removed, roasted), *Shuizhi* (each 3 fen), *Zi Shiyun* (ground), *Puxiao*, *Guixin*, *Zhongru*, *Danggui* (each 8 fen).
Grind the above twenty-seven materials, sieve, mix with honey to make pills. Take fifteen pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed with warm wine on an empty stomach, twice daily, gradually increase to thirty pills, no vomiting or diarrhea. Avoid raw/cold, greasy, malt sugar, blood-generating foods, Amaranthus, raw scallions, raw vegetables, pork, cold water, sticky foods, stale odors.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Yannian Fang**: Treats deviated uterus, cold accumulation causing sterility. Sitting medicine formula (**Shenghui Fang** same):
*Shechuangzi*, *Yuanhua* (each 3 liang).
Grind the above two materials, sieve, take size of a date, wrap in gauze, insert into the vaginal opening to the depth of a finger, trim excess gauze, lie as desired, avoid wind/cold.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Guangji Fang**: Treats long-term sterility. **Baiwei Wan**:
*Baiwei*, *Mumeng*, *Gaoben* (each 5 fen), *Danggui*, *Jianghuang*, *Gan Dihuang* (each 7 fen), *Renshen*, *Baiziren*, *Shihu*, *Guixin*, *Fuzi* (processed), *Wuweizi*, *Fangfeng*, *Wuzhuyu*, *Gancao* (roasted), *Niuxi*, *Xiong*, *Sangjisheng* (each 6 fen), *Yuyuliang* (8 fen), *Qinjiao* (2 fen, sweat removed).
Grind the above twenty materials, sieve, mix with honey to make pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed. Take twenty pills with wine on an empty stomach, increase to thirty pills, twice daily, no diarrhea. Avoid raw scallions, raw vegetables, hot noodles, buckwheat, pork, amaranth, *Wuyi*, cabbage, seaweed, sticky foods, stale odors.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Guangji Fang** again treating long-term sterility, cessation of offspring, cold pain in lower abdomen, qi imbalance. **Dihuang Tang**:
*Gan Dihuang*, *Niuxi*, *Danggui* (each 8 liang), *Xiong*, *Juanbai*, *Fangfeng* (each 6 fen), *Guixin*, *Qianniuzi* (powder, each 3 fen).
Cut the above eight materials, boil in 6 sheng of water to obtain 2.3 sheng, strain, divide into three doses. Mix with 1 part *Qianniu* powder per dose. Take another dose after walking 4-5 li, stop when bowel movement is smooth. Avoid hot noodles, buckwheat, roasted meat, raw scallions, *Wuyi*, garlic, sticky foods.
**Waitai Mi Yao** citing **Jingxin Lu**: **Zhuyu Wan**: Treats female yin coldness for ten years causing sterility. (**Shenghui Fang** same)
*Shujiao* (remove eyes, sweat, powder), *Wuzhuyu* (each 1 sheng).
Mix the above two materials with honey to make pills size of a bullet. Wrap in cotton, insert into the vagina, change twice daily. No discharge, but opens the uterus, warming the yin leads to pregnancy.
**Shenghui Fang**: Treats female sterility or cessation of offspring, upper heat lower cold, master of hundred diseases. **Baiwei Wan**:
*Baiwei*, *Chuanjiao* (remove eyes and closed ones, slight roast, sweat removed), *Shu Gan Dihuang*, *Bailonggu* (each 1 liang), *Danggui* (cut, slight roast), *Cheqianzi*, *Shechuangzi*, *Xiong*, *Ganjiang* (processed, cut), *Xixin* (each 0.5 liang), *Gaoben*, *Juanbai*, *Taoren* (soaked in water, remove skin/tips/double kernels, bran-roasted slight yellow), *Baizhi*, *Fupenzi*, *Changpu*, *Renshen* (remove rhizome), *Guixin*, *Yuanzhi* (remove heart), *Baifuling* (each 3 fen), *Mendong* (1.5 liang, remove heart, bake).
Grind the above medicines, sieve to powder, refine honey, pound 500-700 times, make pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed. Take thirty pills with warm wine on an empty stomach and before evening meal.
**Shenghui Fang**: Treats long-term accumulation of wind-cold in female abdomen/organs, coagulated/stagnant qi/blood, unable to circulate, causing sterility. Suitable to take **Duhen Wan**:
*Duhen*, *Fangfeng* (remove rhizome), *Baifuling*, *Xixin*, *Fuzi* (processed, remove skin/navel, each 1 liang), *Baiwei*, *Niuxi* (remove sprouts), *Shashen* (remove rhizome), *Banxia* (wash seven times in water, remove slipperiness, slight roast), *Qinjiao* (remove sprouts), *Changpu*, *Haoben*, *Shechuangzi*, *Guixin* (each 3 fen), *Chuanjiao* (1 fen, remove eyes/closed ones, slight roast, sweat removed).
Grind the above medicines, sieve to powder, refine honey, pound 500-700 times, make pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed. Take thirty pills with warm wine on an empty stomach and before evening meal. Stop when pregnant.
**Shenghui Fang**: Treats wind-cold in female uterus causing sterility. Use this formula.
*Zaojiao* (remove black skin, coat with butter, roast until black, remove seeds), *Chuan Dahuang* (cut, slight roast), *Rongyan*, *Danggui* (cut, slight roast), *Baifan* (burn to ash, each 1 liang), *Wuweizi*, *Chuanjiao* (remove eyes/closed ones, slight roast, sweat removed), *Ganjiang* (processed, cut), *Xixin* (each 3 fen).
Grind the above medicines, sieve to powder, wrap in cotton like a date size. Insert into the vaginal opening. Stop when foul discharge occurs; repeat if ineffective.
**Shenghui Fang**: Treats female uterus deficiency-cold and five labors/seven injuries, emaciation, pale face, inability to eat, postpartum cessation of offspring, long-term sterility. **Baiziren Wan**:

Grind the above medicines, sieve to powder, add ground medicines, grind uniformly, refine honey, pound 500-700 times, make pills size of *Cerasus japonica* seed. Take thirty pills with warm wine on an empty stomach and before evening meal.
