上用酽米醋一碗煮青橘，候醋干为度，取出，细切青橘，同诸药焙干为末，粟米糊为丸如粟米大。每服三
岁五丸，五岁七丸，七岁十丸。饭饮下，一日三服。

以上药物用浓米醋一碗煮青橘，等到醋完全煮干为止，取出，将青橘细细切碎，与各种药物一起焙干后研成粉末，用粟米糊制作成如粟米大小的丸剂。每服三岁儿童五丸，五岁儿童七丸，七岁儿童十丸。饭后用温水送服，一日服用三次。
(Take) one grain of Piperis Fructus (Hu Jiao, 胡椒), one bud of Caryophylli Flos (Ding Xiang, 丁香), and bind them together with a hemp thread.)
Boil the Exocarpium Citri Grandis (Qing Ju, 青橘) in one bowl of strong rice vinegar until the vinegar is completely dry. Remove it, finely chop the Exocarpium Citri Grandis, and bake it together with the other herbs until dry, then grind into powder. Form pills using millet paste, sized like millet grains. For children aged three years, administer five pills; for those aged five years, seven pills; for those aged seven years, ten pills. Take after meals with warm water, three times a day.
