汉东王先生《家宝》治婴孩小儿吐逆不止。羌活膏方
羌活 独活（各去芦头） 人参 白茯苓 防风（蚕头者） 肉桂（去粗皮、不见火） 全蝎（炒） 水银（各一
两） 硫黄（三钱，同上项水银研令青色，各不见水银星方可用）
上为末，炼蜜为膏。每服旋与婴孩如黑豆大，二、三岁如龙眼核大，五、七岁如龙眼大，薄荷汤化下。
钱乙香银丸 治吐方。
丁香 干葛（各一两） 半夏（汤浸十次，切、焙） 水银（各半两）
上三味同为细末，将水银与药研匀，生姜汁丸麻子大。每服一、二丸至五、七丸，煎金银汤下，无时。
张涣养中汤方 养脾胃，治呕吐不止。
大附子（炮裂，去皮尖脐，一枚） 沉香 木香（各半两） 人参（一两） 官桂 半夏（汤浸七遍，焙干。各一
两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水一小盏，入生姜三片，煎五分去滓，放温时时服。
张涣香参汤方 消寒痰，治呕吐。
藿香叶 人参 舶上丁香皮 丁香 白茯苓（各一两） 青橘皮（去白） 木香 甘草（炙。各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水一小盏，入生姜二片煎至五分去滓，温服。
张涣万安丹方 治胃虚久吐。
半夏（汤洗七遍，焙干为末） 硫黄（末） 白术（炮为末。各一分） 朱砂（半两，细研，水飞） 附子（一枚，
炮制去皮脐，别捣为细末）
上件同拌匀，生姜汁和丸如黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下。
张涣菖阳散方 和心胃，治呕吐。
菖蒲（一两，一寸九节者） 丁香 人参 木香 檀香（各半两）
上件捣，罗为末。每服半钱至一钱，生姜自然汁少许同白汤调，放温令下。量儿大小加减。
张涣匀气汤方 宽中止呕吐。
白术（三分） 人参 丁香 木香 甘草（炙） 青盐 浓朴（生姜制，炒香熟。各半两）
上件慢火炒香熟为度，碾、罗为细末。每服半钱至一钱，沸汤点服。
张涣温膈汤方 匀气治呕逆。
丁香 草豆蔻（去皮用） 人参（去芦头。各半两） 青橘皮 槟榔 甘草（炙。各一分）
上件捣，罗为末。每服半钱至一钱，入生姜自然汁少许，温汤调下。
张涣香朴散方 调冷热，治呕吐
丁香 麦门冬（去心。各半两） 浓朴（去粗皮，涂生姜汁，炙令香熟） 人参（去芦头。各一两）
上件为细末。每服一钱，水一小盏，入生姜二片，枣一枚，同煎至五分去滓，温服。
张涣白术汤方 治呕吐，滋津液。
白术（一两） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白，焙干） 人参（去芦头） 桑根白皮（锉） 半夏（汤浸七遍，焙干。以上各
半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水一小盏，入生姜三片，煎至五分去滓，温服。
张涣香葛汤方 治呕吐后渴甚，津液燥少。
藿香叶 白茯苓 甘草（炙。各半两） 丁香 干葛根（锉） 人参（去芦头。各一两）
上件捣，罗为细末，次用麝香一钱细研，同拌匀。每服半钱至一钱，生姜汤调，放温服。量儿大小加减。
张涣枇杷叶汤方 治呕吐烦渴。
枇杷叶（一两，拭去毛，炙微黄） 丁香 人参（去芦头） 白茯苓 甘草（炙。各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服半钱，煎紫苏汤调下。量儿大小加减。
张涣遗方藿香散 治小儿脾胃不和，吐逆。
藿香叶（半两） 人参 丁香 菖蒲（一寸九节者） 半夏（姜汁制。各等分）
上为细末。每服一钱，水八分盏，生姜二片，煎至四分去滓服。
张涣遗方银液乳香丸 治小儿久吐不定。
红牙大戟 半夏（二铢，用浆水煮软，切、焙，干秤） 乳香 贯众 粉霜（各一分） 朱砂 腻粉（各一钱） 水
银（砂子，一皂皂大）
上为细末研匀，用黄蜡熔丸和如绿豆大。每一岁二丸，二岁三丸。以上量大小加减丸数，研大麻仁水下。
张涣遗方真朱丸 治小儿久吐，诸药不效者，此方神验。
水银（砂子） 轻粉（各一钱） 丁香（一分） 红牙大戟（一两半，浆水煮过） 乳香 五灵脂（末。各半两）
上为细末，用黄蜡九钱，重熔，入药末搅匀，和丸如粟米大。每服五丸，煎马齿苋汤下。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿只吐不泻，腹中疼痛。玉露散方
上以寒水石烧为末。每服半钱，姜水调下。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿吐逆。人参散方
人参（末，三分） 丁香（末，一分） 藿香（末） 甘草（炙。各半两）
上件和匀。每服一字半钱，饭饮下。
《良方》治大人、小儿吐。紫粉丸
针砂（醋浸一夜，辟去醋，便带醋炒，且候并铫子红色无烟乃止，候冷细研，更用醋团火烧通赤，取候冷再研极细）
上件药用面糊丸如梧桐子大。每服四十丸，粥饮下。服讫，便吃一盏许粥，已不吐。如未定，再服决定。
小儿小丸之，随儿大小与此药，极神异。然吐有多端，《良方》中有数法，皆累验者，可参用之。
《良方》大人、小儿吐逆。软红丸
辰砂 信砒（各半两强） 胭脂（一钱） 巴豆（七个，取霜）
上熔蜡少许，油三、两滴和药为剂，以油单裹之，大小如绿豆大，小儿如芥子。浓煎槐花甘草汤，放温下
一丸。忌热食半时久。此药疗人吐只一服止，尝与人一丸。偶两人病，分与两人服，两人皆愈。
《九 卫生》藿香散 疗小儿呕不定，虚风喘急方。
藿香 白附子（等分）
上同为细末，米饮调下一钱。
《九 卫生》草金散 疗小儿吐逆方。
烂大栀子（三个） 草乌头（一个）
上件同于小藏瓶内，用泥固济烧，烟尽取出，研细。每服一字，生姜汁调下。
《聚宝方》香茅散 治小儿吐乳。
藿香 白茅根 丁香花蕊叶 人参（各一分）
上五味为末。每服一钱，水一小盏煎至五分，加减服。
《聚宝方》白饼子 治小儿吐逆。
白滑石 黄鹰条（各一钱） 半夏（一枚，炮） 蛤粉（半钱）
上四味为细末，薄面糊为丸如豌豆大，捏为饼子。每服三饼，煎丁香汤下。新生儿，汤内研灌半饼。
《三十六种》治吐乳。人参散方
人参（半两） 藿香 丁香（各一分）
上为末。每服半钱，水半盏，乳香少许，同煎至二分温服。
《宝童方》治翻胃吐逆，腹内虚鸣。
天台乌药（醋炙或炒） 半夏（各半两） 白姜（一分） 羊屎（十粒，羊腹内者）
上件用文武火炒为末，熔为丸如此○大。每服五丸至七丸，红酒下。
《刘氏家传》醒脾散 治小儿脾胃滞、吐食，一切慢惊、慢脾风，大能醒脾。如危困多睡，饭饮调下一字至半
钱，止吐泻方。
大天南星（一个，重三钱以上者）
上件热汤烫七次，开脐入朱砂一块如黄豆大，薄纸湿裹。开地穴深四寸，方圆八寸，药仰安穴内，地上以
黄泥饼盖，用泥固脐，用炭火二斤地上烧，候火尽冷后取，末之，入脑麝少许，金银薄荷汤下一字至半钱。
《刘氏家传》小儿吐逆方。
薄荷 茴香（炒。各等分）
上用生藕汁二合，麦门冬饮二合，调半钱下。
《刘氏家传》小儿翻胃吐逆方。
上用硫黄研细，生姜汁入沙糖，调硫黄一大钱，下立止（大人亦治）。

《庄氏家传》蝎梢丸 镇惊、化痰、祛风，兼止嗽、定吐逆，除一切惊积方。
蝎梢（炒） 半夏（汤洗七遍） 丁香（拣者炒） 朱砂 白附子（炮制。各一分）
上件为末，生姜自然汁煮面糊为丸如绿豆大。每服十丸，加至十五丸，用姜汤下，不拘时候。
《庄氏家传》治吐奶方。
莲子心（七个） 丁香（三个） 人参（三寸）
上细为末。以绵裹乳汁浸，令小儿吮吃妙。
《庄氏家传》又方
藿香（半两） 何首乌 白扁豆 甘草（炙） 糯米（以上各等分）
上为细末。半钱，用水一小盏，入淡竹茹，煎至七分冷服，临卧空心。
《孔氏家传》治小儿吐奶方。
上用生姜、橘皮等分煎汤，与乳母服。
《孔氏家传》醒脾散 治小儿因吐胃虚生风，胃气欲脱方。
人参 天南星（等分，各碾）
上为末。旋抄，每服二味各半钱，冬瓜子三、七粒，水一盏半煎两茶脚许，通口服，不计时候，以胃气生
为度。大人亦可服，须倍煎之，以知为度。
《孔氏家传》治小儿吐不止方。
上用香白芷为末。每服一字，煎茅根汤调下，淡甘草汤亦得。
《王氏手集》香葛半夏散 治痰逆呕吐，胸膈痞滞、烦渴胃瞀、壮热头痛方。
藿香 干葛 牙硝 滑石（各三分） 半夏（半两） 甘草（炙，二分）
上同为细末。每服一钱，水八分盏，入生姜二片，木瓜少许，同煎四分去滓，温服，不计时候。
《王氏手集》治小儿久吐。玉壶丸方
半夏 白面（各一两） 天南星（大者一个） 天麻（半两）
上件为末，姜汁化柳胶为丸黄米大。每服十丸至十五丸，浆水煮四沸，服以煮浆水下。如无浆水，以柳枝
三两茎煮之亦妙，后服太医局丁香散（方见本门。）
《王氏手集》丁香膏 治大人、小儿吐逆方。
丁香 藿香（各一分） 硫黄（二分） 柿蒂（十个） 水银 木香（各一钱） 蜡茶 槐花（各半两）
上先研水银、硫黄令匀，入在众药末内，炼蜜和成膏，以蜡纸裹。大人一杏核大，煎桑叶汤下，甚者三服。
小儿量大小加减，一皂皂大，薄荷汤化下。
《赵氏家传》治小儿吐逆不定，虚困生风。硫黄半夏丸方
硫黄（一钱） 半夏（半两，汤浸洗七遍） 蝎梢 白附子（炮。各一分）
上为细末，面糊丸如绿豆大。生姜米饮下。
《赵氏家传》不换金散 治小儿吐逆方。
片子姜黄 草龙胆（各一两） 干葛（一两半）
上为细末。五岁以下小儿每服半钱，用重帛子裹药在内，以线扎定，放入甜水半盏中，用慢火煎存三分以
来。温服。
《吉氏家传》治吐奶腹胀方。
代赭石 麝香 巴豆（各一分） 赤石脂 杏仁（各半两）
上件细末，蜜丸如桐子大，米饮下。三日儿一丸，百日、一岁二丸。

母丁香（三、七粒） 僵蚕（直者七个，净洗去粉，炒）
上焙干为末。每服一字，煎枣汤调下。

上末，用酸醋浸，蒸饼糊为膏，油纸裹旋如此○大。米饮下一丸，常服姜汤下。

上件为散，空心米饮调半钱服之。

上取旧船上锻石，不计多少为末。每服小儿一字，先滴油一点在浆水内，调药灌下。大人半钱。

藿香 赤曲（各二钱） 半夏（一钱，姜汁制）
上件为末。每服半钱，南木香汤下，木瓜汤亦得。三服立止，次用调中散（方在次。）

枳壳（二钱，煮遍） 陈皮 半夏 人参（各一钱）
上为末，每服一钱。水一盏，姜枣煎六分服。

上为末。每服一钱，生姜一片，水一平盏，煎至六分，去滓温服。量儿大小加减。

上为末，糯米粥为丸如梧桐子。米饮化下一丸，不计时候。

丁香（四十九个） 葛根（末，一钱） 半夏（七粒，汤浸洗七次）

羌活、独活（各去除芦头）、人参、白茯苓、防风（选用蚕头的）、肉桂（去除粗皮，不经过火烤）、全蝎（炒制）、水银（以上各一两）、硫黄（三钱，用上述方法与水银研磨至青色，必须确保看不到水银星点方可使用）。
将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成膏剂。每次服用时，给婴儿如黑豆大小的量，二至三岁幼儿如龙眼核大小，五至七岁儿童如龙眼大小，用薄荷汤化开服用。
钱乙的香银丸 治疗呕吐的方子。
丁香、干葛（各一两）、半夏（用开水浸泡十次，切片，焙干）、水银（各半两）。
将这三味药共同研为细末，将水银与药物研磨均匀，用生姜汁制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用一至二丸至五至七丸，煎金银汤送服，不拘时间。
张涣的养中汤方 滋养脾胃，治疗呕吐不止。
大附子（炮裂，去除皮、尖、脐，一枚）、沉香、木香（各半两）、人参（一两）、官桂、半夏（用开水浸泡七遍，焙干。各一两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入生姜三片，煎至五分，去渣，放温后随时服用。
张涣的香参汤方 消除寒痰，治疗呕吐。
藿香叶、人参、舶上丁香皮、丁香、白茯苓（各一两）、青橘皮（去除白色部分）、木香、甘草（炙。各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入生姜二片，煎至五分，去渣，温服。
张涣的万安丹方 治疗胃虚久吐。
半夏（用开水洗涤七遍，焙干为末）、硫黄（末）、白术（炮制为末。各一分）、朱砂（半两，细研，水飞法处理）、附子（一枚，炮制去皮脐，另捣为细末）。
将上述药物混合拌匀，用生姜汁和丸如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，用米饮送下。
张涣的菖阳散方 调和心胃，治疗呕吐。
菖蒲（一两，选取一寸九节的）、丁香、人参、木香、檀香（各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用半钱至一钱，加少许生姜自然汁和白开水调匀，放温后服用。根据儿童年龄大小增减剂量。
张涣的匀气汤方 宽中止呕。
白术（三分）、人参、丁香、木香、甘草（炙）、青盐、浓朴（生姜制，炒香熟。各半两）。
将上述药物用慢火炒香熟为止，碾碎，过筛成细末。每次服用半钱至一钱，用沸水冲服。
张涣的温膈汤方 调匀气机，治疗呕逆。
丁香、草豆蔻（去皮使用）、人参（去除芦头。各半两）、青橘皮、槟榔、甘草（炙。各一分）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用半钱至一钱，加少许生姜自然汁，用温开水调下。
张涣的香朴散方 调理冷热，治疗呕吐。
丁香、麦门冬（去除心。各半两）、浓朴（去除粗皮，涂生姜汁，炙令香熟）、人参（去除芦头。各一两）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入生姜二片、大枣一枚，同煎至五分，去渣，温服。
张涣的白术汤方 治疗呕吐，滋润津液。
白术（一两）、陈橘皮（用开水浸泡去除白色部分，焙干）、人参（去除芦头）、桑根白皮（锉碎）、半夏（用开水浸泡七遍，焙干。以上各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入生姜三片，煎至五分，去渣，温服。
张涣的香葛汤方 治疗呕吐后极度口渴，津液干燥减少。
藿香叶、白茯苓、甘草（炙。各半两）、丁香、干葛根（锉碎）、人参（去除芦头。各一两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末，再加入麝香一钱细研，混合拌匀。每次服用半钱至一钱，用生姜汤调匀，放温服用。根据儿童年龄大小增减剂量。
张涣的枇杷叶汤方 治疗呕吐烦渴。
枇杷叶（一两，擦拭去毛，微黄炙烤）、丁香、人参（去除芦头）、白茯苓、甘草（炙。各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用半钱，煎紫苏汤调下。根据儿童年龄大小增减剂量。
张涣的遗方藿香散 治疗小儿脾胃不和，吐逆。
藿香叶（半两）、人参、丁香、菖蒲（一寸九节的）、半夏（姜汁制。各等分）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分盏，加入生姜二片，煎至四分，去渣服用。
张涣的遗方银液乳香丸 治疗小儿长期呕吐不定。
红牙大戟、半夏（二铢，用浆水煮软，切片，焙干，干称）、乳香、贯众、粉霜（各一分）、朱砂、腻粉（各一钱）、水银（砂状，如皂角子大小）。
将上述药物研为细末并混合均匀，用熔化的黄蜡和丸如绿豆大小。每一岁服用二丸，两岁服用三丸。以上根据年龄大小增减丸数，用研碎的大麻仁水送下。
张涣的遗方真朱丸 治疗小儿长期呕吐，其他药物无效者，此方神验。
水银（砂状）、轻粉（各一钱）、丁香（一分）、红牙大戟（一两半，用浆水煮过）、乳香、五灵脂（末。各半两）。
将上述药物研为细末，用黄蜡九钱重新熔化，加入药末搅匀，和丸如粟米大小。每次服用五丸，煎马齿苋汤送下。
《婴童宝鉴》治疗小儿只吐不泻，腹中疼痛。玉露散方：
取寒水石烧成细末。每次服用半钱，用姜水调下。
《婴童宝鉴》治疗小儿吐逆。人参散方：
人参（末，三分）、丁香（末，一分）、藿香（末）、甘草（炙。各半两）。
将上述药物混合均匀。每次服用一字半钱，用饭饮送下。
《良方》治疗大人、小儿呕吐。紫粉丸：
针砂（醋浸一夜，倒掉醋，带醋炒，且候并铫子红色无烟乃止，候冷细研，更用醋团火烧通赤，取候冷再研极细）。
将上述药物用面糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用四十丸，用粥饮送下。服完后，立即吃一盏左右的粥，即可停止呕吐。如果未稳定，再服用必定有效。
小儿减量服用，根据儿童年龄大小给予此药，极为神奇。然而呕吐有多种原因，《良方》中有几种方法，都经反复验证有效，可以参考使用。
《良方》大人、小儿吐逆。软红丸：
辰砂、信砒（各半两强）、胭脂（一钱）、巴豆（七个，取霜）。
熔化少许蜡，滴油三、两滴和药为剂，用油纸包裹，大小如绿豆，小儿如芥子大小。浓煎槐花甘草汤，放温后送一丸。忌热食半小时。此药治疗呕吐只需一服即止，曾给一人服用一丸。偶然两人患病，分给两人服用，两人都痊愈了。
《九卫生》藿香散 治疗小儿呕吐不定，虚风喘急方。
藿香、白附子（等分）。
将上述药物共同研为细末，用米饮调下一钱。
《九卫生》草金散 治疗小儿吐逆方。
烂大栀子（三个）、草乌头（一个）。
将上述药物放入小藏瓶内，用泥密封烧制，烟尽后取出，研细。每次服用一字，用生姜汁调下。
《聚宝方》香茅散 治疗小儿吐乳。
藿香、白茅根、丁香花蕊叶、人参（各一分）。
将上述五味药研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏煎至五分，根据情况加减服用。
《聚宝方》白饼子 治疗小儿吐逆。
白滑石、黄鹰条（各一钱）、半夏（一枚，炮制）、蛤粉（半钱）。
将上述四味药研为细末，用薄面糊制成如豌豆大小的丸剂，捏成饼子。每次服用三饼，煎丁香汤送下。新生儿，在汤中研碎灌服半饼。
《三十六种》治疗吐乳。人参散方：
人参（半两）、藿香、丁香（各一分）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用半钱，用水半盏，加少许乳香，同煎至二分，温服。
《宝童方》治疗翻胃吐逆，腹内虚鸣。
天台乌药（醋炙或炒）、半夏（各半两）、白姜（一分）、羊屎（十粒，取自羊腹内的）。
将上述药物用文武火炒成细末，熔化蜡为丸如○大。每次服用五丸至七丸，用红酒送下。
《刘氏家传》醒脾散 治疗小儿脾胃停滞、吐食，一切慢惊、慢脾风，大能醒脾。如危困多睡，用饭饮调下一字至半钱，止吐泻方。
大天南星（一个，重三钱以上的）。
将上述药物用热汤烫七次，切开脐部放入一块如黄豆大的朱砂，用薄纸湿裹。在地上挖深四寸、方圆八寸的坑，将药仰放坑内，地上用黄泥饼盖住，用泥密封脐部，用二斤炭火在地上烧，待火尽冷却后取出，研为细末，加入少许脑麝，用金银薄荷汤调下一字至半钱。
《刘氏家传》小儿吐逆方。
薄荷、茴香（炒。各等分）。
用生藕汁二合，麦门冬饮二合，调半钱服用。
《刘氏家传》小儿翻胃吐逆方。
用硫黄研细，生姜汁入沙糖，调硫黄一大钱，服用后立即停止（大人也可治疗）。
《刘氏家传》治疗小儿气胃不和，脏腑泄泻，不思乳食，或奶呕逆。异攻散方：

《刘氏家传》平胃丸 治疗小儿一切吐不住，兼常服大壮胃气方：
马芹子、白僵蚕（去除丝）、丁香（各半两）。
将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成如○大的丸剂。煎陈橘皮汤化开服用。
《庄氏家传》蝎梢丸 镇惊、化痰、祛风，兼止嗽、定吐逆，除一切惊积方。
蝎梢（炒）、半夏（用开水洗涤七遍）、丁香（拣选者炒）、朱砂、白附子（炮制。各一分）。
将上述药物研为细末，用生姜自然汁煮面糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，加至十五丸，用姜汤送下，不拘时候。
《庄氏家传》治疗吐奶方。
莲子心（七个）、丁香（三个）、人参（三寸）。
将上述药物研为细末。用棉布包裹乳汁浸泡，让小儿吮吸食用妙处。
《庄氏家传》又方：
藿香（半两）、何首乌、白扁豆、甘草（炙）、糯米（以上各等分）。
将上述药物研为细末。取半钱，用水一小盏，加入淡竹茹，煎至七分，冷服，临睡前空腹服用。
《孔氏家传》治疗小儿吐奶方。
用生姜、橘皮等分煎汤，让乳母服用。
《孔氏家传》醒脾散 治疗小儿因吐胃虚生风，胃气欲脱方。
人参、天南星（等分，各碾碎）。
将上述药物研为细末。现抄现用，每次服用两味药各半钱，冬瓜子三、七粒，用水一盏半煎至两茶脚许，通口服，不计时候，以胃气恢复为度。大人也可服用，需加倍煎煮，以见效为度。
《孔氏家传》治疗小儿吐不止方。
用香白芷为细末。每次服用一字，煎茅根汤调下，淡甘草汤也可以。
《王氏手集》香葛半夏散 治疗痰逆呕吐，胸膈痞滞、烦渴胃瞀、壮热头痛方。
藿香、干葛、牙硝、滑石（各三分）、半夏（半两）、甘草（炙，二分）。
将上述药物共同研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分盏，加入生姜二片、木瓜少许，同煎四分，去渣，温服，不计时候。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿久吐。玉壶丸方：
半夏、白面（各一两）、天南星（大者一个）、天麻（半两）。
将上述药物研为细末，用姜汁化柳胶制成如黄米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至十五丸，用浆水煮四沸，服时用煮浆水送下。如果没有浆水，用柳枝三两茎煮之也很好，之后服用太医局丁香散（方见本门）。
《王氏手集》丁香膏 治疗大人、小儿吐逆方。
丁香、藿香（各一分）、硫黄（二分）、柿蒂（十个）、水银、木香（各一钱）、蜡茶、槐花（各半两）。
先将水银、硫黄研磨均匀，加入其他药末中，用炼蜜和成膏，用蜡纸包裹。大人如杏核大小，煎桑叶汤送下，严重者服用三次。
小儿根据年龄大小增减，如皂角子大小，用薄荷汤化开服用。
《赵氏家传》治疗小儿吐逆不定，虚困生风。硫黄半夏丸方：
硫黄（一钱）、半夏（半两，用开水浸泡洗涤七遍）、蝎梢、白附子（炮。各一分）。
将上述药物研为细末，用面糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。用生姜米饮送下。
《赵氏家传》不换金散 治疗小儿吐逆方。
片子姜黄、草龙胆（各一两）、干葛（一两半）。
将上述药物研为细末。五岁以下小儿每次服用半钱，用厚帛子包裹药物在内，用线扎紧，放入甜水半盏中，用慢火煎至存留三分以来。温服。
《吉氏家传》治疗吐奶腹胀方。
代赭石、麝香、巴豆（各一分）、赤石脂、杏仁（各半两）。
将上述药物研为细末，蜜丸如桐子大小，米饮送下。三日儿一丸，百日、一岁二丸。
《吉氏家传》治疗吐奶方。
母丁香（三、七粒）、僵蚕（直者七个，净洗去粉，炒）。
将上述药物焙干为细末。每次服用一字，煎枣汤调下。
《吉氏家传》治疗吐奶。豆蔻散方：
肉豆蔻（面裹炮赤熟，去面为末）、草果子（炮去皮。各一个）、缩砂（去皮）、甘草（炙）、肉桂（不见火。各一钱）、陈皮（半钱，去白）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用半钱，用陈米饮调下。
《吉氏家传》玉露散 治疗小儿吐奶，面赤烦躁方。
不灰木（ ）、滑石。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用半钱或一字，用生油和水调下。
《吉氏家传》治疗翻胃呕逆方。
朱砂、砂、硼砂（各半钱）、巴豆（七粒，去油）、柏子仁（七十粒）。
将上述药物研为细末，用酸醋浸，蒸饼糊为膏，油纸包裹旋如○大。米饮送下一丸，常服用姜汤送下。
《朱氏家传》治疗小儿交奶吐下方。
豆蔻、母丁香、宣连（各一两）。
将上述药物制成散剂，空腹用米饮调半钱服用。
长沙医者李刚中治疗小儿吐药方。
川当归（洗、锉）、甘草（炙。各一分）、桂心（去除粗皮，不经过火烤）、枳壳（用开水浸泡去除瓤切，麸炒黄色）、北五味子（拣净。各半两）。
将上述五味药修制好后放在一起，研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水七分，煎至半盏温服。大人也可加药末三钱，用水一盏，煎七分服用。
长沙医者丁时发传肉豆蔻散 治疗小儿脾胃不和，憎寒壮热，腹痛呕吐，不纳乳食方。
白豆蔻、肉豆蔻、甘草（炙）、芎、陈皮（去皮）、枇杷叶（去毛炙。各一分）、黄、干木瓜、人参（各半两）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水五分，姜枣同煎三分，去渣服用。
长沙医者郑愈传治疗小儿吐逆方。
取旧船上的锻石，不计多少研为细末。每次小儿服用一字，先在浆水中滴一点油，调药灌下。大人服用半钱。
长沙医者郑愈传治疗吐逆藿香散方：
藿香、赤曲（各二钱）、半夏（一钱，姜汁制）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用半钱，用南木香汤送下，木瓜汤也可以。三服立止，其次用调中散（方在次）。
长沙医者郑愈传调中散方：
枳壳（二钱，煮遍）、陈皮、半夏、人参（各一钱）。
将上述药物研为细末，每次服用一钱。用水一盏，姜枣煎六分服用。
长沙医者郑愈传治疗吐方。
丁香、胡椒、半夏、干葛（各一钱）。
将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，生姜一片，水一平盏，煎至六分，去渣温服。根据儿童年龄大小增减。
长沙医者郑愈传治疗吐又方：
鸡舌香（二个）、母丁香（七个）、附子（炮去皮）、硫黄、水银、锡砂子（各二钱）。
将上述药物研为细末，用糯米粥制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。米饮化下一丸，不计时候。
Wang of Handong's *Jiabao* treats incessant vomiting in infants and young children. Qianghuo Paste Formula:
Qianghuo (Radix Notopterygii), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis) (each with rhizomes removed), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Baifuling (Poria), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae) (select those with silkworm-head shape), Rougui (Cortex Cinnamomi) (remove coarse bark, do not expose to fire), Quanxie (Scorpio) (stir-fried), Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) (each one tael), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (three qian, grind together with the aforementioned Hydrargyrum until green; only use when no mercury stars are visible).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, and form a paste using refined honey. For each dose, administer to an infant an amount the size of a black soybean, to a child of two or three years old the size of a longan pit, and to a child of five to seven years old the size of a longan fruit. Dissolve in Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction) before administration.
Qian Yi's Xiangyin Wan treats vomiting.
Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Gange (Radix Puerariae Lobatae) (each one tael), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (soaked in boiling water ten times, sliced, and dried), Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) (each half tael).
Grind these three ingredients into fine powder together. Grind the Hydrargyrum evenly with the herbs, and form pills the size of hemp seeds using Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice). Administer one to two pills up to five to seven pills per dose, taken with decocted Jin Yin Tang (Gold and Silver Decoction), at any time.
Zhang Huan's Yangzhong Tang nourishes the spleen and stomach, treating incessant vomiting.
Da Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) (cracked by frying, remove skin, tip, and navel, one piece), Chenxiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (one tael), Guanzi Gui (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (soaked in boiling water seven times, dried). Each of the latter four is half a tael.
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with one small cup of water, add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to one-fifth volume, strain, and allow to cool to warm temperature for frequent administration.
Zhang Huan's Xiangshen Tang eliminates cold phlegm, treating vomiting.
Huoxiangye (Herba Agastaches), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Boshang Dingxiangpi (Pericarpium Caryophylli), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Baifuling (Poria) (each one tael), Qingjuapi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride) (remove white pith), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (each half tael).
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with one small cup of water, add two slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to one-fifth volume, strain, and take warm.
Zhang Huan's Wan'an Dan treats prolonged vomiting due to stomach deficiency.
Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (washed in boiling water seven times, dried and powdered), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (powder), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (fried and powdered). Each is one fen. Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (half a tael, finely ground using water flotation method), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) (one piece, fried, skin and navel removed, separately ground into fine powder).
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly, and form pills the size of millet grains using Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice). Administer ten pills per dose with Mi Yin (Rice Drink).
Zhang Huan's Changyang San harmonizes the heart and stomach, treating vomiting.
Changpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) (one tael, select those with nine joints per inch), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Tanxiang (Lignum Santali Albae) (each half tael).
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into powder. Administer half a qian to one qian per dose, mixed with a little Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) and plain boiled water, allow to cool to warm temperature before administration. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.
Zhang Huan's Yunqi Tang widens the middle jiao and stops vomiting.
Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (three fen), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey), Qingyan (Halitum), Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) (processed with ginger juice, stir-fried until fragrant). Each of the latter six is half a tael.
Stir-fry the above ingredients over low heat until fragrant, then crush and sieve into fine powder. Administer half a qian to one qian per dose, taken with boiling water.
Zhang Huan's Wenge Tang regulates qi to treat retching.
Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Caodoukou (Semen Karystae) (remove shell), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (remove rhizome). Each is half a tael. Qingjuapi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride), Binglang (Semen Arecae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey). Each is one fen.
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into powder. Administer half a qian to one qian per dose, mixed with a little Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) and warm water.
Zhang Huan's Xiangpo San regulates cold and heat, treating vomiting.
Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis) (remove heart). Each is half a tael. Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) (remove coarse bark, coat with ginger juice, roast until fragrant), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (remove rhizome). Each is one tael.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with one small cup of water, add two slices of fresh ginger and one jujube, decoct together until reduced to one-fifth volume, strain, and take warm.
Zhang Huan's Baizhu Tang treats vomiting and nourishes fluids.
Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (one tael), Chenjuapi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (soaked in boiling water, remove white pith, dry), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (remove rhizome), Sangbaipipi (Cortex Morus Radicis) (chopped), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (soaked in boiling water seven times, dried). The latter four are each half a tael.
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with one small cup of water, add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to one-fifth volume, strain, and take warm.
Zhang Huan's Xiangge Tang treats extreme thirst after vomiting due to dryness and deficiency of fluids.
Huoxiangye (Herba Agastaches), Baifuling (Poria), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey). Each is half a tael. Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Gegen (Radix Puerariae Lobatae) (chopped), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (remove rhizome). Each is one tael.
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into powder. Add Mushe (Moschus) one qian, finely ground, and mix well. Administer half a qian to one qian per dose, mixed with Jiangtang (Ginger Decoction), allow to cool to warm temperature before taking. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.
Zhang Huan's Pipaye Tang treats vomiting with irritability and thirst.
Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae) (one tael, wipe off hairs, roast until slightly yellow), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (remove rhizome), Baifuling (Poria), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey). Each is half a tael.
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Administer half a qian per dose, taken with Zisu Tang (Perilla Decoction). Adjust dosage according to the child's age.
Zhang Huan's Unrecorded Huoxiang San treats pediatric spleen-stomach disharmony and vomiting.
Huoxiangye (Herba Agastaches) (half a tael), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Changpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) (nine joints per inch), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (processed with ginger juice). All in equal proportions.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with eight-tenths of a cup of water, add two slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to four-tenths volume, strain, and take.
Zhang Huan's Unrecorded Yinye Ruxiang Wan treats prolonged and unstable vomiting in children.
Hongya Daji (Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (two zhu, boiled in sour liquid until soft, sliced, dried, and weighed dry), Ruxiang (Resina Draconis), Guanzhong (Rhizoma Cyrtomii), Fenshuang (Sublimated Arsenic Trioxide). Each is one fen. Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Nifen (Calomelas). Each is one qian. Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) (sand-like, size of a soap pod).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder and mix evenly. Melt Huangla (Yellow Beeswax) and form pills the size of mung beans. One year old: two pills; two years old: three pills. Adjust the number of pills according to age and size below this. Take with water containing crushed large hemp seeds.
Zhang Huan's Unrecorded Zhenzhu Wan treats prolonged vomiting in children unresponsive to other medicines; this formula is miraculous.
Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) (sand-like), Qingfen (Calomelas). Each is one qian. Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (one fen), Hongya Daji (Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis) (one tael and a half, boiled in sour liquid), Ruxiang (Resina Draconis), Wulingzhi (Faeces Trogopterori) (powder). Each is half a tael.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Melt nine qian of Huangla (Yellow Beeswax), add the powder, stir evenly, and form pills the size of millet grains. Administer five pills per dose with Machixian Tang (Portulaca Decoction).
*Tongbao Baojian* treats children who vomit but do not have diarrhea, with abdominal pain. Yulu San Formula:
Burn Hanshui Shi (Aqua Calcitae) into powder. Administer half a qian per dose, mixed with Jiangshui (Ginger Water).
*Tongbao Baojian* treats vomiting in children. Renshen San Formula:
Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (powder, three fen), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (powder, one fen), Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches) (powder), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey). Each is half a tael.
Mix the above ingredients evenly. Administer one zi and a half qian per dose with Fanyin (Rice Beverage).
*Liangfang* treats vomiting in adults and children. Zipen Wan Formula:
Zhensha (Magnetitum) (soak in vinegar overnight, discard vinegar, stir-fry with remaining vinegar until the crucible turns red and smoke ceases, cool, grind finely, then burn in vinegar lump until red hot, cool, and grind extremely fine).
Form pills the size of paulownia seeds using wheat flour paste. Administer forty pills per dose with Zhou Yin (Porridge Drink). After taking, immediately drink about one cup of porridge to stop vomiting. If not stabilized, repeat the dose to ensure cessation.
Reduce the dose for children according to their size; this medicine is highly effective. However, vomiting has many causes; *Liangfang* contains several methods that have been repeatedly verified as effective and can be consulted.
*Liangfang* treats vomiting and retching in adults and children. Ruanhong Wan Formula:
Chensha (Cinnabaris), Xinbi (Arsenicum Rubrum). Each is slightly more than half a tael. Yanzhi (Cochineal) (one qian), Badou (Semen Crotonis) (seven kernels, extract oil cake).
Melt a small amount of wax, add three or two drops of oil, mix with the medicine to form a pill, wrap in oiled paper. Size like a mung bean for adults, like a mustard seed for children. Decoct Huaihua Gancao Tang (Sophora and Licorice Decoction) strongly, allow to cool to warm temperature, and take one pill. Avoid hot food for half an hour. This medicine stops vomiting with just one dose; I once gave one pill to a person. Accidentally, two people were ill, and I gave them each a pill; both recovered.
*Jiu Weisheng* Huoxiang San treats unstable vomiting in children with deficiency wind and wheezing urgency.
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii) (equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder together. Mix with Mi Yin (Rice Drink) and take one qian.
*Jiu Weisheng* Caojin San treats vomiting in children.
Lan Dazhizi (Fructus Gardeniae Jasminoidis) (three pieces), Caowutou (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii) (one piece).
Place the above ingredients in a small storage bottle, seal with mud, and burn until smoke ceases. Remove and grind finely. Administer one zi per dose, mixed with Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice).
*Jubao Fang* Xiangmao San treats vomiting of milk in children.
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Bai Maogen (Rhizoma Imperatae), Dingxiang Huaruiye (Flos Caryophylli stamen and leaf), Renshen (Radix Ginseng). Each is one fen.
Grind the above five ingredients into powder. Administer one qian per dose, decoct with one small cup of water until reduced to one-fifth volume, adjust and take.
*Jubao Fang* Baibingzi treats vomiting in children.
Bai Huashi (Talcum), Huang Ying Tiao (unknown herb, likely a local name), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (one piece, fried), Ha Fen (Concha Tridacnatis). Each is one qian except Ha Fen which is half a qian.
Grind the above four ingredients into fine powder, form pills the size of peas using thin flour paste, and shape into cakes. Administer three cakes per dose with Dingxiang Tang (Clove Decoction). For newborns, grind half a cake in the decoction and administer.
*Sanshiliu Zhong* treats vomiting of milk. Renshen San Formula:
Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (half a tael), Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli). Each is one fen.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Administer half a qian per dose with half a cup of water, add a little Ruxiang (Resina Draconis), decoct together until reduced to two-tenths volume, and take warm.
*Bao Tong Fang* treats regurgitation and vomiting with hollow sounds in the abdomen.
Tiantai Weyao (Radix Saraworniae), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae). Each is half a tael. Baijiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum) (one fen), Yangshi (Sheep feces from the sheep's stomach) (ten grains).
Stir-fry the above ingredients over moderate heat into powder, melt wax to form pills of size ○. Administer five to seven pills per dose with Red Wine.
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Xingpi San treats pediatric spleen-stomach stagnation, vomiting of food, all types of slow convulsions, and slow spleen wind; it greatly awakens the spleen. For critical cases with excessive sleepiness, or to stop vomiting and diarrhea, mix one zi to half a qian with rice beverage.
Da Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile) (one piece, weighing more than three qian).
Scald the above ingredient in hot water seven times, open the navel, insert a piece of Zhusha (Cinnabaris) the size of a soybean, wrap in wet thin paper. Dig a hole four cun deep and eight cun square, place the medicine upright in the hole, cover the ground with a yellow mud cake, seal the navel with mud, and burn two jin of charcoal on the ground. After the fire burns out and cools, retrieve, grind into powder, add a little Naoshe (Borneolum Syntheticum), and take one zi to half a qian with Jinyin Bohe Tang (Gold/Silver and Mint Decoction).
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Pediatric Vomiting Formula.
Bohe (Herba Menthae), Huixiang (Fructus Foeniculi) (stir-fried). Equal parts.
Mix half a qian with Erhe (two units of liquid measure) of Sheng Ou Zhi (Fresh Lotus Root Juice) and Erhe of Maimendong Yin (Ophiopogon Drink).
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Pediatric Regurgitation and Vomiting Formula.
Grind Liuhuang (Sulfur) finely, mix with Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) and sugar, take one large qian of Sulfur; vomiting stops immediately (also treats adults).
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Yigong San treats pediatric qi-stomach disharmony, organ diarrhea, loss of appetite for milk/food, or milk vomiting.
Huoxiangye (Herba Agastaches), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (stir-fried), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Baifuling (Poria), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (stir-fried), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Roudoukou (Semen Myristicae) (wrapped in flour, fried, remove flour). All equal parts. Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Administer a small half qian per dose, mixed with Zisu Fanyin (Perilla Rice Beverage).
*Liu Shi Jia Chuan* Pingwei Wan treats all types of uncontrollable vomiting in children and strengthens stomach qi when taken regularly.
Maqenzi (Fructus Carvi), Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) (remove silk), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli). Each is half a tael.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, form pills of size ○ using refined honey. Dissolve in Chenju Pi Tang (Aged Tangerine Peel Decoction) before taking.
*Zhuang Shi Jia Chuan* Xeshao Wan calms fright, resolves phlegm, dispels wind, stops cough, stabilizes vomiting, and removes all fright-related accumulations.
Xeshao (Tail of Scorpio) (stir-fried), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (washed in boiling water seven times), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (selected and stir-fried), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii) (fried). Each is one fen.
Grind the above ingredients into powder,煮面糊 (boil flour paste) with Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) to form pills the size of mung beans. Administer ten pills, increasing to fifteen pills, taken with Jiangtang (Ginger Decoction), at any time.
*Zhuang Shi Jia Chuan* Treats vomiting of milk.
Lianzixin (Plumula Nelumbinis) (seven pieces), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (three pieces), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (three cun).
Grind finely. Wrap in cotton, soak in breast milk, and let the child suckle.
*Zhuang Shi Jia Chuan* Another Formula:
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches) (half a tael), Heshouwu (Radix Polygoni Multiflori), Baibiandou (Semen Phaseoli Umbellati), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey), Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa). All equal parts.
Grind into fine powder. Take half a qian with one small cup of water, add Dan Zhuru (Turio Bambusae), decoct until reduced to seven-tenths volume, take cold, before bed on an empty stomach.
*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* Treats vomiting of milk in children.
Decoct equal parts of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) and Ju Pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) into soup, and have the nursing mother drink it.
*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* Xingpi San treats wind generated from stomach deficiency due to vomiting, where stomach qi is about to collapse.
Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile) (equal parts, each ground).
Grind into powder. Prepare fresh for each dose. Administer half a qian of each of the two ingredients, plus three to seven Dongguazi (Semen Benincasae), decoct with one and a half cups of water until reduced to the amount of two tea feet. Take orally, at any time, until stomach qi recovers. Adults may also take it, doubling the decoction amount, until effect is achieved.
*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* Treats incessant vomiting in children.
Use Xiang Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) as powder. Administer one zi per dose, mixed with Maogen Tang (Imperata Decoction); Dan Gancao Tang (Plain Licorice Decoction) is also acceptable.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Xiangge Banxia San treats phlegm-retention vomiting, chest and diaphragm fullness/stagnation, irritability/thirst, gastric confusion, high fever, and headache.
Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Gange (Radix Puerariae Lobatae), Yanxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Huashi (Talcum). Each is three fen. Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (half a tael), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey) (two fen).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder together. Administer one qian per dose with eight-tenths of a cup of water, add two slices of fresh ginger and a little Mugua (Fructus Chaenomelis), decoct together until reduced to four-tenths volume, strain, take warm, at any time.
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Yuhu Wan treats prolonged vomiting in children.
Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), Baimian (Tritici Vulgaris Farina). Each is one tael. Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile) (one large piece), Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) (half a tael).
Grind into powder, dissolve Liu Jiao (Willow Gum) in Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) to form pills the size of yellow millet. Administer ten to fifteen pills per dose, boil in Jiangshui (Sour Liquid) for four boils, take with the water used to boil the Jiangshui. If Jiangshui is unavailable, decoct three stems of willow branches, which is also excellent. Afterwards, take Taiyiiju Dingxiang San (see this section).
*Wang Shi Shou Ji* Dingxiang Gao treats vomiting and retching in adults and children.
Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches). Each is one fen. Liuhuang (Sulfur) (two fen), Shidi (Flos Diospygi) (ten pieces), Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae). Each is one qian. Chacha (Camellia Sinensis Preparata), Huaihua (Flos Sophorae). Each is half a tael.
First grind Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) and Liuhuang (Sulfur) evenly, add to the other powders, and form a paste with refined honey. Wrap in wax paper. Adult dose: size of an apricot kernel, taken with Sangye Tang (Mulberry Leaf Decoction); severe cases take three doses. Child dose: adjust according to size, size of a soap pod, dissolved in Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction).
*Zhao Shi Jia Chuan* Liuhuang Banxia Wan treats unstable vomiting in children with deficiency fatigue and wind generation.
Liuhuang (Sulfur) (one qian), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (half a tael, soaked and washed in boiling water seven times), Xeshao (Tail of Scorpio), Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii) (fried). Each is one fen.
Grind into fine powder, form pills the size of mung beans using flour paste. Take with Jiangmi Yin (Ginger-Rice Drink).
*Zhao Shi Jia Chuan* Buhuanjin San treats vomiting in children.
Pianzi Jianghuang (Rhizoma Curcumae Longae), Caolongdan (Radix Gentianae) (each one tael), Gange (Radix Puerariae Lobatae) (one tael and a half).
Grind into powder. For children under five years old, administer half a qian per dose. Wrap the medicine in thick cloth, tie securely with thread, place in half a cup of sweet water, and decoct over low heat until three-tenths volume remains. Take warm.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Treats vomiting of milk and abdominal distension.
Daizheshi (Haematitum), Shexiang (Moschus), Badou (Semen Crotonis). Each is one fen. Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum), Xingren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae). Each is half a tael.
Grind into fine powder, form pills the size of paulownia seeds using honey. Take with Mi Yin (Rice Drink). Three-day-old infant: one pill; hundred-day-old to one-year-old: two pills.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Treats vomiting of milk.
Mu Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli) (three to seven grains), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) (seven straight ones, clean wash to remove powder, stir-fry).
Roast until dry and grind into powder. Administer one zi per dose, mixed with Zao Tang (Jujube Decoction).
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Doukou San treats vomiting of milk.
Roudoukou (Semen Myristicae) (wrapped in flour, fried until red and cooked, remove flour and powder), Caoguozhi (Fructus Tsaoko) (fried, remove shell). Each is one piece. Suosha (Fructus Amomi Rotundus) (remove shell), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey), Rougui (Cortex Cinnamomi) (do not expose to fire). Each is one qian. Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (half a qian, remove white pith).
Grind into powder. Administer half a qian per dose, mixed with aged rice beverage.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Yulu San treats vomiting of milk in children with red face and irritability.
Buhui Mu (unknown mineral), Huashi (Talcum).
Grind into fine powder. Administer half a qian or one zi per dose, mixed with raw oil and water.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* Treats regurgitation and vomiting.
Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Sha (unknown salt/mineral), Pengsha (Borax). Each is half a qian. Badou (Semen Crotonis) (seven kernels, remove oil), Baiziren (Semen Platycladi) (seventy kernels).
Grind into powder, soak in sour vinegar, form paste with steamed bread dough, wrap in oiled paper into pills of size ○. Take one pill with Mi Yin (Rice Drink); for regular use, take with Jiangtang (Ginger Decoction).
*Zhu Shi Jia Chuan* Treats vomiting during weaning in children.
Doukou (Fructus Cardamomi), Mu Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Xuanlian (Radix Scutellariae Barbatae). Each is one tael.
Make into powder. Take half a qian on an empty stomach with Mi Yin (Rice Drink).
Li Gangzhong, a physician from Changsha, treats pediatric vomiting.
Chuan Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (wash, chop), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey). Each is one fen. Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi) (remove coarse bark, do not expose to fire), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii) (soak in boiling water, remove pulp, slice, stir-fry with bran until yellow), Bei Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis) (select clean). Each is half a tael.
Process the above five ingredients together, grind into fine powder. Administer one qian per dose with seven-tenths cup of water, decoct until half a cup, take warm. Adults may add three qian of powder, one cup of water, decoct until seven-tenths volume, and take.
Ding Shifa, a physician from Changsha, passes down Roudoukou San treating pediatric spleen-stomach disharmony, aversion to cold with high fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, and inability to take milk/food.
Baidoukou (Fructus Cardamomi), Roudoukou (Semen Myristicae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (stir-fried with honey), Xiong (Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (remove peel), Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae) (remove hairs, roast). Each is one fen. Huang (Radix Astragali) (stir-fried with honey), Gan Mugua (Fructus Chaenomelis), Renshen (Radix Ginseng). Each is half a tael.
Grind into powder. Administer one qian per dose with five-tenths cup of water, decoct with ginger and jujube until three-tenths volume, strain, and take.

Take Duanshi (Ferrum Oxidatum Rubrum) from old boats, grind into powder regardless of quantity. Infant dose: one zi. First drop one drop of oil into Jiangshui (Sour Liquid), mix medicine, and administer. Adult dose: half a qian.

Huoxiang (Herba Agastaches), Chiqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata Rubra). Each is two qian. Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (one qian, processed with ginger juice).
Grind into powder. Administer half a qian per dose with Nanmuxiang Tang (Aquilaria Decoction); Mugua Tang (Chaenomelis Decoction) is also acceptable. Stops immediately after three doses. Next, use Tiaozhong San (formula follows).
