《巢氏病源》小儿蛲虫候∶蛲虫者，九虫之内一虫也。形甚细小，如今之 虫状。亦因腑脏虚弱而致发，甚
者则成痔屡 疥也。
《圣惠》治小儿蛲虫方。
上用炼了腊月猪脂，每日空心取如皂荚子大，服之甚良。

上以槐实末，每用少许，内下部中。

蒸大枣（二枚，取肉） 水银（半分）
上件药都研，令水银星尽，捻为挺子，长一寸，以绵裹，宿内下部中，明旦虫出为效。

胡粉 雄黄（各一分）
上件药都研令细，每用少许，敷于下部中。
《圣惠》又方
上用杏仁一两，汤浸，去皮尖、双仁，麸炒微黄，研如膏，以绵裹，枣核大，内下部中。甚者不过三度瘥。
《圣惠》又方
槐根白皮（锉） 桃仁（汤浸去皮、双仁，生研） 苦楝子（各一两）
上件药捣，罗为末，以猪膏和丸如枣核大，内下部中。更以葱白两茎，去须，水煮浓汁，温饮半合。
《圣惠》治蛲虫芫花散方
巴豆（一枚，去皮膜，研，压出油） 桃仁（四枚，汤浸，去皮尖、双仁，生用）
上件药都研令烂，丸如绿豆大。大人平旦以温浆水下二丸，小儿服一丸。若不下，再服之。
《婴孺》治小儿蛲虫状如 虫，令人下部中痒方。
上用 竹一把，以水三升煮熟，去滓，温先食。小儿服五合，立下。宿食不消，服亦佳。
《婴孺》治小儿蛲虫方。
茱萸根（拣南行者大拇指大，刮去黑皮，用白皮） 桃白皮（三两）
上以酒浸一宿，绞去滓。先食，顿服尽。不能顿服，为二服。一方，桃根白皮四两。
张涣胡粉丹方 治小儿蛲虫发动，甚者成痔 、 疥。
青州大枣（五十个，蒸熟取肉） 水银（二味同研匀细，次用） 雄黄（各半两。水磨、飞、研） 胡粉（一两）
上件与水银一处拌匀，用枣肉和丸黍米大。每服十粒，用苦楝根煎汤下。量儿大小加减。

《圣惠方》治疗小儿蛲虫侵蚀肛门部位的胡粉散方
胡粉 雄黄（各一分）
以上药物一起研磨至极细，每次取少许，敷于肛门内。
《圣惠方》又一个方子
以上药，用杏仁一两，热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，麸炒至微黄，研磨如膏状，用棉布包裹，如枣核大小，纳入肛门内。严重的不过三次即可痊愈。
《圣惠方》又一个方子
槐根白皮（锉碎） 桃仁（热水浸泡去皮、双仁，生研） 苦楝子（各一两）
以上药物捣碎，过筛为末，用猪油调和制成如枣核大的丸剂，纳入肛门内。再用葱白两根，去须，用水煮成浓汁，温服半合。
《圣惠方》治疗蛲虫的芫花散方
巴豆（一枚，去皮膜，研磨，压榨出油） 桃仁（四枚，热水浸泡，去皮尖、双仁，生用）
以上药物一起研磨至烂，制成如绿豆大的丸剂。成人清晨用温浆水送服两丸，小儿服一丸。如果未排出，再服用。
《婴孺方》治疗小儿蛲虫形状像蠧虫，使人肛门瘙痒的方子。
以上药，用竹一把，用水三升煮熟，去渣，饭前温服。小儿服五合，立即见效。宿食不消，服用也很好。

茱萸根（挑选南方生长的，大拇指粗细，刮去黑皮，用白皮） 桃白皮（三两）
以上用酒浸泡一夜，绞去渣滓。饭前，一次性服完。不能一次服完，分两次服。另一方法，桃根白皮四两。
张涣胡粉丹方 治疗小儿蛲虫发作，严重的形成痔疮、瘘管、疥疮。

Their shape is extremely small, resembling modern booklice. They also arise due to weakness of the fu and zang organs; in severe cases, they may lead to hemorrhoids, fistulas, or scabies.
*Sheng Hui Fang* (Prescriptions from the Holy Benefit Bureau) for treating pediatric pinworms.
Take refined lard from the twelfth lunar month, about the size of a soap pod, on an empty stomach daily. This is very effective.
Another prescription from *Sheng Hui Fang*:
Use powder of Sophora fruit (*Huai Shi*). Take a small amount each time and insert it into the anus.
Another prescription from *Sheng Hui Fang*:
Use powder of Chinaberry fruit (*Kulian Zi*). Take a small amount each time and insert it into the anus.
*Dazao Gao* (Jujube Paste) from *Sheng Hui Fang* for treating pediatric pinworms with anal itching:
Steamed Jujubes (*Da Zao*) (two fruits, take the flesh); Mercury (*Shui Yin*) (half fen).
Grind all ingredients together until the mercury stars completely disappear. Shape into suppositories one cun long. Wrap in cotton, insert into the anus at night, and remove in the morning when worms are expelled as a sign of efficacy.
*Hufen San* (Lead Carbonate Powder) from *Sheng Hui Fang* for treating pediatric pinworms eroding the anal region:
Lead Carbonate (*Hu Fen*); Realgar (*Xiong Huang*) (each one fen).
Grind all ingredients finely. Apply a small amount to the anal region each time.
Another prescription from *Sheng Hui Fang*:
Take one liang of Apricot Kernels (*Xing Ren*), soak in hot water, remove skin and tips, discard double-kernel kernels, stir-fry with bran until slightly yellow, then grind into a paste. Wrap in cotton to the size of a jujube pit, insert into the anus. Severe cases will heal within three applications.
Another prescription from *Sheng Hui Fang*:
White bark of Locust Tree roots (*Huai Gen Bai Pi*) (chopped); Peach Kernels (*Tao Ren*) (soaked in hot water, skin removed, double-kernel kernels discarded, ground raw); Chinaberry seeds (*Kulian Zi*) (each one liang).
Pound all ingredients, sieve into powder, and mix with pig fat to form pills the size of a jujube pit. Insert into the anus. Additionally, boil two stalks of green onion whites (removing roots) in water to make a concentrated decoction. Drink half he of this warm liquid.
*Yuan Hua San* (Genkwa Powder) from *Sheng Hui Fang* for treating pinworms:
Croton Seeds (*Ba Dou*) (one seed, remove skin and membrane, grind, press out oil); Peach Kernels (*Tao Ren*) (four seeds, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed, double-kernel kernels discarded, used raw).
Grind all ingredients thoroughly until pasty. Form pills the size of mung beans. Adults take two pills in the morning with warm rice wash water; children take one pill. If no effect, administer again.
A prescription from *Ying Ru Fang* for treating pediatric pinworms resembling booklice, causing anal itching:
Take one bundle of bamboo shoots, boil in three sheng of water until cooked. Remove dregs. Warm and drink before meals. Children take five he. It acts immediately. It is also beneficial for indigestion.
A prescription from *Ying Ru Fang* for treating pediatric pinworms:
Root bark of Cornelian Cherry (*Zhuyu Gen*) (select southern varieties, thumb-sized, scrape off black skin, use white bark); White bark of Peach tree (*Tao Bai Pi*) (three liang).
Soak in wine overnight, squeeze out dregs. Take all at once before meals. If unable to take all at once, divide into two doses. Another method uses four liang of peach root white bark.
*Hufen Dan* (Lead Carbonate Pill) by Zhang Huan for treating pediatric pinworm outbreaks, which in severe cases cause hemorrhoids, fistulas, and scabies:
Qingzhou Jujubes (*Qingzhou Da Zao*) (fifty fruits, steamed and flesh taken); Mercury (*Shui Yin*) (these two are ground uniformly fine first, then used); Realgar (*Xiong Huang*) (half liang each; ground with water, levigated, and powdered); Lead Carbonate (*Hu Fen*) (one liang).
Mix all ingredients with mercury evenly. Use jujube flesh to form pills the size of millet grains. Take ten pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of Chinaberry roots. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
