辰砂散 预解时行痘毒。

三豆汤 预解痘毒，不损元气。

上以三豆淘净，甘草切碎，入雪水八升，若无雪水以长流水代之，同煮豆熟为度，去甘草，将豆晒干，又入
原汤内，再浸再晒，汁尽为度。逐日取豆与儿食之，最解痘毒。
代天宣化丸 即五瘟丹。预解时行疫疠，传染相似，并治痘毒。

通幽汤 治痘疹大便秘结，宜润肠凉血降火。

生姜一片为引，水煎，热服。
连翘升麻葛根汤 治痘毒不能尽发，宜升托之。

桂枝葛根汤 治痘疹初起，伤风咳嗽自汗。

正气散 治痘疹初起，因伤于寒，作热无汗，头身痛，肢强。

人参白虎汤 治痘疹初起，夏月伤暑，大热烦躁作渴。

胃苓汤 治痘疹初起，伤湿泄泻身重。
漂苍术 广陈皮 紫浓朴 漂白术 白云苓 结猪苓 宣泽泻 嫩桂枝 炙甘草

四君子汤 治痘疹脾虚食少，更多泄泻。

四物汤 治痘疹能食，大便秘，疮红肿。

生姜一片引，水煎，热服。

八正散：治疗痘疹期间小便短少涩痛，适宜清心火，利膀胱。

正气散：治疗痘疹初起，因受寒引起发热无汗，头身疼痛，肢体僵硬。

人参白虎汤：治疗痘疹初起，夏季伤暑，出现高热、烦躁、口渴。

胃苓汤：治疗痘疹初起，因湿邪导致的泄泻、身体沉重。

四君子汤：治疗痘疹脾虚导致食欲减退，更多伴有泄泻。

Chensha San (Cinnabar Powder): Used to preemptively resolve the toxic heat of epidemic smallpox.
Jingmian Sha (Mirror Sand, processed by water flotation) [1 qian], Gan Sigua (Dried Luffa Fruit, specifically the three cun near the stem, with skin and seeds, charred to retain efficacy) [processed].
Grind into powder, mix with honey water, divide into three doses for administration.
Sandou Tang (Three Beans Decoction): Used to preemptively resolve smallpox toxin without damaging primordial Qi.
Hong Fandou (Red Rice Bean) [1 sheng], Hei Da Dou (Black Soybean) [1 sheng], Xian Lü Dou (Fresh Mung Bean) [1 sheng], Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) [3 liang].
Wash the three beans thoroughly, chop the licorice root, add to 8 sheng of snow water (if unavailable, use flowing river water), boil together until the beans are cooked. Remove the licorice root, dry the beans in the sun, then soak them again in the original decoction, repeating the drying process until the liquid is fully absorbed. Feed these beans to the child daily; this is most effective in resolving smallpox toxin.
Daitian Xuanhua Wan (Pills that Enact Heaven's Will): Also known as Wuwen Dan. Used to preemptively resolve epidemic pestilence (infectious diseases with similar transmission patterns) and treat smallpox toxin.
Ren Zhong Huang (Human Waste Yellow) [Earth element, Sovereign herb in Jia-Ji years], Pian Huang Qin (Sliced Scutellaria Root) [Metal element, Sovereign herb in Yi-Geng years], Chuan Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark from Sichuan) [Water element, Sovereign herb in Bing-Xin years], Hei Zhi Ren (Black Gardenia Seed) [Wood element, Sovereign herb in Ding-Ren years], Ya Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) [Fire element, Sovereign herb in Wu-Gui years], Xian Ku Shen (Fresh Sophora Root) [Assistant herb], Jingjie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike) [Assistant herb], Bei Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root) [Assistant herb], Jing Lian Qiao (Forsythia Fruit) [Assistant herb], Shan Dou Gen (Sophora Tonkinensis Root) [Assistant herb], Niu Bang Zi (Arctium Fruit) [Assistant herb], Jia Su Ye (Perilla Leaf) [Assistant herb].
Among the first five herbs, the one corresponding to the year's elemental association serves as the Sovereign herb, while the other four serve as Minister herbs. The dosage of the Sovereign herb is double that of others; the Minister herbs are halved; the Assistant herbs are three-quarters of the Minister dosage. Prepare into powder on the Winter Solstice. Use snow water to decoct Sheng Ma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), add Zhu Li (Bamboo Sap), and bind with Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven) paste to form pills the size of a longan seed. Coat with Chen Sha (Cinnabar) and Ming Xiong Huang (Realgar). Take one pill per dose, washed down with Zhuye (Bamboo Leaf) decoction. Method for preparing Ren Zhong Huang: Take large Gan Cao (Licorice Root) in any quantity, place inside fresh bamboo tubes, seal tightly, immerse in a manure pit for forty-nine days (7x7), remove, dry in the sun, and store for use.
Bazheng San (Eight Upright Decoction): Treats scanty and painful urination during smallpox/rash; suitable for clearing Heart Fire and promoting Bladder diuresis.

Add ten stems of Deng Xin Cao (Juncus Medulla), decoct in water, take hot.
Tongyou Tang (Decoction for Unblocking the Dark): Treats constipation during smallpox/rash; suitable for moistening intestines, cooling blood, and reducing fire.
Zi Cao Rong (Arnebia Root) [equal parts], Dang Gui Wei (Angelica Sinensis Tail) [equal parts], Huai Sheng Di (Rehmannia Root) [equal parts], Huo Ma Ren (Hemp Seed) [equal parts], Chen Zhi Ke (Aurantium Peel) [equal parts], Jiu Da Huang (Rhubarb Root treated with wine) [equal parts], Jian Bing Lang (Areca Seed) [equal parts], Xian Hong Hua (Carthamus Flower) [equal parts], Tao Ren Ni (Peach Kernel Paste) [equal parts].

Lianqiao Shengma Gegen Tang (Decoction of Forsythia, Cimicifuga, and Kudzu): Treats incomplete eruption of smallpox toxin; suitable for lifting and expelling toxins.

Use a pinch of Mai Ya (Sprouted Barley) as a guiding herb, decoct in water, take on an empty stomach.
Shenling Baizhu San (Powder of Ginseng, Poria, and Atractylodes Macrocephala): Treats spleen and stomach deficiency during smallpox/rash, leading to loss of appetite.

Guizhi Gegen Tang (Decoction of Cinnamon Twig and Kudzu): Treats early-stage smallpox/rash complicated by wind-cold invasion, cough, and spontaneous sweating.

Zhengqi San (Upright Qi Decoction): Treats early-stage smallpox/rash caused by cold invasion, resulting in fever without sweat, headache and body pain, and limb stiffness.
