上同研匀每用三钱水三碗桃枝一握并叶同煎至十沸温热浴之勿浴背
地黄汤
生地黄 赤芍药 天花粉 赤茯苓（去皮） 川芎 当归（去芦） 猪苓 泽泻 甘草 茵
上锉散用水煎食前服
地黄饮子 治小儿生下满身面目皆黄状如金色或面赤身热眼闭不开大便不通小便如栀子汁满身生疮

上为极细末用灯心煎汤食前服乳母宜服
犀角散 治小儿胎黄一身尽黄

太乙散 治芽儿胎惊

参蝎散 治小儿胎惊定心神

上为末炼蜜丸桐子大每服一丸金银汤下
褚乳膏 治小儿诸惊胎痫
全蝎（一个焙） 琥珀 朱砂（少许）
上为末每服一字麦门冬煎汤调下
独活汤 治胎惊发散风邪
羌活 独活（各一分） 槟榔 天麻 麻黄（去节） 甘草（各半分）
上锉散每服半钱煎服于内加南星末蜜调下可贴囟用
朱银丸 治小儿胎风壮热痰盛翻眼口禁取下胎中蕴受之毒亦治惊积但量与之

浴体法
天麻（研成细末一钱） 蝎梢（去除毒性） 朱砂（半钱） 白矾 青黛（各二钱） 麝香（一字） 乌蛇肉（三钱，用酒浸泡后焙干研成细末）
以上药物共同研磨均匀，每次取三钱，加水三碗、一把桃枝及其叶片，一同煎煮至沸腾十次，待药液温热时给婴儿洗浴，注意不要洗浴背部。
地黄汤
生地黄 赤芍药 天花粉 赤茯苓（去皮） 川芎 当归（去芦头） 猪苓 泽泻 甘草 茵陈
以上药物切碎成散剂，用水煎煮，在进食前服用。
地黄饮子 主治小儿出生后全身及面目皆发黄，颜色如金色，或者面色红赤、身体发热、眼睛闭合不开、大便不通畅、小便颜色像栀子汁一样、全身生出疮疡。

以上药物研磨成极细的粉末，用灯心草煎汤，在进食前服用，乳母也适宜服用。
犀角散 主治小儿胎黄，全身尽皆发黄。
犀角 茵陈 栝蒌根 升麻（煨制） 甘草 龙胆草 生地黄 寒水石（三分）
以上药物捣碎，用水煎煮，不拘泥于特定时间服用。
太乙散 主治婴儿胎惊。

以上药物研成粉末，每次服用半钱，用乳汁化开送服。
参蝎散 主治小儿胎惊，安定心神。
天浆子 天竺黄 人参 朱砂 全蝎 天麻 蝉蜕（等分） 麝香（少许）
以上药物研成粉末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，用金银煎汤送服。
褚乳膏 主治小儿各种惊风及胎痫。
全蝎（一个，焙干） 琥珀 朱砂（少许）
以上药物研成粉末，每次服用一字，用麦门冬煎汤调匀送服。
独活汤 主治胎惊，发散风邪。
羌活 独活（各一分） 槟榔 天麻 麻黄（去节） 甘草（各半分）
以上药物切碎成散剂，每次服用半钱，煎煮后服用；也可在南星粉末中加入蜂蜜调匀，贴敷于囟门处使用。
朱银丸 主治小儿胎风引起的壮热、痰盛、翻眼、口禁，取下胎儿时期蕴受的毒气，也治疗惊积，但需酌情减量给予。
水银（一钱，蒸枣后研如泥状） 白附子（一钱半） 蝎（一钱） 南星（一两） 朱砂（一钱） 天浆子 芦荟（各半两） 牛黄（各半两） 铅霜（半钱，和水研细） 脑（一字） 麝香（少许） 直僵蚕（炒制）
以上药物研成粉末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，用薄荷汤化开送服。
Bathing Method
Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) (one qian, powdered) Scorpio (Xieshao) (de-toxicated) Cinnabar (Zhusha) (half qian) Alum (Baifan) Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) (each two qian) Moschus (Shexiang) (one zi) Natrix Natrix (Wushe Rou) (three qian, soaked in wine, baked and powdered)
Grind the above ingredients uniformly. For each use, take three qian, add three bowls of water, a handful of Peach Twig (Taozhi) with leaves, and decoct until boiling ten times. Bathe the infant when the liquid is warm, avoiding bathing the back.
Rehmanniae Radix Decoction (Dihuang Tang)
Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang) Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao) Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen) Poria Cocos (Chifuling) (peeled) Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (radicle removed) Polyporus (Zuling) Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) Artemisiae Scopariae Herba (Yinchen)
Cut the above ingredients into pieces to make a powder. Decoct in water and administer before meals.
Rehmanniae Infusion (Dihuang Yinzi)
Indications: Jaundice in newborns where the whole body and face are yellow like gold, or with red face, fever, closed eyes, constipation, urine resembling Gardenia juice, and sores all over the body.
Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang) Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao) (each two qian) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) (radicle removed) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (radicle removed) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (one qian)
Pulverize into an extremely fine powder. Decoct with Junci Medulla (Dengxincao) and administer before meals. The nursing mother should also take this.
Rhinocerotis Cornu Powder (Xijiao San)
Indications: Neonatal jaundice with the entire body turning yellow.
Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao) Artemisiae Scopariae Herba (Yinchen) Trichosanthis Radix (Gualougen) Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) (roasted) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) Gentianae Radix (Longdancao) Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang) Metallis Halloysitum (Hanshuishi) (three fen)
Coarsely crush the above ingredients and decoct in water. Take at any time without restriction.
Taiyi Powder
Indications: Neonatal fright (Taijing).
Calamistratus (Tianjiangzi) (shelled, lightly stir-fried) Arisaemae Rhizoma (Nanxing) Bryoniae Radix (Baifuzi) (each lightly roasted) Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) Poria Cocos (Fuling) (each two qian) Scorpio (Quanxie) Cinnabar (Zhusha) (each one qian) Moschus (Shexiang) (a small amount)
Powder the above ingredients. Take half a qian per dose, dissolved in breast milk.
Shexi Powder (Shenxie San)
Indications: Neonatal fright, calming the spirit.
Calamistratus (Tianjiangzi) Coicis Semen (Tianzhuhuang) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) Cinnabar (Zhusha) Scorpio (Quanxie) Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui) (equal parts) Moschus (Shexiang) (a small amount)
Powder the above ingredients. Prepare honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take one pill per dose, washed down with Silver Decoction.
Churu Ointment
Indications: Various types of fright and neonatal epilepsy in infants.
Scorpio (Quanxie) (one piece, baked) Succinum (Hupo) Cinnabar (Zhusha) (a small amount)
Powder the above ingredients. Take one zi per dose, mixed with Ophiopogonis Radix (Mendong) decoction.
Du Huo Decoction
Indications: Neonatal fright, dispersing wind pathogenic factors.
Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo) (each one fen) Arecae Semen (Binglang) Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (nodes removed) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (each half fen)
Cut into pieces for powder. Take half a qian per dose, decoct and drink. Alternatively, mix Nanxing powder with honey and apply to the fontanelle.
Zhu Yin Pills
Indications: High fever, excessive phlegm, eye rolling, and trismus caused by fetal wind; expels toxins accumulated during gestation; also treats fright accumulation, but dosage should be adjusted accordingly.

Powder the above ingredients. Prepare honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Dissolve in Mint Decoction before administration.
