巢氏云∶小儿痢如膏血者，此是赤痢，肠虚极，肠间脂与血俱下故也。《圣惠》夫小儿血痢者，由热毒折
于血，血入大肠故也，血随气循环经络，通行脏腑，常无停滞，若为毒热所乘，遇肠虚，血渗入于肠，则成
血痢也。《宝鉴》小儿肠热，即痢下鲜血，一如肠风。《外台·广济》疗小儿热毒血痢方。

上四味，切。以水三升，煮取二升，去滓，量大小服之。

马齿菜汁（一合） 蜜（半合） 粟米（一合）
上，以水一大盏煮作粥，后入二味和调，食前服之。
〔张涣〕水蓼丹 治血痢疳瘦。
蛇蜕皮（烧灰） 鸡头壳（烧灰存性。各一两） 胡黄连 水蓼（各半两。以上各捣罗为细末，次用） 朱
砂（半两） 真芦荟 牛黄 粉霜（各细研，一分）
上件都拌匀，再研细，软饭和，如黍米大。每服五粒至七粒，麝香汤下。量儿大小加减，不拘时候。
〔张涣〕治热乘于血，渗入肠胃，其病则赤。黄连丹方
黄连（去须，二两） 当归（洗，焙干，一两） 白头翁 蔓青根（汤洗，焙干。各三分） 木香 川楝子

上件捣，罗为细末，粳米饭和丸，黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下。量儿大小加减。
〔张涣〕茜根汤 治血痢不瘥。

上件药捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水八分，煎至五分，去滓放温服。
〔张涣〕浓肠丹 治血痢肠虚。

上件捣，罗为细末。粟米饭和丸，黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下。乳食前，量儿大小加减。
〔张涣〕圣效散 治血痢久不瘥。
赤石脂（烧赤） 白龙骨 阿胶（炙。各一两） 诃梨勒皮 木香 干姜（炮） 黄连 甘草（炙。各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服半钱，煎粟米饮调下，食前。
〔张涣〕必效丹 治血痢频并。
川黄连（去须，二两） 大枣（半升） 干姜（一两） 白矾（半两）
上件，用瓦器盛，盐泥固济，留一窍子，以木炭火烧，烟息为度，取出，捣罗为末，白面糊和丸，黍米
大。每服十粒，米饮下。量儿大小加减。
〔钱乙〕附方 治小儿热痢下血。
黄柏（去皮，半两） 赤芍药（四钱）
上同为细末，饭和丸，麻子大。每服一二十粒，食前米饮送下。大者，加丸数。
《吉氏家传》治小儿血痢方
上用宣连为末，以鸡子搜作饼子，炭火 令通赤，便盖着勿令泄气，候冷，细研。空心米饮下半钱，大
人一钱。以意加减服。
又方
上，只用熟水调下好郁金末半钱。
《吉氏家传》地榆散 治小儿血痢，日久不瘥。
地榆（一分，炒） 诃子（五个，炮、去皮） 陈槐 黄连（各一钱，炒）
上为细末。每服半钱或一钱，陈米饮下。
巢元方说：小儿痢疾排出像膏血一样的东西，这是赤痢，因为肠道极度虚弱，肠间的脂膜和血液一起下泄的缘故。《太平圣惠方》说：小儿血痢，是由于热毒郁结于血分，血液进入大肠所致。血液随着气在经络中循环，通行于脏腑，通常不会停滞；如果被毒热所侵袭，遇到肠道虚弱，血液渗入肠道，就形成了血痢。《幼幼新书》说：小儿肠道有热，就会拉出鲜血，就像肠风病一样。《外台秘要·广济方》治疗小儿热毒血痢的方剂。

以上七味药，切碎。用水二升，煮取一升，分次服用。根据年龄大小调整剂量，每次一合至二合为限度。
〔陈藏器〕治疗小儿寒热、丹毒、中恶、注忤及痢血的方子
以上药物，都煮草犀根的汁液给患儿服用。效果更好，生长在水中的叫水犀。
《食医心鉴》治疗小儿血痢的方子
以上药物，取新鲜马齿苋绞取汁液一合，加入蜂蜜一匙匕，空腹饮用。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿血痢伴有烦热、口干、腹痛的黄连散
黄连（去掉须，微炒） 犀角（锉成屑） 白荷根 黄芩 蔓青根 吴蓝（各一两） 白头翁（三分） 甘草（炙至微红，锉碎） 当归（锉碎，微炒。各半两）
以上药材捣碎，粗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，滤去药渣，不限时候，根据患儿年龄大小，酌情减量服用。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿血痢不愈的马齿菜汁粥方
马齿菜汁（一合） 蜜（半合） 粟米（一合）
以上药物，用水一大盏煮成粥，然后加入前两种调料调和，饭前服用。
〔张涣〕水蓼丹 治疗血痢兼疳积消瘦。
蛇蜕皮（烧成灰） 鸡头壳（烧成灰存性。各一两） 胡黄连 水蓼（各半两。以上各捣罗成细末，备用） 朱砂（半两） 真芦荟 牛黄 粉霜（各细研，一分）
以上药物混合均匀，再次研磨细，用软米饭调和，做成如黍米大小的丸药。每次服用五粒至七粒，用麝香汤送服。根据患儿年龄大小加减用量，不限时候。
〔张涣〕治疗热邪侵入血分，渗入肠胃，病症表现为红色的黄连丹方
黄连（去掉须，二两） 当归（洗净，焙干，一两） 白头翁 蔓青根（水洗，焙干。各三分） 木香 川楝子（用面粉包裹，炮制。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末，用粳米饭调和做成丸药，如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，用米饮送服。根据患儿年龄大小加减用量。
〔张涣〕茜根汤 治疗血痢久治不愈。
茜根（锉碎） 地榆（锉碎） 黄连（去掉须） 赤石脂 阿胶（炙熟。各一两） 甘草（炙） 黄柏（各半两）
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分，煎至五分，滤去药渣，放温后服用。
〔张涣〕浓肠丹 治疗血痢伴肠道虚弱。
黄连（去掉须） 川楝子（各一两） 木香 阿胶（炙） 吴茱萸（微炒） 当归（洗净，焙干。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末。用粟米饭调和做成丸药，如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，用米饮送服。在吃奶吃饭之前，根据患儿年龄大小加减用量。
〔张涣〕圣效散 治疗血痢日久不愈。
赤石脂（烧至通红） 白龙骨 阿胶（炙。各一两） 诃梨勒皮 木香 干姜（炮制） 黄连 甘草（炙。各半两）
以上药物捣碎，筛成细末。每次服用半钱，用煎好的粟米饮调服，饭前服用。
〔张涣〕必效丹 治疗血痢频繁发作。
川黄连（去掉须，二两） 大枣（半升） 干姜（一两） 白矾（半两）
以上药物，用瓦器盛装，用盐泥密封固定，留一个小孔，用木炭火烧，直到烟冒尽为止，取出，捣罗成粉末，用白面糊调和做成丸药，如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，用米饮送服。根据患儿年龄大小加减用量。
〔钱乙〕附方 治疗小儿热痢下血。
黄柏（去皮，半两） 赤芍药（四钱）
以上药物共同研成细末，用饭调和做成丸药，如麻子大小。每次服用一二十粒，饭前用米饮送下。年龄大的患儿，增加丸药数量。
《吉氏家传》治疗小儿血痢的方子
以上药物，只用宣黄连研成粉末，用鸡蛋清调和做成饼子，用炭火烤至通红，立即盖上不要让它漏气，等冷却后，细细研磨。空腹时米饮送下半钱，成人一钱。根据实际情况加减服用。
《吉氏家传》地榆散 治疗小儿血痢，日久不愈。
地榆（一分，炒） 诃子（五个，炮制、去皮） 陈槐 黄连（各一钱，炒）
以上药物研成细末。每次服用半钱或一钱，用陈米饮送服。
Chao Yuanfang stated: When a child suffers from dysentery and passes stool resembling paste and blood, this is termed "red dysentery" (Chi Li). It occurs because the intestines are extremely deficient, causing the intestinal mucosa and blood to be discharged together. *Taiping Shenghui Fang* states: A child's bloody dysentery arises from heat-toxins stagnating in the blood level, with blood entering the large intestine. Blood normally circulates through the meridians along with Qi and flows through the zang-fu organs without stagnation. However, if invaded by toxic-heat and encountering intestinal deficiency, blood seeps into the intestines, resulting in bloody dysentery. *Youyou Xinshu* states: If a child's intestines have heat, they will pass bright red blood, similar to "Intestinal Wind" (Chang Feng). *Waitai Miyao · Guangji Fang* provides a formula for treating toxic-heat bloody dysentery in children.

Cut the above four ingredients. Boil in three sheng of water until reduced to two sheng. Strain the dregs and administer according to the child's age and size.

Gardenia Fruit (Zhi Zi) [wrapped in cotton, 7 pieces]

Cut the above four ingredients. Boil in two sheng of water until reduced to nine he. Strain the dregs and divide into doses for administration.

[Chen Cangqi] Prescription for treating cold-heat, erysipelas, evil invasion, fright-stroke, and bloody dysentery in children.
Boil the juice of Caoxi Gen (Grass Rhinoceros Root) and administer it. This is more effective; those growing in water are called "Water Rhinoceros."
*Shiyi Xinjian* provides a prescription for treating bloody dysentery in children.
Take fresh Purslane (Ma Chi Xian), squeeze out one he of juice, mix with one spoonful of honey, and drink on an empty stomach.

Place the above ingredients in a clay vessel, seal tightly with salt mud, leaving one small hole. Burn with charcoal until smoke ceases. Remove, pound into powder, blend with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose, washed down with rice drink. Adjust dosage according to age.
[Qian Yi] Supplementary Formula for treating hot dysentery with bleeding in children.
Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bo) [peeled, half liang]
Red Peony Root (Chi Shao Yao) [4 qian]
Pound together into fine powder. Blend with rice to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take ten to twenty pills per dose, washed down with rice drink before meals. For older children, increase the number of pills.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* provides a prescription for treating bloody dysentery in children.
Use Xuan Huang Lian (Premium Coptis) as powder. Mix with egg white to form cakes. Roast over charcoal until thoroughly red. Cover immediately to prevent gas escape. Cool, grind finely. Take half a qian on an empty stomach with rice drink; adults take one qian. Adjust dosage as needed.
Another prescription:
Simply take good Turmeric Rhizome (Yu Jin) powder, half a qian, mixed with cooked water.
