千金藿香汤
藿香（一两） 生姜（三两） 青竹茹 炙草（各半两） 每五六钱煎。热加升麻五钱。
此方治毒瓦斯吐下腹胀。逆害乳哺。
殊圣归命丹
丁香 藿香（各一分） 生犀 牛黄（各半钱） 猪、鲫、狗、 、熊胆（各钱半） 丸梧子大。一岁以下。
用苦楝汤化下二丸。随儿大小加减。
治小儿惊吐不止。并吐黄水及乳食。神效。
半夏散
半夏（一两） 陈糯米（三钱） 加姜五片。枣一枚。
此方治小儿胃虚呕吐。水谷不化。
白附饮
白附子 南星（生） 半夏（生） 川乌（生） 天麻 陈皮 南木香 全蝎 僵蚕 丁香（各二钱）
每粗末三钱。加姜三片。煎作五次。空心温服。
治肝风克脾土。痰涎壅盛。和饮食吐出。
张涣三香丹
藿香叶 丁香（各一两） 半夏（五钱） 三味为末。次入腻粉（一分） 冰片 麝香（各一钱） 姜汁糊丸
黍米大。每十丸。人参薄荷汤下。量大小加减。
此方治挟惊。呕吐不止。
守中汤
桔梗 苍术（各二两） 泡姜（四钱） 炙草（六钱） 每末一钱。空心汤服。煎亦可。
治春夏相交。阴湿气重。中伤脾胃。致腹痛泄。利久不止。渐传手足浮肿。饮食少思。
香连丸
姜炒黄连（二两） 煨木香（五钱） 米饭丸。每一二十丸。米饮下。
四神丸
肉豆蔻 五味子（各二两） 补骨脂（四两） 吴萸（一两） 红枣（五六十枚） 生姜（六两） 水（二钟）。煮
干取枣肉丸。每五六十丸。白汤下。
治脾胃虚。大便不实。饮食不思。或泄利腹痛。
龙骨散
龙骨 炒黄连（各一两） 当归 枳壳（各五钱） 每粗末一钱。煎。随大小加减。
此方治小儿暴利。
丁香散
丁香 浓朴 黄连 当归 白术 诃子肉 伏龙肝（各五钱） 木香（一分） 赤石脂（一两） 每末
五分。米汤调下。日三服。随大小加减。
治小儿赤白久痢。胃虚不食。渐羸。
宽肠丸
枳壳（五钱） 麻仁 木通 大黄（半生半炒） 槟榔 大腹皮（各二钱半） 蜜丸。每三十丸至五十丸。
枳壳、甘草汤下。一二岁蜜汤化下。
此方治痢后里急。大便反闭涩不通。
养脏汤
人参 炙草（各二钱半） 白芍 白术（各五钱） 木香 肉桂（各一钱） 肉豆蔻 诃子肉 罂粟壳
（各钱半） 每 咀二钱。加姜二枣一煎。空心温服。
此主生津益气。温肠止痢。
双金饮
大罂粟壳（一两蜜水炒） 大川芎（五钱醋炒） 每末一钱至二钱。米汤下。
治赤白痢日夜频数。及久泄泻。
万金散
生罂壳（一两） 甘草（二两半生半炙） 陈皮（二两） 乌梅（一两） 每二钱。煎二三沸服。
此方治水泻下痢久不瘥者。
神效散
粟壳 白芷 乌梅（各一两） 乳香 川芎（各五钱） 每二钱煎。
治赤白痢日夜频数。食减腹痛。小便不利。
升阳益胃汤
黄 （二钱） 半夏 人参 黄连 白术 炙草（各一钱） 独活 防风 白芍 羌活（各五分） 陈
皮茯苓 柴胡 泽泻（各三分） 姜枣（各二）
黄连散
炒黄连 牡蛎（ 各五钱） 乌梅肉 炙甘草 诃子肉（各一分） 每末一二钱煎。
治小儿痢渴烦热。吃水不知足。
紫霜丸
代赭石（醋 ） 杏仁霜 乳香 朱砂 木香（各一钱） 黄连（一分） 轻粉（五分） 麝香（少许） 巴霜（十
粒） 肉豆蔻（二个煨） 糊丸。每七丸至十四丸米汤下。
治久积胸高羸瘦。赤白痢腹痛甚。
桔梗丸
桔梗 神曲（各一两） 麦芽 乌梅肉 浓朴 人参 白术 赤石脂 黄芩 炙甘草 桂心
龙骨（各五钱） 黄连（一两） 黄雌鸡骨（一具，去肉净酒浸炙） 蜜丸。每十五丸。
此方治小儿久痢羸瘦。食不消。
止渴圣效散
白芷（半生半炒） 葛根（各二两） 京墨（二两半生半 ） 黄丹（二两半生半炒） 每细末五分。倒流水调下。
治小儿因吐利气虚。津液减耗生疳。烦渴饮水不休。面肿脚浮。腹大颈细。尿白。不吃食。
七气汤
半夏（五两） 人参 辣桂（各一两） 甘草（五钱） 每末三钱。加姜五枣一煎。
治七气所伤。痰涎结聚。心腹亦痛。不能饮食。
蓬莪术散
蓬术 当归（各一两） 木香 人参 桂心（各五钱） 黑牵牛（一分） 糊丸黍米大。每十丸淡姜汤
下。随儿大小加减。
使君子丸
使君子肉 槟榔 榴根皮 大黄（半生半炒，各七钱半） 糊丸麻仁大。每服三四十丸。
治腹内诸虫作痛。口吐清水。
二圣丸
槟榔（一两） 巴霜（十五粒） 糊丸。每七十七丸。五更茶下投药。见虫下尽。即进稀粥。
此方治腹内诸虫。并消谷逐水。下气去风。
芍药甘草汤
白芍（一两） 甘草（二钱半）
此方治出疹肚腹痛满。小便不通。
塌气丸
胡椒（一两） 蝎尾（五钱去毒） 糊丸粟米大。每五七丸至一二十丸米饮下。一方有木香一钱。钱氏
及洁古所用塌气丸。乃此二味。切不可误用。有牵牛者慎之。
五疳保童丸
生五倍子 夜明砂 青黛 苦楝根皮 芦荟 熊胆 黄连 生龙胆草 干蟾皮（去骨炙）
麝香 芜荑仁 蝉蜕 等分。米糊丸麻子大。一岁二十丸。米汤下二三服。
此方治五种疳疾。
中满分消丸
黄连 枳实 浓朴（各五钱） 干姜 姜黄 猪苓 砂仁 泽泻 茯苓（各三钱） 陈皮 白术
（各一分） 半夏（四分） 黄芩（一两二钱） 甘草（一分） 蒸饼丸黍米大。每三十丸。
丹腹胀方
葛根 苏梗 莱菔子 陈皮（各二钱） 甘草（一钱） 食减加白术。
升阳滋血汤
蝎梢（二分） 神曲（三分） 浓朴 当归（各一钱） 桃仁（十粒） 升麻（三分）
治婴儿腹胀。不大便。羸弱。
南星腹皮汤
南星（一两） 大腹皮 姜皮 陈皮 扁豆子 青皮 桑皮 甘草（各五钱）
主肿疾欲愈未愈之间。脾胃虚慢。气促痰喘。腹胀胸满。神困面色痿黄。小水不利。
香陆胃苓丸
丁香 商陆 赤小豆 陈皮 炙草（各二两） 制苍术 泽泻（各二两半） 赤苓 猪苓（去皮）
白术（各两半） 肉桂（一两） 浓朴（二两） 糊丸每三十丸至七十丸。温汤下。
治肿疾久不愈。大能实脾导水。多服取愈。
浚川丸
大戟 芫花（醋炒） 沉香 檀香 木香 槟榔 莪术 大腹皮 桑皮（各五钱） 黑白牵牛（生末
各一两） 巴霜（十五粒） 糊丸麻子大。每十七丸。浓葱汤五更初空心下。去水未尽。停一日。减
用十三丸。次减作九丸。再至七丸。症退即止。仍投南星腹皮散。如单腹胀甚。能饮食气壮
者。加甘遂末。同丸。忌甘草。以相反也。
治水肿。单腹胀。气促气减。遍身面浮。
营卫饮子
当归 熟地 人参 茯苓 川芎 白术 炙草 白芍 枳壳 炙黄 陈皮
治气血俱虚。营卫不顺。头面手足浮肿。喘急。
分气饮子
五味子 桔梗 茯苓 炙草 陈皮 桑皮 草果 大腹皮 白术 枳壳 当归（全） 紫苏
半夏曲 苏子 生姜 宜兼服八味理中丸。以上宜救生丹通利。
大效神功救生丹
雄黄 朱砂（各一分） 巴霜（二十一粒） 干姜（二钱） 醋一盏。煮巴姜干。去姜。将
巴出油。和雄朱研匀。雪糕丸麻子大。一岁二丸。酒浸赤芍少许送下。
治气虚喘急。四肢肿。腹胀急。冲满胁肋。乍热乍寒。或泻或秘。由久停虚积。营卫不顺也。宜
推去其恶毒之气。
归汤
蜜炙黄 （一两） 酒当归 白芍 川芎（各五钱） 炙草（三钱） 每 咀二钱煎。
治儿禀赋弱。痘疮出不快。及肝虚目视不明。
庄氏芦荟丸
芦荟（研一钱） 龙胆草（炒研一两） 皂角（三钱） 以水二升。 汁去渣熬膏。入二末和丸。每三丸至
五丸。薄荷汤下。
此方治小儿风疳。顺肝气。进饮食。
朱砂安神丸
朱砂（四匙） 黄连 生地（各五钱） 生甘草（二钱半） 兰香叶（二钱，烧灰） 铜青 轻粉（
各五分） 共为末干敷上。
治心疳怔忡。心中痞闷。
四味肥儿丸
黄连（炒） 芜荑 神曲 麦芽 等分。水糊丸。每一二十丸。开水下。
治呕吐不食。腹胀成疳作泻。或食积脾疳。目翳口疮断烂。发热瘦怯。小便澄白。腹大筋青。
补肺散
阿胶（一两半） 茯苓 马兜铃 糯米（各五钱） 杏仁（二十一粒） 炙草（四钱） 每末二钱煎。
此方治久嗽。肺虚气促。有痰恶心。
调元散
山药（五钱） 人参 茯苓 茯神 白术 白芍 熟地 当归 黄 （各二钱半） 川芎 炙草（各
三钱） 石膏（六钱） 每粗末二钱。入姜二枣一煎。
主元虚囟开。羸瘦腹大。并语迟行迟齿迟。
万应丸
五倍子 胡黄连 青皮 陈皮 黄柏 神曲 麦芽 三棱 蓬术 芜荑 龙胆草 槟榔
川楝子肉 使君子 等分。糊丸麻仁大。每三五七十丸。米汤下。
治诸疳症。胃热。发作穗。痿黄。饮食不进。
圣惠干蟾丸
干蟾（一枚） 蛇蜕（一钱） 谷精草（二两） 胡黄连 瓜蒂 母丁香 牛黄 冰片 朱砂 雄黄
天竺黄 芦荟 麝香（各一分） 青黛（五钱） 糊丸。一二岁。以米泔化下五丸。服后桃柳枝汤浴
儿。着青衣。疳虫当出衣上。及眉鬓边。如细麸。或如尘。毒黑者不治。黄白色易治。仍宜米饮
下二丸。日三服。甚者半月内瘥。
此方治五疳。及惊风。出虫。定死生。
圣惠金蟾散
干蟾（一枚） 夜明砂 桃白皮 樗白皮 地榆 黄柏 诃子肉 芜荑 百合 人参 大黄
黄连（各三分） 胡粉（三钱） 丁香（三粒） 槟榔（一分） 每五分饮下。日三服。
治积疳虫虫蚀脊膂。烦渴下利。拍背如鼓鸣。
紫金散
蛇床子（炒黑） 黄丹 地龙（炒黑，各五钱） 青矾（一分 ） 每一字。揩牙龈。日三次。
此方治小儿走马疳。
秋霜散
好砒半两。白矾四分。水一盏。煮砒干。入矾同 为末。入麝坯子各少许研匀。每一字。用鹅
毛点拭牙龈上。日三四次。
此方治小儿崩砂。
钱氏金华散
黄柏 黄连（各半两） 黄丹（一两，水飞） 轻粉（一钱） 麝香（一字） 先研匀。水洗贴之。
此方治小儿一切湿疮癣疳。
化 丸
芜荑 芦荟 青黛 川芎 白芷梢 胡黄连 黄连 虾蟆灰（等分）。猪胆汁浸糕糊丸。麻
子大。每一二十丸。食后临卧杏仁汤下。其鼻常用熊胆煎汤笔蘸洗。俟煎药进数服。却用青
黛、当归、赤小豆、瓜蒂、地榆、黄连、芦荟、雄黄为末。入鼻敛疮。
治诸疳生虫。不能啼哭。呕吐清水。肚腹胀痛。唇口紫黑。肠头湿 。
集圣丸
芦荟 五灵脂 夜明砂 砂仁 橘红 木香 莪术 使君子肉（各二钱） 川芎 黄连 干
蟾（各三线） 当归 青皮（各一钱半） 雄猪胆汁和面糊丸。随大小米饮下。虚去莪术、青皮加人
参二钱。白术三钱。热去莪术、砂仁加龙胆三钱。吐泻下痢。去莪术、青皮。加白术二钱。肉
果、诃子各一钱。积痛去芎归。加三棱、小茴、川楝肉各二钱。疟加鳖甲三钱。渴去莪术、砂仁
加参术各二钱。虫去芎归。加芜荑钱半。川楝肉二钱。
此方不热不寒。补不滞。消不耗。万稳万当。
柴胡散
柴胡 葛根 知母 贝母 茯苓 茯神 炙草 等分。每末一钱。加小麦煎。
此方治小儿疳热。四肢如柴。不能起止。
大黄丸
大黄 地黄 茯苓 当归 柴胡 杏仁（各三分） 蜜丸麻子大。饮下五丸。日三。
治小儿胃气不调。不嗜食。不长肌肉。
保和丸
神曲 山楂 半夏 茯苓（各一两） 莱菔子 陈皮 连翘（各五钱） 粥丸。汤下三十丸。
主饮食停滞。胸膈痞满。嗳气吞酸。吐泻腹痛。
甘遂破结散
甘遂（二钱半，煨黄） 青皮 黄芩 煨大黄（各五钱） 每末一钱。煎。随大小加减。得通利则止。以
冷粥补之。
进食丸
巴霜（一钱二分） 当归 朱砂 代赭石 枳壳 木香（各五钱） 麝（少许） 糊丸麻子大。一岁一丸
饮下。更量虚实加减。
治食积、发热、羸瘦。肚大筋青。疳积腹疼。
白饼子
滑石 轻粉 半夏 南星（各一钱） 巴霜（二十四粒） 糯米饭丸麻子大。捏作饼。三岁以上三
五饼。四岁以下一二饼。临卧葱白汤下。
治小儿腹中有癖。不食。但饮乳是也。
六圣丸
莪术 黄连 陈皮 炮姜（各五钱） 木香（二钱半） 每末一钱。同巴霜三粒研。醋糊丸麻子大。
每十五丸至三十五丸。五更姜汤下。利三五行。匀气止补。
治诸积。和胃。大能止气浓肠。消疳快膈。
水晶丹
南星 半夏（各三钱） 滑石（四钱） 轻粉（五十帖） 芜荑（二百片） 巴霜（十五粒）
糊丸麻子大。每十五丸三十五丸。五更葱白汁下。过三五行。匀气散调补。下风痰。姜汤下。
治惊食虫积。腹胀烦啼。面黄食减。此非可轻用之剂。
千金藿香汤
藿香（一两）、生姜（三两）、青竹茹、炙甘草（各半两）。每次取五六钱煎服。若发热，加升麻五钱。
此方治疗毒瓦斯引起的呕吐、腹泻及腹胀，导致乳食喂养困难。
殊圣归命丹
丁香、藿香（各一分）、生犀角、牛黄（各半钱）、猪胆、鲫鱼胆、狗胆、熊胆（各钱半）。制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。一岁以下婴儿，用苦楝汤送服二丸。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿惊风引起的呕吐不止，以及吐出黄水和乳食，效果神奇。
半夏散
半夏（一两）、陈年糯米（三钱），加生姜五片、大枣一枚。
此方治疗小儿胃虚引起的呕吐，水谷不消化。
白附饮
白附子、生南星、生半夏、生川乌、天麻、陈皮、南木香、全蝎、僵蚕、丁香（各二钱）。
每次取粗末三钱，加生姜三片，煎煮至五次药量。空腹温服。
治疗肝风克制脾土，痰涎壅盛，随饮食一起吐出。
张涣三香丹
藿香叶、丁香（各一两）、半夏（五钱）。将这三味药研成细末，再加入腻粉（一分）、冰片、麝香（各一钱），用姜汁调糊制成丸剂，如黍米大小。每次十丸，用人参薄荷汤送服。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。
此方治疗挟带惊风的呕吐不止。
守中汤
桔梗、苍术（各二两）、泡姜（四钱）、炙甘草（六钱）。每次取药末一钱，空腹用汤水送服。也可以煎服。
治疗春夏交替之际，阴湿之气较重，损伤脾胃，导致腹痛泄泻，久治不愈，逐渐蔓延至手足浮肿，食欲减退。
香连丸
姜炒黄连（二两）、煨木香（五钱）。用米饭制丸。每次服用十几二十丸，用米汤送服。
四神丸
肉豆蔻、五味子（各二两）、补骨脂（四两）、吴茱萸（一两）、红枣（五六十枚）、生姜（六两）、水（两钟）。煮干后取出枣肉，制成丸剂。每次服用五六十丸，用白开水送服。
治疗脾胃虚弱，大便不成形，不想吃东西，或者泄泻腹痛。
龙骨散
龙骨、炒黄连（各一两）、当归、枳壳（各五钱）。每次取粗末一钱，煎服。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。
此方治疗小儿暴发性严重泄泻。
丁香散
丁香、厚朴、黄连、当归、白术、诃子肉、伏龙肝（各五钱）、木香（一分）、赤石脂（一两）。每次取药末五分，用米汤调下。每日三次。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。
治疗小儿赤白久痢，胃虚不能进食，身体逐渐消瘦。
宽肠丸
枳壳（五钱）、火麻仁、木通、大黄（一半生用一半炒用）、槟榔、大腹皮（各二钱半）。蜂蜜制丸。每次服用三十丸至五十丸，用枳壳、甘草汤送服。一二岁幼儿可用蜜汤化开送服。
此方治疗痢疾后的里急后重，大便反而闭塞不通。
养脏汤
人参、炙甘草（各二钱半）、白芍、白术（各五钱）、木香、肉桂（各一钱）、肉豆蔻、诃子肉、罂粟壳（各钱半）。每次取药材切碎二钱，加生姜两片、大枣一个煎服。空腹温服。
此方主要生津益气，温补肠道以止痢。
双金饮
大罂粟壳（一两，用蜜水炒制）、大川芎（五钱，用醋炒制）。每次取药末一至二钱，用米汤送服。
治疗赤白痢疾日夜频繁发作，以及长期泄泻。
万金散
生罂粟壳（一两）、甘草（二两，一半生用一半炙用）、陈皮（二两）、乌梅（一两）。每次取二钱，煎煮二三沸后服用。
此方治疗水样泄泻和下痢日久不愈者。
神效散
粟壳（即罂粟壳）、白芷、乌梅（各一两）、乳香、川芎（各五钱）。每次取二钱煎服。
治疗赤白痢疾日夜频繁发作，食欲减退，腹痛，小便不利。
升阳益胃汤
黄芪（二钱）、半夏、人参、黄连、白术、炙甘草（各一钱）、独活、防风、白芍、羌活（各五分）、陈皮、茯苓、柴胡、泽泻（各三分）、生姜、大枣（各两个）。
黄连散
炒黄连、牡蛎（各五钱）、乌梅肉、炙甘草、诃子肉（各一分）。每次取药末一至二钱煎服。
治疗小儿痢疾伴有口渴、烦躁发热，喝水不知满足。
紫霜丸
代赭石（醋淬）、杏仁霜、乳香、朱砂、木香（各一钱）、黄连（一分）、轻粉（五分）、麝香（少许）、巴豆霜（十粒）、肉豆蔻（二个，煨制）。糊制丸剂。每次服用七丸至十四丸，用米汤送服。
治疗长期积滞导致的胸高、身体消瘦，赤白痢疾且腹痛剧烈。
桔梗丸
桔梗、神曲（各一两）、麦芽、乌梅肉、厚朴、人参、白术、赤石脂、黄芩、炙甘草、桂心、龙骨（各五钱）、黄连（一两）、黄雌鸡骨（一副，去肉洗净后用酒浸泡并炙烤）。蜂蜜制丸。每次十五丸。
此方治疗小儿长期痢疾导致身体消瘦，食物不消化。
止渴圣效散
白芷（一半生用一半炒用）、葛根（各二两）、京墨（二两半，一半生用一半烧灰）、黄丹（二两半，一半生用一半炒用）。每次取细末五分，用倒流水调下。
治疗小儿因呕吐泄泻导致气虚，津液耗损而生疳证，烦渴饮水不休，面部肿胀，脚部浮肿，腹部膨大，颈部纤细，尿液清白，不吃东西。
七气汤
半夏（五两）、人参、辣桂（即肉桂，各一两）、甘草（五钱）。每次取药末三钱，加生姜五片、大枣一个煎服。
治疗七情之气所伤，痰涎结聚，心腹疼痛，不能饮食。
蓬莪术散
蓬术（即莪术）、当归（各一两）、木香、人参、桂心（各五钱）、黑牵牛（一分）。糊制如黍米大小的丸剂。每次十丸，用淡姜汤送服。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。
使君子丸
使君子肉、槟榔、榴根皮、大黄（一半生用一半炒用，各七钱半）。糊制如火麻仁大小的丸剂。每次服用三四十丸。
治疗腹内各种寄生虫引起的疼痛，口吐清水。
二圣丸
槟榔（一两）、巴豆霜（十五粒）。糊制丸剂。每次七十七丸，在五更天时喝茶送服药物。见到虫子排尽后，立即喝稀粥。
此方治疗腹内各种寄生虫，并能消谷逐水，下气祛风。
芍药甘草汤
白芍（一两）、甘草（二钱半）。
此方治疗出疹子时肚腹疼痛胀满，小便不通。
塌气丸
胡椒（一两）、蝎尾（五钱，去毒）。糊制如粟米大小的丸剂。每次五七丸至一二十丸，用米饮送服。另一版本有一钱木香。钱乙及洁古所用的塌气丸，乃是这两味药组成。切不可误用含有牵牛的版本，需谨慎。
五疳保童丸
生五倍子、夜明砂、青黛、苦楝根皮、芦荟、熊胆、黄连、生龙胆草、干蟾皮（去骨炙烤）、麝香、芜荑仁、蝉蜕。等分。用米糊制如麻子大小的丸剂。一岁幼儿服用二十丸，用米汤送服，每日二三服。
此方治疗五种疳疾。
中满分消丸
黄连、枳实、厚朴（各五钱）、干姜、姜黄、猪苓、砂仁、泽泻、茯苓（各三钱）、陈皮、白术（各一分）、半夏（四分）、黄芩（一两二钱）、甘草（一分）。蒸饼制如黍米大小的丸剂。每次三十丸。
丹腹胀方
葛根、苏梗、莱菔子、陈皮（各二钱）、甘草（一钱）。食欲减退加白术。
升阳滋血汤
蝎梢（二分）、神曲（三分）、厚朴、当归（各一钱）、桃仁（十粒）、升麻（三分）。
治疗婴儿腹胀，不大便，身体瘦弱。
南星腹皮汤
南星（一两）、大腹皮、姜皮、陈皮、扁豆子、青皮、桑皮、甘草（各五钱）。
主治肿病欲愈未愈之间，脾胃虚弱缓慢，气促痰喘，腹胀胸满，精神困倦，面色萎黄，小便不利。
香陆胃苓丸
丁香、商陆、赤小豆、陈皮、炙甘草（各二两）、制苍术、泽泻（各二两半）、赤茯苓、猪苓（去皮）、白术（各两半）、肉桂（一两）、厚朴（二两）。糊制丸剂，每次三十丸至七十丸，用温开水送服。
治疗肿病日久不愈，能大补脾气，引导水湿排出，多服用可痊愈。
浚川丸
大戟、芫花（醋炒）、沉香、檀香、木香、槟榔、莪术、大腹皮、桑皮（各五钱）、黑白牵牛（生研为末，各一两）、巴豆霜（十五粒）。糊制如麻子大小的丸剂。每次十七丸，在清晨空腹时用浓葱汤送服。如果水邪未尽，停一天，减量用十三丸，再次减为九丸，再减至七丸，症状消退即停止。随后投用南星腹皮散。如果是单腹胀严重，能饮食且气壮者，加甘遂末，同入丸中。忌用甘草，因为二者相反。
治疗水肿，单腹胀，气促气短，全身及面部浮肿。
营卫饮子
当归、熟地黄、人参、茯苓、川芎、白术、炙甘草、白芍、枳壳、炙黄芪、陈皮。
治疗气血俱虚，营卫不和，头面手足浮肿，喘急。
分气饮子
五味子、桔梗、茯苓、炙甘草、陈皮、桑皮、草果、大腹皮、白术、枳壳、当归（全）、紫苏、半夏曲、苏子、生姜。宜兼服八味理中丸。以上宜配合救生丹通利。
大效神功救生丹
雄黄、朱砂（各一分）、巴豆霜（二十一粒）、干姜（二钱）。用一盏醋，煮巴豆和干姜至干，去掉干姜，将巴豆榨出油，与雄黄、朱砂研匀。制成雪糕大小的丸剂，如麻子大。一岁幼儿二丸，用酒浸过的赤芍少许送下。
治疗气虚喘急，四肢肿胀，腹胀急迫，冲满胁肋，忽冷忽热，或者泄泻或者便秘，这是由于长期停滞的虚积，导致营卫不顺。应当推去其恶毒之气。
归汤
蜜炙黄芪（一两）、酒当归、白芍、川芎（各五钱）、炙甘草（三钱）。每次取药材切碎二钱煎服。
治疗小儿禀赋虚弱，痘疮出不快，以及肝虚导致视力不明。
庄氏芦荟丸
芦荟（研末一钱）、龙胆草（炒研一两）、皂角（三钱）。用水二升，熬汁去渣浓缩成膏，加入上述两味药末和丸。每次三丸至五丸，用薄荷汤送服。
此方治疗小儿风疳，顺肝气，增进饮食。
朱砂安神丸
朱砂（四匙）、黄连、生地（各五钱）、生甘草（二钱半）、兰香叶（二钱，烧成灰）、铜青、轻粉（各五分）。共研为细末，干敷患处。
治疗心疳怔忡，心中痞闷。
四味肥儿丸
黄连（炒）、芜荑、神曲、麦芽。等分。用水糊制丸剂。每次服用十几二十丸，用开水送服。
治疗呕吐不食，腹胀形成疳证并作泄泻，或者食积脾疳，目翳口疮溃烂，发热瘦弱，小便澄白，腹部膨大，腹壁青筋暴露。
补肺散
阿胶（一两半）、茯苓、马兜铃、糯米（各五钱）、杏仁（二十一粒）、炙甘草（四钱）。每次取药末二钱煎服。
此方治疗久咳，肺虚气促，有痰恶心。
调元散
山药（五钱）、人参、茯苓、茯神、白术、白芍、熟地黄、当归、黄芪（各二钱半）、川芎、炙甘草（各三钱）、石膏（六钱）。每次取粗末二钱，加生姜两片、大枣一个煎服。
主治元气虚弱，囟门迟闭，身体瘦弱，腹部膨大，以及说话迟、走路迟、长牙迟。
万应丸
五倍子、胡黄连、青皮、陈皮、黄柏、神曲、麦芽、三棱、蓬术、芜荑、龙胆草、槟榔、川楝子肉、使君子。等分。糊制如火麻仁大小的丸剂。每次三五丸至七十丸，用米汤送服。
治疗各种疳症，胃热，发作时头发竖起，面色萎黄，饮食不进。
圣惠干蟾丸
干蟾（一枚）、蛇蜕（一钱）、谷精草（二两）、胡黄连、瓜蒂、母丁香、牛黄、冰片、朱砂、雄黄、天竺黄、芦荟、麝香（各一分）、青黛（五钱）。糊制丸剂。一二岁幼儿，用米泔水化开五丸送服。服药后用桃柳枝汤给幼儿洗澡，穿青衣。疳虫会出现在衣服上，以及眉毛鬓角边，像细麸皮或灰尘一样。有毒黑色的不治，黄白色的易治。仍宜用米饮送服二丸，每日三次。严重者半月内痊愈。
此方治疗五疳，以及惊风，驱除疳虫，判断生死预后。
圣惠金蟾散
干蟾（一枚）、夜明砂、桃白皮、樗白皮、地榆、黄柏、诃子肉、芜荑、百合、人参、大黄、黄连（各三分）、胡粉（三钱）、丁香（三粒）、槟榔（一分）。每次五分，用饮汤送服，每日三次。
治疗积疳，虫蚀脊背，烦渴下利，拍背如鼓鸣声。
紫金散
蛇床子（炒黑）、黄丹、地龙（炒黑，各五钱）、青矾（一分）。每次取一字量，揩擦牙龈，每日三次。
此方治疗小儿走马疳。
秋霜散
好砒石半两，白矾四分。用水一盏，煮砒石至干，加入白矾一同研磨为末，加入麝香坯子少许研匀。每次取一字量，用鹅毛蘸取点拭牙龈上，每日三四次。
此方治疗小儿崩砂（一种严重的口腔疾病）。
钱氏金华散
黄柏、黄连（各半两）、黄丹（一两，水飞法处理）、轻粉（一钱）、麝香（一字）。先研匀，水洗后贴敷患处。
此方治疗小儿一切湿疮癣疳。
化 丸
芜荑、芦荟、青黛、川芎、白芷梢、胡黄连、黄连、虾蟆灰（等分）。用猪胆汁浸糕糊制丸剂，如麻子大。每次服用十几二十丸，食后临卧时用杏仁汤送服。平时常用熊胆煎汤，用笔蘸取清洗鼻腔。待煎药进服几剂后，却用青黛、当归、赤小豆、瓜蒂、地榆、黄连、芦荟、雄黄为末，纳入鼻中收敛疮口。
治疗各种疳证生虫，不能啼哭，呕吐清水，肚腹胀痛，唇口紫黑，肠头湿润脱出。
集圣丸
芦荟、五灵脂、夜明砂、砂仁、橘红、木香、莪术、使君子肉（各二钱）、川芎、黄连、干蟾（各三线）、当归、青皮（各一钱半）。用雄猪胆汁和面糊制丸。根据年龄大小用米饮送服。体虚去掉莪术、青皮，加人参二钱，白术三钱；热证去掉莪术、砂仁，加龙胆三钱；吐泻下痢，去掉莪术、青皮，加白术二钱，肉豆蔻、诃子各一钱；积痛去掉川芎、当归，加三棱、小茴、川楝肉各二钱；疟疾加鳖甲三钱；口渴去掉莪术、砂仁，加人参、白术各二钱；有虫去掉川芎、当归，加芜荑钱半，川楝肉二钱。
此方不热不寒，补而不滞，消而不耗，非常稳妥得当。
柴胡散
柴胡、葛根、知母、贝母、茯苓、茯神、炙甘草。等分。每次取药末一钱，加大麦小麦煎服。
此方治疗小儿疳热，四肢枯瘦如柴，不能站立行走。
大黄丸
大黄、地黄、茯苓、当归、柴胡、杏仁（各三分）。蜂蜜制如麻子大小的丸剂。每次饮服五丸，每日三次。
治疗小儿胃气不调，不喜欢吃东西，不长肌肉。
保和丸
神曲、山楂、半夏、茯苓（各一两）、莱菔子、陈皮、连翘（各五钱）。用粥制丸。汤送服三十丸。
主治饮食停滞，胸膈痞满，嗳气吞酸，吐泻腹痛。
甘遂破结散
甘遂（二钱半，煨至黄色）、青皮、黄芩、煨大黄（各五钱）。每次取药末一钱煎服。根据患儿年龄大小酌情增减。得到通利后即止，用冷粥补益。
进食丸
巴豆霜（一钱二分）、当归、朱砂、代赭石、枳壳、木香（各五钱）、麝香（少许）。糊制如麻子大小的丸剂。一岁幼儿一丸，用饮汤送服。再根据虚实情况酌情增减。
治疗食积、发热、身体消瘦，肚子大，腹壁青筋暴露，疳积腹痛。
白饼子
滑石、轻粉、半夏、南星（各一钱）、巴豆霜（二十四粒）。糯米饭制如麻子大小的丸剂，捏作饼状。三岁以上每次三五饼，四岁以下每次一二饼，临睡前用葱白汤送服。
治疗小儿腹中有癖块，不吃饭，只喝奶。
六圣丸
莪术、黄连、陈皮、炮姜（各五钱）、木香（二钱半）。每次取药末一钱，同巴豆霜三粒研细。醋糊制如麻子大小的丸剂。每次十五丸至三十五丸，五更天时姜汤送服。排泄三四五行后，用匀气散调理，停止使用补药。
治疗各种积滞，调和胃气，能大行气厚肠，消疳快膈。
水晶丹
南星、半夏（各三钱）、滑石（四钱）、轻粉（五十帖）、芜荑（二百片）、巴豆霜（十五粒）。糊制如麻子大小的丸剂。每次十五丸至三十五丸，五更天时葱白汁送服。排泄三四五行后，用匀气散调理补益。下行风痰，用姜汤送服。
治疗惊食虫积，腹胀烦啼，面色黄，食欲减退。此非可以轻易使用的药剂。
Qianjin Huoxiang Decoction (Thousand Gold Agastache Decoction)
Agastache Herba (Huoxiang, 藿香) [1 tael], Fresh Ginger Rhizome (Shengjiang, 生姜) [3 taels], Green Bamboo Shavings (Qingzhuru, 青竹茹), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [each half tael]. Take 5-7 qian per dose for decoction. If fever is present, add Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻) [5 qian].
This formula treats vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal distension caused by toxic vapors, which interferes with breastfeeding.
Shusheng Guiming Dan (Extraordinary Sacred Return-to-Life Pill)
Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香), Agastache Herba (Huoxiang, 藿香) [each 1 fen], Raw Rhinoceros Horn (Shengxi, 生犀), Bovine Calculus (Niuhuang, 牛黄) [each half qian], Pig Bile (Zhudan, 猪胆), Crucian Carp Bile (Jiyudan, 鲫胆), Dog Bile (Goudan, 狗胆), Bear Bile (Xiongdan, 熊胆) [each 1.5 qian]. Form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. For infants under one year old, administer two pills dissolved in Toosendan Fructus Decoction (Kuliantang, 苦楝汤). Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Treats incessant vomiting due to pediatric convulsions, as well as vomiting of yellow fluid and milk/food. Highly effective.
Banxia San (Pinellia Powder)
Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [1 tael], Aged Glutinous Rice (Chennimitao, 陈糯米) [3 qian], add five slices of Ginger, one Jujube.
This formula treats vomiting due to pediatric stomach deficiency, where water and grain are not digested.
Baifu Yin (White Attitude Drink)
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata (Baifuzi, 白附子), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星) [raw], Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [raw], Aconiti Radix (Chuanwu, 川乌) [raw], Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma, 天麻), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Aucklandiae Radix (Nanmuxiang, 南木香), Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 僵蚕), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香) [each 2 qian].
Take 3 qian of coarse powder per dose, add three slices of Ginger, decoct until reduced to five portions. Take warm on an empty stomach.
Treats Liver Wind overcoming Spleen Earth, with excessive phlegm-saliva, vomited along with food and drink.
Zhang Huan Sanxiang Dan (Zhang Huan Three-Fragrance Pill)
Agastache Folium (Huoxiangye, 藿香叶), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香) [each 1 tael], Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [5 qian]. Grind these three into powder. Then add Calomelas (Nifen, 腻粉) [1 fen], Borax (Bingpian, 冰片), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) [each 1 qian]. Use Ginger Juice to make paste pills the size of millet seeds. Ten pills per dose, taken with Ginseng and Mint Decoction (Renshen Bohe Tang, 人参薄荷汤). Adjust according to age.
Treats vomiting that does not stop, complicated by fright.
Shouzhong Tang (Guard the Middle Decoction)
Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 苍术) [each 2 liang], Soaked Ginger (Paojiang, 泡姜) [4 qian], Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [6 qian]. Take 1 qian of powder per dose, taken with liquid on an empty stomach. Decoction is also acceptable.
Treats damage to the Spleen and Stomach caused by heavy yin-dampness during the transition between spring and summer, leading to abdominal pain and diarrhea that persists for a long time, gradually spreading to edema of the hands and feet, and loss of appetite.
Xianglian Wan (Fragrant Coptis Pill)
Ginger-fried Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [2 liang], Roasted Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) [5 qian]. Make pills with rice flour. Take 10-20 pills per dose, with rice water.
Sishen Wan (Four Divine Pills)
Myristicae Semen (Roudoukou, 肉豆蔻), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) [each 2 liang], Psoraleae Fructus (Buguzhi, 补骨脂) [4 liang], Evodiae Fructus (Wuyu, 吴萸) [1 liang], Jujubae Fructus (Hongzao, 红枣) [50-60 pieces], Zingiberis Rhizoma (Shengjiang, 生姜) [6 liang], Water [2 zhong]. Boil until dry, take out the jujube flesh, and make pills. Take 50-60 pills per dose, with plain warm water.
Treats Spleen and Stomach deficiency, loose stools, lack of appetite, or diarrhea with abdominal pain.
Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder)
Longgu (Longgu, 龙骨), Fried Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [each 1 liang], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, 枳壳) [each 5 qian]. Take 1 qian of coarse powder per dose, decoct. Adjust according to age.
This formula treats acute, severe diarrhea in children.
Dingxiang San (Clove Powder)
Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, 厚朴), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Terminaliae Fructus (Hezi Rou, 诃子肉), Longum Cinere (Fulonggan, 伏龙肝) [each 5 qian], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) [1 fen], Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 赤石脂) [1 liang]. Take 5 fen of powder per dose, mixed with rice soup. Take three times daily. Adjust according to age.
Treats chronic red and white dysentery in children, stomach deficiency preventing eating, and gradual emaciation.
Kuanchang Wan (Widen Intestine Pill)
Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, 枳壳) [5 qian], Cannabis Fructus (Maren, 麻仁), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, 木通), Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) [half raw, half fried], Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔), Arecae Pericarpium (Dafupi, 大腹皮) [each 2.5 qian]. Honey pills. Take 30-50 pills per dose. For older children, take with Zhike and Licorice Decoction; for 1-2 year olds, dissolve in honey water.
Treats tenesmus after dysentery, where stool becomes obstructed and difficult to pass.
Yangzang Tang (Nourish Viscera Decoction)
Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [each 2.5 qian], Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 白芍), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [each 5 qian], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui, 肉桂) [each 1 qian], Myristicae Semen (Roudoukou, 肉豆蔻), Terminaliae Fructus (Hezi Rou, 诃子肉), Papaveris Capsula (Yingsuke, 罂粟壳) [each 1.5 qian]. Take 2 qian of chopped herbs per dose, add two slices of Ginger and one Jujube, decoct. Take warm on an empty stomach.
Primarily generates fluids, benefits Qi, warms the intestines, and stops dysentery.
Shuangjin Yin (Double Gold Drink)
Papaveris Capsula (Yingsuke, 罂粟壳) [1 liang, stir-fried with honey water], Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) [5 qian, stir-fried with vinegar]. Take 1-2 qian of powder per dose, with rice water.
Treats frequent day and night episodes of red and white dysentery, and chronic diarrhea.
Wanjing San (Ten Thousand Gold Powder)
Raw Papaveris Capsula (Yingsuke, 罂粟壳) [1 liang], Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) [2.5 liang, half raw, half honey-fried], Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮) [2 liang], Mume Fructus (Wumei, 乌梅) [1 liang]. Take 2 qian per dose, boil for 2-3 boils and take.
Treats watery diarrhea and dysentery that has persisted for a long time without healing.
Shenxiao San (Divine Efficacy Powder)

Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪) [2 qian], Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [each 1 qian], Actaeaee Rhizoma (Duhuo, 独活), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 白芍), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) [each 5 fen], Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 柴胡), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻) [each 3 fen], Ginger, Jujube [each 2 pieces].
Huanglian San (Coptis Powder)

Treats pediatric dysentery accompanied by thirst, irritability, and heat, with insatiable drinking.
Zishuang Wan (Purple Frost Pill)

Jiegeng Wan (Platycodon Pill)
Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Massa Medicata Fermentata (Shenqu, 神曲) [each 1 liang], Malto (Maiya, 麦芽), Mume Fructus Flesh (Wumei Rou, 乌梅肉), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Noupo, 厚朴), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 赤石脂), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin, 桂心), Longgu (Longgu, 龙骨) [each 5 qian], Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [1 liang], Yellow Hen Chicken Bone (Huangyiji Gu, 黄雌鸡骨) [1 piece, meat removed, washed, soaked in wine, and roasted]. Zhi Ke Shengxiao San (Stop Thirst Divine Efficacy Powder)
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) [half raw, half fried], Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen, 葛根) [each 2 liang], Beijing Inkstone Dust (Jingmo, 京墨) [2.5 liang, half raw, half calcined], Lead Oxide (Huangdan, 黄丹) [2.5 liang, half raw, half fried]. Take 5 fen of fine powder per dose, mixed with flowing water.
Treats pediatric Gan syndrome caused by Qi deficiency and depletion of body fluids due to vomiting and diarrhea, characterized by relentless thirst, facial swelling, foot edema, large abdomen, thin neck, white urine, anorexia.
Qi Qi Tang (Seven Qi Decoction)
Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [5 liang], Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Spicy Cinnamon Bark (Lagui, 辣桂 i.e., Rougui) [each 1 liang], Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) [5 qian]. Take 3 qian of powder per dose, add five slices of Ginger and one Jujube, decoct.
Treats injury from Seven Emotions, with accumulation of phlegm-saliva and heart/abdominal pain, inability to eat.
Peng Ezhu San (Peng Ezhu Powder)
Curcumae Rhizoma (Pengzhu, 蓬术), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) [each 1 liang], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin, 桂心) [each 5 qian], Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqian Niu, 黑牵牛) [1 fen]. Paste pills the size of millet seeds. Ten pills per dose, with light Ginger Soup. Adjust according to age.
Shijunzi Wan (Quince Pill)
Seed of Quince (Shijunzirou, 使君子肉), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔), Pomegranate Root Bark (Liugenpi, 榴根皮), Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) [half raw, half fried, each 7.5 qian]. Paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 30-40 pills per dose.
Treats abdominal pain caused by various intestinal parasites, and spitting clear saliva.
Er Sheng Wan (Two Sage Pills)
Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟lang) [1 liang], Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [15 seeds]. Paste pills. Take 77 pills per dose at Wu Geng (approx. 3-5 AM), taking the medicine with tea. Continue until all worms are expelled, then consume thin congee.
This formula treats various intestinal parasites, promotes digestion and water metabolism, descends Qi, and expels wind.

This formula treats abdominal pain and fullness during rash eruption, and urinary obstruction.
Taqi Wan (Collapse Qi Pill)
Piperis Fructus (Hujiao, 胡椒) [1 liang], Scorpio Tail (Xiewei, 蝎尾) [5 qian, detoxified]. Paste pills the size of Millet Seed. Take 5-7 to 10-20 pills per dose, with rice drink. Another version includes 1 qian of Aucklandiae Radix. The Taqi Wan used by Qian Yi and Jiegu consists of these two ingredients. Do not mistakenly use versions containing Morning Glory Seed; exercise caution.
Wu Gan Baotong Wan (Five Gan Protect Child Pill)
Raw Chinese Gallnut (Sheng Wubeizi, 生五倍子), Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha, 夜明砂), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 青黛), Melia Root Bark (Kulian Genpi, 苦楝根皮), Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Bear Bile (Xiongdan, 熊胆), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Raw Gentiana Root (Sheng Longdan Cao, 生龙胆草), Dried Toad Skin (Ganchanpi, 干蟾皮) [de-boned and roasted], Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香), Xanthium Seed (Wuyi Ren, 芜荑仁), Cicada Slough (Chantui, 蝉蜕). Equal parts. Rice paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. 20 pills for one-year-olds, taken with rice water, 2-3 times daily.

Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi, 枳实), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, 厚朴) [each 5 qian], Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜), Turmeric Rhizome (Jianghuang, 姜黄), Polyporus (Zhuling, 猪苓), Amomum Fruit (Sharen, 砂仁), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) [each 3 qian], Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [each 1 fen], Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [4 fen], Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩) [1.2 liang], Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) [1 fen]. Steamed biscuit pills the size of millet seeds. Take 30 pills per dose.
Dan Abdominal Distension Formula

Treats infant abdominal distension, constipation, and emaciation.
Nanxing Dafupi Tang (Arisaema and Areca Peel Decoction)
Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星) [1 liang], Arecae Pericarpium (Dafupi, 大腹皮), Ginger Peel (Jiangpi, 姜皮), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Lablab Bean (Biandouzi, 扁豆子), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮), Mulberry Bark (Sangpi, 桑皮), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) [each 5 qian].
Mainly for edema in the stage of recovery but not fully healed, Spleen/Stomach deficiency with slow progression, shortness of breath with phlegm wheezing, abdominal distension and chest fullness, mental fatigue, sallow complexion, and difficult urination.
Xianglu Weiling Wan (Xianglu Weiling Pill)
Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香), Phytolacca Radix (Shanglu, 商陆), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [each 2 liang], Processed Atractylodis Rhizoma (Zhi Cangzhu, 制苍术), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻) [each 2.5 liang], Red Poria (Chiling, 赤苓), Polyporus (Zhuling, 猪苓) [de-peeled], Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) [each 1.5 liang], Cinnamon Twig (Rougui, 肉桂) [1 liang], Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, 厚朴) [2 liang]. Paste pills. Take 30-70 pills per dose, with warm water.
Treats chronic edema that does not heal; strongly tonifies Spleen and guides out water. Take more to achieve cure.
Junchuan Wan (Clear River Pill)
Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix (Daji, 大戟), Genkwa Flos (Yanhua, 芫花) [stir-fried with vinegar], Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang, 沉香), Santalum Album Lignum (Tanxiang, 檀香), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔), Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhu, 莪术), Arecae Pericarpium (Dafupi, 大腹皮), Mulberry Bark (Sangpi, 桑皮) [each 5 qian], Black and White Morning Glory Seeds (Sheng Mo, 黑白牵牛) [raw powder, each 1 liang], Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [15 seeds]. Paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 17 pills per dose at early morning on an empty stomach with strong Scallion Decoction. If water retention is not fully cleared, pause for one day, reduce to 13 pills, then 9 pills, then 7 pills. Stop when symptoms recede. Then administer Nanxing Dafupi San. For severe single abdominal distension with good appetite and strong Qi, add Kansui Radix powder to the pills. Avoid Licorice Root due to incompatibility.
Treats edema, single abdominal distension, shortness of breath, generalized and facial swelling.
Yingwei Yinzi (Nutritive and Defensive Drink)

Fenqi Yinzi (Separating Qi Drink)
Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Mulberry Bark (Sangpi, 桑皮), Tsaoko Fructus (Caoguo, 草果), Arecae Pericarpium (Dafupi, 大腹皮), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, 枳壳), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) [whole], Perilla Folium (Zisu, 紫苏), Pinelliae Fermented Product (Banxiaqu, 半夏曲), Perilla Seed (Suzi, 苏子), Ginger (Shengjiang, 生姜). Should be taken concurrently with Bawei Lizhong Wan. Above formulas should be combined with Jiusheng Dan for purgation.
Da Xiao Shengong Jiusheng Dan (Great Efficacy Divine Merit Life-Saving Pill)
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) [each 1 fen], Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [21 seeds], Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜) [2 qian]. Use one cup of vinegar to boil Bashuang and Ganjiang until dry, remove Ganjiang, extract oil from Bashuang, mix evenly with Xionghuang and Zhusha. Make pills the size of ice cream cones/Hemp Seed. Two pills for one-year-olds, sent down with a little Chishao soaked in wine.
Treats Qi deficiency with rapid breathing, limb swelling, urgent abdominal distension, fullness in hypochondrium, alternating hot and cold, diarrhea or constipation, caused by long-standing stagnant deficiency accumulation and disharmony of Ying and Wei. Should push away the toxic Qi.
Gui Tang (Return Decoction)
Honey-fried Astragali Radix (Zh Huangqi, 蜜炙黄) [1 liang], Wine-treated Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Jiu Danggui, 酒当归), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 白芍), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) [each 5 qian], Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [3 qian]. Take 2 qian of chopped herbs per dose, decoct.
Treats weak congenital constitution, slow eruption of smallpox/rashes, and unclear vision due to Liver deficiency.
Zhuang Shi Luhui Wan (Zhuang's Aloe Pill)
Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟) [powdered 1 qian], Gentiana Root (Longdan Cao, 龙胆草) [roasted and powdered 1 liang], Soap Fruit (Zaojiao, 皂角) [3 qian]. Use two sheng of water, boil to extract juice, remove dregs, concentrate into paste. Mix with the two powders to make pills. Take 3-5 pills per dose, with Mint Decoction.
This formula treats pediatric Feng Gan, smooths Liver Qi, and promotes appetite.
Zhusha Anshen Wan (Cinnabar Calming Spirit Pill)
Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) [4 spoons], Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi, 生地) [each 5 qian], Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gancao, 生甘草) [2.5 qian], Pogostemonis Folium (Lanxiang Ye, 兰香叶) [2 qian, burnt to ash], Copper Verdigris (Tongqing, 铜青), Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) [each 5 fen]. Grind together into powder and apply dry to the affected area.
Treats Xin Gan (Heart Gan) with palpitations and chest oppression.
Siwei Fei'er Wan (Four-Ingredient Fat Child Pill)
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [fried], Xanthium Seed (Wuyi, 芜荑), Mass Media Medicata Fermentata (Shenqu, 神曲), Malto (Maiya, 麦芽). Equal parts. Water paste pills. Take 10-20 pills per dose, with boiled water.
Treats vomiting and anorexia, abdominal distension turning into Gan syndrome with diarrhea, or Food Accumulation Spleen Gan, eye opacity, mouth ulcers, fever, emaciation, clear urine, large abdomen with visible veins.
Bufei San (Tonify Lung Powder)
Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao, 阿胶) [1.5 liang], Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Aristolochiae Fructus (Madouling, 马兜铃), Glutinous Rice (Nuomi, 糯米) [each 5 qian], Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) [21 seeds], Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [4 qian]. Take 2 qian of powder per dose, decoct.
This formula treats chronic cough, Lung deficiency with shortness of breath, phlegm, and nausea.
Tianyuan San (Origin Regulating Powder)
Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, 山药) [5 qian], Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Poria with Hostwood (Fushen, 茯神), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao, 白芍), Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shudi, 熟地), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪) [each 2.5 qian], Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草) [each 3 qian], Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) [6 qian]. Take 2 qian of coarse powder per dose, add two slices of Ginger and one Jujube, decoct.
Mainly treats Yuan Qi deficiency, open fontanelle, emaciation with large abdomen, and delayed speech, walking, and teething.
Wanying Wan (Universal Pill)
Chinese Gallnut (Wubeizi, 五倍子), Indian Barberry Root Bark (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Mass Media Medicata Fermentata (Shenqu, 神曲), Malto (Maiya, 麦芽), Burrel Flower Bulb (Sanleng, 三棱), Curcumae Rhizoma (Pengzhu, 蓬术), Xanthium Seed (Wuyi, 芜荑), Gentiana Root (Longdan Cao, 龙胆草), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔), Sichuan Chinaberry Seed (Chuanlianzi Rou, 川楝子肉), Quince Seed (Shijunzi, 使君子). Equal parts. Paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 3-5 to 70 pills per dose, with rice water.
Treats various Gan syndromes, Stomach Heat, hair standing up during attacks, sallow complexion, and anorexia.
Shenghui Ganchan Wan (Holy Benefit Dried Toad Pill)
Dried Toad (Ganchan, 干蟾) [1 piece], Snake Slough (Shetui, 蛇蜕) [1 qian], Galegae Flower (Gujingcao, 谷精草) [2 liang], Indian Barberry Root Bark (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连), Momordicae Fructus (Gudie, 瓜蒂), Mother Clove (Mudingxiang, 母丁香), Bovine Calculus (Niuhuang, 牛黄), Borax (Bingpian, 冰片), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Himalayan Beeswax (Tianzhuhuang, 天竺黄), Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) [each 1 fen], Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 青黛) [5 qian]. Paste pills. For 1-2 year olds, dissolve 5 pills in rice wash water. After administration, bathe the child in Peach and Willow Branch Decoction, wearing green clothes. Gan worms will appear on the clothes, eyebrows, and temples, resembling fine bran or dust. Black toxic ones are untreatable; yellow-white ones are easy to treat. Also take 2 pills with rice drink, three times daily. Severe cases heal within half a month.
This formula treats Five Gans, Convulsions, expels worms, and determines life/death prognosis.
Shenghui Jinchan San (Holy Benefit Golden Toad Powder)
Dried Toad (Ganchan, 干蟾) [1 piece], Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha, 夜明砂), Peach Inner Bark (Taobai Pi, 桃白皮), Tree-of-Heaven Root Bark (Chuibai Pi, 樗白皮), Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Terminaliae Fructus (Hezi Rou, 诃子肉), Xanthium Seed (Wuyi, 芜荑), Lily Bulb (Baihe, 百合), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [each 3 fen], Lead Carbonate (Hufen, 胡粉) [3 qian], Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang, 丁香) [3 seeds], Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟lang) [1 fen]. Take 5 fen per dose with drink, three times daily.
Treats accumulated Gan with worms eroding the spine, thirst, diarrhea, and drum-like sound upon back percussion.
Zijin San (Purple Gold Powder)
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) [stir-fried black], Lead Oxide (Huangdan, 黄丹), Earthworm (Dilong, 地龙) [stir-fried black] [each 5 qian], Alum (Qingfan, 青矾) [1 fen]. Take one "zi" amount, rub on gums, three times daily.
This formula treats pediatric Running Horse Gan (severe oral gangrene).
Qiushuang San (Autumn Frost Powder)
High-quality Arsenic Trioxide (Hao Pi, 好砒) [0.5 liang], White Alum (Baifan, 白矾) [4 fen]. Use one cup of water, boil Arsenic until dry, add Alum, grind together into powder. Add a little Moschus坯子, mix evenly. Take one "zi" amount, apply to gums with goose feather, 3-4 times daily.
This formula treats pediatric Bengsha (severe gum disease).
Qian Shi Jinhua San (Qian's Golden Flower Powder)
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [each half liang], Lead Oxide (Huangdan, 黄丹) [1 liang, water-flown], Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) [1 qian], Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) [one zi]. Grind evenly first, wash with water, and apply.
This formula treats all pediatric damp sores, tinea, and Gan.
Hua Gan Wan (Resolve Gan Pill)
Xanthium Seed (Wuyi, 芜荑), Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 青黛), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Tip (Baizhi Shao, 白芷梢), Indian Barberry Root Bark (Huhuanglian, 胡黄连), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Toad Ash (Hamahui, 虾蟆灰). Equal parts. Soak cake in Pig Bile to make paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 10-20 pills per dose after meals and before bed, with Apricot Seed Decoction. Regularly wash nose with Bear Bile Decoction using a brush. After several doses of decoction, use Qingdai, Danggui, Adzuki Bean, Gudie, Diyu, Huanglian, Luhui, Xionghuang as powder, insufflate into nose to contract sores.
Treats various Gans producing worms, inability to cry, vomiting clear saliva, abdominal distension/pain, purple-black lips/mouth, wet prolapsed rectum.
Jisheng Wan (Collecting Sage Pill)
Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂), Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha, 夜明砂), Amomum Fruit (Sharen, 砂仁), Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (Juhong, 橘红), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香), Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhu, 莪术), Quince Seed (Shijunzirou, 使君子肉) [each 2 qian], Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Dried Toad (Ganchan, 干蟾) [each 3 lines], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮) [each 1.5 qian]. Use Male Pig Bile and wheat paste to make pills. Take with rice drink according to age. For deficiency, remove Ezhu and Qingpi, add Renshen 2 qian, Baizhu 3 qian. For heat, remove Ezhu and Sharen, add Longdan 3 qian. For vomiting/diarrhea/dysentery, remove Ezhu and Qingpi, add Baizhu 2 qian, Roudoukou and Hezi 1 qian each. For accumulation pain, remove Chuanxiong and Danggui, add Sanleng, Xiaohui, Chuanlianzi Rou 2 qian each. For malaria, add Biejia 3 qian. For thirst, remove Ezhu and Sharen, add Renshen and Baizhu 2 qian each. For worms, remove Chuanxiong and Danggui, add Wuyi 1.5 qian, Chuanlianzi Rou 2 qian.
This formula is neither hot nor cold, tonifying without stagnation, resolving without depletion. Very stable and appropriate.
Chaihu San (Bupleurum Powder)
Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 柴胡), Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen, 葛根), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, 知母), Fritillariae Bulb (Beimu, 贝母), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Poria with Hostwood (Fushen, 茯神), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草). Equal parts. Take 1 qian of powder per dose, add Wheat to decoct.
This formula treats pediatric Gan Heat, limbs like firewood, inability to stand or walk.
Dahuang Wan (Rhubarb Pill)
Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄), Rehmanniae Radix (Dihuang, 地黄), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 柴胡), Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) [each 3 fen]. Honey pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 5 pills per dose with drink, three times daily.
Treats pediatric Stomach Qi imbalance, anorexia, and failure to gain muscle.
Baohe Wan (Preserve Harmony Pill)
Massa Medicata Fermentata (Shenqu, 神曲), Crataegi Fructus (Shanzha, 山楂), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓) [each 1 liang], Radish Seed (Laifuzi, 莱菔子), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao, 连翘) [each 5 qian]. Porridge pills. Take 30 pills with soup.
Mainly treats food stagnation, chest/diaphragm oppression, belching with acid regurgitation, vomiting/diarrhea, and abdominal pain.
Gansui Pojie San (Gansui Breaking Knots Powder)
Kansui Radix (Gansui, 甘遂) [2.5 qian, roasted yellow], Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Roasted Rhubarb (Wei Dahuang, 煨大黄) [each 5 qian]. Take 1 qian of powder per dose, decoct. Adjust according to age. Stop when bowel movement occurs, replenish with cold porridge.
Jinshi Wan (Promote Appetite Pill)
Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [1.2 qian], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂), Haematitum (Daizheshi, 代赭石), Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, 枳壳), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) [each 5 qian], Moschus (She, 麝) [a little]. Paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. One pill for one-year-olds, taken with drink. Adjust according to excess/deficiency.

Baibing Zi (White Cake)
Talcum (Huashi, 滑石), Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星) [each 1 qian], Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [24 seeds]. Glutinous rice paste pills the size of Hemp Seed, shaped into cakes. For over 3 years: 3-5 cakes; under 4 years: 1-2 cakes. Take before sleep with Scallion White Decoction.
Treats pediatric abdominal masses (Pi), refusal to eat, only accepting breast milk.
Liusheng Wan (Six Sages Pill)
Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhu, 莪术), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮), Stir-fried Ginger (Paojiang, 炮姜) [each 5 qian], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香) [2.5 qian]. Take 1 qian of powder per dose, grind together with 3 Crotonis Fructus Paste seeds. Vinegar paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 15-35 pills per dose at Wu Geng with Ginger Soup. After 3-5 bowel movements, regulate Qi with Yunqi San, stop tonics.

Shuijing Dan (Crystal Pill)
Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) [each 3 qian], Talcum (Huashi, 滑石) [4 qian], Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) [50 sheets], Xanthium Seed (Wuyi, 芜荑) [200 slices], Crotonis Fructus Paste (Bashuang, 巴霜) [15 seeds]. Paste pills the size of Hemp Seed. Take 15-35 pills per dose at Wu Geng with Scallion White Juice. After 3-5 bowel movements, regulate Qi with Yunqi San. Descends Wind-Phlegm, take with Ginger Soup.
Treats Fright/Food/Worm accumulation, abdominal distension with irritability, sallow complexion, decreased appetite. This is not a mild formula to be used lightly.
