What is the condition of having fleshy nevi on the eye? The answer is: Use manual techniques to slightly pierce them. Apply Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder). If located at the canthi, bloodletting may be performed. Apply Tuiyun San (Cloud-Pushing Powder) (formula see Question 14). It is advisable to take Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill) (formula see Question 48) and Fanjing Wan (Eye-Returning Pill) (formula see Question 55). The answer is: Use manual techniques to hook up the superficial layer with a copper hook, tie it to the temple area, then apply Zhenzhu Huye Gao (Pearl Tiger Fluid Ointment), or use aqueous eye drops.
What causes dim vision without pain, accompanied by sudden profuse tearing daily? The answer is: This indicates Kidney Yin Deficiency and concurrent Heart Yang Deficiency. It is advisable to apply Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder) and take Yiyin Shenqi Wan (Yin-Nourishing Kidney-Energy Pill) (Note: Zhenzhu San was clarified in the annotation for Question 63).
Yiyin Shenqi Wan (Yin-Nourishing Kidney-Energy Pill)
Xie Xie (Alisma Rhizoma), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Sheng Di (Rehmanniae Radix), Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix), Shu Di (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Shan Yu Rou (Corni Fructus), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Yuan Zhi (Polygalae Radix) (each 1 qian), Shi Chang Pu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) (4 qian).
Grind into fine powder, form pills with honey. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with salt water on an empty stomach, three times a day.
What is the condition of Huayi Baixian (Flower-like Nebula with White Depression)? The answer is: Lung Metal is constrained by Heart Fire. Due to Lung Qi deficiency, it cannot control Liver Wood, leading to Liver Wood counter-restricting Lung Metal. Meanwhile, Kidney Water is depleted and cannot control Fire, causing Fire to flare up further and exacerbating Lung Metal deficiency. It is advisable to take Bushen Wan (Kidney-Nourishing Pill) and apply aqueous eye drops.

What causes sudden profuse tearing like pouring and the abrupt appearance of flower-like nebulae? The answer is: Place a copper coin centered on the upper eyelid. Moxibustion with a rush pith candle should be applied to the hole of the coin for one moxa cone. Then, bury the coin underground in front of the stove to achieve a cure.
