Hugu Sijin Wan (Tiger Bone Four-Jin Pill): Treats deficiency-cold of the Liver and Kidney, complicated by Wind-Dampness, resulting in pain in the feet and knees.
Ingredients: Mugwort Fruit (Chaogua, 木瓜), Gastrodia Rhizome (Tianma, 天麻), Cistanche Stem (Roucongrong, 肉苁蓉) (washed with wine to remove decay), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi, 牛膝) (each one jin); Aconite Root (Fuzi, 附子) (processed, two liang); Tiger Tibia and Palm Bones (Hujing bing zangggu, 虎胫并掌骨) (one set, roasted with butter).
