石菖蒲 白芷（各一两） 木香 川椒 甘草（炙。各半两）
为散。每服三四钱。生姜三片。苏叶一撮。水煎。去滓热服。
辛荑散 治鼻塞不闻香臭。涕出不止。
辛荑仁（一两） 细辛（三钱） 本（七钱） 升麻 川芎 白芷 木通
防风 甘草（炙。各五钱）
为散。每服二钱。食后茶清调服。
千金通草辛荑搐鼻法 治鼻塞脑冷清涕出。
通草 辛荑（各钱半） 细辛 甘遂 桂心 芎 附子（各一钱）
上七味。为末。蜜丸。绵裹纳鼻中。
千金搐鼻法 治鼻 。
通草 细辛 附子
上三味。等分为末。蜜和。绵裹少许纳鼻中。又方。加甘遂。用白雄犬胆丸。取涕瘥。
千金矾石藜芦散 治鼽鼻。鼻中 肉不得息。

上四味。各捣筛合和。以小竹管。吹药如小豆许于鼻孔中以绵絮塞之。日再。以愈为度。

丽泽通气汤：治疗长期受风邪侵袭导致的鼻塞。

加水煎煮，在饭后服用。冬季，加倍使用麻黄并加入细辛三分；夏季，去掉独活并加入石膏三钱。忌食一切生冷食物，避免坐在或睡在风吹凉的地方。
穹 散：治疗鼻渊（鼻流浊涕）。

研成散剂。每次服用三四钱，加生姜三片、紫苏叶一撮，加水煎煮，滤去药渣后热服。

防风、甘草（炙，各五钱）
研成散剂。每次服用二钱，饭后用清茶调服。
千金通草辛荑搐鼻法：治疗鼻塞、头脑清冷、流出清涕。
通草、辛荑（各一钱半）、细辛、甘遂、桂心、川芎、附子（各一钱）
以上七味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，用棉布包裹后纳入鼻孔中。
千金搐鼻法：治疗鼻渊（鼻流浊涕）。
通草、细辛、附子
以上三味药，等量研成细末，用蜂蜜调和，用棉布包裹少许纳入鼻孔中。另一方法，加入甘遂，用白色雄犬的胆汁制丸，促使鼻涕排出而痊愈。
千金矾石藜芦散：治疗鼻渊（鼻流浊涕），鼻中有息肉导致呼吸不畅。
矾石、藜芦（各六铢）、瓜蒂（十四枚）、附子（十二铢）
以上四味药，分别捣碎过筛混合均匀，用小竹管将药物吹入鼻孔，用量如小豆大小，然后用棉絮塞住鼻孔。每天两次，以痊愈为度。

Lize Tongqi Decoction: Treats nasal congestion caused by long-term wind pathogen invasion.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (peeled, sliced, stir-fried with sesame oil), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (each 8 fen)
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (retaining the nodes, 4 fen), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (5 fen), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (1 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix) (1.5 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted, 7 fen), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (3 slices), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) (2 pieces, split open)
Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) (3 cun)
Decoct in water and take after meals. In winter, double the dosage of Mahuang and add Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) 3 fen; in summer, remove Duhuo and add Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 3 qian. Avoid all cold foods and sitting or sleeping in drafty places.
Qiong San: Treats Bi Yuan (nasal sinusitis characterized by turbid discharge).
Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Lagui (Cinnamomi Ramulum), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma)
Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 1 liang), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted, each 0.5 liang)
Grind into powder. Take 3-4 qian per dose, with 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and a pinch of Ziyeh (Perillae Folium). Decoct in water, strain, and take hot.
Xinti San: Treats nasal congestion with loss of smell and taste, and continuous runny nose.
Xintiren (Magnoliae Flos), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (3 qian), Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix) (7 qian), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis)
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (roasted, each 5 qian)
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with clear tea water after meals.
Qianjin Tongcao Xinti Chu Bi Fa (Thousand Golden Formula for Nasal Insufflation with Tongcao and Magnolia Flower): Treats nasal congestion, cold sensation in the head, and clear nasal discharge.
Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Xinti (Magnoliae Flos) (each 1.5 qian), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gansui (Kansui Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (each 1 qian)
The above seven herbs are ground into fine powder, formed into pills with honey, wrapped in cotton, and inserted into the nostrils.
Qianjin Chu Bi Fa (Thousand Golden Nasal Insufflation Method): Treats Bi Yuan (nasal sinusitis characterized by turbid discharge).
Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)
The above three herbs are ground into powder in equal parts, mixed with honey, wrapped in a small amount of cotton, and inserted into the nostrils. Another method adds Gansui (Kansui Radix), using bile from a white male dog to form pills, inducing discharge of turbid mucus for cure.
Qianjin Fanshi Lilu San (Thousand Golden Alum and Veratrum Powder): Treats Bi Yuan (nasal sinusitis characterized by turbid discharge), nasal polyps causing breathing difficulty.
Fanshi (Alumen), Lilu (Veratri Radix) (each 6 zhu), Gudi (Trichosanthis Fructus), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (12 zhu)
The above four herbs are crushed, sifted, and mixed. Using a small bamboo tube, blow a dose equivalent to a small bean into the nostril, then plug with cotton wool. Repeat twice daily until cured.
