桂辛散 治风虚耳鸣。
辣桂 川芎 当归 石菖蒲 木通 麻黄（去节。另为末。各一两）
细辛 木香（一作全蝎） 甘草（炙。各五钱） 白蒺藜 南星 白芷（各两半）
为散。每服四钱。加葱白一茎。苏叶五片。水煎去滓。食前服。一方。加全蝎去毒三钱。
黄 丸 治肾风耳鸣及痒。

为末。用羯羊肾一对。去脂膜勿犯铁。酒煮捣烂绞汁糊丸。梧子大。空心盐汤。临卧温酒下五

姜蝎散 治肾虚气塞耳聋。
全蝎（四十九个。去螫。滚水泡去咸。以糯米三合放瓦上铺平。将蝎焙黄去米。又切生姜四十
九片置蝎。再焙至姜焦为度去姜）
为细末。三五日前。每日先服黑锡丹一服。临服药时。夜饭半饥。随其酒量。勿令大醉服。服
已。熟睡勿叫。醒令人轻轻唤。如不听得。浓煎葱白汤一碗令饮。五更耳中闻百十攒笙响。自此得闻。
犀角饮子 治风热上壅。耳内 肿。胀痛流脓。
犀角屑 本通 石菖蒲 甘菊 黑参 赤芍 赤小豆（炒）

水煎。不拘时热服。
烧肾散 治肾虚耳聋。
磁石（ 赤醋淬。飞。净一两） 附子（一枚。炮去皮脐） 蜀椒（炒去汗。取椒红。

为散。每服一钱。用猪肾一枚。去筋膜细切。葱白盐花和匀。裹十重湿纸。于糖灰中煨熟。空
心细嚼。温酒送下。以粥压之。十日效。
通神散 治耳聋。

为散。每用少许。葱白蘸药。引入耳中。闭气面壁坐一时许。三日一次。
蓖麻丸 治久聋。

以上药物研为散剂。每次服用四钱，加入葱白一茎、苏叶五片，用水煎煮，去渣滓，饭前服用。另一配方中，加入去毒的全蝎三钱。
黄丸 治疗肾风引起的耳鸣及耳痒。
黄（酒炒）、白蒺藜（炒，去刺）、羌活（各一两）、附子（一枚，生用，去皮脐）
以上药物研为细末。取羯羊肾一对，去除脂膜，注意不要接触铁器，用酒煮后捣烂，绞取汁液，作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。空腹时用盐汤送服，临睡前用温酒送服五十丸。
姜蝎散 治疗肾虚气滞导致的耳聋。
全蝎（四十九个，去螫针，用滚水泡去咸味，将糯米三合放在瓦上铺平，将蝎子焙至黄色后去掉糯米，再切生姜四十九片放在蝎子上，再次焙至生姜焦黑为止，去掉生姜）
以上药物研为细末。在服药前三五天，每天先服用一次黑锡丹。临近服药时，晚饭吃到半饱即可，根据平时的酒量饮酒，但不要喝到大醉。服完药后，熟睡不要叫醒，醒来让人轻轻呼唤，如果听不见，浓煎一碗葱白汤让其饮下。五更天时耳朵里会听到上百种笙箫的声音，从此就能听见声音了。
犀角饮子 治疗风热上壅导致的耳内肿痛，胀痛流脓。
犀角屑、本通（此处疑为“本”或“防风”之误，依原文保留）、石菖蒲、甘菊、黑参、赤芍、赤小豆（炒）
甘草（炙）、生姜（三片）
用水煎煮，不拘时间，趁热服用。
烧肾散 治疗肾虚耳聋。
磁石（煅红醋淬，飞研，净一两）、附子（一枚，炮制去皮脐）、蜀椒（炒去汗，取椒红，半两）、巴戟肉（一两，《宝鉴》无此药）
以上药物研为散剂。每次服用一钱，用猪肾一枚，去除筋膜并细细切碎，与葱白、盐花拌匀，用十层湿纸包裹，在糖灰中煨熟。空腹细细咀嚼，用温酒送下，随后喝粥压住药力。十日见效。
通神散 治疗耳聋。
全蝎（炮制）、地龙、蜣螂（各三个）、明矾（生用一半，枯用一半）、雄黄（各五分）、麝香（一字）
以上药物研为散剂。每次取少许药粉，用葱白蘸药，引入耳中，闭气面对墙壁坐约一时辰。每三天一次。
蓖麻丸 治疗久聋。
蓖麻仁（二十一粒）、皂角（煨后取肉，五分）、地龙（大的两条）、全蝎（两个）、远志肉、磁石（煅，飞研）、乳香（各二钱）
麝香（少许）
以上药物研为细末，熔化黄蜡制成丸药，塞入耳中。
栀子清肝散 治疗寒热往来、胁痛，耳内作痒生疮。
柴胡、栀子（炒黑）、牡丹皮（各一两）、茯苓、川芎、白芍、当归
牛蒡子、甘草（炙，各五钱）
以上药物研为散剂。每次服用五钱，用水煎煮去渣滓，在半饥状态下趁热服用。

Guixin San (Cinnamon and Asarum Powder) treats tinnitus caused by wind deficiency.
Lagui (Cassiae Ramulus), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Shichangpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Mutong (Caulis Tetrapanacis), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, nodes removed, separately ground into powder, each 1 liang).
Xixin (Radix et Rhizoma Asari), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae; alternatively Quanxie/Scorpio), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, each 5 qian), Bijieli (Fructus Tribuli), Nanting (Rhizoma Arisaematis), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, each 1.5 liang).
Grind into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, add one stem of Congbai (Bulbus Allii Cepae) and five leaves of Zisu (Folium Perillae), decoct in water, remove dregs, and take before meals. Another prescription adds 3 qian of detoxified Quanxie (Scorpio).
Huang Wan (Astragalus Pill) treats tinnitus and itching caused by kidney wind.
Huang (Radix Astragali, wine-fried), Bijieli (Fructus Tribuli, fried, thorns removed), Qianghuo (Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, each 1 liang), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, one piece, raw, skin and navel removed).
Grind into powder. Take one pair of male sheep kidneys, remove the fat membrane avoiding iron contact, boil in wine, pound until paste-like, squeeze out juice, and use as a binder to make pills the size of wu zi (Cibotium barometz seeds). Take fifty pills on an empty stomach with salt water, and fifty pills before bed with warm wine.
Jiangxie San (Ginger and Scorpion Powder) treats deafness caused by kidney deficiency and qi stagnation.
Quanxie (Scorpio, 49 pieces, stingers removed, soaked in boiling water to remove salinity, spread 3 he of glutinous rice on a tile, place scorpions on rice, roast until yellow, remove rice, slice 49 pieces of fresh ginger, place on scorpions, roast again until ginger is charred, discard ginger).
Grind into fine powder. Three to five days before taking this medicine, take one dose of Heixi Dan (Black Tin Pill) daily. Before taking the medicine, eat half-full dinner, drink according to your usual alcohol tolerance but do not get drunk. After taking the medicine, sleep soundly without being awakened. Upon waking, have someone call you gently. If you cannot hear, drink a strong bowl of Congbai (Bulbus Allii Cepae) decoction. At the fifth watch (3-5 AM), you will hear the sound of hundreds of sheng pipes, and hearing will be restored.
Xijiao Yinzi (Rhinoceros Horn Drink) treats swelling, distending pain, and pus discharge in the ear due to wind-heat congestion upward.
Xijiao (Cornu Rhinocerotis), Bentong (likely Ben Cao or Fangfeng, retained as per original text), Shichangpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii), Ganju (Flos Chrysanthemi Indici), Heishen (Radix Panacis Japonensis var. Chinensis), Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Chixiaodou (Semina Phaseoli Angularis, fried).
Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried), Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, three slices).
Decoct in water, take hot at any time.
Shao Shen San (Roasted Kidney Powder) treats deafness caused by kidney deficiency.
Cishi (Magnetitum, calcined red, quenched in vinegar, levigated, pure 1 liang), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, one piece, processed, skin and navel removed), Shujiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, fried to remove moisture, take the red husk, 0.5 liang), Bajirou (Radix Morindae Officinalis, 1 liang, absent in Baojian).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Use one pig kidney, remove fascia and sinews, cut finely, mix evenly with Congbai (Bulbus Allii Cepae) and salt flowers, wrap in ten layers of wet paper, and bake in sugar ash until cooked. Chew thoroughly on an empty stomach, send down with warm wine, and follow with porridge. Effective within ten days.
Tongshen San (Spirit-Passing Powder) treats deafness.
Quanxie (Scorpio, processed), Dilong (Pheretima), Qiulang (Copris lunatus, each 3 pieces), Mingfan (Alumen, half raw, half calcined), Xionghuang (Realgar, each 5 fen), Shexiang (Moschus, one zi).
Grind into powder. Apply a small amount per use. Dip Congbai (Bulbus Allii Cepae) in the medicine and insert into the ear. Hold breath, sit facing a wall for about one shichen (two hours). Repeat once every three days.
Bimawan (Ricinus Pill) treats chronic deafness.
Bimaren (Semen Ricini, 21 grains), Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, baked, take flesh, 5 fen), Dilong (Pheretima, large ones, 2 strips), Quanxie (Scorpio, 2 pieces), Yuanzhi (Radix Polygalae), Cishi (Magnetitum, calcined, levigated), Ruxiang (Resina Frankincense, each 2 qian).
Shexiang (Moschus, a little).
Grind into powder, melt beeswax to form pills, and insert into the ear.
Zhizi Qinggan San (Gardenia Liver-Clearing Powder) treats alternating chills and fever, hypochondriac pain, itching and sores in the ear.
Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae, fried black), Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan, each 1 liang), Fuling (Poria), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis).
Niubangzi (Fructus Arctii), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, each 5 qian).
Grind into powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct in water, remove dregs, and take hot when half-hungry.
