洗法 川椒（三钱） 黄连、黄柏、黄芩、黄占 白芨（各五钱）食盐少许，煎汤洗之。（《说约》）

Egg Gall Ointment: When chancre (chancre) occurs in the anal region, causing difficulty in defecation, use Almond (seven kernels, skin and tips removed), Calomel (Calomel), and Chalcanthite (Chalcanthite) (each 5 fen). Another prescription: Use Cinnabar (Cinnabar), Calomel (Calomel) (each 1 qian), Yellow Beeswax (Yellow Beeswax), and Refined Oil (Refined Oil) (each 1 liang). Melt and mix them together. Spread the mixture on oiled paper and apply as a patch; the scabs will fall off naturally. (*Xiuzhen Fang*)
Initial Fumigation Method: Cinnabar Powder (1 qian) is divided into seven strips of cotton paper, soaked thoroughly in Sesame Oil (Sesame Oil). Each time, fumigate with two strips. During fumigation, sit on a stool. In summer, cover with a single quilt; in winter, use a padded quilt. Do not allow air to escape. Hold some water in the mouth to prevent damage to the wound skin. Spit out the water after fumigation; do not swallow it. The effect is miraculous. (*Jisheng Milan*)
Rubbing Method: At the initial stage of the sore, use Jin Fan (Alumen / Alum) (4 liang) ground into fine powder. The patient sits inside heavy curtains and rubs the palms of the hands and soles of the feet until exhausted. Sweating occurs within seven days, and the sores heal. (*Xuanzi*)
Washing Method: Sichuan Pepper (Sichuan Pepper) (3 qian), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Yellow Ochre (Huangzhan), Bletilla Tuber (Baiji) (each 5 qian), and a small amount of Salt (Salt). Decoct in water and wash the sores. (*Shuoyue*)
Another prescription: Use only one herb, Earth Changpu (Acorus Tatarinowii), decocted in water to wash the sores, which promotes healing and closure. (Same source)
Pointing Medicine: Child's Tea (Child's Tea), Almond Frost (Almond Frost) (each 1 qian), Calomel (Calomel) (5 fen), Borneol (Borneol). Grind together into powder. Mix with Goose Gall (Goose Gall) and apply. After one application, the crust falls off overnight. (*Zhongfutang Fang*)
Application for Condyloma-like Toxins: Pure Calomel (Calomel) (2 qian), Almond Frost (Almond Frost) (20 kernels, skin and tips removed, taken as frost), Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed (Nux Vomica) (fire-roasted to retain properties), Child's Tea (Child's Tea) (fire-roasted, each 3 qian), Chalcanthite (Chalcanthite) (3 fen), Borneol (Borneol) (1 fen). Grind all into an extremely fine powder. Mix with Goose Gall (Goose Gall) or Pig Gall (Pig Gall) for topical application. Change once a day; heals in a few days. (Same source)
