当归 川芎 防风 米仁 木瓜 金银花 木通 白藓皮 苍术 威灵仙（各一钱） 生
甘（
水煎服。病久者加人参一钱。下部疮多加牛膝五分。病浅者服一月愈。病深者百日亦愈。
忌
不问新久骨痛溃烂。并治壮健者用。
土茯苓（二两） 防己 防风 花粉 角刺 藓皮 连翘 川芎 木瓜 当归 风藤 金
银花
水煎服。加酒一小杯。下部加牛膝五分。
治疳疮骨痛。并流注结毒。破烂不收。及咽喉损破。但壮健者并宜服之。
升麻（四钱） 角刺（新鲜者四钱） 土茯苓（一斤）
项以上加白芷。 咽内加桔梗。 胸腹加白芍。 肩背加羌活。 下部加牛膝。（各一
钱）
治下疳破烂。痛不可忍。及诸疮新肉已生。不能生皮。并汤火疮。破烂痛甚者俱效
靛花（五分缸内取者佳） 珍珠（一钱豆腐煮研碎） 轻粉（一两） 飞面（五分）
共为细末。先用生甘煎汤。洗净疮口。再用猪骨髓调前药末敷之。
治疳疮破烂痛甚者。
石膏（ ） 轻粉 黄柏（各等分）
为细末。掺疮上即生疤。再烂再掺。毒尽乃愈。此止痛收干之圣药也。
治结毒初起。骨痛及已破溃烂者。
岐良（四两） 荆芥 防风 川芎 当归 花粉 金银花 白蒺藜 米仁 威灵仙 栀
子黄
水煎服。服后饮酒一钟。忌牛肉火酒。发物并房事。
治疗疳疮初起。筋骨疼痛。以及疮疡日久不愈合。或者误服轻粉。导致引发结毒等病症。 这种病症在初期表现为疳症。服用此方不会发展成疮疡。

不论新久骨痛溃烂。都适用于壮实健康的人使用。

用水煎煮后服用。加入一小杯酒。下部病变加牛膝五分。
治疗疳疮引起的骨痛。以及流注结毒。疮面破烂难以收口。以及咽喉部位受损破溃。只要是身体壮实的人都适宜服用。
升麻（四钱） 皂角刺（新鲜的四钱） 土茯苓（一斤）
颈部以上加白芷。咽喉内部加桔梗。胸腹部加白芍。肩背部加羌活。下部加牛膝。（各一钱）
治疗下疳破烂。疼痛难以忍受。以及各种疮疡新肉已生。但不能长出新皮。还有汤火烫伤。破烂疼痛严重的都有效。
靛蓝花（五分，从缸中取出的为佳） 珍珠（一钱，用豆腐煮后研碎） 轻粉（一两） 飞罗面（五分）
共同研磨成细末。先用生甘草煎汤。洗净疮口。再用猪骨髓调和前面的药末敷在患处。
治疗疳疮破烂疼痛严重的。
石膏（适量） 轻粉 黄柏（各等分）
研磨成细末。撒在疮面上即可生成痂皮。再次溃烂再撒上。毒素排尽才能痊愈。这是止痛收敛干燥的神效药物。
治疗结毒初起。骨痛以及已经破溃腐烂的。

用水煎煮后服用。服药后喝一钟酒。忌食牛肉、烈性酒、发物以及房事。
Treats the initial stage of chancre (chancre-like sores). Pain in bones and tendons. As well as sores that do not heal for a long time. Or if mercury chloride (Calomel) is taken by mistake, leading to symptoms such as condyloma (hard swellings/gummas). This condition initially presents as chancre. Taking this prescription will prevent it from developing into open sores.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Coicis Semen (Yiyiren), Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Dictamni Cortex (Baixianpi), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Sparagii Ramulus (Weilingxian) (each 1 qian). Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao) (appropriate amount).
Decoct with water and take orally. For chronic cases, add Ginseng Radix (Renshen) 1 qian. For lower body sores, add additional Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) 0.5 qian. For superficial disease, one month of medication leads to cure. For deep-seated disease, one hundred days also lead to cure.
Contraindications:
Regardless of whether bone pain and ulceration are new or old, it is suitable for use in robust and healthy individuals.
Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma (Tufuling) (2 liang), Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Fangji), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Jiaoci), Dictamni Cortex (Xianpi), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Sargentodoxae Caulis (Fengteng), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua).
Decoct with water and take orally. Add one small cup of wine. For lower body conditions, add Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) 0.5 qian.
Treats bone pain caused by chancre. As well as flowing deposits and condyloma (gummas). Ulcerated sores that fail to close. And damage/ulceration of the throat. It is suitable for anyone who is physically robust.
Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) (4 qian), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Jiaoci - fresh ones 4 qian), Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma (Tufuling) (1 jin).
For areas above the neck, add Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi). For inside the throat, add Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng). For chest and abdomen, add Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao). For shoulders and back, add Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo). For lower body, add Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi). (Each 1 qian).
Treats lower chancre ulcers. Unbearable pain. As well as various sores where new flesh has grown but cannot regenerate skin. Also effective for scalds and burns. Severe pain in ulcerated areas responds well.
Indigo Naturalis (Dianhua) (5 fen, those taken from the vat are better), Margarita (Zhenzhu) (1 qian, boiled in tofu and ground to powder), Calomelas (Qingfen) (1 liang), Triticum Venale Farina (Feimian) (5 fen).
Grind together into fine powder. First, decoct raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao) in water. Cleanse the wound. Then mix the aforementioned powder with pig bone marrow and apply externally.
Treats severely painful, ulcerated chancres.
Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) (appropriate amount), Calomelas (Qingfen), Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex (Huangbai) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Sprinkle onto the sore to form a scab. Reapply upon re-ulceration. Cure occurs only when all toxins are expelled. This is a sacred medicine for stopping pain and drying up exudate.
Treats initial condyloma (gummas). Bone pain and already broken, ulcerated lesions.
Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma (Qiliang/Tufuling) (4 liang), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Trichosanthis Radix (Huafen), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Tribuli Fructus (Bajili), Coicis Semen (Yiyiren), Sparagii Ramulus (Weilingxian), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi).
Decoct with water and take orally. Drink one cup of wine after taking the medicine. Avoid beef, strong liquor, "fa wu" (stimulating foods), and sexual intercourse.
