川乌、草乌、半夏、红牙大戟、芫花、甘草节、甘遂、细辛、姜黄、穿山甲、野狼毒、牵牛子、威灵仙、丹参、白芨、贝母（各一两，均与藜芦相反，并用于治疗痞疾）、藜芦（以葱管包裹者为真品，一两）、干蟾蜍（四只）。
用麻油（五斤）浸泡七日。按照常规方法煎煮至药材枯焦，滤去药渣。称取药油一斤。加入密陀僧八两，随后加入黄占二两。煮沸后离火。或者用豆腐泔水浸泡，揉搓三次，再用井水抽拔一次，以去除辛辣味道，避免引发疮疡。再次上火，不停搅拌直至成膏。待稍凉后加入阿魏二两，在箬叶上炙烤后研成粉末投入。也可以与赤石脂一起研磨。不停手搅拌均匀。用瓷器收贮。用狗皮摊开贴敷。每张重五钱。半个月更换一次。病情重的不超过三贴必定痊愈。
凡是小儿夭折，大多是由痞积所致。此膏专门治疗痞积气块、身体发热、口内生疳。用狗皮摊开贴于患处。三日即效。

用油（二斤）浸泡前述药物。煎煮至枯焦，滤去药渣，收贮备用。松香十余斤，用棕皮和青松毛铺在甑底，放入松香加多水蒸之。其松香全部流下甑外，加入冷水，不停手搅拌十余次。制成五斤净末，听候使用。头发（不洗，一斤）、旧发网巾（三顶）、血管鹅毛（两只）。另用油二斤，另起锅煎至头发化为程度。合入上述香末，再下入细药。土鳖虫（炒黑，醋淬七次）、阿魏（一两）、乳香（三两，炙酥）、黄狗前蹄（一对，处理过）、肉桂（二两，去粗皮）。以上为细末，加入膏内搅匀。水浸三日以去火气。摊贴接骨如神。
Treats various types of mass accumulations (痞块积聚). Alternating chills and fever, abdominal pain, phlegm-fluid retention in the chest and diaphragm. Pediatric abdominal distension with malnutrition (大肚疳积). Women's amenorrhea (经水不通), blood masses (血瘕) and other syndromes. Contraindicated for pregnant women.
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Hongya Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma nodes), Gansui (Kansui Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Jianghuang (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma), Shanjia (Pangolin Scale), Yelangdu (Stellerae Radix), Qianniu (Pharbitidis Semen), Weilingxian (Clematidis Radix), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) (each 1 liang, all contrary to Lülü and also used to treat mass diseases), Lülü (Veratrum nigrum root wrapped in green onion tube is authentic, 1 liang), Ganchan (Dried Toad Skin) (4 pieces).
Soak in Sesame Oil (5 jin) for seven days. Fry according to the usual method until the herbs are scorched, then filter out the dregs. Weigh 1 jin of the oil. Add Miduoseng (Litharge, 8 liang), then add Huangzhan (Yellow Resin, 2 liang). Boil, then remove from fire. Alternatively, soak in tofu brine, knead three times, then pull/pump with well water once to remove the pungent taste, preventing sores. Reheat over fire, stirring constantly until it becomes a plaster. When slightly warm, add Awei (Ferulae Resina, 2 liang), roast on bamboo leaf, grind into powder, and add. It can also be ground together with Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum). Stir constantly until uniform. Store in porcelain vessels. Spread on dog skin for application. Each patch weighs 5 qian. Change every half month. For severe cases, no more than three patches are needed for cure.
In general, infant mortality is often caused by mass accumulation. This plaster specifically treats mass accumulation, qi lumps, body heat, and oral thrush/mouth ulcers. Spread on dog skin and apply to the affected area. Effective within three days.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Wugong (Scolopendra), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (each 5 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (each 3 qian), Quanxie (Scorpio) (14 pieces), Shancigu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) (2 qian), Shexiang (Moschus), Pian Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum).
Fry until scorched, filter out dregs. Add Hongdan (Minium, 1 jin 2 liang). Stir with locust or willow branches until smoke ceases; test by dropping water to form beads.
Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Sumu (Sappan Lignum), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Gangsong (Meliosmae Rhizoma), Sannai (Kaempferiae Rhizoma), Wujia Pi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (2 qian).
Soak the aforementioned herbs in Oil (2 jin). Fry until scorched, filter out dregs, store for use. Songxiang (Pini Rosin, over 10 jin), line the bottom of the steamer with palm fiber and pine needles, add Songxiang, add plenty of water and steam. The resin flows down out of the steamer. Add cold water, stir constantly for over ten times. Process into 5 jin of pure powder, ready for use. Hair (unwashed, 1 jin), old hair nets (3 tops), goose quills from blood vessels (2 pieces). Use another 2 jin of oil in a separate pot, fry until the hair dissolves. Mix with the above powdered aromatics, then add the fine herbs. Tubiechong (Eupolyphaga Steleophaga, stir-fried black, quenched in vinegar seven times), Awei (Ferulae Resina, 1 liang), Ruxiang (Olibanum, 3 liang, roasted with fat), Huanggou Qiantí (Yellow Dog Forefoot, 1 pair, processed), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 2 liang, coarse bark removed). Grind all into fine powder, mix into the plaster. Soak in water for three days to remove "fire energy". Apply for bone setting, miraculous efficacy.
