Treats the generation of a "soft-shelled turtle" (a metaphor for abdominal masses or parasites) in the stomach. It sometimes moves chaotically, causing unbearable pain. The pain is relieved upon eating. Over time, it grows larger; even after long-term consumption of food, pain persists. Palpation with the hand reveals a shape resembling a soft-shelled turtle.
*Recipe 1:*
Feizi (Ten seeds), Baiwei, Leiwan, Shenqu (each 3 qian), Binglang (2 qian), Shijunzi Rou (Ten kernels), Baizhu (1 liang).
Decoct these herbs in water and take orally. After ingestion, severe abdominal pain will occur; fasting is required. Endure this state for half a day. If thirsty, consume the second decoction. Shortly thereafter, foul-smelling parasitic matter will be expelled.
*Recipe 2:*
Tianzhuhuang (2 qian), Awei (2.5 qian), Lushui (2 qian), Fanmubie (One seed, de-husked, wrapped in dough and roasted), Jiangcan (Stir-fried).
Grind into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with good wine. When the sensation resembles traveling ten *li* by cart, purulent blood will be transformed and expelled, leading to recovery.
*External Application 1:*
Crush several cloves of garlic into a paste. Add Dahuang and Pixiao (each 1 liang). Pound together into a paste. Apply to the affected area to resolve the mass.
*External Application 2:*
Awei, Puxiao, Liuhuang, Gancao, Gansui (each 1 qian), Shexiang (0.3 qian), Qingpi (3 qian).
Grind into a powder. Crush one bulb of garlic and seven scallion roots. Mix with the herbal powder until uniform. Spread on cloth and apply to the affected area through the cloth barrier.
*Treats masses accumulating in the left hypochondrium and right abdomen, where an internal "turtle-like" formation exists. This formula is miraculous.*
Use this formula only if the patient can tolerate Ren Shen. Do not use if the patient cannot tolerate Ren Shen.
Take one large Biejia (Nine-rib soft-shelled turtle shell), wash it clean. Simmer in three jin of rice vinegar over low heat until dry, ensuring the shell does not burn. Position facing west while sitting east. Grind into coarse powder. Take 5 qian per dose.
*Recipe 3:*
Ren Shen, Zhike, Chuanbei, Wuyao, Yujin, Muxiang, Chenxiang.
Grind these herbs using clear liquid (water or wine) to form a paste. Take one part of each. It can resolve accumulation in the chest and diaphragm without damaging healthy Qi. It is particularly suitable for elderly individuals with weakness.
*Recipe 4:*
Huangbo ground into powder, formed into pills using egg white. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with Rougui Tang. Effect is seen after three to four doses.
*Another Formula:*
Fushen (each 3 qian).
Grind into powder. In the morning, take 3 qian mixed with yellow wine. Sleep for a short while. Two doses stop the symptoms; three to four doses cure the root cause.
