车前子捣汁五合。空心服。或加蜜少许。

海螵蛸 生地 赤茯苓
等分为末。柏叶、车前子。煎汤下一钱。神效。
早起。一物不可吃。至巳时饥极。饱食淡白肉干烧酒令饱。不可饮茶。渴极少饮开水。
饥则
治便血。并一切血症。
血余（八两） 阿胶（一斤面炒成珠）
为末。炼老蜜作丸。桐子大。每服三十丸。清汤下。
又方
古墨（一两用湿草纸包煨透） 冬青子（八两九蒸晒） 苔菜饼（一个晒干）
共为末。用陈米糊为丸。每早白滚汤送下三钱。晚二钱。
又方
荆芥槐花同炒为末。清茶下三钱。
又方
用木耳（一两） 炒黑。生木耳（一两） 芝麻（五钱） 水煎。作茶饮甚效。不伤人。
取一匙白矾末，置于肚脐中。滴入冷水。药力透入腹内后，小便即可通畅。如果肚脐凸出，用面粉做成圆圈，将白矾放在圈内。
又一方：
取韭菜地下的蚯蚓泥三合，与井水搅拌均匀。澄清后去掉上层清水。再次加入井水搅拌，沉淀后再换水。重复此过程至第三次澄清。
治疗小便不通，膀胱气机闭塞，面部发红，耳朵发热，口渴烦躁。

苎麻根煎汤服用效果显著。也可治疗各种淋证。

等分研磨成粉末。用侧柏叶、车前子煎汤送服一钱。效果神奇。
早起后，有一段时间不可进食。直到巳时（上午9点至11点）极度饥饿时，饱食淡味的白肉干和烧酒直至吃饱。不可饮茶。口渴时极少饮用开水。
治疗便血，以及一切血症。
血余（八两） 阿胶（一斤，用面粉炒成珠状）
研磨成粉末。用炼制的老蜜制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，用清汤送下。
又一方：
古墨（一两，用湿草纸包裹煨透） 冬青子（八两，九次蒸晒） 苔菜饼（一个，晒干）
共同研磨成粉末。用陈年米糊制作成丸药。每天早晨用滚开的白水送服三钱，晚上送服二钱。
又一方：
用木耳（一两）炒黑，生木耳（一两），芝麻（五钱）。用水煎煮，当作茶饮，效果很好，且不伤身体。
扁柏叶。经过九次蒸晒处理二两。槐花和生地汁拌炒至黑色二两。研磨成粉末，用蜜制作成丸药。用酒送服，或用米汤送服二钱。去除槐花。长期服用可延年益寿。
Place one spoonful of *Bai Fan* (Alumen, 白矾) powder into the umbilicus. Drip cold water onto it. Once the effect penetrates into the abdomen, urination will immediately become unobstructed. If the umbilicus protrudes, make a circle with flour and place the Alumen within the circle.
Another prescription:
Take three *he* (a traditional unit of volume) of earthworm mud from under leek beds. Mix evenly well-well water. Allow to settle and discard the clear supernatant water. Add well-water again, mix, let settle, and change the water. Repeat this process until the third clarification.
Treats urinary retention, Qi stagnation in the Bladder, red face, hot ears, thirst, and irritability.
*Xu Bu Liu Xing* (Vaccariae Semen, 王不留行) (5 qian) *Ze Xie* (Alismatis Rhizoma, 泽泻) (3 qian) *Bai Zhu* (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 白术) (3 qian)
Decoct in water and take one dose. Urination will return to normal.
Decocting and drinking *Zhu Ma Gen* (Boehmeriae Radix, 苎麻根) is highly effective. It also treats various types of Lin syndrome (dysuria).
Crush *Che Qian Zi* (Plantaginis Semen, 车前子) to extract five *he* of juice. Take on an empty stomach. Or add a small amount of honey.
Treats hematuria (blood in urine).
*Hai Piao Xiao* (Sepiae Endoconcha, 海螵蛸) *Sheng Di* (Rehmanniae Radix, 生地) *Chi Fu Ling* (Poria cum Rubro, 赤茯苓)
Grind equal parts into powder. Take one qian, washed down with decoction of *Bai Ye* (Platycladi Cacumen, 侧柏叶) and *Che Qian Zi* (Plantaginis Semen, 车前子). Miraculous effect.
In the morning, do not eat for a period of time. Until Si hour (9-11 AM), when extremely hungry, eat full meals of bland dried white meat and liquor until satiated. Do not drink tea. When thirsty, drink very little boiled water.
Treats hematochezia (blood in stool) and all kinds of blood disorders.
*Xue Yu* (Hominis Crinis Carbonisatus, 血余) (8 liang) *E Jiao* (Colla Corii Asini, 阿胶) (1 jin, stir-fried with flour until bead-like)
Grind into powder. Make pills using refined old honey, size of Sophora seeds (*Tong Zi*). Take 30 pills each time, washed down with clear soup.
Another prescription:
*Ancient Ink* (1 liang, wrapped in wet grass paper and roasted thoroughly) *Dong Qing Zi* (Ilicis Fructus, 冬青子) (8 liang, steamed and sun-dried nine times) *Tai Cai Bing* (Radish Cake, 苔菜饼) (one piece, sun-dried)
Grind together into powder. Make pills using paste from aged rice. Take 3 qian every morning sent down with boiling water, and 2 qian in the evening.
Another prescription:
Stir-fry *Jing Jie* (Schizonepetae Herba, 荆芥) and *Huai Hua* (Sophorae Flos, 槐花) together, then grind into powder. Take 3 qian washed down with clear tea.
Another prescription:
Use *Mu Er* (Auricularia Auricula-Judae, 木耳) (1 liang) stir-fried until black, raw *Mu Er* (1 liang), and *Zhi Ma* (Sesami Semen, 芝麻) (5 qian). Decoct in water and drink as tea. Very effective and non-toxic.
*Bian Bai Ye* (Biota Top Leaf, 扁柏叶). Steamed and sun-dried nine times (2 liang). Stir-fried until black with juice of *Huai Hua* (Sophorae Flos, 槐花) and *Sheng Di* (Rehmanniae Radix, 生地) (2 liang). Grind into powder and make pills with honey. Take with wine or 2 qian with rice soup. Remove Huai Hua. Long-term use prolongs life.
Also treats Bian Du (perianal abscess or similar swelling).
*Hei Zhi Ma* (Sesami Semen Nigrum, 黑芝麻) (5 qian) *Hei Dou* (Sojae Semen Nigrum, 黑豆) (5 qian)
Use seven bowls of water, decoct until five bowls remain. Take at any time, finish within one day. Cured in seven days.
