上为细末。甘草熬膏作丸。如芡实大。朱砂为衣。 薄荷灯心汤下一丸。 取竹沥霜法。

以竹片括下收贮。但竹沥清淡。成霜较少。今立一简便法门。取上号天竹黄。研细水飞。入
沥晒干。再入再晒。以加重五钱为度。用之功效相等。

雄精、辰砂、琥珀屑（各二钱），竹沥霜（五钱），明天麻（七钱，面粉中煨制），胆星（一两，经九次炮制），珍珠。
以上药材研成细末。用甘草熬制的膏液作为粘合剂制成丸药。大小如芡实。外层用朱砂包裹。服用时，用薄荷灯心草汤送服一丸。
制作竹沥霜的方法：
用竹片刮取竹沥并收集储存。但竹沥质地清淡，能制成的霜较少。现在确立一种简便的方法：取上等天竹黄，研细后用水飞法处理，加入竹沥晒干，再次加入竹沥再次晒干，直到重量增加五钱为止。使用此法功效相等。
（治疗疳积眼病，因饮食不节制导致腹部胀大、面色萎黄，肝血不能滋养眼睛。先治疗疳积，眼睛自然痊愈。忌食面食、烤炸及发物）
芦荟（一两），胡黄连（五钱），五谷虫（先清洗，瓦焙干燥，二两）。
共同研磨成末。用蜂蜜制成弹子大小的丸药。每次空腹时，用米饮汤送服一丸。待腹部变小后，服用理脾丸。
理脾丸配方：
陈皮、茯苓、山楂（半生半蒸，各一两），白术（炒制，二两），黄连（炒制），芦荟，炙甘草。
共同研磨成末。用神曲和黄米糊制成丸药，大小如弹子。用姜汤送服。
（铜璧仙人说：凡是治疗疳积，不必细分五种疳积，但虚证则补益，热证则清热，寒证则温中，呕吐则治吐，腹泻则治利，积滞则消积，虫证则驱虫，不出这个方子的加减运用，屡试屡验）
芦荟，五灵脂（去除泥沙，炒制），夜明沙（淘洗干净，炒黑），使君子（蒸熟取肉，一半生用一半熟用），砂仁，当归，青皮（若因于风邪者，加龙胆草三钱；若无风邪，去掉砂仁和莪术）。若因于气滞者，加煨三棱、川楝子肉、小茴香（炒制，各二钱）。若因于虫积者，加白术、人参、白术（各二钱，注：原文此处可能有误或省略，通常指去砂仁等，保留人参白术）。
以上研成末。用两个雄猪胆汁，打碎神曲糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每日用米汤送服十丸。

Xiongjing (Male Borneo Camphor), Chensha (Cinnabar), Hupo Xie (Amber powder) (each 2 qian), Zhuli Shuang (Bamboo sap frost) (5 qian), Ming Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 7 qian, stir-baked with flour), Danning (Arisaema cum Bile, 1 liang, processed nine times), Zhenzhu (Pearl).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use Gancao paste (Licorice decoction paste) to form pills, sized like Euryale seed. Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Take one pill with Houpo and Dengxin Tang (Mint and Juncus Decoction).
Method for preparing Zhuli Shuang:
Scrape bamboo sap using a bamboo slice and collect it. Since bamboo sap is light and thin, the yield of frost is low. A simplified method is established now: take high-quality Tianzhuhuang (Calamus Rhizoma), grind finely and process by water flotation, mix with bamboo sap, dry in the sun, repeat adding sap and drying until the weight increases by 5 qian. The efficacy is equivalent.
(Treats gan eye disease caused by irregular diet leading to abdominal distension and sallow complexion, where Liver blood fails to nourish the eyes. Treat gan first, and the eyes will heal naturally. Avoid wheat products, fried foods, and stimulating foods.)
Luhui (Aloe), Huhuanglian (Picrorhizoma), Wuguchong (Insect larva) (wash first, bake on tile until dry, 2 liang).
Grind together into powder. Form pills with honey, sized like bullet seeds. Take one pill on an empty stomach with Mi Yin Tang (Rice drink). When the abdomen shrinks, take Lipi Wan (Spleen-Regulating Pill).
Lipi Wan Formula:
Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Fuling (Poria), Shanzha (Hawthorn Fruit) (half raw, half steamed, each 1 liang), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried, 2 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, stir-fried), Luhui (Aloe), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root).
Grind into powder. Form pills with Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) and yellow millet paste, sized like bullet seeds. Take with Jiang Tang (Ginger Decoction).

However, deficiency requires tonification, heat requires clearing, cold requires warming, vomiting requires treating vomiting, diarrhea requires treating diarrhea, accumulation requires resolving accumulation, and parasites require expelling parasites. This formula serves as the basis for modifications, tested repeatedly with success.)
Luhui (Aloe), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (remove sand and dirt, stir-fry), Yeming Sha (Strigis Fabula) (wash clean, stir-fry until black), Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus) (steam, take flesh, half raw half cooked), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride). If due to wind, add Danshen (Gentianae Scabrae Radix) (3 qian); remove Sharen and Ezhu. If due to qi stagnation, add Wei Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma stir-baked), Chuanlianzi Rou (Toosendan Fructus flesh), Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus) (stir-fried, each 2 qian). If due to parasites, add Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 qian); remove Sharen.
Grind into powder. Use two bile sacs from male pigs, mix with Shenqu paste to form pills, sized like mung beans. Take ten pills daily with Mi Tang (Rice Decoction).
