木鳖 母丁香（各五个） 麝香（一分）
研末。米汤调。作膏纳脐中。以膏药粘贴护住。 噤口痢亦效。

为末。醋调为丸。绿豆大。入脐。外贴膏药。

以上熬成膏。摊贴脐上。忌油腻酒浆。烟面荤腥。 白多者。先用姜三片。茶叶一钱。

共为末。红痢蜜调。白痢沙糖调。红白痢糖蜜兼调。滚水空心送下三钱。忌浓味。
或噤口病势欲绝者。
金色鲤鱼一个或一二斤。如常用盐、酱、葱、必用。加胡椒三四钱为末。煮透盛于病者
前。

莲肉炒为末。粥饭调食。数次即愈。
又方
鹿角 存性。为末三钱。小人二钱。好酒送下。立时即思饮食。

鸡肫皮焙研。乳汁服之。
【马前散】
木鳖子、母丁香（各五个），麝香（一分）。
研成细末。用米汤调匀，制成膏状，纳入肚脐中。再用膏药粘贴固定保护。治疗噤口痢也有效。
【治痢疾水泻方】
治疗痢疾伴水样腹泻，以及妇女白带过多。
丁香（七个），肉豆蔻（一个），牙皂（二两，去除筋膜），大倍子（一个，炒制），麝香（五厘）。
研成细末。用醋调制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。放入肚脐内，外部贴敷膏药。
【赤白痢及噤口痢危重方】
治疗赤白痢疾，以及病情危重的噤口痢，均有神效。
初胎粪（炙干一钱），雄黄（四分），片脑（少许，即冰片）。
研成极细粉末。用水调匀，点涂于两眼眼背处。
【大黄黄芩膏方】
大黄、黄芩、黄柏、枳实（各一两），槟榔（八钱），黑白牵牛子（各三钱），当归、槐花（各五钱）。
以上药材熬制成膏，摊贴于脐上。忌食油腻、酒浆、烟面及荤腥食物。若大便白色成分多者，先用生姜三片、茶叶一钱、红糖煎煮成药。
【青梅酒方】
治疗痢疾有神效。
青梅（一斗），砂仁（四两），甘草（四两），川木通（八两），紫苏（四两），黄芩（八两），防风（适量）。
用上好的烧酒一斗，将药物拌匀。用青梅浸泡在酒中一个月。每次服用二三枚青梅，效果极佳。
【椿皮松花方】
椿白皮（一两，须有臭气者，去掉粗皮，取朝向东南的部分），松花（三钱）。
共同研成细末。红痢用蜂蜜调和，白痢用白糖调和，红白痢则糖蜜兼用调和。用滚开水空腹送服三钱。忌食浓味食物。
【鲤鱼嗅气法】
或者对于噤口痢病势垂危者。
取金色鲤鱼一条，或一二斤重。像平常一样用盐、酱、葱调味，必须加入胡椒三四钱研成的末。煮熟后盛放在病人面前。
【莲肉粥方】
痢疾导致无法进食者。
莲子肉炒熟研成细末。用粥饭调和食用。几次之后即可痊愈。
【又方】
鹿角（存性，即煅烧至炭化但保留药性），研成细末三钱，小儿用量二钱。用好酒送服，立刻就能想到饮食。
【又方】
鸡肫皮焙干研粉，用乳汁送服。
[Maqian San]
Mumiezi (Strychnos nux-vomica seed), Mudingxiang (Eugenia caryophyllata flower bud) (5 each), Shexiang (Moschus).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with rice gruel to form a paste, apply into the umbilicus (Shenque, CV8). Secure with a plaster. Also effective for Jin Kou Li (Dysentery with inability to eat).
[Formula for Dysentery with Watery Diarrhea]
Treats dysentery accompanied by watery diarrhea, and excessive leukorrhea in women.
Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) (7 pieces), Rouguo (Myristicae Semen), Yazao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus cum Spina) (2 liang, remove fibrous membrane), Da Beizi (Terminalia chebula Retz. fruit) (1 piece, stir-fried), Shexiang (Moschus).
Grind into powder. Mix with vinegar to make pills, size of mung beans. Insert into the umbilicus. Apply an external plaster.
[Formula for Red-White Dysentery and Critical Jin Kou Li]
Highly effective for red-white dysentery and critical cases of Jin Kou Li (Dysentery with inability to eat).
Chutai Fen (Placenta humanum, dried by roasting) (1 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar), Pian Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum) (a small amount).
Grind into extremely fine powder. Mix with water and apply to the dorsal aspect of the eyes.
[Dahuang Huangqin Paste Formula]
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (1 liang each), Binglang (Arecae Semen) (8 qian), Heibai Qianniu (Semen Pharbitidis Nigri et Albi) (3 qian each), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos) (5 qian each).
Decoct the above ingredients into a paste. Spread and apply on the umbilicus. Avoid greasy food, alcohol, noodles, tobacco, and meat/fish products. If stool is predominantly white, first decoct 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), 1 qian of Cha Ye (Camellia sinensis leaf), and Hong Tang (Saccharum officinarum) as medicine.
[Green Plum Wine Formula]
Highly effective for treating dysentery.
Qingmei (Prunus mume fructus) (1 dou), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (4 liang each), Chuan Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (8 liang), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (8 liang each), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (appropriate amount).
Mix the herbs with 1 dou of high-quality Sha Jiu (Baijiu). Soak Qingmei in the wine for one month. Take 2-3 plums each time; highly effective.
[Cunpi Songhua Formula]
Chun Bapi (Toosendan Cortex, must have a strong odor, remove coarse bark, take the part facing southeast), Songhua (Pinus pollen) (3 qian).
Grind together into powder. For red dysentery, mix with honey; for white dysentery, mix with sugar; for red-white dysentery, mix with both sugar and honey. Take 3 qian with boiling water on an empty stomach. Avoid strong-flavored foods.
[Golden Carp Smelling Method]
For cases where Jin Kou Li (Dysentery with inability to eat) is critical.
Take one golden carp, weighing 1-2 jin. Season with salt, soy sauce, and scallions as usual. Add 3-4 qian of ground Huliao (Piperis Longi Fructus). Cook thoroughly and place the pot near the patient so they can smell it.
[Lotus Seed Porridge Formula]
For dysentery causing inability to eat.
Lianrou (Nelumbinis Semen), stir-fried and ground into powder. Mix with porridge or rice and consume. Recovery occurs after several doses.
[Another Formula]
Lujiao (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum), processed to retain its nature (carbonized but retaining efficacy), ground into powder (3 qian for adults, 2 qian for children). Take with good wine. Appetite returns immediately.
[Another Formula]
Jizhenpi (Gizzard lining of Gallus gallus domesticus), roasted and ground. Take with milk.
