麝香少许。捣为丸。绵裹塞鼻内。令着息肉。候化。清水出。四边玲珑息肉自下。
又方
轻粉（一钱） 杏仁（去皮尖一钱） 雄黄（五分） 麝香（少许）
为末。蜜调点息肉上。夜卧时用。
侧柏叶（二两用明矾四钱河水一碗煮干） 地榆（炒六钱） 败棕灰（ 存性一两）
为末。红枣肉捣成丸。每日服三钱。
治脑漏如神。
辛夷 川芎 防风 木通（去节） 细辛 本 升麻 白芷 甘草（各一钱）
共为末。清茶调下三钱。
乃肺气大盛所致。
枯矾末。绵裹塞鼻。数日自消。如鼻中肉坠。痛不可忍。枯矾加 砂少许。吹鼻中。化
为水
（鼻中时时流臭黄水脑痛名曰控脑痧有虫食脑中也）
丝瓜藤近根三五尺烧存性。为末。每服一钱。温酒下。以愈为度。
辛夷（五钱） 苍耳子（二钱五分） 甘草（一两生） 薄荷（一钱）
共为末。葱茶汤下。每服一钱。
醉之睡中。用皂角末吹其鼻。嚏透自合。
蓼草根一团。塞入鼻孔内一个时辰。则终身不再复发。

麝香少许。捣碎制成丸剂。用绵布包裹后塞入鼻内。使其附着在息肉上。等待药丸融化。清水流出。四周的息肉自然脱落。
又一方

研为细末。用蜂蜜调和点涂在息肉上。夜间卧床时使用。
侧柏叶（二两，配明矾四钱，河水一碗煮至干） 地榆（炒制六钱） 败棕灰（存性一两）
研为细末。红枣肉捣烂成丸。每日服用三钱。
治疗脑漏（鼻渊，指鼻涕多且粘稠如脑髓流出）效果神奇。

共研为细末。清茶调服三钱。
藕节（一块） 烧成炭存性。研为细末。用竹筒吹入鼻中。化为水液排出。
这是由于肺气过盛所致。
枯矾末。用绵布包裹塞入鼻内。数日后自然消退。如果鼻中有肉坠下。疼痛难忍。枯矾加少许砂。吹入鼻中。化为水液排出。
（鼻中时时流出臭黄水。头痛。名为控脑痧。有虫食脑中也。）
丝瓜藤靠近根部三五尺处。烧成炭存性。研为细末。每次服用一钱。温酒送服。以痊愈为度。

将其醉倒睡熟。用皂角末吹入其鼻。喷嚏通透后自然愈合。
A bunch of Polygonum hydropiper root. Insert into the nostril for one shichen (two hours). It will never recur in a lifetime.
Mingfan (Alumen, 明矾) (one liang), Bimazi (Ricini Semen, 蓖麻子) (seven seeds), Yanmei (Salsolae Fructus, 盐梅) (five pieces).
Add a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香). Pound and grind into pills. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril. Allow it to adhere to the polyp. Wait for it to dissolve. Clear water will flow out. The surrounding polyps will naturally fall off.
Another prescription:
Qingfen (Calomelas, 轻粉) (one qian), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, 杏仁) (one qian, peeled and with tips removed), Xionghuang (Realgar, 雄黄) (five fen), Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) (a small amount).
Grind into powder. Mix with honey and apply to the polyp. Use at night before sleep.
Cebaiye (Platycladi Cacumen, 侧柏叶) (two liang, boiled with Mingfan (Alumen, 明矾) four qian in one bowl of river water until dry), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix, 地榆) (six qian, stir-fried), Baizonghui (Ash of Decayed Palm, 败棕灰) (one liang, preserved nature).
Grind into powder. Pounded with red date flesh into pills. Take three qian daily.
Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, 皂角), Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 辛夷), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, 石菖蒲).
Grind into equal parts powder. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril.
Treats Naolou (Brain Drip, referring to nasal discharge resembling brain matter) with miraculous effect.
Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 辛夷), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 川芎), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 防风), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, 木通) (nodes removed), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛), Bencao (Ligustici Sinensis Rhizoma, 藁本), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 升麻), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 白芷), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草) (each one qian).
Grind together into powder. Take three qian mixed with clear tea.
Oujie (Nelumbinis Node, 藕节) (one piece). Burn to charcoal preserving its nature. Grind into powder. Blow into the nostril using a bamboo tube. It dissolves into water.
This is caused by excessive Lung Qi.
Kufan (Calcined Alumen, 枯矾) powder. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nostril. It will naturally disappear after several days. If there is a fleshy prolapse in the nose causing unbearable pain, add a small amount of Sha (Sand/Mineral, 砂) to Kufan (Calcined Alumen, 枯矾). Blow into the nostril. It dissolves into water.
(Nose constantly flows foul yellow water, headache, named Kongnaosha (Controlling Brain Malaria), insects eating the brain.)
Siguateng (Momordicae Caulis, 丝瓜藤) near the root, three to five chi long. Burn to charcoal preserving its nature. Grind into powder. Take one qian each time. Down with warm wine. Continue until cured.
Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 辛夷) (five qian), Can'erzi (Xanthii Fructus, 苍耳子) (two qian five fen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草) (one liang, raw), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 薄荷) (one qian).
Grind together into powder. Take one qian each time down with scallion tea soup.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 黄柏), Wubeizi (Myrobalani Fructus, 五倍子) (each one qian). Lightly stir-fry and grind into powder. Add a small amount of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 冰片) and rub on.
Intoxicate the patient so they sleep. Blow Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, 皂角) powder into their nose. After thorough sneezing, it will heal naturally.
One crab. Preserve nature (calcine). Mix evenly with Moyao (Myrrha, 没药). First wash with decoction of Muzeicao (Equiseti Hiemalis Herba, 木贼草). Then apply the medicine. It will grow back as before.
