此由饮食失节，或大醉大饱，致肠胃横解，久之冷积于大肠之间，致血不流通，随大便而出，病虽寻常，
然有终身不愈者。庸医皆用凉药止血，故连绵不已。盖血愈止愈凝，非草木所能治也。正法∶先灸神阙穴百壮，
服金液丹十两，日久下白脓，乃病根除也。（《经》云∶阴络伤则血内溢，血内溢则后血。治此之法，总在别
其脉之强弱，色之鲜暗，该清、该温，愈亦不难。若不慎饮食，恣纵酒色，断不能愈矣。）
此由酒色过度，真气虚耗，故血化为脓，令人渐渐羸瘦，六脉沉细。当每日服金液丹、霹雳汤，外敷百花
散。五六日，腹中微痛，大便滑，小便长。忌房事，犯之复作。若灸关元二百壮，则病根去矣。（遗滑淋浊，
无不由酒色之过，至于血出，可谓剧矣。又至化血为脓，则肾虚寒而精腐败，非温补不可。更须谨戒，若仍不
慎，必致泄气而死。）
此由膏粱饮酒太过，热积肠中，久则成痈，服当归建中汤自愈。若近肛门者，用针刺之，出脓血而愈。
（此证身皮甲错，腹皮急胀如肿，甚者腹胀大，转有水声，或绕脐生疮，若脐间出脓者不治。大法以口□为主，
若脓成□□□而殒。）
此由酒肉饮食太过，致经脉解而不收，故肠裂而为痔。服金液丹可愈，外取鼠腐（当是妇字）虫十枚，研
烂摊纸上贴之，少刻痛止。若老人患此，须灸关元二百壮，不然肾气虚，毒瓦斯下注，则难用药也。（凡系咳
嗽吐血后，大肠并肺虚极，而热陷于大肠，多难收功，若专于治痔，而罔顾本原，未有不致毙者。）
这是由于饮食没有节制，或者在大醉和大饱之后，导致肠胃松弛泄泻，久而久之寒气积聚在大肠之间，致使血液运行不畅，随着大便排出体外。这种病虽然常见，但却有终身无法治愈的情况。庸医都使用寒凉药物来止血，所以病情连绵不断。因为血液越止住就越凝固，这不是草木类药物所能治疗的。正确的方法：先艾灸神阙穴一百壮，服用金液丹十两，日久后排出白色脓液，这才是病根被除掉了。（《内经》说：阴络受伤则血液内溢，血液内溢则出现便血。治疗此法的关键在于辨别脉象的强弱、面色是鲜亮还是晦暗，该清热还是该温补，治愈也不难。如果不谨慎饮食，放纵酒色，就绝对不能痊愈了。）

这是由于酒肉饮食太过，导致经脉松弛而不能收敛，所以肠道破裂而形成痔疮。服用金液丹可以痊愈，外用取鼠妇（此处应为“妇”字之误）虫十枚，研烂摊在纸上贴敷，片刻后疼痛停止。如果是老人患此病，必须艾灸关元穴二百壮，不然肾气虚弱，毒瓦斯下注，就很难用药了。（凡是咳嗽吐血之后，大肠和肺极度虚弱，而热邪陷入大肠，大多难以取得疗效，如果只专注于治疗痔疮，而不顾根本原因，没有不致死的。）
This condition arises from irregular diet, or excessive drinking and overeating, leading to laxity and diarrhea of the intestines and stomach. Over time, cold accumulation occurs in the large intestine, causing blood circulation to stagnate and bleed out with the stool. Although this disease is common, there are cases that remain incurable throughout life. Quack doctors all use cooling herbs to stop bleeding, thus causing the condition to persist continuously. Because blood becomes more coagulated the more it is stopped, it cannot be treated by ordinary herbal medicines. The correct method: First, moxa the Shenque acupoint (CV-8) for one hundred burns, and take Jin Ye Dan (Golden Fluid Pill) ten taels. After a long period, white pus will be discharged, indicating that the root of the disease has been eliminated. (The *Classic* states: Injury to the Yin collaterals leads to internal hemorrhage; internal hemorrhage results in hematochezia. The treatment for this lies in distinguishing whether the pulse is strong or weak, and whether the complexion is bright or dull, determining whether to clear heat or warm the body; recovery is not difficult. However, if one does not guard against dietary indiscretions and indulges in alcohol and sexual activity, recovery is impossible.)
This condition is caused by excessive wine and sexual activity, depleting the True Qi, causing blood to transform into pus, leading to gradual emaciation and deep, fine pulses in all six positions. One should take Jin Ye Dan (Golden Fluid Pill) and Pi Li Tang (Thunderbolt Decoction) daily, and apply Bai Hua San (Hundred Flowers Powder) externally. After five or six days, mild abdominal pain may occur, followed by loose stools and prolonged urination. Sexual intercourse must be avoided; relapse will occur if forbidden. If Guanyuan acupoint (CV-4) is moxed for two hundred burns, the root of the disease will be removed. (Spermatorrhea, seminal emission, stranguria, and turbid urine all stem from errors in wine and sexual conduct. Hemorrhage is considered severe. When blood transforms into pus, it indicates Kidney deficiency-cold and corruption of essence, requiring warming and tonification. Strict abstinence is necessary; otherwise, death from Qi exhaustion will ensue.)
This condition results from excessive consumption of rich foods and alcohol, causing heat accumulation in the intestines, which eventually forms an abscess. Taking Dang Gui Jian Zhong Tang (Angelica Decoction to Build the Middle) can lead to self-healing. If located near the anus, it can be punctured with a needle to drain pus and blood, resulting in cure. (This syndrome presents with rough, scaly skin, tense and swollen abdominal skin, severe abdominal distension with fluid sounds upon movement, or sores around the umbilicus. If pus discharges from the umbilicus, it is untreatable. The general principle relies on oral diagnosis; if the abscess matures... death will follow.)
This condition is caused by excessive intake of wine and meat, leading to laxity and failure of the meridians to contract, causing intestinal rupture and formation of hemorrhoids. Taking Jin Ye Dan (Golden Fluid Pill) can lead to cure. Externally, take ten Shu Fu (Rat Woman/Oniscus asellus) insects, grind them into a paste, spread on paper, and apply; pain will cease shortly. For elderly patients, moxing Guanyuan acupoint (CV-4) for two hundred burns is essential; otherwise, due to Kidney Qi deficiency and downward injection of toxic factors, medication will be ineffective. (After coughing up blood, both the Large Intestine and Lung are extremely deficient, with heat sinking into the Large Intestine. Recovery is difficult. Focusing solely on treating hemorrhoids while ignoring the root cause invariably leads to death.)
