【沉翳内障图】鹧鸪天
沉翳被称为内障邪气，白色遮蔽黑色瞳仁，仿佛没有瑕疵。仔细观看眼中，如同白银一般，两只眼睑难以睁开，泪水多得像麻线一样。空费力气，不要叹息，病情早轻晚重，治疗难以见效。求神拜佛空烧纸钱，医生徒劳无功，无法治愈他。

【白翳黄心图】鹧鸪天
翳障如同梅片，白如白银，一点微黄位于翳障中心。大小头（此处可能指瞳孔或翳障边缘）微微赤色，有时涩痛，泪水淋淋。肝肺毒邪，热风侵袭，覆盖尽黑珠（乌珠），看不见轮廓。如果服用几帖还睛散，定能安然无恙，疾病不临身。

The shape of the scattered cataract is like spots on a fish's eye, caused merely by the gradual extension of millet-like lesions. Redness and swelling with ulceration of the eyelids are the root cause; hot tears frequently flow and wet the eyelids. Day and night, the eyeballs suffer from painful discomfort, all due to the mutual enmity between the Liver and Lungs (referring to the intermingling of heat toxins in these organs). Taking Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder) is as effective as divine intervention, ensuring the restoration of vision for clear sight at a distance.
This is heat toxin of the Kidney, and cataracts generated by heat in the Lung system. It is suitable to take Yandian Wan (Lightning Pill) and Xuanfei San (Lung-Dispersing Powder).

It is also suitable to apply Huanglian Gao (Coptis Ointment).

Heat and thieving wind linger in the Liver, attacking with pain like needle pricks. The surrounding area is fine like fish roe; vision is obscured like smoke, appearing different from normal. The date-flower cataract causes severe dimness; the condition is lighter in the morning and heavier in the evening, with unbearable pain. Concentrating on taking Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder), the renowned physician indeed achieves merit.
The periphery of the cataract resembles a sawtooth shape. This is caused by Heart heat, Kidney wind-heat, and Liver-Gallbladder heat. The cataract resembles a plum petal, white as silver, with a slight yellow spot at its center. The edges or pupil area are slightly reddish; sometimes there is a gritty pain and flowing tears. Liver-Lung toxicity and wind-heat invasion cover the entire black pearl (pupil), obscuring the outline. If several doses of Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder) are taken, peace will surely be restored, and the disease will not approach.
