各等分为末，每服二钱，酒调下。
治白眵，如稀糊在目，白珠肿，睛似猪肝膜。
甘草（五钱） 葶苈（一两） 桑白皮（二两） 地骨皮（一两） 粳米四十粒，水煎服。
补眼。
川芎 防风 茯苓 五味子 玄参 羌活 细辛 黄连 知母 甘草 苍术 蒺藜 当归
上为末，蜜丸如龙眼大，茶清化下。
治肝虚极，眼生内外翳障。
石决明 黄连（三钱） 谷精草 苍术（制，各二两）
将上述药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，饭后用白开水送服。

治疗蟹睛症（角膜溃疡穿孔致虹膜脱出），眼痛。

治疗各种眼疾。
草当归、车前子。
以上药物切碎，用水煎煮后温服。
肝气盛实，风热侵袭眼部，导致眼睛红肿、分泌物多且流泪，眼前如有浮雾遮蔽视力。
以上药物各取等量，切碎，用水煎煮后服用；或研为细末，用荆芥泡的水送服。
菊花、栀子、甘草。
以上药物各取等量研为细末，用米泔水（淘米水）送服。
退去翳膜。
黄芩、蛤粉、龙胆草。
以上药物各取等量研为细末，每次服用二钱，用酒调服。
治疗白色分泌物如稀糊状存在于眼中，白眼球肿胀，黑眼球表面似猪肝膜覆盖。
甘草（五钱）、葶苈（一两）、桑白皮（二两）、地骨皮（一两）、粳米四十粒，用水煎煮后服用。
补益眼睛。
川芎、防风、茯苓、五味子、玄参、羌活、细辛、黄连、知母、甘草、苍术、蒺藜、当归。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成如龙眼大小的丸剂，用清茶化开送服。
治疗红眼。
菊花、郁金、黄连、甘草。
以上药物切碎，用水煎煮后温服。
治疗肝虚极甚，眼睛生出内翳和外障。
石决明、黄连（三钱）、谷精草、苍术（炮制过，各二两）。
僵蚕、细辛、甘草、黄桑（一两）、木贼、乌头、荆芥、旋复花。
以上药物研为细末，每次服用二至三钱，用盐汤送服，用温水送服也可以。
归尾、黄芩、桔梗、赤芍药、麻黄、枳壳、玄参、白芷、生地黄、甘草、防风。
以上药物研为细末，每次服用三钱。加生姜三片，用水煎煮后服用也可以。
The above herbs are processed into powder. Each dose is three qian (approx. 9-10g), taken after meals with plain boiled water.
Ren Zhai stated: This treats liver heat causing red eyes, accompanied by swelling, pain, and nebulae (corneal opacities).
*Prunus japonica* Seed (Yuriren), *Gardenia jasminoides* Fruit (Zhizi), *Rheum palmatum* Root and Rhizome (Dahuang), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao).
Take equal parts of the above herbs, cut into small pieces, decoct in water, and take orally.
Treats crab-eye condition (prolapse of iris through corneal ulcer), eye pain.
*Saposhnikovia divaricata* Root (Fangfeng), *Polygala tenuifolia* Root (Yuanzhi), *Platycodon grandiflorus* Root (Jiegeng), *Saiga Tataricus* Horn (Lingyangjiao), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao), *Panax ginseng* Root and Rhizome (Renshen), *Asarum heterotropoides* Root (Xixin), *Scutellaria baicalensis* Root (Huangqin), *Paeonia lactiflora* Root (Red) (Chishaoyao).
Take equal parts of the above herbs, process into powder, and take with warm water.
Treats various eye diseases.
*Angelica sinensis* Root (Caodanggui), *Plantago asiatica* Seed (Cheqianzi).
Cut the above herbs into small pieces, decoct in water, and take warm.
Liver qi excess with wind-heat attacking the eyes, causing redness, swelling, excessive discharge, tearing, and visual obstruction as if by floating fog.
Take equal parts of the above herbs, cut into small pieces, decoct in water, and take orally; or process into powder and take with infusion of *Schizonepeta tenuifolia* Top (Jingjie).
*Chrysanthemum morifolium* Flower (Juhua), *Gardenia jasminoides* Fruit (Zhizi), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao).
Process equal parts into powder and take with rice washing water.
Resolves nebulae membranes.
*Scutellaria baicalensis* Root (Huangqin), *Margaritifera Concha* Powder (Ge Fen), *Gentiana scabra* Root (Longdancao).
Process equal parts into powder. Each dose is two qian (approx. 6-7g), mixed with wine and taken orally.
Treats white discharge resembling thin paste in the eyes, swelling of the sclera, and the cornea covered like a pig liver membrane.
*Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (5 qian), *Descurainia sophia* Seed (Tingli), *Morus alba* Root Bark (Sangbaipi), *Lycium chinense* Root Bark (Digupi), *Oryza sativa* Grain (Jingsmi, 40 grains). Decoct in water and take orally.
Nourishes the eyes.
*Ligusticum chuanxiong* Rhizome (Chuanxiong), *Saposhnikovia divaricata* Root (Fangfeng), *Poria* (Fuling), *Schisandra chinensis* Fruit (Wuweizi), *Scrophularia ningpoensis* Root (Xuanshen), *Notopterygium incisum* Rhizome and Root (Qianghuo), *Asarum heterotropoides* Root (Xixin), *Coptis chinensis* Rhizome (Huanglian), *Anemarrhena asphodeloides* Rhizome (Zhimu), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao), *Atractylodes lancea* Rhizome (Cangzhu), *Tribulus terrestris* Fruit (Jili), *Angelica sinensis* Root (Danggui).
Process the above herbs into powder, form pills with honey the size of a longan fruit, and take with clear tea.
Treats red eyes.
*Chrysanthemum morifolium* Flower (Juhua), *Curcuma aromatica* Rhizome (Yujin), *Coptis chinensis* Rhizome (Huanglian), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao).
Cut the above herbs into small pieces, decoct in water, and take warm.
Treats extreme liver deficiency causing internal and external nebulae and cataracts.
*Concha Haliotidis* (Shijueming), *Coptis chinensis* Rhizome (3 qian), *Eriocaulon buergerianum* Inflorescence (Gujingcao), *Atractylodes lancea* Rhizome (processed, 2 liang each).
*Bombyx Batryticatus* (Jiangcan), *Asarum heterotropoides* Root (Xixin), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao), *Morus alba* Twig (Huangsang), *Equisetum ramosissimum* Herb (Muzei), *Aconitum carmichaelii* Root (Wutou), *Schizonepeta tenuifolia* Top (Jingjie), *Inula japonica* Flower Head (Xuanjinhua).
Process the above herbs into powder. Each dose is two to three qian, taken with salt water solution; warm water is also acceptable.
*Cauda Angelicae Sinensis* (Guiwei), *Scutellaria baicalensis* Root (Huangqin), *Platycodon grandiflorus* Root (Jiegeng), *Paeonia lactiflora* Root (Red) (Chishaoyao), *Ephedra sinica* Stem (Mahuang), *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* (Zhiqiao), *Scrophularia ningpoensis* Root (Xuanshen), *Angelica dahurica* Root (Baizhi), *Rehmannia glutinosa* Root (Shengdihuang), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* Root and Rhizome (Gancao), *Saposhnikovia divaricata* Root (Fangfeng).
Process the above herbs into powder. Each dose is three qian. Alternatively, add three slices of ginger, decoct in water, and take orally.
