取木鳖子和百药煎两味药材，按等量比例配伍，研磨成粗颗粒状。每次服用一掬（一手抓的量），用布包裹后煎煮成汤剂。将药汤盛在桶中，盖上盖子并在中间开一个小孔。先让药气熏蒸患处，待温度适宜不烫手时再进行清洗。曾有一位妇人患有痔疮；病情已发展为漏疮，并伴有脱肛症状，使用此方后痊愈。

Yu Xi's Nephew Formula.
Take equal parts of *Strychnos sebifera* seed (Mubiezi, 木鳖子) and *Camellia sinensis* fermented tea cake (Baiyaojian, 百药煎), grind them into coarse powder. For each dose, take one handful, wrap in cloth, and decoct in water. Pour the decoction into a bucket, cover with a lid, and make a small hole in the center. First, fumigate the affected area with the medicinal vapor, then wash when the temperature is comfortable to the touch. A woman once suffered from hemorrhoids that had progressed to fistula and rectal prolapse; she was cured using this formula.
Scrape the mucus from the green part of scallions (*Allium fistulosum*, Congqing) and mix it equally with honey until uniform. First, fumigate and wash the area with a decoction of *Strychnos sebifera* seed (Mubiezi, 木鳖子), then apply the medication. It feels cold as ice. Tang Zhongju stated that he once... Zheng Qixian's relative verified its efficacy.
The acupoint is located at the slight depression at the tip of the xiphoid process bone (Jiuwei, CV15). Moxibustion with moxa cones the size of wheat grains for seven or fourteen moxibustions (Zhuang, 壮); for severe cases, up to twenty-one moxibustions. Applying moxibustion when the sore erupts brings immediate relief and can eradicate the root cause.

Grind *Camellia sinensis* fermented tea cake (Baiyaojian, 百药煎) into fine powder. Take three qian per dose, stir evenly into thin white rice porridge, and eat it for immediate cure. Alternatively, form into pills with paste and swallow with rice drink.

*Eleutherococcus senticosus* root (Yajiaocao), commonly known as Earring Grass, also called Bi Chan'er Flower. Soften it by hand and insert it into the affected area for a cure.
Another formula, said by Chen Xueyu of Hefei named Ying, who personally verified its efficacy.
From the very end of the tail root of Pangolin scales (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲), count and discard the first three scales. Take the fourth, fifth, and sixth scales, arranged horizontally in three rows. Calcine until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties (Cunxing, 存性), grind into powder. Use musk (Shexiang, 麝香)...

Stem bark of *Eucommia ulmoides* (Cipi, 刺皮 - note: likely typo for Du Zhong or similar, literal translation used) (one piece, fried in a coin-making vessel until charred black), Spines of *Gleditsia sinensis* fruit (Zaogelaci, 皂角刺) (half liang, calcined until carbonized), Sulfur (Liu Huang, 硫黄) (one dun, ground), *Gleditsia sinensis* pods (Zhuya Zaojiao, 猪牙皂角) (half liang, remove black skin, honey-fried), Alum (Baifan, 白矾), Fructus Aurantii (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) (chopped, fried), Astragalus root (Huangqi, 黄芪) (honey-processed to red color), Prepared Aconite root (Fuzi, 附子) (peeled, half [liang]...).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills using wine-boiled flour paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take seven to ten pills per dose before meals on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine. Non-drinkers may use rice drink. For chronic fistulous hemorrhoids; after taking for thirty to forty days, flesh regenerates and peace returns; for various hemorrhoids, they will subside spontaneously; for external hemorrhoids, use ten pills, mixed with finely ground Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂)... five pills taken...
