上一十九味为细末，好无灰酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，更量虚实加减，胡桃

痪，服药逾年不效，得此方，初服便觉稍减，服至一料，遂能行履。闻韩尝以医数人，皆有
效也。
孙盈仲尝患此，其祖善医，云∶有风而非虚，以此药治之而愈。
附子 木香
上二味等分，锉为粗末，用姜如常法煎，木香随气虚实加减。如治足弱，去附子用乌头

治一切中湿自汗，渐渐恶风，翕翕发热，阳虚自汗，呼吸少气，风湿风温，表实里
表虚里实，腠理开疏，气道壅塞，虚汗盗汗，目黄身肿，小便不利，胸膈溢满，腰疼体
呕吐涎沫。葛丞相云∶甚有效验（“渐”恐“浙”字）。
白术 白茯苓 苍术（米泔浸） 藿香叶（去土） 甘草 橘红 浓朴 半夏（各一两）
附子（六钱，炮） 生姜（二两）
上浓朴、半夏、生姜一处捣作饼子，焙干，同众药为粗末，每服三钱。水二大盏，姜钱
十片，煎至一盏，不拘时候。

以上十九味药研为细末，用优质的无灰酒糊制作成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用三十丸，并根据患者虚实情况酌情加减剂量。胡桃
风痹，服药一年多无效，得到此方，初次服用便觉得症状稍减，服完一料药后，便能行走。听说韩某曾将此方给几位医生使用，都有效验。
孙盈仲曾经患此病，他的祖父擅长医术，说：这是有风邪而非虚证，用此药治疗而痊愈。

Xili Linpi (Tin Phosphide, calcined in a crucible until red-hot) Baijiaoxiang (White Rosin, selected for high quality and clarity, ground) Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung, in blocks resembling asphalt) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix, washed clean, radix removed) Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) Moyao (Myrrha) Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Caowutou (Aconiti Radix Preparata, tip removed) Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Semen, stir-fried until yellow) Sangchaigui (Cacumen Mori Ash, must be from pure mulberry wood)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with rice paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30-40 pills per dose, with warm wine on an empty stomach and before bedtime.

Decoct Xiao Xuming Tang (Minor Continuation of Life Decoction) to swallow Fengwang Wan (Wind-Expelling Pill).
Sun Yingzhong once suffered from this condition. His grandfather, skilled in medicine, stated: "There is wind pathogen but not deficiency." This medicine cured it.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix)
Take equal parts of the above two medicines, cut into coarse pieces. Decoct with ginger as usual. Adjust the amount of Muxiang according to the deficiency or excess of qi. If treating weak legs, remove Fuzi and use Wutou instead, which is even more

Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, 6 qian, processed) Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 2 liang)
Mash Houpo, Banxia, and Shengjiang together into cakes, dry them by baking, then mix with other medicines into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Add 2 large bowls of water and 10 slices of ginger. Decoct until 1 bowl remains. Take at any time.
