小筋头许三壮即愈
鬟病疮已破，传此法于本州一曹官，早灸晚间脓水已干，凡两灸遂无姜，后屡以治人皆验。
骆安之妻患四、五年，疮痂如田螺靥不退，辰时着灸，申后即落，所感颇深，凡三作三灸，
遂除根本。
昆山僧方。
不蛀皂角，不以多少，每三十条作一束，以棕榈裹之缚定，于溷缸内浸一月，取出，却
于长流水内再浸一月，死水不能渲洗不可用，去棕榈，晒干，不得焙，捣罗为细末，皂角末
一两，入麝香半钱，全蝎七个，研细拌匀，每服一、二钱，温酒或汤饮调下，不过一两即愈！
治瘰 久不愈者立应散，郑府朱保义传，渠亲得效。

上件为细末，每服一大钱，浓煎木通汤调下，临睡服，次夜再一服。有孕不得服，或素
来气血虚弱者，亦不可服。大忌毒物。服药次日毒随小便下，其色如血。疮已破者，先用云
母膏贴定，然后服药。
雄黄（一钱，好者） 川乌（一个）
上二味为细末，先用竹刀子刮破，用醋调少许敷之！
又方，朱提干传。
旱莲草叶不以多少，候癣痒时，手抓破碎挪叶擦之，不可误食害人。
将手掌向上放置在肩膀上，微微抬起肘部，在肘骨尖端处取穴。根据患处位置，左侧患病则灸左侧，右侧患病则灸右侧。艾炷大小如小筋头般，每侧施灸三壮即可痊愈。
对于瘰疬疮疡已经破溃的情况，将此法传授给本州的一位曹姓官员，早晨施灸，晚间脓水便已干燥，总共施灸两次后便无瘢痕遗留，后来多次用此法治愈他人，均很有效。
骆安之的妻子患病四五年，疮痂像田螺盖一样附着不退。辰时开始施灸，申时后痂皮脱落，效果令人印象深刻，总共进行三次施灸，便除去了病根。
这是昆山的僧人提供的方子。
选用不蛀蚀的皂角，数量不限，每三十条扎成一束，用棕榈叶包裹并绑紧，放入粪缸中浸泡一个月，取出后，再放入流动的河水中浸泡一个月，死水无法清洗，不可使用。去掉棕榈叶，晒干，不得用火烘烤焙干，捣碎过筛成细末。取皂角末一两，加入麝香半钱、全蝎七个，研细拌匀。每次服用一、二钱，用温酒或米汤调服，不超过一两即可痊愈！
治疗瘰疬久治不愈的“立应散”，由郑府朱保义传授，他亲自验证有效。
连翘、甘草（炙）、黄芩、赤芍药、川当归、滑石（各半两）、地胆（半两，去除翅膀、足、头部，生用）（二十一个）。
以上药材制成细末，每次服用一大钱，用浓煎的通草汤调服，睡前服用，次日夜晚再服一次。孕妇禁止服用，或者素来气血虚弱的人，也不可服用。严禁食用有毒食物。服药第二天，毒素随小便排出，颜色如血。疮疡已经破溃的，先用云母膏贴敷固定，然后再服药。

以上两味药制成细末，先用竹刀刮破患处，用醋调和少许外敷！
另一个方子，由朱提干传授。
旱莲草叶，数量不限，当癣疾发痒时，用手抓破叶片擦拭患处，切勿误食，以免害人。
Place the palm upward on the shoulder, slightly raise the elbow, and locate the acupoint at the tip of the olecranon (elbow bone). Treat according to the affected side: if the left side is affected, moxa the left; if the right side is affected, moxa the right. Use moxa cones as small as the head of a small tendon, three *zhuang* (moxa cones) per side are sufficient for recovery.
For scrofula ulcers that have already ruptured, this method was taught to an official surnamed Cao in this prefecture. After morning moxibustion, the pus and water had dried by evening. After only two sessions of moxibustion, no scars remained. This method has been used successfully on many others since then.
The wife of Luo An suffered from the condition for four or five years, with crusts resembling snail shells that did not fall off. Moxibustion was applied at Chen hour (07:00–09:00), and the crusts fell off by Shen hour (15:00–17:00). The effect was profound. After three sessions of moxibustion, the root cause was eliminated.
This prescription is from a monk in Kunshan.
Select non-borer-affected Gleditsia sinensis fruit (Zaojiao, 皂角), quantity not limited. Bundle every thirty strips together, wrap them firmly with Trachycarpus fortunei leaf (Zongye, 棕榈叶), and soak them in a latrine tank for one month. Take them out and soak them again in flowing water for another month. Stagnant water cannot clean them effectively and must not be used. Remove the Zongye wrapping, dry in the sun, do not bake or roast. Pound and sieve into a fine powder. Take 1 liang of Zaojiao powder, add 0.5 qian of Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) and 7 whole Scorpion (Quanxie, 全蝎), grind finely and mix well. Take 1–2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine or rice water. Recovery will occur within a total dose of not more than 1 liang!
"Liying San" (Instant Response Powder) for treating persistent scrofula that does not heal, transmitted by Zhu Baoyi of Zheng Mansion, who verified its efficacy personally.
Forsythiae Fructum (Lianqiao, 连翘), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [roasted], Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Chuandonggui, 川当归), Talcum (Huashi, 滑石) (each 0.5 liang), Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga (Dichan, 地胆) [0.5 liang, remove wings, legs, and head, raw use] (21 pieces).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one large qian each time, mixed with strong decoction of Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, 木通) tea. Take before sleep, and take another dose the following night. Pregnant women must not take this; nor should those with inherent Qi and Blood deficiency. Strictly avoid toxic foods. The next day after taking the medicine, toxins are discharged via urine, appearing blood-colored. For ruptured ulcers, first apply Yumu Gao (Cloud Mother Ointment, 云母膏) to fix the area, then take the medicine.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) [1 qian, high quality], Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu, 川乌) [one piece].
Pulverize these two ingredients into a fine powder. First scrape the affected area with a bamboo knife, mix a small amount with vinegar, and apply externally!
Another prescription, transmitted by Zhu Ti Gan.
Ecliptae Herba (Hanliancaoye, 旱莲草叶), quantity not limited. When the tinea causes itching, crush the leaves with hands and rub them on the affected area. Do not ingest accidentally, as it is harmful to humans.
