治疗女子不孕，阴户突然突出，淋沥漏下，月经不来，多闷心痛。取穴水泉、阴跷。
治疗绝子，疟疾寒热，阴挺出，不禁白浊，痉病脊背反折。取穴[缺失]。
治疗拘挛腹满疝气，月经不下，乳房余疾，绝子，阴痒，奔豚气上冲，腹部坚硬疼痛，向下牵引阴中，小便不通。取穴阴交。
治疗绝子不血，血液在内不下，胞转导致不能排尿，小腹满痛如石水痛，反向牵引胁下胀满，头痛身背发热，奔豚寒气，小便频数泄泻不止。取穴关元。
治疗妇人怀孕，不论月份多少，以及生产之后未满百日，不宜施灸。若治绝子，灸脐下二寸五分间的动脉处，三壮。
治疗子门不正，小腹苦寒，阴痒及痛，奔豚气抢心，饥饿但不能进食，腹胀，经闭不通，小便不利，乳房余疾，绝子，以及拘挛腹疝阴痒。取穴中极。
治疗绝产如果未曾生产。取穴阴廉。
治疗妇人绝嗣不生，胞门闭塞。取穴关元。灸三十壮，重复施灸（报之）。

《资生经》说：石门穴忌灸，会导致绝孕。针刺则绝子，怀胎不下。针刺关元，如果针刺导致堕胎，胎儿大多保不住。出针后外昆仑立出。阴交灸多了会绝孕。又说：石门与关元相距一寸。针关元，对于无子的妇人有效；针石门，则终身绝嗣。其道幽隐，岂可轻慢侮弄呢？
治疗绝子，灸脐中，能使人有子。
用女人右手中指中节一寸长，以及手指向上量取长度，用草一条，量九寸长。舒展身体仰卧，用所量的草，从齐平处垂直下垂至草尽处，用笔点定。这不是穴位，却以原草平折处，横向按在前点处，其草两头是穴位，按压有动脉跳动，各灸三壮，如筋梢大小，神效。
《资生经》说：凡妇人妊娠，不可针刺。昔日宋太子擅长医术，在苑囿遇到一孕妇，太子诊察说：“女。”令徐文伯诊察，说：“一男一女。”针刺，泻三阴交补合谷，应针而落，果然如文伯所言。所以妊娠不可针刺。
To treat breast swelling and pain (from *Zisheng Jing*). Acupoint: Rugen (ST17).

To treat female hernia masses (Shan Jia), feeling like hot water poured between the thighs upon pressure, lower abdominal swelling, uterine prolapse, dysmenorrhea, leukorrhea, vulvar swelling or itching, discharge of green fluid resembling vegetable soup, amenorrhea, infertility, and poor appetite. Acupoint: Ququan (LR8).
To treat female infertility, sudden protrusion of the vagina, dribbling leakage, amenorrhea, frequent stifling heart pain. Acupoints: Shuiquan (KI5), Yin Qiao (Vessel).

To treat infertility with blood stasis not descending, bladder torsion causing inability to urinate, lower abdominal fullness and stone-like water pain, reverse pulling sensation in the hypochondrium, headache, heat in the body and back, cold Ben Tun, frequent urination and incontinence. Acupoint: Guanyuan (CV4).
For pregnant women, regardless of gestational age, and for less than one hundred days postpartum, moxibustion is contraindicated. To treat infertility, moxa three cones at the pulsating artery 2.5 cun below the umbilicus.
To treat malposition of the cervical os, chronic cold in the lower abdomen, vulvar itching and pain, Ben Tun rushing to the heart, hunger without desire to eat, abdominal distension, amenorrhea, difficult urination, residual breast diseases, infertility, and spasmodic abdominal hernia with vulvar itching. Acupoint: Zhongji (CV3).
To treat large hernia and infertility. Acupoint: Huabin (Extra).
To treat female infertility with cough and shortness of breath. Acupoint: Yongquan (KI1).
To treat infertility with lower abdominal pain. Acupoint: Qichong (ST30).
To treat infertility if never having given birth. Acupoint: Yinlian (LR11).

To treat female sterility with red and white leukorrhea. Acupoint: Quanmen (Extra). Moxibustion: 10 cones, three repetitions (San Bao).
To treat irregular menstruation, moving Ben Tun, and infertility. Acupoint: Siman (KI14). Moxibustion: 30 cones.
To treat uterine prolapse. Moxa 300 cones on the umbilicus; Shenjiao moxa 50 cones, three repetitions (also at the transverse crease below the umbilicus); 50 cones opposite the spine at the umbilicus; Yuquan moxa 50 cones, three repetitions.
To treat vaginal prolapse and vulvar descent. Acupoint: Yuquan (Extra). Moxa 50 cones, 3 cun distance. Moxa according to age (Sui Nian Zhuang), three repetitions.
To treat cold and painful swelling of the yin. Acupoint: Guilai (ST29). Moxa 30 cones, three repetitions.
To treat cessation of menstruation and leukorrhea. Acupoint: Zhongji (CV3).
To treat cessation of menstruation and cold in the birth canal. Acupoint: Guanyuan (CV4). Daily moxibustion of 100 cones until cessation.
To treat failed pregnancy and frequent miscarriage. Acupoint: Yuquan (Extra). Moxa 50 cones, three repetitions (Yuquan is Zhongji). Also Longmen 30 cones.
To treat female infertility. Acupoint: Guanyuan (CV4). Moxa 7 cones.
To treat female infertility, heart pain, poor appetite, pain in all five fingertips, inability to walk. Acupoint: Yongquan (KI1). Acupuncture and moxibustion are suitable.
To induce contraception in women, moxa 3 cones 1 cun above the right malleolus to achieve sterilization.
To treat abdominal fullness, hernia accumulation, residual breast diseases, infertility, vulvar itching, Ben Tun rushing upward, lower abdominal hardness and pain radiating to the yin causing urinary retention. Acupoint: Shimen (CV5).
*Zisheng Jing* states: Shimen is contraindicated for moxibustion as it causes infertility. Needling causes infertility and prevents abortion. Needling Guanyuan may cause abortion if the fetus is unstable. Upon withdrawing the needle, Waikunlun emerges instantly. Excessive moxibustion on Yinjiao causes infertility. Furthermore, Shimen and Guanyuan are one cun apart. Needling Guanyuan benefits childless women; needling Shimen causes lifelong sterility. The principle is profound and hidden; how can it be treated lightly?
To treat female infertility with cough and body heat. Acupoint: Yongquan (KI1).
To treat infertility, moxa the umbilicus to enable conception.
To treat female infertility, including those who have borne children but cannot conceive again, or whose pregnancies fail.
Measure one inch from the middle joint of the woman's right middle finger, and extend upwards. Use a grass stalk measuring nine inches. Have the woman lie supine with legs extended. Place the grass stalk vertically from the level of the heart downwards to the end of the grass, and mark the spot with a pen. This is not an acupoint. Instead, take the original grass, fold it in half horizontally, and place it across the marked point. The two ends of the grass indicate the acupoints. Pressing reveals arterial pulsation. Moxa three cones at each point, size of a tendon tip. This is highly effective.
To treat inverted cold in the feet, infertility, leukorrhea without offspring, and cold in the yin. Needle the Foot Taiyin channel Sanyinjiao (SP6).
*Zisheng Jing* states: Pregnant women should not be needled. Formerly, the Crown Prince of Song was skilled in medicine. Encountering a pregnant woman in the garden, the Prince diagnosed her as female. He ordered Xu Wenbo to diagnose. Wenbo said, "One boy and one girl." Needling was performed, draining Sanyinjiao and tonifying Hegu. The fetus fell immediately as predicted. Thus, pregnant women should not be needled.
