以醋用美清香。稍稍含之即愈。一方。打破鸡子一枚。投热醋中搅匀。顿服立效。
治血晕。（出圣惠方）
以苏木三两细锉。水五升。煮取二升。分再服瘥。若无苏木。即以绯衣煮汁服。亦可。
即苏木酒煎服亦得。
产后血晕。（出海上名方）
以干荷叶为细末。温酒调一钱服。
又方（出海上名方）
用鳔胶烧灰存性为末。三五钱。童子小便调酒下。
川芎汤（一名芎 汤出危氏方）治产后去血过多。晕闷不省。及伤胎去血多。
崩中去血多。金疮去血多。拔牙齿去血多不止。悬虚心烦。眩晕头重。目暗耳聋。举头
欲倒宜服之。
治产后血晕闷。儿枕痛等。并宜饵此药。
琥珀（一两） 鳖甲（一两） 三棱（一两） 延胡索（半两） 没药（半两） 大黄

为散。空心酒温三二钱。日再服。神验。产后减大黄。
没药散（出仁存方）治产后血晕。及血风冲心腹痛。
没药 当归（各半两） 穿山甲（一两） 上为末。每服三钱。狗胆汁少许。煎。酒调

童便尤佳。
红蓝花汤 治产后血晕。气冲心闷绝。
红蓝花 生干地黄（焙各一两） 诃黎勒皮（煨黄五枚） 上粗捣筛。每服二钱。以水

一盏。煎至七分。去滓服。如人行三二里再服。
益母草散 治产后血晕烦闷。
益母草（干者一两） 藕节（干者） 人参（各半两） 上粗捣筛。每服二钱。水一盏。

羚羊角散（出千金方）治血晕心中烦闷兼腹痛。
羚羊角（烧灰） 枳实（去瓤麸炒黄色各一两） 芍药（一两半） 上粗罗为散。煎酒
令温调
一钱匕。空心早晚各一服。用童子小便及酒调下亦可。
天麻散 治产后血晕。
天麻 诃黎勒（炮过用皮） 木香（各一两） 芸薹子（半两微炒） 上粗筛。每服二
钱。水
一盏。煎至七分。去滓温服。相次再服。
没药酒方 治产后血晕及腹痛。
用没药半两。酒三盏。将没药磨尽。每服一盏。煎沸服。
续断汤 治产后血晕。心腹硬。乍寒乍热。
以续断三两。捣筛。每服二钱。以水一盏。煎至七分。再去滓。温服。
地黄饮 治产后血晕心闷气绝。
以生地黄嫩肥者。捣取自然汁。每服半盏。煎沸服之。如未效。再服。一方用酒相和顿
服。
地黄散 治产后下血过多。气虚血晕。冲心闷乱。不知人事。
生地黄（切焙） 白芷 延胡索 白胶（炙锉） 赤芍药 桂（去粗皮） 白术 刘寄
奴鳖甲（醋炙） 丹参 当归（焙各一两） 荷叶（二斤） 上为散。每服三钱。温酒调
下。不拘时。
麝香散（出圣惠方）治产后败血冲心。晕闷及腹痛者。
麝香（研半两） 丹砂（研半两） 乌鸦毛（腊月者烧灰研半两） 墨（半铤 ） 猪
胞子（炮为灰五枚） 鲤鱼鳞（烧灰四两） 苏枋木（锉两半） 油发（烧灰二两） 上为
末。除前四味捣罗为散和匀。每服二钱。暖酒送下。
治产后血晕。闷乱恍惚不语方。

苏枋饮 治产后血晕。腹闷气喘急欲死。

上锉为麻豆大。以水五盏。藕汁一合。同煎取二盏。除去滓入雪一两。分温二服。粥食前。

刘寄奴汤 治产后百病血晕。
刘寄奴 甘草（各等分） 上锉如麻豆大。每服五钱。先以水二盏。入药煎至一盏。后
再入酒一盏。去滓温服。
红蓝花汤 治产后血晕心烦闷。
红蓝花（二两） 紫葛（一两） 芍药（一两） 上粗捣筛。每服五钱。水一盏半。煎
至八分。
去滓后再入生地黄汁半合。更煎六七沸。温服不拘时。
赤马通饮子（出圣惠方） 治产后血晕。恶血不行。腹胀满迷闷。
赤马通（五块） 童子小便酒（各五合） 上和搅马通调绞取汁。热暖分温服之。
红蓝花散（出圣惠方）治产后恶血不下。血晕不识人。
红蓝花 荷叶（各等分） 上为散。每服二钱。用生姜汁调下。一方用荷叶生姜汤下。
牛膝散 治产后血晕闷。及恶血不下。

大黄散 治产后血晕血块。及伤折内损血瘀。
羊胫炭（烧赤酒淬十次五两） 大黄（童子小便浸七日逐日易日足湿纸裹煨热切焙） 巴

（去壳浆炙黄色焙各二两半） 半两钱（烧赤醋淬为粉新水淘过取细三两一分） 上为散。

匀。每服半钱。当归一分。童子小便煎浓。稍温调下。产后血晕当逐血下。口噤者斡开灌下
后识人。更一服。累经生产。有血积坚块。及败血风劳寒热诸疾。当下。如烂肝片。亦无他
疾。坠击内损。当归酒调下一字。
黑桂散 治产后血晕烦闷。或身体肿满。发狂。泻利。寒热等疾。惟有喘者难瘥。

治产后血晕方。

治产后血晕不识人。狂言乱语。
以童子小便。磨狗胆灌之最妙。

用鲫鱼剥皮作 。以齑食三两口止。

赤驳马粪。绞取汁一大盏。温者良。若干者取新汲水半大盏和研绞取汁。顿服。亦主出
血不止。神验。
治产乳晕绝。
觉晕即用三股麻绳长五六尺。系产妇右脚膝上。令人捉两头急挽。得醒徐徐解之。
当归汤 治产后恶血下少。气逆。头目旋晕。眼花心闷。头重不举。
当归（洗切微炒） 芎 桃仁（去皮尖双仁炒） 桂（去粗皮） 芍药 牡丹皮（各

上捣筛分三剂。每剂用水五盏。生姜五片。枣五枚擘。同煎。取三盏。去滓。时服一盏。温

用麒麟竭一两细研为末。非时温服。酒调二钱。
治产后血晕绝。（出肘后方）
用细断生鸡肝内一斤热酒中讫。漉出滓。停酒冷。如人饮一服。不能饮者。可数口进。
治产防晕方。（出肘后方）
以先布炭烧地令热。即出炭。以醇醋洒地。令有醋气于上。产母必不晕也。大效。
治产后血晕。
产后血晕。病急捣紫花根擂汁。和酒吃。实时免灾 。
治产后血风。（出大全良方）
用大豆炒令烟出。以酒一盏煎服。并吃豆佳。
败毒散（出宣明论）治妇人产后骨蒸血晕。及男子往来寒热。
大黄 黄药子 紫河车 赤芍药 甘草（各等分） 上为末。每服一钱。如发热。冷水
下。
如发寒。生姜栝蒌汤一同煎下。（此药偏治妇人）
生姜饮 治产后恶血上掩心。如见神鬼欲死者。
生姜汁 生地黄汁 上各取汁半盏相和一处。煎取七分。后下酒少许。相和温服。
花蕊石散（产经）治产后风欲绝缘。败血不尽。血迷血晕。恶血奔心。胎死
于
腹中。胎衣不下。至死者。但心头热。急以童子小便一盏。取下恶物如猪肝。终身无血
风。无气痰。膈上有血。化为黄水。即吐出。或小便中出也。若先治胎衣。则泛泛药不
能达。若先治血闷。则
花蕊（一斤） 上赤硫黄（四两） 上相拌匀。先用纸和胶泥固瓦罐子一个内。可容药。
候
泥干入药在内。密泥封口。纳焙笼内。焙令透热。便安在四方砖上。书八卦五行。用炭一秤
笼叠周匝。自巳午时从下生火。令渐渐上。彻有坠下火。放火上。直至经宿。火令定。取出
研细。以绢罗至细瓷合内盛。根据法用。此药便是疗金疮花蕊石散。人可时时收蓄。以防急难。
有一妇人。产后胞衣不下。血胀迷闷欲死。伊芳亲以赵大观真花蕊石散。用一帖。用童便调灌
药下即醒。衣与恶物即下。无恙。凡金疮体出血者。急以渗之。其血化为黄水。入脏腑。热
煎童便入酒服。产后败血诸证。并用童便调下。
黑神散（出卫生宝鉴）治妇人产后恶露不下。胎衣不下。攻冲心胸病满。或
脐
坚胀撮痛。及血晕神昏。眼黑口噤。产后瘀血诸证并皆治之。
熟地黄（一两蒸七次） 生地黄（一两） 蒲黄（纸衬炒） 当归（酒浸半日焙） 干

桂心 白芍药（各一两） 甘草（二钱炙） 黑豆（合半去皮） 上为细末。每服二钱。酒
半盏。
童子小便半盏。一同煎调服。产后十八病内多用之。一方治子死腹中。用附子。又一方无生
地黄。
一热病胎死。二难产。三胞衣不下。四血晕。五口干心闷。六乍寒。七虚肿。八乍见鬼
神。九月内不语。十肿兼泻。更服调中汤。十一遍身痛。十二血崩。更服芎 汤。十三加芍
药或四物汤。十四儿枕痛兼服佛手散。十五腹胀呕逆不定。十六产后口鼻黑色起。及鼻衄不
可治。十七产后喉中气喘急不可治。十八中风口噤。牙关紧。角弓反张。荆芥散。
以上诸证。皆用黑神散。仍辨证分晓。兼与他药此药产后不可缺者。不问有病无病。进
三五服亦佳。服后若无病。则不必多服。曾有服过而生痰者。
来苏散（出济生方）治卧产气晕。不省人事。本因用力太过。脉理衰微。精

消风散 治眼花血晕。视物不见。
京墨 石膏 茵陈 甘草 菊花 防风 荆芥 阿胶 白术 南木香 上各等分为细
末。每二钱。水二盏。茶少许。煎至八分。温服。俟头上微汗出。立愈。
治催生落胎血晕。
用石蟹熟水磨服。
治产后血晕烦闷。气喘不识人。（出圣惠方）
用赤小豆三合。炒熟为散。不拘时候。煎东流水调下二钱。
治产乱运绝方。（出千金方）
用神曲末。水服方寸匕。亦治产难。

香（半两细研） 上捣细罗为散。入前烧了药同研令匀。每服不计时候。以豆淋酒调下二钱

乌金散（出圣惠方）治产后血晕逐恶血。
赤鲤鱼鳞（腊月收之一斤半） 油头发（一斤半） 败蒲（半斤） 以上三味内瓷瓶中。
内蜜
固济候干。用炭火烧。须令通赤。待冷取出细研。入后药。
水蛭（一两半炒令黄） 虻虫（一两去翅足微炒） 桂心（一两） 当归（一两锉微炒）
琥珀
（一两） 麝香（半分细研） 上捣细罗为散。入前烧了药同研令匀细。不计时候以温酒调

治疗产后因失血导致的气血上逆、头晕目眩。（出自《圣惠方》）
用优质陈醋，慢慢含漱即可痊愈。另一方法：打破一个鸡蛋，投入热醋中搅匀，一次性服下，立即见效。
治疗血晕。（出自《圣惠方》）
取苏木三两，细切，加水五升，煮取二升药液，分两次服用，病愈。如果没有苏木，可以用绯色衣物煮汁服用，也可以。
或者用苏木加酒煎服也可以。
治疗产后血晕。（出自《海上名方》）
将干荷叶研成细末，用温酒调服一钱。
又一方（出自《海上名方》）
用鳔胶烧灰存性，研成粉末，每次三五钱，用童子小便调和酒送服。
川芎汤（又名芎䓖汤，出自《危氏方》）治疗产后失血过多，导致的头晕昏闷、不省人事。以及损伤胎气失血过多，崩漏下血过多，金创出血过多，拔牙后出血不止，心中空虚烦乱，眩晕头重，视物昏暗，耳聋，举头欲倒等症状，适宜服用此药。
治疗产后血晕昏闷，儿枕痛等，都适宜服用此药。
琥珀（一两）、鳖甲（一两）、三棱（一两）、延胡索（半两）、没药（半两）、大黄（六铢）。以上药材研为散剂。空腹时，用温酒调服二三钱，每日两次。效果神验。产后服用应减去大黄。
没药散（出自《仁存方》）治疗产后血晕，以及血风冲心引起的腹痛。
没药、当归（各半两）、穿山甲（一两）。以上研为末。每次服三钱，加少许狗胆汁，煎煮后，用酒调服。
用童子小便送服更佳。
红蓝花汤 治疗产后血晕，气冲心胸导致胸闷气绝。
红蓝花、生干地黄（焙干，各一两）、诃黎勒皮（煨至黄色，五枚）。以上粗捣筛过。每次服二钱，用水和酒共一盏，煎至七分，去渣服用。如人行走二三里后再服一次。
益母草散 治疗产后血晕烦闷。
益母草（干者一两）、藕节（干者）、人参（各半两）。以上粗捣筛过。每次服二钱，用水一盏，生姜三片，煎至七分，去渣温服。
桂心散 治疗产后血块攻冲疼痛，头目昏晕。
桂（去粗皮）、姜黄（各一两）。以上研为散。每次服二钱，用炒生姜酒调服，不拘时候。另一方用酒调服。
羚羊角散（出自《千金方》）治疗血晕伴有心胸烦闷兼腹痛。
羚羊角（烧灰）、枳实（去瓤麸炒至黄色，各一两）、芍药（一两半）。以上粗罗为散。煎酒令温，调服一钱匕。空腹早晚各服一次。用童子小便及酒调服也可以。
天麻散 治疗产后血晕。
天麻、诃黎勒（炮制后只用皮）、木香（各一两）、芸薹子（半两微炒）。以上粗筛。每次服二钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣温服。随后再服。
没药酒方 治疗产后血晕及腹痛。
取没药半两，酒三盏，将没药磨尽。每次服一盏，煎沸后服用。
续断汤 治疗产后血晕，心腹硬满，忽冷忽热。
取续断三两，捣碎筛过。每次服二钱，用水一盏，煎至七分，再去渣，温服。
地黄饮 治疗产后血晕心胸闷塞气绝。
取嫩肥的生地黄，捣取自然汁。每次服半盏，煎沸后服用。如果未见效，再服。另一方用酒混合一次性服下。
地黄散 治疗产后下血过多，气虚血晕，冲心导致闷乱，不知人事。
生地黄（切后焙干）、白芷、延胡索、白胶（炙后锉碎）、赤芍药、桂（去粗皮）、白术、刘寄奴、鳖甲（醋炙）、丹参、当归（焙干，各一两）、荷叶（二斤）。以上研为散。每次服三钱，用温酒调服，不拘时候。
麝香散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后败血冲心，导致的晕闷及腹痛。
麝香（研，半两）、丹砂（研，半两）、乌鸦毛（腊月采集的烧灰研，半两）、墨（半铤）、猪胞子（炮制成灰，五枚）、鲤鱼鳞（烧灰，四两）、苏枋木（锉，半两）、油发（烧灰，二两）。以上研为末。除前四味捣罗为散并混合均匀外，其余药物也处理成粉混合。每次服二钱，暖酒送下。
治疗产后血晕，神志恍惚不语的方子。
生益母草汁（一合）、地黄汁（二合）、童子小便（一合）、紫葛（细研）、红蓝花（各一两）。以上煎煮五到七沸，去渣温服。
苏枋饮 治疗产后血晕，腹部闷塞气喘急促欲死。
苏枋木（二两）、荷叶（炙，一枚）、芍药（一两半）、桂（去粗皮，一两）、鳖甲（去裙边酥炙，一两）。以上锉成麻豆大小。用水五盏，藕汁一合，同煎取二盏，除去渣，加入雪一两，分两次温服。在吃粥饭前服用。如人行走三四里后再服。
刘寄奴汤 治疗产后各种疾病引起的血晕。
刘寄奴、甘草（各等分）。以上锉成麻豆大小。每次服五钱，先用水二盏，放入药煎至一盏，然后再加入酒一盏，去渣温服。
红蓝花汤 治疗产后血晕心烦闷。
红蓝花（二两）、紫葛（一两）、芍药（一两）。以上粗捣筛过。每次服五钱，用水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣后再加入生地黄汁半合，再煎六七沸，温服，不拘时候。
赤马通饮子（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后血晕，恶血不行，腹胀满迷闷。
赤马通（五块）、童子小便、酒（各五合）。以上混合搅拌，将马通调匀绞取汁液。热暖时分次温服。
红蓝花散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后恶血不下，血晕不识人。
红蓝花、荷叶（各等分）。以上研为散。每次服二钱，用生姜汁调服。另一方用荷叶生姜汤送服。
牛膝散 治疗产后血晕昏闷，以及恶血不下。
牛膝（去苗，酒浸切后焙干）、当归（切后焙干）、川芎（各二两）、刘寄奴（一两半）、芍药、桂（去粗皮）、蒲黄、红蓝花（各一两）、琥珀（研）、生姜（切后焙干，各半两）。以上研为散。每次服三钱，用温酒调服。或者用水一盏，煎至七分，温服也可以。
黑神散 治疗产后血晕，眼花黑暗看不见东西。
赤龙鳞（炒）、乱发（烧灰）、乌贼鱼骨（烧灰，各三分）、桂（去粗皮）、干姜、延胡索、牡丹皮、诃黎勒皮、芍药、川芎（各半两）、当归（切后焙干）、生干地黄、水蛭（炒，一分）。以上研为散。每次服二钱，用炒生姜酒调服。或用炒黑豆、小便调服也可以。
大黄散 治疗产后血晕血块，以及跌打内损导致的血瘀。
羊胫炭（烧红后用酒淬十次，五两）、大黄（用童子小便浸泡七日，每日换水，最后用湿纸包裹煨热切后焙干）、巴豆（去壳浆炙黄色焙干，各二两半）、半两钱（烧红后用醋淬成粉，新水淘洗后取细粉，三两一分）。以上研为散，研磨均匀。每次服半钱，配当归一分，用童子小便煎浓，稍温调服。产后血晕应当逐血下行。牙关紧闭者撬开灌下，之后能识人。再服一次。对于多次生产有血积坚块，以及败血、风劳、寒热等各种疾病，应当攻下。排出物如烂肝片一样，也没有其他疾病。如果是坠击内损，用当归酒调服一字量。
黑桂散 治疗产后血晕烦闷，或身体肿满，发狂，泻利，寒热等疾病。惟有喘息的难以治愈。
黑豆（炒熟去皮，二两）、肉桂（去粗皮）、当归、干姜（炮制）、芍药、生干地黄（焙干）、甘草、蒲黄（纸上炒，各一两）。以上研为散。每次服二钱，用温酒调服，每日三次。
治疗产后血晕的方子。
用极酸的醋混合所产出的血，如枣核大的一团服用。井水洗面。
又一方
取童子小便磨安息香服用也很好。
又一方
取童子小便，蒲黄一两服用。也可以用酸醋熏面，吸气很好。
治疗产晕心胸闷塞极度困倦。
用鲫鱼剥皮做成羹，吃两三两口即可停止。
又方
取墙上的青苔一抄，用水四小升，煮取二升，分次服用。另外取生姜汁一小升，地黄汁一小升，酒一大升，混合煎煮五六沸，分次服用。每剂加大黄末一匙。此方甚好。
治疗血晕完全不识人，烦闷。
赤驳马粪，绞取汁一大盏，温热者良。如果是干的，取新汲水半大盏和研绞取汁，一次性服下。也主治出血不止，神验。
治疗产乳晕绝。
感觉晕厥时，立即用三股麻绳长五六尺，系在产妇右脚膝盖上，让人抓住两头急拉。苏醒后徐徐解开。
当归汤 治疗产后恶血下少，气逆，头目旋晕，眼花心闷，头重不能抬起。
当归（洗切微炒）、川芎、桃仁（去皮尖双仁炒）、桂（去粗皮）、芍药、牡丹皮（各半两）。以上捣筛分为三剂。每剂用水五盏，生姜五片，枣五枚掰开，同煎，取三盏，去渣。时时服一盏，温服。
治疗产后血晕不知人事，以及狂语。（出自《圣惠方》）
用麒麟竭一两细研为末，随时温服。酒调二钱。
治疗产后血晕绝。（出自《肘后方》）
取细切的生鸡肝一斤，放入热酒中煮熟，滤出渣滓，待酒冷却。像人喝水一样一次服下。不能喝的人，可以分几口进服。
治疗预防产晕方。（出自《肘后方》）
先用布铺炭烧地令热，然后撤去炭，用醇醋洒在地上，让醋气弥漫在上面，产妇必定不会晕厥。效果显著。
治疗产后血晕。
产后血晕，病情紧急，捣紫花根擂汁，和酒吃，即时免灾。
治疗产后血风。（出自《大全良方》）
用大豆炒至冒烟，用酒一盏煎服。并吃豆子更好。
败毒散（出自《宣明论》）治疗妇人产后骨蒸血晕，以及男子往来寒热。
大黄、黄药子、紫河车、赤芍药、甘草（各等分）。以上研为末。每次服一钱。如果发热，用冷水送下。如果发寒，与生姜栝蒌汤一同煎服。（此药偏治妇人）
生姜饮 治疗产后恶血上掩心，如见神鬼欲死者。
生姜汁、生地黄汁。以上各取汁半盏混合一处，煎取七分，后加少许酒，混合温服。
花蕊石散（出自《产经》）治疗产后风欲绝缘，败血不尽，血迷血晕，恶血奔心，胎死于腹中，胎衣不下，至死者。只要心头还热，急用童子小便一盏，灌下可吐出恶物如猪肝状，终身无血风、无气痰。膈上有血，化为黄水，即吐出，或从小便中排出。如果先治胎衣，则泛泛的药不能到达。如果先治血闷，则...
花蕊（一斤）、上赤硫黄（四两）。以上拌匀。先用纸和胶泥固瓦罐子一个，内装药。候泥干，入药在内，密泥封口，纳焙笼内，焙令透热。便安在四方砖上，书八卦五行。用炭一秤笼叠周匝，自巳午时从下生火，令渐渐上，彻有坠下火，放火上，直至经宿，火令定。取出研细，以绢罗至细瓷合内盛。根据法用。此药便是疗金疮花蕊石散。人可时时收蓄，以防急难。
有一妇人，产后胞衣不下，血胀迷闷欲死。其亲属用赵大观真花蕊石散，用一帖，用童便调灌药下即醒。衣与恶物即下，无恙。凡金疮体出血者，急以渗之。其血化为黄水，入脏腑，热煎童便入酒服。产后败血诸证，并用童便调下。
黑神散（出自《卫生宝鉴》）治疗妇人产后恶露不下，胎衣不下，攻冲心胸病满，或脐坚胀撮痛，及血晕神昏，眼黑口噤，产后瘀血诸证并皆治之。
熟地黄（一两蒸七次）、生地黄（一两）、蒲黄（纸衬炒）、当归（酒浸半日焙）、干姜（炮）、桂心、白芍药（各一两）、甘草（二钱炙）、黑豆（合半去皮）。以上为细末。每次服二钱，酒半盏，童子小便半盏，一同煎调服。产后十八病内多用之。一方治子死腹中，用附子。又一方无生地黄。
一热病胎死，二难产，三胞衣不下，四血晕，五口干心闷，六乍寒，七虚肿，八乍见鬼神，九月内不语，十肿兼泻，更服调中汤，十一遍身痛，十二血崩，更服芎䓖汤，十三加芍药或四物汤，十四儿枕痛兼服佛手散，十五腹胀呕逆不定，十六产后口鼻黑色起，及鼻衄不可治，十七产后喉中气喘急不可治，十八中风口噤，牙关紧，角弓反张，荆芥散。
以上诸证，皆用黑神散。仍辨证分晓，兼与他药。此药产后不可缺者，不问有病无病，进三五服亦佳。服后若无病，则不必多服。曾有服过而生痰者。
来苏散（出自《济生方》）治疗卧产气晕，不省人事。本因用力太过，脉理衰微，精神困倦，心胸痞闷。
木香（不见火）、神曲（锉炒）、陈皮（去白）、麦 （炒）、黄 （去芦）、生姜（切焙）、阿胶（锉合）、白芍药（各一钱）、糯米（一合半）、苎根（洗净三钱）、甘草（炙三钱）。以上咀。每次服四钱，水一盏，煎至八分，去渣斡开口灌下。连接再灌。知人事，可谓更生之方也。一方有当归。
消风散 治疗眼花血晕，视物不见。
京墨、石膏、茵陈、甘草、菊花、防风、荆芥、阿胶、白术、南木香。以上各等分为细末。每次二钱，水二盏，茶少许，煎至八分，温服。俟头上微汗出，立愈。
治疗产后血晕烦闷，气喘不识人。（出自《圣惠方》）
用赤小豆三合，炒熟为散，不拘时候，煎东流水调下二钱。
治产乱运绝方。（出自《千金方》）
用神曲末，水服方寸匕。亦治产难。
又方（出自《千金方》）
含酸醋喷面即愈。凡闷即喷之。
乌金散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后血晕，下恶血不止，疼痛。

再取
乌金散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后血晕，逐血止痛。
腊月乌（一只）、乱发（二两）、猪胎（小者一枚）、灶突墨（一两）、赤鱼皮（一两）。以上五味，内瓷瓶中，蜜固济，候干，以炭火烧，须令通赤，待冷取出，细研入后药。
延胡索、没药、当归（锉微炒）、小麦 （微炒）、桂心、琥珀、蒲黄、香墨（各三分）、麝香（半两细研）。上捣细罗为散，入前烧了药同研令匀。每服不计时候，以豆淋酒调下二钱服。
乌金散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗产后血晕逐恶血。
赤鲤鱼鳞（腊月收之一斤半）、油头发（一斤半）、败蒲（半斤）。以上三味内瓷瓶中，内蜜固济候干，用炭火烧，须令通赤，待冷取出细研，入后药。
水蛭（一两半炒令黄）、虻虫（一两去翅足微炒）、桂心（一两）、当归（一两锉微炒）、琥珀（一两）、麝香（半分细研）。上捣细罗为散，入前烧了药同研令匀细，不计时候以温酒调下二钱。
Treatment for postpartum blood qi syncope (derived from *Shenghui Fang*).
Use high-quality aged vinegar, slowly swish in the mouth and it will heal. Another method: break one egg, pour into hot vinegar, stir evenly, and take at once for immediate effect.
Treatment for blood syncope (derived from *Shenghui Fang*).
Take three taels of *Sappan Wood* (*Caesalpinia Sappan*), finely chopped, add five sheng of water, boil to obtain two sheng of decoction, divide into two doses for cure. If *Sappan Wood* is unavailable, boiling red fabric for juice and taking it is also acceptable.
Alternatively, decocting *Sappan Wood* with wine is also effective.
Treatment for postpartum blood syncope (derived from *Haishang Mingfang*).
Grind dried lotus leaves into fine powder, mix with warm wine, and take one qian.
Another prescription (derived from *Haishang Mingfang*).
Burn fish bladder glue until carbonized but retaining its properties, grind into powder, take three to five qian each time, mixed with wine and administered using urine from a young boy.
Chuanxiong Tang (also known as Xiongxiong Tang, derived from *Weishi Fang*) treats excessive blood loss after childbirth leading to dizziness, fainting, and unconsciousness. It is also indicated for excessive blood loss due to fetal injury, metrorrhagia, excessive bleeding from traumatic wounds, persistent bleeding after tooth extraction, empty-hearted vexation, vertigo with heavy head, dim vision, deafness, and a sensation of falling when lifting the head.
It is suitable for treating postpartum blood syncope with fainting and pain from retained lochia (childbed pillow pain).
*Amber* (one tael), *Tortoise Shell* (one tael), *Sparganium* (one tael), *Corydalis* (half tael), *Myrrh* (half tael), *Rhubarb* (six zhu). Grind all ingredients into a powder. Take two or three qian with warm wine on an empty stomach, twice daily. The effect is miraculous. Reduce or omit *Rhubarb* for postpartum use.
Moyao San (derived from *Ren Cun Fang*) treats postpartum blood syncope and abdominal pain caused by blood wind rushing to the heart.
*Myrrh*, *Angelica Sinensis* (each half tael), *Pangolin Scales* (one tael). Grind into powder. Take three qian each time with a small amount of dog bile, decocted and mixed with wine.
Using urine from a young boy is even better.
Honglanhua Tang treats postpartum blood syncope where qi rushes to the chest causing stifling oppression and collapse.
*Carthamus Tinctorius*, *Rehmannia Glutinosa* (dried and baked, each one tael), *Terminalia Chebula* peel (roasted yellow, five pieces). Coarsely crush and sieve. Take two qian each time, decoct with one sheng of water and wine together until reduced to seven parts, strain, and drink. Administer again after walking for two or three li.
Yimucao San treats postpartum blood syncope with vexation and oppression.
*Leonurus Japonicus* (dried, one tael), *Lotus Rhizome Node* (dried), *Ginseng* (each half tael). Coarsely crush and sieve. Take two qian each time, decoct with one sheng of water and three slices of fresh ginger until reduced to seven parts, strain, and drink warm.
Guixin San treats postpartum blood stasis attacking and causing pain, with dizzy head and eyes.
*Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Turmeric Tuber* (each one tael). Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with wine and fried fresh ginger. Time of administration is not restricted. Another method uses wine alone.
Lingyangjiao San (derived from *Qianjin Fang*) treats blood syncope accompanied by mental restlessness and abdominal pain.
*Antelope Horn* (burned to ash), *Immature Bitter Orange* (pulp removed, bran-fried yellow, each one tael), *Peony Root* (one and a half taels). Coarsely sift into powder. Decoct wine until warm, mix with one qian bi (a measure roughly equivalent to a coin size). Take on an empty stomach morning and evening. Mixing with urine from a young boy and wine is also acceptable.
Tianma San treats postpartum blood syncope.
*Gastrodia Elata*, *Terminalia Chebula* (roasted, use peel only), *Costus Root* (each one tael), *Brassica Napus Seed* (half tael, lightly fried). Coarsely sieve. Take two qian each time, decoct with one sheng of water until reduced to seven parts, strain, and drink warm. Follow with another dose shortly after.
Moyao Jiu Fang treats postpartum blood syncope and abdominal pain.
Take half a tael of *Myrrh*, three sheng of wine, grind the *Myrrh* completely into the wine. Take one sheng each time, boil and drink.
Xuduan Tang treats postpartum blood syncope, hardness in the heart and abdomen, alternating chills and fever.
Take three taels of *Dipsacus Asper*, crush and sieve. Take two qian each time, decoct with one sheng of water until reduced to seven parts, strain, and drink warm.
Dihuang Yin treats postpartum blood syncope with chest stifling and qi collapse.
Take tender and plump fresh *Rehmannia Glutinosa*, crush to extract natural juice. Take half a zhan each time, boil and drink. If ineffective, take again. Another method mixes with wine and takes at once.
Dihuang San treats excessive vaginal bleeding after childbirth, qi deficiency blood syncope, rushing to the heart causing confusion and loss of consciousness.
*Rehmannia Glutinosa* (sliced and baked), *Angelica Dahurica*, *Corydalis*, *Gelatin* (roasted and crushed), *Red Peony Root*, *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Atractylodes Macrocephala*, *Artemisia Annua* (Liu Jinu), *Tortoise Shell* (vinegar-roasted), *Salvia Miltiorrhiza*, *Angelica Sinensis* (baked, each one tael), *Lotus Leaf* (two jin). Grind into powder. Take three qian each time with warm wine, time unrestricted.
Shexiang San (derived from *Shenghui Fang*) treats postpartum toxic blood rushing to the heart, causing syncope, fainting, and abdominal pain.
*Musk* (ground, half tael), *Cinnabar* (ground, half tael), *Crow Feather* (collected in December, burned to ash and ground, half tael), *Ink Stick* (half ding), *Swine Bladder* (roasted to ash, five pieces), *Carp Scale* (burned to ash, four taels), *Sappan Wood* (chopped, half tael), *Human Hair* (burned to ash, two taels). Grind all into powder. Except for the first four ingredients which are pounded and sifted into a uniform mixture, process others similarly. Take two qian each time, delivered with warm wine.
Prescription for postpartum blood syncope with confusion,恍惚 (trance-like state), and muteness.
Fresh *Leonurus Japonicus* juice (one he), *Rehmannia* juice (two he), urine from a young boy (one he), *Polygonum Multiflorum Vine* (finely ground), *Carthamus Tinctorius* (each one tael). Boil for five to seven boils, strain, and drink warm.
Sufang Yin treats postpartum blood syncope with abdominal stifling, rapid breathing, and impending death.
*Sappan Wood* (two taels), *Lotus Leaf* (roasted, one piece), *Peony Root* (one and a half taels), *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark, one tael), *Tortoise Shell* (remove skirt,酥 roasted, one tael). Chop to the size of hemp seeds. Use five sheng of water and one he of lotus root juice, decoct together to obtain two sheng. Remove dregs, add one liang of snow, divide into two warm doses. Take before porridge meal. Administer again after walking three or five li.
Liujinu Tang treats various postpartum diseases causing blood syncope.
*Artemisia Annua* (Liu Jinu), *Licorice Root* (equal parts). Chop to the size of hemp seeds. Take five qian each time. First, decoct with two sheng of water until reduced to one sheng, then add one sheng of wine, strain, and drink warm.
Honglanhua Tang treats postpartum blood syncope with mental restlessness and oppression.
*Carthamus Tinctorius* (two taels), *Polygonum Multiflorum Vine* (one tael), *Peony Root* (one tael). Coarsely crush and sieve. Take five qian each time, decoct with one and a half sheng of water until reduced to eight parts. Remove dregs, add half a he of fresh *Rehmannia* juice, boil for six or seven times, drink warm, time unrestricted.
Chima Tong Yinzi (derived from *Shenghui Fang*) treats postpartum blood syncope, failure of foul blood to discharge, abdominal distension, fullness, and confusion.
Chima Tong (horse manure, five pieces), urine from a young boy, wine (each five he). Mix and stir the horse manure, squeeze to extract juice. Drink warm in divided doses.
Honglanhua San (derived from *Shenghui Fang*) treats postpartum failure of foul blood to discharge, blood syncope with inability to recognize people.
*Carthamus Tinctorius*, *Lotus Leaf* (equal parts). Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with ginger juice. Another method uses lotus leaf and ginger soup.
Niuxi San treats postpartum blood syncope with fainting and failure of foul blood to discharge.
*Achyranthes Bidentata* (remove sprouts, soak in wine, slice, bake), *Angelica Sinensis* (slice, bake), *Ligusticum Chuanxiong* (each two taels), *Artemisia Annua* (one and a half taels), *Peony Root*, *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Cyperus Papyrus Pollen*, *Carthamus Tinctorius* (each one tael), *Amber* (ground), *Fresh Ginger* (slice, bake dry, each half tael). Grind into powder. Take three qian each time with warm wine. Alternatively, decoct with one sheng of water until reduced to seven parts, drink warm.
Heishen San treats postpartum blood syncope with blurred vision and darkness preventing sight.
Chilonglin (dragon scale, fried), human hair (burned to ash), cuttlefish bone (burned to ash, each three fen), *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Dried Ginger*, *Corydalis*, *Moutan Cortex*, *Terminalia Chebula* peel, *Peony Root*, *Ligusticum Chuanxiong* (each half tael), *Angelica Sinensis* (slice, bake), *Rehmannia Glutinosa* (dried), *Hirudo* (fried, one fen). Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with wine and fried ginger. Or use fried black soybeans or urine for mixing.
Dahuang San treats postpartum blood syncope with blood masses, and internal trauma from falls causing blood stasis.
Sheep tibia charcoal (red-hot quenched in wine ten times, five taels), *Rhubarb* (soaked in urine from a young boy for seven days, changing daily, wrapped in wet paper and baked hot, sliced, baked), *Croton Seed* (shell removed, processed with flour paste until yellow, baked, each two and a half taels), Banliangqian (coin, red-hot quenched in vinegar to powder, washed with new water to get fine powder, three taels and one fen). Grind into powder, mix uniformly. Take half a qian each time with one fen of *Angelica Sinensis*, decoct strongly with urine from a young boy, slightly warm, and administer. Postpartum blood syncope requires expelling blood downwards. For lockjaw, pry open and灌 (pour) down; consciousness returns afterwards. Take another dose. For multiparous women with hard blood accumulations, and various diseases like toxic blood, wind-lao, cold-heat, purge them. Excrement may resemble rotten liver slices; no other diseases remain. For blunt force trauma, take one zi amount mixed with *Angelica Sinensis* wine.
Heigui San treats postpartum blood syncope with vexation, or body swelling/fullness, madness, diarrhea, cold-heat, etc. Only asthma is difficult to cure.
Black soybeans (fried ripe, peeled, two taels), *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Angelica Sinensis*, *Dried Ginger* (processed), *Peony Root*, *Rehmannia Glutinosa* (dried), *Licorice Root*, *Cyperus Papyrus Pollen* (fried on paper, each one tael). Grind into powder. Take two qian each time with warm wine, three times daily.
Prescription for postpartum blood syncope.
Mix extremely sour vinegar with the blood discharged from childbirth, form a mass the size of a jujube pit, and swallow. Wash face well water.

Grind Benzoin Resin (Anxi Xiang) with urine from a young boy and take; this is also excellent.

Take urine from a young boy, one tael of *Cyperus Papyrus Pollen*, and take. Also fumigate the face with sour vinegar; inhaling the vapor is wonderful.
Treatment for postpartum blood syncope with inability to recognize people, delirium, and nonsense speech.
Use urine from a young boy, grind gallbladder of a dog, and灌 (pour) into the mouth; this is best.
Treatment for postpartum syncope with severe chest stifling and exhaustion.
Use crucian carp, skin removed, made into soup/congee. Eat two or three bites and stop.
Another method
Take green moss from walls, one scoop, boil in four small sheng of water to obtain two sheng, divide and take. Also take one small sheng of ginger juice, one small sheng of *Rehmannia* juice, one large sheng of wine, mix and boil for five or six boils, divide and take. Add one spoonful of powdered *Rhubarb* to each dose. This prescription is very good.
Treatment for blood syncope with complete loss of consciousness and vexation.
Red-spotted horse dung, squeeze to extract juice, one large zhan. Warm is good. If dry, take half a large zhan of fresh drawn water, mix, grind, squeeze to extract juice, take at once. Also effectively treats persistent bleeding; miraculous.
Treatment for postpartum syncope collapse.
Upon feeling dizzy, immediately tie a three-strand hemp rope, five or six chi long, around the right knee of the parturient woman. Have someone hold both ends and pull urgently. Once awake, untie slowly.
Danggui Tang treats postpartum insufficient discharge of foul blood, rebellious qi, spinning vertigo, blurred vision, chest stifling, heavy head unable to lift.
*Angelica Sinensis* (wash, slice, lightly fry), *Ligusticum Chuanxiong*, *Peach Kernel* (remove skin and tip, double-kernel fried), *Cinnamon Bark* (remove coarse bark), *Peony Root*, *Moutan Cortex* (each half tael). Crush and sieve, divide into three doses. Each dose decoct with five sheng of water, five slices of ginger, five dates split open. Boil to obtain three sheng, strain. Drink one sheng occasionally, warm.
Treatment for postpartum blood syncope with loss of consciousness and delirium (derived from *Shenghui Fang*).
Take one tael of Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie), finely ground into powder. Take warm at any time. Mix two qian with wine.
Treatment for postpartum blood syncope collapse (derived from *Zhouhou Fang*).
Take one jin of finely cut fresh chicken liver, put into hot wine, cook thoroughly, filter out dregs, let wine cool. Drink like water in one dose. If unable to drink much, advance in several sips.
Prevention of postpartum syncope (derived from *Zhouhou Fang*).
Spread cloth over charcoal to heat the floor, then remove charcoal. Sprinkle strong vinegar on the floor to create vinegar vapor above. The mother will definitely not faint. Highly effective.
Treatment for postpartum blood syncope.
For emergency postpartum blood syncope, crush purple flower roots to juice, mix with wine and drink; disaster is avoided immediately.
Treatment for postpartum blood wind (derived from *Daquan Liangfang*).
Fry soybeans until smoke appears, decoct in one sheng of wine and take. Eating the beans is also beneficial.
Baidu San (derived from *Xuanming Lun*) treats postpartum bone-steaming blood syncope in women, and alternating chills and fever in men.
*Rhubarb*, *Curcuma Zedoaria*, *Placenta Humanus* (Ziheche), *Red Peony Root*, *Licorice Root* (equal parts). Grind into powder. Take one qian each time. If feverish, take with cold water. If chilly, decoct with *Zingiber Officinale* and *Trichosanthes* soup together. (This medicine is particularly for women).
Shengjiang Yin treats postpartum foul blood covering the heart, seeing spirits and ghosts, impending death.
*Fresh Ginger* juice, *Rehmannia Glutinosa* juice. Take half a zhan of each, mix, decoct to seven parts, add a little wine, mix and drink warm.
Huarius Shi San (derived from *Chan Jing*) treats postpartum wind nearing separation, incomplete expulsion of toxic blood, blood confusion/syncope, evil blood rushing to the heart, dead fetus in uterus, retained placenta, death. As long as the heart remains warm, urgently use one zhan of urine from a young boy to灌 (pour); foul matter like pig liver will be expelled. Lifelong prevention of blood wind and qi-phlegm. Blood in diaphragm transforms into yellow water, vomited out or passed in urine. If treating placenta first, general medicines cannot reach. If treating blood stifling first...
*Huarius Stone* (one jin), Red Sulfur (four taels). Mix evenly. Place in a clay jar sealed with paper and mud. When dry, insert medicine, seal tightly, place in baking cage, bake until thoroughly hot. Place on four-cornered bricks, inscribe Eight Trigrams and Five Elements. Surround with one picul of charcoal, light fire from bottom at Si-Wu hours, let flame rise gradually until embers fall. Keep fire overnight until stable. Remove, grind fine, sieve through silk into porcelain container. Use according to method. This is the Huarius Stone Powder for traumatic wounds. Keep for emergencies.
A woman had retained placenta after childbirth, blood distension causing confusion and impending death. Her relative used Zhao Daguan's authentic Huarius Stone Powder, one packet, mixed with urine and poured in. She woke up immediately. Placenta and foul matter expelled, unharmed. For traumatic bleeding, apply urgently. Blood turns to yellow water entering organs. Heat urine with wine and take. All postpartum toxic blood syndromes use urine to mix and take.
Heishen San (derived from *Weisheng Baojian*) treats postpartum lochia retention, retained placenta, attacking chest/heart causing fullness, umbilical hardness/distension/cramping, blood syncope with coma, black eyes, lockjaw, and all postpartum blood stasis syndromes.
Prepared *Rehmannia Glutinosa* (steamed seven times, one tael), Fresh *Rehmannia Glutinosa* (one tael), *Cyperus Papyrus Pollen* (fried on paper), *Angelica Sinensis* (soaked in wine half day, baked), *Dried Ginger* (processed), *Cinnamon Heart*, *White Peony Root* (each one tael), *Licorice Root* (roasted, two qian), Black Soybeans (split, peeled). Grind to fine powder. Take two qian each time, with half a zhan of wine and half a zhan of urine from a young boy, decoct together and take. Widely used in eighteen postpartum diseases. One formula for dead fetus uses *Aconite*. Another formula omits fresh *Rehmannia*.

Mutism within nine months, 10. Swelling with diarrhea, take Tiaozhong Tang additionally, 11. Whole body pain, 12. Metrorrhagia, take Xiongxiong Tang additionally, 13. Add *Peony Root* or Siwu Tang, 14. Childbed pillow pain, take Foshou San additionally, 15. Abdominal distension/vomiting/unstable, 16. Black color on lips/nose postpartum, epistaxis incurable, 17. Asthma postpartum incurable, 18. Stroke with lockjaw, tight jaw, opisthotonos, Jingjie San.
All above syndromes use Heishen San. Differentiate clearly, combine with other medicines. This medicine is indispensable postpartum. Take three to five doses regardless of illness. If no illness after taking, no need for more. Some developed phlegm after taking.
Laisu San (derived from *Jisheng Fang*) treats syncope from lying-in labor, unconsciousness. Caused by excessive effort, weak pulse, exhausted spirit, chest/heart stuffiness.
